  • The general scheme of an algorithm, called an ABS-FRE algorithm, for solving systems of fuzzy relation equations (systems of FRE) via the ABS algorithms is presented. As special cases, two particular algorithms for obtaining the greatest and minimal solutions of systems of FRE are described. Several new operations used in this scheme are given, for instance, operators $\veebar$ and $\underline{\wedge}$ called quasi-inverses of operators $\vee$ and $\wedge$, respectively, etc.

  • Based on the recently developed ABS algorithm for solving linear Diophantine equations, we present a special ABS algorithm for solving such equations which is effective in computation and storage, not requiring the computation of the greatest common divisor. A class of equations always solvable in integers is identified. Using this result, we discuss the ILP problem with upper and lower bounds on the variables.

  • A modified ABS algorithm for solving a class of singular non-linear systems, $F(x) = 0, $F\;\in \;R^n$, constructed by combining the discreted ABS algorithm and a method of Hoy and Schwetlick (1990), is presented. The second differential operation of F at a point is not required to be calculated directly in this algorithm. Q-quadratic convergence of this algorithm is given.

  • 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서의 3D 그래픽 처리에 효과적인 고성능/저전력의 CORDIC 구조를 구성하기 위하여 각도 기반 검색(ABS)과 스케일링 효과를 고려한 검색(SCS)과 같은 두 가지 오프라인 벡터링 방법을 제안하고 이를 통해 연산의 반복횟수를 줄이는 알고리즘을 개발한다. ABS 알고리즘은 3차원 벡터를 두 각으로 표현하고 이를 검색의 기준으로 삼았고, SCS 알고리즘은 단위 벡터를 기준으로 하여 벡터 회전 시에 최소의 반복 연산만으로도 원하는 회전을 수행할 수 있는 최적의 기본각 회전 시퀀스를 오프라인으로 미리 검색하여 적용한다 본 논문에서 제안하는 ABS, SCS 알고리즘을 통해 지연을 각각 50% 감소시킬 수 있었으며, 이와 함께 voltage scaling 기술을 적용하여 전력 소모를 크게 감소시킬 수 있음을 논의한다.

  • The creation of automotive systems of active safety with intelligent functions needs the use of new control principles for the wheel and automobile. One of such directions is the pre-extreme control strategy. Its aim is the ensuring of wheel's work in pre-extreme, stable area of tire grip wheel slip dependence. The simplest realization of pre-extreme control in automotive anti-lock brake systems consists in the threshold and gradient algorithms. A comparative analysis of these algorithms, which has been made on 'hardware in-the-loop' simulation results of the braking for bus with various anti-lock brake systems (ABS), indicated their high efficiency.

  • In this paper, a mathematical vehicle model, the braking force control parameters, the wheel control logic, and vehicle control strategy are presented, in order to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a vehicle equipped with ABS(Antilock Brake System). The full vehicle dynamics model is constructed with sprung mass, brake system, and wheels to verify control algorithms. The valve control algorithms are designed with the wheel accelerations and slip ratio take into consideration. Theses algorithms are applied to the front and rear wheels independently. Simulation is performed under the wet road condition at initial braking speed of 60 [km/h].

sABS 형태의 스칼라 곱셈 연산에 대한 새로운 단순전력 공격 (New Simple Power Analysis on scalar multiplication based on sABS recoding)

  • 스마트카드와 같이 계산 능력이나 메모리가 제한된 장치에 암호 시스템을 구현할 때, 장치 내에 내장되어 있는 부채널 공격을 고려한 암호학적인 알고리즘은 적은 메모리를 이용하여 효율적으로 수행되어야 한다. 스칼라 곱셈 연산은 타원곡선 암호시스템에서 중요하게 다뤄지는 연산이기 때문에 부채널 공격에 안전하게 구성되어야만 한다. 하지만 부채널 공격에 안전하다고 제시된 여러 대응방법조차도 때로는 고려되지 않은 분석법에 의해 그 취약점이 드러나곤 한다. SPA에 취약하지 않다고 알려진 더미 연산을 추가한 스칼라 곱셈 연산 알고리즘은 Doubling Attack에 의해 그 취약점이 드러났다. 그러나 스칼라 곱셈의 부채널 공격 대응 방법 중 하나인 Hedabou에 의해 제안된 sABS 방법은 Doubling attack이 적용되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Doubling attack을 활용하여 sABS 방법을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 강화된 Doubling attack을 제안하고, 실험적인 결과를 통해 자세한 공격 방법을 소개한다.

  • Anti-lock Braking System(ABS) is a device which prevents the wheels form locked up under emergency braking of a vehicle. So it helps the vehicle to maintain the steerability and shortens the braking distance by maintaining optimal frictional force during braking since the tire road slip is controlled in acceptable range. Recently, ABS is accepted as a standard equipment in vehicles, especially in commercial vehicles(bus and trucks). Commercial vehicles don´t use hydraulic lines but use pneumatic lines for braking system mostly. 차륜 가속도 예측방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Estimation Method of the Wheel Acceleration)

  • In this study, an effective estimation method of wheel acceleration is presented. The wheel acceleration is mainly used in the ABS(anti-lick brake system) and the TCS(traction control system). The wheel acceleration is a derivative term of the wheel speed which is generally measured by the wheel speed sensors. The results of a simple differentiation of the signal and an observation of the signal by Kalman filter show that Kalman filter has better performance than the simple differentiation. The differentiated sine signal which is contaminated with random noise shows a rugged signal compared with the signal which is filtered by the Kalman filter. The covariance of the differentiated signal is higher than that of the Kalman-filtered signal, too. The presented Kalman filter technique shows an effective way of solution to get the estimated wheel acceleration value which is sufficient to be applied to ABS or TCS control algorithms.
