The purpose of this study is to develop meta evaluating indicators for Defense R&D Programs in Korea. At first, the four components of this meta evaluation model were designed, which are evaluation context, evaluation input, evaluation process, evaluation output. And fifty two indicators were developed for this meta evaluation. Basic model of meta evaluation was derived from the literature review and brain storming. And this meta evaluation model was determined by adapting the result of experts who performed evaluations for Defense R&D Programs in recent years. Factor Analysis method was used to verify the validity of meta evaluation model. The survey of fifty three members turned out that Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ was over 0.6 in evaluation components and items. And the reliability of evaluation context was 0.877, that of evaluation input was 0.755, that of evaluation process was 0.755, that of evaluation output was 0.755 respectively. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used in assigning the evaluation weight. The survey of twenty two members showed that the Consistency Ratio was 0.09 in evaluation components and items.

With the success of Kindle, an electronic book reader developed by Amazon.com, there has been a growing interest in both electronic books and readers in Korea. In this paper, we analyze electronic book user needs through fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and conjoint analysis. First, we select the important factors which can affect the intention to purchase electronic book readers by applying the fuzzy AHP with the help of electronic book experts. Next, we perform conjoint analysis to reveal the detailed needs of electronic book users for each of the selected factors. Some useful implications and research limitations are also presented with future research directions.

This study suggests a measure method for measuring variables that are used for hotel corporations' CRM performance. For this purpose, I present a combined method between factor analysis and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis. Factor analysis gives us a result that shows a group of highly correlated variables and another group of less correlated variables. Thus, factor analysis can only give information of factor categorization. Although researchers add ANOVA analysis or regression analysis, these efforts can not connect its results with factor analysis. Therefore, In hotel CRM performance analysis, calculation of each factor's importance is strongly required. For that reason, I suggest a method that combines AHP analysis with factor analysis for Hotel CRM performance measurement.

User Requirements are analyzed and quantified by decision making models and system engineering methods to select alternative concepts which satisfy the various requirements. In this study, the design concepts for guided missile are derived using Quality Function Deployment(QFD) and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The design alternatives that satisfy the user requirements are extracted by QFD and Morphological Matrix, then the best design concept are obtained using AHP and Pugh concept Selection.

This paper suggests the measurement method of evaluation of management performance factors in health organization using AHP and Factor Analysis technique. To achieve this goal, this study applies AHP method to different size of hospitals. AHP method is deployed in three steps. At first step, the major factors, which indicate the management performance in health organizations, will be formed through factor analysis. At second step, the pairwise comparison between two factors will be performed to calculate the weights of each variables. At the last step, the order of priority of all factors will be determined. This order list will be used in measurement of the management performance in health organization. The results of this paper show that the financial factors take the top position, and followed by customer related factors, process factors and education & growth factors. This result could be the milestone for the measurement of management performance of medical organization in Korea.

물류센터는 각 공장에서 완성된 제품을 집약하여 수요와 공급의 물류흐름을 관리하기 위한 기능을 갖춘 시설을 말하는 것으로 운송시간, 재고조절, 수요정보획득 등의 기능을 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 AHP 기법을 활용하여 물류센터에서 운영효율성에 영향을 미치는 서비스 요인의 차이를 분석하여 물류센터의 운영효율성을 증대시키는 것에 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation model of BPMS(business process management systems) based on AHP(analytical hierarchy process). In this study, we draw some criteria to select BPMS solution from a experts panel. And, we develop an evaluation model based on AHP method. As a result, each organization can select the effective BPMS solution from the proposed evaluation model.

In this study, the risk factors which derive from the ground condition of typical construction sites are put forward. In order to prioritize the risk elements, the analytical method of AHP was used. The result of using a weighting factor for each risk analysis showed that if the constituency index is less than 0.1, then reliable results and priorities for each of the risk elements can be calculated using the AHP method. From now on, if the range of measured value can be established, the risk or safety value of concrete structures for power lines can be applicable.

The purpose of this paper is to propose a methodology that can measure the combat effectiveness of attack helicopter which Korea army will be operating in the near future. To measure the combat effectiveness, firstly, we use a wargame model, AAsim (Army Aviation simulation), as a analytic simulation model which is used to analyze DOTMLPF and operation in army aviation field, secondly we use an Analytic Hierarchy Process by opinion of experts. For simulation and AHP, we consider anti armored corps operation reflecting attack helicopter's combat effectiveness. As a result of this study, the combat effectiveness per each attack helicopter can be measured and this combat effectiveness is useful for reasonable decision making such as selection helicopter type, quantity when acquiring new weapon system.
