마이크로프로세서를 이용한 영구자석형 동기전동기(PMSM) 제동력 확보 제어기 설계에 관한 연구 (A study on the Scheme of Extending Break Power Controller for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) using a Microprocessorr)

  • 본 연구에서는 영구 자석형 동기전동기(PMSM)를 축소형의 견인시스템으로 각 전동기를 개별로 제어하는 1C1M방식으로 구축하였다. 전동기를 제동할 때 발생한 회생전력은 모두 활용하고 있으며 전기제동의 사용영역 확대에 발생한 회생전력을 모두 흡수할 수 있는 능력을 가진 가선이라고 가정한다. 영구 자석형 동기전동기(PMSM)의 제동력 확보를 위해 벡터제어 방법과 제어기와 속도 센서를 마미크로프로세서에 제어기를 적용 하였고, 전동기 에너지의 효율적 이용 등 회생 제동에 의한 제동력 확보와 전기 제동으로 정지하는 알고리즘을 적용하여 전동기 관성부하에 대한 시뮬레이션 및 실험결과를 제안하였다.

  • This study used an ultrasound infrared thermography technique to detect issues in the motor core of typical power equipment. The current defect inspection method of the motor core is often incomplete (due to the limits of visual inspection) and thus the reliability of the motor core is reduced. Therefore, in this study, experiments were carried out to increase the reliability of the test by using an ultrasonic infrared thermal non-destructive inspection method to image the motor core. The ambient temperature of the experimental system was maintained at $25^{\circ}C$. Experiments were carried out to examine a damaged motor core and a defect-free motor core. Experimental results confirm the technique clearly detected defects in the motor core, thereby confirming the possibility of using this technique in the field.

  • 최근에 활발히 연구되고 있는 model reference adaptive control 이론을 microprocessor를 사용하여 직류전동기의 속도제어에 적용할 수 있음을 보였다. 본 논문에서는 일차로 근사시킨 reference model을 설정하고 model의 output과 motor의 output의 처리가 영에 수렴하도록 하였다. 먼저 computer simulation에 의해 reference 입력과 부하의 변동에 따른 출력을 살펴본 후 microprocessor M 6800을 이용하여 직류전동기를 제어하였는데 input 및 부하의 급격한 변동에 잘 적용하는 특성을 보여 주었다.

  • In this paper, the speed control system of induction motor was proposed using vector control algorithm and space voltage vector PWM method to improve the dynamic performance of Induction motor. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and the current controller using space voltage vector PWM technique. The high-speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by TMS320C31 digital signal processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through digital simulations and experiments for 3.7[kw] induction motor and shows good dynamic performance.

  • In this study, we used a 16-bit microprocessor, 80C196KC for a control part in order to develop a multi-functional wheel-chair system, and implemented a joy-stick to control this system. For the complete system, we used a commercial electromotive wheelchair as a basic plant, and applied an encoder to get the rotating number of the motor to transfer data to the MCU to control the motor. We used PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) method to control the wheel-chair motor where a H-bridge circuit was configured. We used the fuzzy control algorithm for the operation of DC motor, which was attached to the electromotive wheelchair and manipulated following the change of the joystick position while a user was controlling the joystick. He also could control the speed and direction of DC motor as well as control position information.

  • This study is applied to common induction motor, and vector control is realized by using an indirect type of induction motor which has a simple composition. In this study extended Kalman filter is used from control theoretical viewpoint, and primary resistance and secondary resistance which change according to the temperature of motor are simultaneously estimated. This paper aims to research an indirect vector control in which the secondary resistance obtained from this estimation is consistent with secondary flux. This estimation is made by on-line estimation, but on-line estimation is difficult because extended Kalman filter takes long time in computation time. So off-line estimation was made on the assumption that the variation of temperature in motor is slow temporally.

  • In this paper, we study a dynamic characteristics of HDD. HDD is constructed by spindle motor/disk unit, cover, base, E-block arm/suspension unit, and rotary actuator/voice coil motor. First, we make a FE model of spindle motor/disk unit and analyzed natural frequency/mode analytically and experimentally. Especially, the change of natural frequecy of spindle motor unit according to change of B.C is considered. Second, FE model of cover, base is made. Third, we assemble the above three FE mode, we get HEE assembly and dynamic analysis of HDD assembly is accomplished.

교류전동기를 위한 Parameter Adaptive Control 방식의 PWM 인버터에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Parameter Adaptive Current Controlled PWM Inverter for AC Drives.)

  • In order to drive motor control system precisely, the motor is to be controlled by mmfs and current with sinusoidal waveforms. In this paper the Delta Modulation (DM) Technique is used for generating PWM pulse with sinusoidal waveform. However the motor currents yet contain odd harmonics due to leakage inductances, speed and exitation. To reduce harmonics, the parameter adaptive control method is introduced. That is, Req.C parameter of Delta Modulator is controlled adaptively by parameter adaptor. The adaptive signal is achieved by the difference between motor current and reference waveform, and this signal is converted to the voltage commend signal by adaptive mechanism. The test reslts show that this system is operated smoothly over a wide range of motor speed and motor current is controlled to be sinusoidal waveform adaptively.

Motor and Somato Sensory Evoked Potentials During Intraoperative Surveillance Testing in Patients with Diabetes

  • Cerebral vascular surgery can damage patients' motor and sensory nerves; therefore, neuromonitoring is performed intraoperatively. Patients with diabetes often have peripheral neuropathy and may be prone to nerve damage during surgery. This study aimed to identify factors that should be considered when diabetic patients undergo intraoperative neuromonitoring during brain vascular surgery and to present new criteria. Methods: In patients with and without diabetes who underwent cerebrovascular surgery (n = 30/group), we compared the intraoperative stimulation intensity, postoperative motor power and sensory, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and glucose levels, and imaging findings. Results: Fasting glucose, blood glucose, and HbA1c levels were 10%, 12.1%, and 9.7%, respectively; they were higher in patients with than in patients without diabetes. Two patients with diabetes had weakness, and 10 required increased Somato sensory evoked potential (SSEP) stimulation, while in 16, motor power recovered over time rather than immediately. The non-diabetic group had no weakness after surgery, but 10 patients required more increased SSEP stimulation. The diabetic group showed significantly more abnormal test results than the non-diabetic group. Conclusion: For patients with diabetes undergoing surgery with intraoperative neuromonitoring, whether diabetic peripheral neuropathy is present, their blood glucose level and the anesthetic used should be considered.

  • The Synchronous reluctance motor is a sinewave ac motor and it has cylindrical surfaces on both sides of the air gap. The stator is a conventional polyphase ac stator, while the rotor has internal flux barriers shaped to maximize the ratio of d-axis to g-axis reactance. This paper presents the finite element analysis and parameter measurement of the synchronous reluctance motor(SRM). The model motor is a 3-phase SRM with the segmental rotor and its rating is 0.175kw. The torque characteristic is analysed by finite element method and compared with that from measurement.
