현재 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 중요성이 인식되면서 국내외 SOA 기반 소프트웨어 시장이 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 SOA 기반 소프트웨어에 대한 고신뢰성과 고품질 소프트웨어의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하기 위해 품질을 시험하여 측정하고 그 결과를 적절한 기준에 따라 판정하는 방법에 대해 연구를 수행하고 평가 사례를 제시하여 평가 방법을 명확히 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 유도하고 국제 표준을 수용하는 전략기술 개발을 통해 객관성과 활용도를 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study developed a new model for evaluating activities related to PL(Product Liability), with which our domestic enterprises can more easily assess the actual status of the management of PL than as they could do before. In addition, this model was designed to make the evaluation can be done focusing on the Product safety management cycle, unlike the other PL evaluation models. This model consists of 3 evaluation domains such as evaluations of planning, implementation, and assessment and taking action regarding product safety management. In order to verify that this evaluation model meets its objectives, the researcher directly conducted evaluations of activities related to PL in 3 companies specializing in electric home appliances through visiting them.

Purpose: Determination of the importance values of quality attributes is very important to integrate the Kano model with QFD. A new method to determine the importance values of quality attributes is proposed. Methods: ASC(Average Satisfaction Coefficient) is proposed in order to determine the importance values of quality attributes. To evaluate the effectiveness of ASC, a case study of modern TV sets is conducted, and the performance of ASC is compared with direct importance evaluation and AHP pairwise comparisons. Results: The result of ASC application is similar with those of direct importance evaluation and AHP pairwise comparison. Conclusion: ASC is an effective instrument to determine the importance values of quality attributes. It doesn't need a cumbersome process like AHP pairwise comparison, and can be calculated using the data for the conventional Kano model.

방위산업은 최근 방산수출과 연계하여 국가의 주력사업으로 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 군수업체의 품질수준 조사는 방위산업 육성정책을 수립하는데 필수적이다. 군수품 생산업체 품질수준 조사는 군수품 생산 업체의 내부 품질관리 및 품질경영 시스템에 대한 조사 및 분석을 통해, 향후 군수품의 전반적인 품질 수준 제고를 위한 품질 정책 수립에 기여하기 위해 매 년 수행하고 있다. 과거에 사용 하였던 품질수준 측정 지표가 현재의 실태를 반영하는데 한계가 있었다. 따라서 품질 수준의 진단 모형과 측정 지표를 개선할 필요성이 제기 되었다. 본 논문은 타 기관 및 기업의 품질 수준 측정 지표의 사례를 조사하고, 기존에 국방 분야에서 실시되고 있는 다양한 평가지표 등을 분석하였다. 또한 과정 지표와 성과 지표의 연계성을 강화하여 군수품 생산업체의 품질수준을 객관적이고 직관적으로 표시될 수 있도록 개선하였다. 본 논문을 통해 제시된 측정 지표 및 모형은 향후 군수품 품질수준 조사에 활용될 것이다. 또한 군수품 품질수준 조사결과는 정부의 국방품질관리 정책을 보다 효과적으로 수립하는데 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Enterprise should determine the adoption and utilization of information systems would be a great help to increase management performance. So, it maintains continually the budget and the investment for informatization. However, there is a limit to clarify whether the investment in informatization is contributed to create business opportunities through corporate competitiveness certainty or not. We tend to recognize the information system as a simple means to support common business rather than being used to achieve the company's business performance and to remain competitive. It is not an easy problem for the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the effect of intangible, such as management performance measurement by introducing computerization project. Informatization level evaluation model for the harsh business environment, specifically the Small and Medium Enterprise is lacking. In this paper, we proposed the audit evaluation model of an Small and Medium Enterprise informatization level based on system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and IT business contribution. The proposed audit evaluation model was evaluated in the information system users, and verified the suitability throughout the survey of the audit professionals.

기업의 정보보호활동 예산 중 정보보호제품 구매가 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 정보보호제품을 객관적으로 비교하기 위해 적용되어야 하는 평가요소와 평가모델이 없어 제품 선택에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보보호제품 고유의 품질 특성을 연구하고 그에 따른 평가 요소들을 선정한다. 선정된 평가 요소들을 분석하여 중요도에 따른 가중치를 부여한 품질 결정 모델을 제시한다. 대상은 네트워크 정보보호제품으로 제한하여 분석하였고 모든 정보보호제품으로 확대하여 적용할 수 있다.

게임 소프트웨어는 국내외적으로 상당히 인기가 높아지면서 시장 가치가 높아지고 있다. 그러므로 게임 소프트웨어의 평가 모델을 연구하는 것은 상당히 중요하다. 소프트웨어 품질 평가의 대표적인 국제 표준 모델은 ISO/IEC 9126이라고 보여진다. 특히 게임 소프트웨어는 사용자와 개발자에 있어서 소프트웨어 품질이 상당히 중요하므로 국제 표준 모델을 준수한 평가 모델이 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 게임 소프트웨어의 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 소프트웨어 품질평가 메트릭을 제시하였다. ISO/IEC 9126의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 국제 표준 문서를 기반으로 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용성, 효율성, 이식성, 유지보수성의 6가지 품질 특성이란 관점에서 게임 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 모델을 제시했다.

For several decades, attribute classification methods using the asymmetrical relationship between an attribute performance and the satisfaction of that attribute have been explored by numerous researchers. In particular, the Kano model, which classifies quality attributes into 5 elements using simple questionnaire and two-dimensional evaluation table, has gained popularity: Attractive, One-dimensional, Must-be, Indifferent, and Reverse quality. As Kano's model is well accepted, many literatures have introduced categorization methods using the Kano's evaluation table at attribute level. However, they applied different terminologies and classification criteria and this causes confusion and misunderstanding. Therefore, a criterion for quality classification at attribute level is necessary. This study is aimed to suggest a new attribute classification method that sub-categorizes quality attributes using 5-point ordinal point and Kano's two-dimensional evaluation table through an extensive literature review. For this, the current study examines the intrinsic and extrinsic problems of the well-recognized Kano model that have been used for measuring customer satisfaction of products and services. For empirical study, the author conducted a comparative study between the results of Kano's model and the proposed method for an e-learning case (33 attributes). Results show that the proposed method is better in terms of ease of use and understanding of kano's results and this result will contribute to the further development of the attractive quality theory that enables to understand both the customers explicit and implicit needs.

DRM 기술이 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권을 적절하게 보호할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 DRM SW가 고품질을 갖추고 있어서 디지털 콘텐츠에 DRM을 부여했을 때 결함이 발생하지 않아야 한다. 따라서 DRM SW의 품질평가 모델을 개발하는 것은 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권을 효과적으로 보호하기 위한 기초가 된다고 할 수 있다. 그 중에서도 DRM SW의 보안성은 DRM SW가 갖추어야 할 가장 핵심적임 품질특성이라고 볼 수 있으므로 본 논문에서는 DRM SW의 보안성 품질을 측정할 수 있는 방법에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

Some problems are presented that Korean restaurants in jeonju area don't keep ancient fame, taste and tradition. Therefore, this thesis intends to positively analyse the evaluation of Korean restaurants' menu quality to activate Han brand, centering on Jeonju area. The findings of the study are as follows: First, this thesis named the items of analysis menu quality factor, menu quality evaluation factor, Han brand activating factor. Second, it analysed confirmative factor of menu quality evaluation and found that conformity was $x^2=67.143$, df=14, GFI=0.968, AGFI=0.917, RMR=0.056, NFI=0.902, CFI=0.962. It means that the measure of item variables was selected appropriately. Third, it constructed a menu quality evaluation model of Korean restaurants in Jeonju area and verified hypotheses, such as menu quality factors and their influences on menu quality evaluation, menu quality evaluation factors and their influences on activating of Han brand, and menu quality factors and their influences on activating Han brand. It verified the relations, and, as a result, found them to be positive(+) and selected all of the hypotheses.
