The SM(System Management) is more important than SI(System Integration) in business model of software industry. And the role of ITO(IT Outsourcing) is increasing, recently. Also, The interest of ITIL increasing in the software industry. In the perspective of business, IT organization has been transformed from supportive division the core business organization, IT organization needs the satisfaction of customer’s requirements. So, process oriented IT management is required. In the perspective of technique, according to need of IT infra for a rapid change management, an application management, systematic development and operating process are required. Therefore, this paper analyzes of IT service core process in service support and service delivery that was offered by ITIL using the AHP methodology This paper shows the results of IT service survey in domestic software industry. And this paper gives a guideline of introduction ITIL

In recent, an unfaithful construction bring about many social problems. The bidding process considering bidding price firstly is one of the reasons raising an unfaithfull construction work. Thus, we should consider many other criteria including bidding price in the bidder selection process. This paper suggests an analytic hierarchy process(AHP) model for selecting the best bidder of a large construction project. A questionnaire was used to obtain domain experts' opinion about criteria to be considered in the bidding process. A hierarchical structure of the AHP model is formed using criteria obtained in the survey. The model consists of bidding price, construction capability, financial status, faith, and their 17 sub-attributes. The relative importance of bidders are judged by pairwise comparison or absolute measurement. An illustrative example is given to show the process selecting the best bidder using the suggested AHP model.

Case studies are made to investigate the relationship between the accuracy of energy production estimation and project feasibility indicators such as rate of return on equity (ROE) and debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) for three wind farm projects. It is found out that 1% improvement in the accuracy of energy production estimation may enhance the ROE by more than 0.5% in the case of P95, thanks to improved financing terms. AHP survey shows that MCP correlation of measured in situ wind data with long term wind speed distribution and hands-on experiences of flow analysis are more important than other factors for more precise annual energy production estimation.

Current domestic safety training in building demolition works are heavily relies on the limited number of experienced people and thus, it implies the demand of preparing the systematic program and stricter yardstick is soaring. Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview results with demolition engineers were analyzed adopting AHP methodology. Analysis results reveal that the most urgent items which required improving current safety training system are to increase investment level, prepare more structured training system and secure experts, and so on. In addition, field labors and managers strongly requested the improvement of environment-related safety matters. Based on the evaluation results, guidelines were suggested for the improvement of safety training system in building demolition works.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Korean government's investment priorities for the establishment of a supercomputer joint utilization system using AHP. The AHP model was designed as a two-layered structure consisting of two areas of specialized infrastructure, a one-stop joint utilization system service, and four evaluation items for detailed tasks. For the weight of each evaluation item, a cost efficiency index considering the annual budget was developed for the first time and applied to the weight calculation process. AHP analysis conducted a survey targeting supercomputer experts and derived priorities with 22 data that had completed reliability verification. As a result of the analysis, the government's investment priority was high in the order of dividing infrastructure for each Specialized Center and building resources in stages. In the future, the analysis results will be used to select economic promotion plans and prepare strategies for the establishment of the government's supercomputer joint utilization system.

Many large scale discount stores try to enter the market in newly developed city areas. In order to sucessfully increase the market share, it is essential for them to understand customers' needs. In doing so, various forms of survey methods are often used and survey forms can influence respondents' decision. The main objective of this paper is to check consistency of different survey methods in terms of deriving the expected market share. In this paper, we a, pp.y two survey forms for both AHP and conjoint analyses using a randomized complete block design. Using AHP, we compare Kim's club, Carf, E-mart and Macro in terms of the following four customer attributes: parking facility, size of store, business hours, and special pricing policy. In conjoint analysis, we estimate the part-worth of each level of the customer's attribute so that one can design the best store which would optimizethe customer's attribute so that one can design the best store which would optimize the customer's utility. Empirical comparison results indicate very low consistency between the two methods. It implies the importance of verification methods of survey. We also analyze the impact of special pricing policy using a meta analysis. It turns out that older customers are a, pp.rently more sensitive to pricing policy.

연구목적: 본 연구는 안전보건진단제도에 대한 문제점을 도출하기 위해 산업안전보건법에서 정한 조문의 계층별 설문모형을 설계하고 이를 3집단의 전문가 그룹으로 분류하여 건설현장에서의 안전보건제도 실효성 도출을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 법적 현황 분석 및 해외 관련 제도 분석과 AHP 계층분석 설문 모형을 설정하여 분석결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. 연구결과: 설문항목 분석 결과 인적활용도와 사전 계획의 치밀성이 포함된 항목에 높은 중요도를 보였으며, 특히 중견건설업체의 경우에는 안전보건진단 이후 개선 활동의 적극성에 가장 높은 중요도를 보였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 건설업 안전보건제도 개선을 위한 문제점을 인식하고, 전문가들의 개선대책을 정책적·제도적 개선방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

우리나라는 2004년부터 지금까지 OECD 국가 가운데 자살사망률 1위이며, 지속적으로 자살자 수와 자살사망률이 증가하고 있다. 효과적인 자살정책을 확인하기 위해 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 이용하여 자살예방의 주요 접근방법별 세부정책들의 우선순위를 조사하였다. 설문은 2013년 8월 23일, 26일 두 차례에 걸쳐 총 30명을 대상으로 워크숍 형식으로 실시하였다. 이중 학계는 20명(사회복지사 4명, 정신보건학자 7명, 정신의학자 5명, 임상심리학자 4명), 정책결정자는 5명, 공급자는 5명이였다. 2013년 9월 9일부터 12일까지 4일간 이메일로 사회복지분야와 임상심리분야에서 각각 5명씩 추가하여 총 40명을 대상으로 조사를 하였다. 세부 정책들의 중요도는 '자살시도자 관리,' '공공자살예방서비스 인프라 구축,' '유가족 지원사업,' '위험집단의 위기관리' 등의 정책에서 높은 것으로 나타났다.

게임이 산업화된 1970년대 이후 게임의 정의를 통하여 그 속성을 연구하려는 노력이 계속되어 왔으며, 본 연구는 Katie Salen과 Eric Zimmerman이 통합적으로 정리한 규칙, 목표, 갈등, 활동, 의사결정, 자발성, 예술성 등 7개의 게임속성에 대하여 AHP 이론에 근거하여 그 중요도를 분석하였다, 이를 위하여 게임업계 전문가를 통한 게임 속성에 대한 쌍대비교 설문을 실시한 후 데이터를 분석하였으며, 게임이용자 등을 대상으로 하는 2차 설문을 통하여 그 결과가 분석모델과 일치함을 확인하였다. 게임속성의 중요도를 분석한 결과, 위에서 언급한 7개의 요인 중 목표(24%)의 중요도가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 예술성(16%), 자발성(15%), 규칙(13%) 등이 그 뒤를 잇고 있다. 이는 게임개발에 있어서 게임 이용자가 수행해야할 목표를 분명히 제시하는 것과 아울러 이펙트 등의 영상효과를 크게 고려해야 함을 암시하는 것으로, 본 연구는 게임 개발에 있어서 우선적으로 고려할 속성이 무엇이며 그 중요도는 얼마나 되는가를 체계적으로 규명하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 농산물 수급 및 가격의 안정화를 위해 농업경영인과 소비자 등 시장참여자들이 공급 및 수요 관련 정보를 신속하게 접근할 수 있도록 정부가 수행하고 있는 농업관측사업의 중장기 발전 방향을 도출하는데 있다. 이 연구는 농업관측센터 관측요원과 농업관측 자문위원 등 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과를 토대로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법을 이용하여 농업관측사업의 중장기 발전방향을 도출하였다. 설문조사는 농업관측사업에 참여하고 있는 전문가 70명을 대상으로 전자 메일 및 전화조사를 통해 수행하였고, 설문결과 중 문제가 있다고 판단되는 응답을 제외하고 최종 24명의 설문결과를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 관련 전문가들은 농업관측사업 중장기 발전을 위해서 관측사업의 적시성과 관측정보의 정밀도 제고가 이루어져야 한다고 응답했다. 구체적으로 농업관측요원들은 적시성 제고를 꼽았으나, 관련 실무자들(관측자문위원)들은 정밀도 제고가 보다 중요한 것으로 판단하고 있었다.
