A Study on the Comparison of the Indices of Hazard Analyses for the Construction of Heat Accumulator (축열조 공사의 위험분석지수 비교에 관한 연구)

  • This study is conducted to compare three methods of hazard analyses and to propose the control for the accidents arising under construction of heat accumulator of group energy projects(co-generation plants). The analysis of fatal accidents and the Analytic Hierarchical Process(AHP) using by the questionnaire survey for the workers engaged in the construction of heat accumulator and the quantitative questionnaire survey of expert group has been carried out. In order to analyze the fatal accidents, the 115 cases of accidents from 2001 to 2012 published by Korean Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA) and workers suffered from industrial accidents are collected and analyzed. The AHP is applied and analyzed for 66 persons of the construction site managers, safety engineers and construction engineers and the questionnaire survey of expert group is carried out and analyzed for the 51 persons of contractors and construction inspectors. The analyses of the types of accidents and the jobs of the suffered workers and the hazardous construction processes which are occurred accidents frequently are shown. The results of the analysis of fatal accidents and the AHP as well as the questionnaire of expert group are shown similar results.

A Study on the Method of Safety Condition Evaluation using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP를 이용한 기업별 안전평가 기법에 관한 연구)

  • In the current domestic, many industrial accidents have happened. And these are analyzed according to several factors. But it is difficult that they evaluate their business safety. Thus, we conducted a study on business specific safety assessment techniques in order that business know their safety level and perform appropriative safety activities. Study methods are survey and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Each specific weighting factors to calculate the survey was conducted for safety and consulting experts (20 persons). Weight factor was used to AHP decision support as one of the ways through a number of alternatives to the ratings for the Minesota Multiphasic. Factors are each type of industry, specific industrial scale, disaster type and strength, worker age and tenure period, and region. First, survey was conducted with 20 professionals to estimate the weighting factors. Weights between factors using the AHP analysis tool based on the mean values were calculated. Second, last 3 years between the industrial accidents statistics were used to calculate the weights for each of the rating factors in the Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Grade weights between each factor which was based on the rating of each factor was calculated as the average of three years. Finally, the weights between each factor and the grade weights for each factor using the safety level of the enterprise were calculated so that you can evaluate the weighting.

  • Selecting promising technology is becoming more and more difficult due to the increased number and complexity. In this study, we propose hybrid AHP/DEA-AR method and hybrid AHP/DEA-AR-G method to evaluate efficiency of technology alternatives based on ordinal rating data collected through survey to technology experts in a certain field and select efficient technology alternative as promising technology. The proposed method normalizes rating data and uses AHP to derive weights to improve the credibility of analysis, then in order to avoid basic DEA models' problems, use DEA-AR and DEA-AR-G to evaluate efficiency of technology alternatives. In this study, we applied the proposed methods to clean technology and compared with the basic DEA models. According to the result of the comparison, we can find that the both proposed methods are excellent in confirming most efficient technology, and hybrid AHP/DEA-AR method is much easier to use in the process of technology selection.

  • Currently, safety management is becoming important at domestic construction sites. Despite the importance of safety management, accidents at construction sites are steadily increasing. Fire accidents among safety accidents cause not only negative effects on schedule delay or work plans at construction sites, but also huge casualties. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to extract the causes of fire at the construction site through the case of fire at the construction site, and to prioritize prevention through the analysis of the factors to contribute to the prevention of fire. As a research method, we select fire factors through case, conduct surveys through expert group, and analyze survey through AHP technique. The results of the AHP analysis of the survey of expert groups showed that the workers and their sub-item ranked high. Therefore, the priority for fire prevention was given, and this research is believed to help prevent fire.

The Priority Analysis of Reserve Berth in Gwangyang Port Using Fuzzy-AHP (Fuzzy-AHP를 이용한 광양항 컨테이너부두 여유선석 활용대안 우선순위 분석)

  • Competition between international Hub ports has been more and more intense. In order to invigorate itself, Gwang-Yang port has been making multilateral efforts. However, it has not still reached 300Millions TEU which is the standard to be permitted as a self-reliance Hub port. Therefore, a functional modification of berth should be considered. This study suggests to transform container berths to general berths. This article is focused on reserve berth mode of Gwang Yang hub port and selected three kinds of berths as alternative subjects of the study: general berth, exclusive berth, and multipurpose berth. This research has conducted that The subjects of the survey were in relation with Logistics as professional mutually group about Gwang-Yang hub port. The measurements of this survey were measure section and factor. Also, Fuzzy AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was applied to the survey. According to the result, by measuring weight values of alternatives, the best favored one was multipurpose berth expect stability (32.6%), Exclusive berth was graded the most among the alternatives. Also, based on total weight value, the order of priority is as follows: multipurpose berth(38.2%), exclusive port(33.7%), general berth(28.1%).

Also based on importance that collect by AHP analysis compare Transportation demand management character. Finally figure that grasped by this study, analysis present, found future TDM course and applicate future transportation improvement.

A Study on Classification of Disaster Risk Rating for Forest Road Using AHP Methodology (AHP기법을 활용한 임도의 재해위험 등급 구분에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for forest roads management by using AHP methodology to group the grade of disaster risk. In addition to this, a field study was performed at 114 targeted points on forest roads where there are high risks of disaster occurrence. The results of the field survey and the analysis of AHP were compared to provide the degree of disaster risks. It shows that the drainage facilities occupied the highest weighted value. Meanwhile, based on AHP analysis data, evaluation chart was created by providing evaluation criteria and evaluation score to each evaluation items. As a result of applying the evaluation chart to the field survey data, the highest score was 78.8 and the lowest score was 42.7 with the mean score of 61.8. Finally, through the experts' consultation based on calculated scores, this study proposed four different groups of disaster risk on forest roads.

Priority analysis of NCS based vocational core competency of dental hygienists in Gwangju (광주광역시 치과위생사의 NCS 기반 직업기초능력 우선순위 분석)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate and analyzed the priority of vocational core competency factors in dental hygienists in Gwangju. Methods: Expert survey was conducted and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) was applied to evaluate the weighting factors. First, we established the vocational core competency defined in NCS as AHP analysis model. The vocational core competency has 10 categories and 34 sub-categories. Secondly, AHP survey was conducted by 195 dental hygienists in Gwangju. Finally, the weights representing relative importance of each factor were calculated by using AHP method. Results: The AHP analysis on 10 categories showed that the weighting of interpersonal skills(0.165) was higher than any other categories while that of numeracy(0.035) was at the bottom, and the analysis on sub-categories revealed that the most important factors in each categories included the teamwork skills(interpersonal skills), problem-solving capability(problem-solving skills), listening skills(communication skills), ethical community(professional ethics), ability to understand business(ability to understand organizational structure), applicable technical skills(technical skills), self-management skills(self-development capability), information processing capabilities(information capacity), ability to manage time(resource management capabilities) and basic math skills(numeracy). Conclusions: The results in this study can be used as basic data for the development of liberal arts curriculum for dental hygiene education.

Assessment of risk of unit work in nuclear power plant construction using AHP (AHP를 이용한 원자력발전소 건설공사의 단위작업 위험도 평가)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the degree of risk of the working unit of nuclear power plants construction. In order to do this, and the risk index by type and source of risk judgment derived in the previous study were utilized. Further, to derive a risk index of unit work in nuclear power plant construction, a survey targeting safety professionals was conducted. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used for analysis of the survey. The following results were obtained. Firstly, the results of AHP showed that main building work is the most dangerous work, and base excavation work is the second dangerous work among 21 unit works. Secondly, so, it is required to invest more and to take a increasing interest in unit works of civil and architecture as compared to other unit works. Further, the results could be used to reduce the degree of risk in construction of the nuclear power plant.

Priority Decision Making on Healthcare Service Technology Standardization in the Home Network using AHP model (AHP모델을 이용한 홈 네트워크 헬스케어 서비스 기술표준화 우선순위 결정)

  • We derive priority decision making on healthcare service technology standardization in the home network through the decision support process with industry professionals. We configured a research group with 4 industrial areas including Industry, Academic, Research Institution and Medical Institution. And we also applied AHP methodology for the priority decision making. The research group decides an evaluation criteria which are consisted of marketability, technology, ripple effect, strategy for national policies in order to make a priority for healthcare service on a home network. And it is also decided 7 fields and 24 sub-fields, technically. In order to make a priority for the standardization, we use an AHP methodology, that is more objective and feasible, as a decision tool. After two-phase survey that consists of paper survey and face to face meeting, we get a conclusion that home healthcare content is at the top and then wireless home network follows it.
