A series of allylidenethiosemicarbazone compounds (2a~2e) were obtained in 45~85% by condensing (E)-3-(aryl)acrylaldehyde (1a~1e) with thiosemicarbazide. Theses compounds on treatment of 2,4'-dibromoacetophenone and 2,3-dichloroquinoxaline yielded 2,4-disubstituted thiazoles (3a~3e) and 2-[(E)-3-(aryl)allylidenehydrazono]thiazolo[5,4-b]quinoxaline (4a~4e) in good yield respectively. Nowadays, it is common that most consumers are purchasing goods in e-stores. The e-stores eager to attract, revisit, retain, and finally convert them into loyal customers. The e-store marketers have planned and executed numerous marketing efforts. As one of the marketing activities, e-store managers attempt to build web sites that meet customers' functional and psychological needs. A wide array of studies has been done to identify factors that could affect customers' response of web sites. Majority of studies were conducted to verify technology-related and functional variables of the website which facilitate transactions and enhance customer responses such as purchase intention and website loyalty. However, there has been little research on the external cues of website and psychological variables of consumer that could have positive influences on customer response. Purpose - Although e-learning has this advantage, currently many organizations have failed to recognize the necessity for basic e-learning educational training. It follows that practitioners working in the above organizations face the difficulty of having to find educational training processes of boosting their capabilities by themselves, rather than being able to utilize the educational training processes offered by e-learning. So of their own accord, learners have considered the necessity of information relating to being able to choose between high quality educational training processes. The purpose of this study is to propose opening e-learning content information for enabling an efficient choice of learning processes related to e-learning. Research design, data, and methodology - To pinpoint the items of e-learning content information, the study was initiated according to the following process. First, information relating to e-learning content (offered on e-learning websites) was researched. Second, based on the items of information which emerged from the research, selection and validity verification took place with 5 e-learning specialists as the subjects. Third, the opinions of adult learners at K University were collated relating to the items of information which emerged from the research. Results - The e-learning content information was comprised of 16 items in order to improve the choosing process for learner's e-learning contents. The analysis results showed that when learners were choosing e-learning processes, the most highly considered item was 'mobile support' (4.35). Following this (in order) were 'tuition fees' (4.30), 'certificate issuing' (4.23), and 'awareness of educational institution' (4.18). The least considered items were 'recruiting learners' (3.01) and 'tutor support' (3.18). Conclusions - The 16 items of e-learning content information in this study, were deemed to be helpful to learners in providing them with a choice of desirable e-learning process when this process was offered to them. Following this, there is a need for service institutions offering e-learning processes to make public the information suggested by this study. Research into educational methods additionally points to a necessity for not only e-learning forms, but also offline educational methods and a combination of blended learning to be offered and run parallel to e-learning.

This study is attempted to serve the fundamental theory for ‘The reorganization of Korean coastal and adjacent water fishery.’ On the Korean coastal and adjacent water fishery where one species stock is catched by multiple fisheries, traditional analysis is not suitable, as analyzing through adjusting the heterogeneous fishing effort among the fisheries to an unit having same fishing strength. Therefore, this study presents the ‘Multi-Variable Model’, adopting fishing effort from each fishery as independent variable, respectively, in order to analyze the quantitative fluctuation of fishery resource not with fishing strength but with amount of fishing effort, measured by the unit of each fishery. For the sake of simplication, this study assumes that one species is catched by two fishery, premise two assumption. 1) Every fishery has not the selectivity in fishing 2) The promotion of fishing efficiency is accomplished in the same speed. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the development and characteristics of e-commerce in China and analyze the current status of e-commerce platforms in China. Research design, data and methodology: To explore the development of e- commerce in China, this study collects and analyzes Chinese journals and secondary sources. It also conducts a case analysis of the success strategies of leading Chinese e-commerce companies. Results: The analysis showed that China's e-commerce is active in various forms of e-commerce, including B2B, B2C, and C2C, and that the development of e-commerce in China has been divided into three main stages. The Chinese government has been actively implementing various policies to promote the development of e-commerce. Conclusions: In this context, this paper specifically examines the development process of e- commerce in China, the current status of the Chinese e-commerce market, and the characteristics of the Chinese e-commerce market. In addition, the paper analyzes representative B2B, B2C, and C2C companies in China's e-commerce market. The results of the analysis show that Huichongwang, a B2B company, Jingdong, a B2C company, and Taobao, a C2C company, have achieved rapid growth through their core strategies and capabilities. The study also analyzed in detail the problems faced by the Chinese government and companies.
. First of all, hypothesis 1 is partially supported because sub-hypothesis 1-1 and 1-2 are supported, whereas sub-hypothesis 1-3, 1-4, and 1-5 are rejected. Specifically, it reveals that warmth and sophistication dimensions in e-store personality have positive influence on e-store identification, however, activity, progressiveness, and strictness does not have any significant relationship on e-store identification. Secondly, hypothesis 2 was supported. Therefore, it can be said that e-store identification has a positive impact on e-store trust. Thirdly, hypothesis 3 is also supported. Hence, there is a positive relationship between e-store identification and e-store engagement. Fourthly, hypothesis 4 is supported too. e-store identification has a positive influence on e-store loyalty. Fifthly, hypothesis 5 is also accepted. This indicates that e-store trust is a precedent variable which positively affects e-store loyalty. Lastly, it reveals that e-store engagement has a positive impact on e-store loyalty. Therefore, hypothesis 6 is supported. The findings of the study imply that some dimensions of e-store personality have a positive influence on e-store identification, and that e-store identification has direct and indirect influence on e-store loyalty through e-store trust and e-store engagement positively. These results also suggest that the e-store identification in e-store personality is a precedent variable which positively affects e-store loyalty directly and indirectly through e-store trust and engagement as a mediating variable. Therefore, e-store marketers need to implement website strategy based on e-store personality, e-store identification, e-store trust, and e-store engagement to meet customers' psychological needs and enhance e-store loyalty. Finally, the limitations and future study directions based on this study are discussed.
