The tendency of current die manufacturing is focusing into development period shortening and panel quality improvement. This brings change of manufacturing process. In existing process, depended on experience, we were faced on a limit of sufficiency in this focus. Thus, we have attempted to make a conquest of that by constructing a process of CAE. Our attempt apply not only draw die formability but also trimming and flanging die formability with simulation of sheet metal. In this paper, we publish effects that were obtained by constructing a process.

A case of company manufacturing industrial valves is studied. To survive the fierce competition in the low-volume, high-complexity production environment, the company needs accurate information on the cost of its products. Current cost accounting system which allocates production costs based on the weights of intermediates and final products cannot provide accurate cost information that managers really need. Data on the company's cost structure and production processes were reviewed and managers were interviewed before problems with the current costing system were identified. Activity-based costing (ABC) system as well as an improved traditional costing system is considered to replace the current system. A prototype of ABC system is developed to better represent the relationships among the cost drivers, activities, and products.

This development has tried to scheme out the convenience for users to use the 3D modeling solution which is developed from the existing programs. The extended 3D modeling solution, to be developed through the use of the API which is provided and Microsoft Access, database is able to reuse the parts, subassemblies of parts, and assemblies. A methodology exhibits the possibility to use a Spinfire Professional Spinfire Reader program. The web evaluation system, which is used to connected with the Internet explorer and to construct a web service, will repeat the evaluations of the company staffs and customers about the new products which the company have designed. The furniture manufacturing company will adopt the 3D modelling solution in modelling the new products and go through the web evaluation system to collect dissatisfied facts of the customers or the company staffs against the new product. Finally, it will contribute to the enormous benefit creation of the enterprise.

This article is about a new law of railroad industry has come into effect in 2004 and that left the railroad company operated under the private system. Accordingly, it has to encounter a variety of managers on the railroad safety part too. Incheon Airport Railroad that was, from Incheon International Airport to Kimpo Airport, opened to traffic on the 23th March, 2007 as the first private railroad company in Korea. This railroad company is working hard to be a safe and convenient airport railroad. There is not operated an effective emergency response that the railroad company and the emergency response personnel without standard operation procedure, recently. The original emergency manual and the emergency procedure of the synthesized railroad safety development business. I am proposing to establish the emergency response scenario according to the different situations that the train operator.

Critical incident can be happened at any time, any places without any pre-notification. For minimizing the loss of the life safety, financial and so on caused by the risk, most of company needs a system what can activate the critical incident management plan to prevent, plan for and respond to events that become critical incident. But a lot of company still don't have such a detailed system in our country and almost company has no effective training way for to boot. This paper shows the way to activate the risk management system to work efficiently the plan. The training way, proposed by this paper, is a incident command simulator based on virtual reality and scenario generation software.

The problems and the limits of outsourcing strategies are disclosure of the knowhow to someone and rapid confrontation of difficulties by a outsourcing-supply company, limitations of quality control and hold-up of quality. From the result of this study, we found that development of outsourcing strategies will be not vertical relationship between a outsourcing-supply company and a outsourcing-demand company but horizontal relationship (co-sourcing) between those supply and demand company. Especially, core-affairs, control of operating costs and costs reduction must have the precise purpose and carry out capacity and affairs of organization.

This study discovered the effects of strategic learning and network building on a company's environmental management performance. According to the results, the environmental awareness of the company and competition threats within the industry did not significantly affect the establishment of environmental strategy, whereas the consumer's sensitivity to the environment and the environmental regulation of the government did. The environmental awareness of the company and the consumer's sensitivity to the environment were found to greatly impact a company's network building. which is closely related with the utilization of multimedia system and technology. In addition, it was found that the establishment of corporate environmental strategy had a significant effect on network building and strategic learning, but network building did not significantly affect strategic learning, indicating a difference. Finally, corporate strategic learning affected environmental management performance, suggesting an importance in accumulating strategic learning capabilities to increase environmental management performance.

NSSS Control Systems automatically mitigate transient conditions and leads to a stable plant condition without operator actions when a transient occurs during normal power operation. In this paper, the function and performance of NSSS control systems were examined and evaluated by comparing the predicted results with the measured data for the selected events. Loss of a Main Feedwater Pump and Load Rejection to House Load Operation events were selected for the evaluation among the transient tests peformed during the Power Ascension Test (PAT) of UCN unit 4. The overall schematic control actions of NSSS control systems can be evaluated easily through the observation of these two typical events. The selected events were analyzed by the KISPAC computer code[l] which had been used in developing the control logic and determining the control setpoints during the plant design. Additionally, the performance of FWCS during low power operation was evaluated. The result of evaluation showed that the NSSS control systems were designed properly and the performance of the NSSS control systems was excellent and also the computer code had a good prediction capability.

With the help of Internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly.

As social and economic environments rapidly change, all enterprises are struggling for the 21C. K company, a motor company, is building a new production system by one way of paradigm shift to get the competitive power in the market. This system includes concepts of the thinking shift from maker's view to consumers' view when it makes cars. Simultaneously, K company has been applying another new method 'Interchanges of Different Section of Industry' to make more competitive vendors since 1996. The old method, used until 1995, had worked well and gained lots of effects during the reform activities. But after the technical supervisors from K company had left almost everything went back to the starting point in the vendor company. The major causes of this phenomenon are that there were no ‘structure’ to maintain the reforming activities. We have confirmed that ‘Interchanges of Different Section of Industry’ is a good way to let this ‘structure’ exist continuously. After we compared and analyzed merits or demerits of this system through the experience of applying it to a vendor C, we have suggested more progressive method by strengthening the merits and removing the demerits.
