The purpose of this study is to develop a photomontage expression in order to express a characteristic personality and creativity of artists of effectively in fashion illustration. The results of this study were as follows : 1) Because of a fashion and a human body were the major subjects in fashion illustration, human body transformation and composition between a human body and heterogeneous objects by photomontage appeared with a lot of works. 2) Photomontage appeared with a parody in a truth recurrence differ from a visual art, a parody seemed to be a humor with recurrence image of the original and it appeared with the general public image and it is effective in message delivery. 3) It was a stopped screen. but photomontage was expressed through overlapping and reiteration was characteristic, and it appeared with movement. a direction, a speed and rhythm effectively. 4) One screen of general chapter was only to express limited meaning, but after screen of a lot of chapter, it was able to express that was borrowed and reconstructive with a lot of contents or different contents are more than before. 5) It is changed, and composited images have a multiple point of time, and it extend a space-time limit, visual limit and an expression enabled a multidimensional space-time. Moreover, photomontage neglects unique sincerity and fact of a photo by development and utilization of computer graphic. and it can get a screen effect to spread in the virtual world as abstraction and hyper-reality. Therefore, if various photomontage expression apply to fashion illustration works, it can overcome a limit of a visual expression. and it is able to become an important way for expanding a filed of expression and enhancement of a practical function gradually in fashion illustration
Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium causes human gastroenteritis and a systemic typhoid-like infection in mice. A critical virulence determinant of Salmonella is the ability to invade mammalian cells. The expression of genes required for invasion is tightly regulated by environmental conditions and a variety of regulatory genes. The hilA regulator encodes an OmpR/ToxR family transcriptional regulator that activates the expression of invasion genes in response to both environmental and genetic regulatory factors. Work from several laboratories has highlighted that regulation of hilA expression is a key point for controlling expression of the invasive phenotype. A number of positive regulators of hilA expression have been identified including csrAB, sirA/barA, pstS, hilC/sirC/sprA, fis, and hilD. HilD, an AraC/XylS type transcriptional regulator, is of particular importance as a mutation in hilD results in a 14-fold decrease in chromosomal hilA::Tn5lacZY-080 expression and a 53-fold decrease in invasion of HEp-2 cells. It is believed that HilD directly regulates hilA expression as it has been shown to bind to hilA promoter sequences. In addition, our research group, and others, have identified genes (hilE, hha, pag, and lon) that negatively affect hilA transcription. HilE appears to be an important Salmonella-specific regulator that plays a critical role in inactivating hilA expression. Recent work in our lab has been directed at understanding how environmental signals that affect hilA expression may be processed through a hilE pathway to modulate expression of hilA and the invasive phenotype. The current understanding of this complex regulatory system is reviewed.
Objective: S100A7A, a member of the S100 protein family, is involved in various biological processes, including innate immunity, antimicrobial function, and epithelial tumorigenesis. However, the expression and function of S100A7A in the endometrium during the estrous cycle and pregnancy are not well understood in pigs. Therefore, this study determined the expression and regulation of S100A7A at the maternal-conceptus interface in pigs. Methods: We obtained endometrial tissues from pigs throughout the estrous cycle and pregnancy, conceptus tissues during early pregnancy, and chorioallantoic tissues during midto late pregnancy and analyzed the expression of S100A7A in these tissues. We also determined the effects of steroid hormones, estradiol-$17{\beta}$ ($E_2$) and progesterone, and interleukin-$1{\beta}$ (IL1B) on S100A7A expression in endometrial tissues. Results: We found that S100A7A was expressed in the endometrium during the estrous cycle and pregnancy in a pregnancy status- and stage-dependent manner and was localized to endometrial luminal epithelial (LE) and superficial glandular epithelial cells with strong intensity in LE cells on day 12 of pregnancy. Early stage conceptuses and chorioallantoic tissues from day 30 to term pregnancy also expressed S100A7A. The expression of S100A7A was increased by $E_2$ and IL1B in endometrial tissues. Conclusion: S100A7A was expressed at the maternal-conceptus interface at the initiation of implantation in response to conceptus-derived estrogen and IL1B and could be a unique endometrial epithelial marker for conceptus implantation in pigs. These findings provide an important insight into the understanding of conceptus-endometrial interactions for the successful establishment of pregnancy in pigs.
A company have to grow constantly. If a company does not grow and stagnant, it will be finally out of the market. The contemporary companies fully make use of M&A to search for new growth engines. The reason of companies using M&A as a important tool of a business strategy is the fastest way to achieve technology power, market power, competitiveness. The form of M&A was that leading companies take over smaller companies or merger and acquisition between small companies in the middle of 2000. But now, Mega mergers between industry leading companies often occur and especially domestic of course M&A of foreign companies occurs actively. These days the boom of stock market and the big companies are pouring on sale by restructuring, privatization and the basis of low interest will make the M&A market continuously. In this study, I suggest a solution of actual human resources management by analyzing proven M&A cases and search for various problems of a gap in the leadership and communication in connection with integration of organization culture after M&A. First of all, I arrange the theoretical concept of the subject and analyze the key factors of the success M&A cases, lastly I suggested a HR strategy after M&A. After M&A, HR strategy is ; First, a company have to build a organization culture which is that merger company accommodate a excellent organizational characteristic of predecessor company with consideration of culture difference. Second, M&A must proceed to remove of anxiety about the future and employment stability by excellent leaderships. Third, organization integration after M&A is influenced by the level of integration for that reason it was verified that M&A have to make progress by communication of each 2 organizations.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of alcohol abstinence self-efficacy in the relationship between the Alcoholics Anonymous affiliation and alcohol recovery. For these purposes, this study recruited 554 abstinent alcoholics participating in Alcoholics Anonymous. Based on structural equational modeling, the results can be summarized as follows: the relationship between the Alcoholics Anonymous affiliation and alcohol recovery was partially mediated by alcohol abstinence self-efficacy. In particular, age difference was found in the mediating relationship. Based on the findings, implications on practice and future research directions are discussed.
In this note we prove the following result: Let A be a complex Banach *-algebra with continuous involution and let B be an $A^{*}$-algebra./T(A) = B. Then T is continuous (Theorem 2). From above theorem some others results of special interest and some well-known results follow. (Corollaries 3,4,5,6 and 7). We close this note with some generalizations and some remarks (Theorems 8.9.10 and question). Throughout this note we consider only complex algebras. Let A and B be complex algebras. A linear mapping T from A into B is called jordan homomorphism if T( $x^{1}$) = (Tx)$^{2}$ for all x in A. A linear mapping T : A .rarw. B is called spectrally-contractive mapping if .rho.(Tx).leq..rho.(x) for all x in A, where .rho.(x) denotes spectral radius of element x. Any homomorphism algebra is a spectrally-contractive mapping. If A and B are *-algebras, then a homomorphism T : A.rarw.B is called *-homomorphism if (Th)$^{*}$=Th for all self-adjoint element h in A. Recall that a Banach *-algebras is a complex Banach algebra with an involution *. An $A^{*}$-algebra A is a Banach *-algebra having anauxiliary norm vertical bar . vertical bar which satisfies $B^{*}$-condition vertical bar $x^{*}$x vertical bar = vertical bar x vertical ba $r^{2}$(x in A). A Banach *-algebra whose norm is an algebra $B^{*}$-norm is called $B^{*}$-algebra. The *-semi-simple Banach *-algebras and the semi-simple hermitian Banach *-algebras are $A^{*}$-algebras. Also, $A^{*}$-algebras include $B^{*}$-algebras ( $C^{*}$-algebras). Recall that a semi-prime algebra is an algebra without nilpotents two-sided ideals non-zero. The class of semi-prime algebras includes the class of semi-prime algebras and the class of prime algebras. For all concepts and basic facts about Banach algebras we refer to [2] and [8].].er to [2] and [8].].
The main purpose of the study is to identify critical risk factors for development of a family assessment tool to screen high risk family. This study used a conceptual framework of family diagnosis developed by Eui-sook Kim's (1993) and analyzed risk factors to identify the high risk family. As employing a explorative and methodological study design, this study has four stages. 1. In the first stage, 34 family risk factors were identified by doing intensive literature review on conceptual framework of family diagnoses. 2. In the second stage, above risk factors were tested for content validity by consultation with 29 persons in community health nursing, nursing education, family theory, and social work. 3. In the third stage, existing survey data was used for actual application of the identified risk factors. The survey data used for this purpose was previously collected for the community diagnosis in a region of Seoul. At the final stage, through the comparison between high risk and low risk families, initially identified 34 risk factors decreased to 25 risk factors. Among 34 risk factors, six factors did not agree with content of questionnaries sand two factors were not significant in differentiating the high risk family Also, two risk factors showed high correlation between themselves, so only one of those two factors was chosen. As a result, twenty-five risk factors chosen to identify the high risk family are following ; 1. A single parent family due to divorce or death of a partner, or unweded single mother 2. A family with an unrelated household members 3. A family with a working mother with a young child 4. A family with no regular income 5. A family with no rule in family or too strict rules 6. A family with little or no support from other lam-ily members 7. A family with little or no support from friends or relatives 8. A family with little or no time to share with each other 9. A family with family history of hypertension, diabetus, cancer 10. A family with a sick person 11. A family with a mentally ill person 12. A family with a disabled person 13. A family with an alcoholic person 14. A family with a excessive smoker who smokes more than 1 pack / day 15. A family with too much salt intake in their diet. 16. A family with inappropriate management skills for family health 17. A family with high utilization of drug store than hospital to solve the health problems of the family 18. A family with disharmony between husband and wife 19. A family with conflicts among the family members 20. A family with unequal division of labor among family members 21. An authoritative family structure 22. A socially isolated family 23. The location of house is not residential area 24. A family with high risk of accidents 25. The drinking water and sewage systems are not hygienic. The main implication of the results of this study is clinical use. The high risk factors can be used to identify the high risk family effectively and efficiently. The use of high risk factors woule contribute to develop a conceptual framework of family diagnosis in Korea and the list of risk factors need to be revised continuously. Further researches are needed to develop an index of weight of each risk factor and to validate the risk factors.
General recognition on the role of a designer has differently changed according to the age and region respectively. This research has clarified general recognition on a designer's role among a designer, experts that designers mainly perform co-work and an ordinary people in a period when the design identity is more confused than any other time. The results of this research are as follows. First, the 13 definitions on a role of a designer in a company were identified through field interview survey by presidents and practical responsible persons in design-specialized companies. Second, it was proved whether there is a difference in recognition on a role of a designer between designers and non-designers. Third, this research divided a group of non-designers into two groups such as a design job-related group mainly performing co-work with designer, and an ordinary people's group that doesn't major design. After that, this research found out the most sympathizing definition on a role of a designer at a company in three groups divided into a designer's group, a design job-related group and an ordinary people's group. The awareness on the role of designer was more objectively regulated three-dimensionally in all aspects of a designers group and a non-designers group. In addition, the findings of recognition difference of each group on a designer's role will help comprehensive understanding on each experts group and an ordinary people. The findings of the research will help in performing co-work of designers and non-designers in design decisionmaking based on understanding of this recognition.
EphA2 has been implicated in amplifying ErbB2 tumorigenic signaling. One protein that interacts with EphA2 is the Anks1a PTB adaptor. However, the precise role of Anks1a in EphA2-mediated tumorigenesis is unclear. We demonstrated that Anks1a localizes to the ER upon phosphorylation and that the Ankyrin repeats and PTB of Anks1a bind to EphA2 and Sec23, respectively. Thus, Anks1a facilitates the selective packaging of EphA2 into COPII vesicles. Additionally, Anks1a knockout mice, a phenocopy of EphA2 knockout mice, exhibited markedly reduced ErbB2-induced breast tumorigenesis. Strikingly, ErbB2 did not localize to the cell surface following Anks1a knockdown in primary mammary tumor cells over-expressing ErbB2. Importantly, EphA2 was critical for stabilizing ErbB2 through complex formation, but its interaction with Anks1a also facilitated ErbB2 loading into COPII carriers. These findings suggest a novel role for Anks1a in the molecular pathogenesis of breast tumors and possibly other human diseases.

The hydrodynamic forces acting on a forced oscillating 2-dimensional cylinder on a free surface of a fluid of a finite depth are calculated by distributing singularities on the immersed body surface. And the Haskind-Newman relation in a fluid of a finite depth is derived. The wave exciting force of the cylinder to an oscillation is also calculated by using the above relation. The method is applied to a circular cylinder swaying in a water of finite depth, and then, to a rectangular cylinder heaving, swaying, and rolling. The results of above cases give a good agreement with those by earlier investigators such as Bai, Keil, and Yeung. Also, this method is applied to a Lewis form cylinder with a half beam-to-draft ratio of 1.0 and a sectional area coefficient of 0.941, and to a bulbous section cylinder which is hard to represent by a mapping function. The results reveal that the hydrodynamic forces in heave increase as the depth of a water decrease, but in sway or roll, the tendency of the hydrodynamic forces is difficult to say in a few words. The exciting force to heave for a bulbous section cylinder becomes zero at two frequencies. The added mass moment of inertia for roll is seemed to mainly depend on the sectional shape than the water depth.
