  • The internet industry is gradually increasing according to the explosive explosion of internet and development of information communication industry. Specially, The payment method of settlement means is diversed with development of e-commerce. In this paper, we propose a settlement method using e-settlement in the network. and we suggest a security method for efficiency of e-money. Also, we propose a reform plan of e-settlement system.

Activities of E6 Protein of Human Papillomavirus 16 Asian Variant on miR-21 Up-regulation and Expression of Human Immune Response Genes

  • Background: Variants of human papillomavirus (HPV) show more oncogenicity than do prototypes. The HPV16 Asian variant (HPV16As) plays a major role in cervical cancer of Asian populations. Some amino acid changes in the E6 protein of HPV16 variants affect E6 functions such as p53 interaction and host immune surveillance. This study aimed to investigate activities of HPV16As E6 protein on modulation of expression of miRNA-21 as well as interferon regulatory factors (IRFs) 1, 3, 7 and c-fos. Materials and Methods: Vectors expressing E6 protein of HPV16As (E6D25E) or HPV16 prototype (E6Pro) were constructed and transfected into C33A cells. HCK1T cells expressing E6D25E or E6Pro were established by transducing retrovirus-containing E6D25E or 16E6Pro. The E6AP-binding activity of E6 and proliferation of the transfected C33A cells were determined. MiR-21 and mRNA of interesting genes were detected in the transfected C33A cells and/or the HCK1T cells, with or without treatment by culture medium from HeLa cells (HeLa-CM). Results: E6D25E showed binding activity with E6AP similar to that of E6Pro. Interestingly, E6D25E showed a higher activity of miR-21 induction than did E6Pro in C33A cells expressing E6 protein. This result was similar to the HCK1T cells expressing E6 protein, with HeLa-CM treatment. The miR-21 up-regulation significantly corresponded to its target expression. Different levels of expression of IRFs were also observed in the HCK1T cells expressing E6 protein. Interestingly, when treated with HeLa-CM, IRFs 1, 3 and 7 as well as c-fos were significantly suppressed in the HCK1T cells expressing E6D25E, whereas those in the HCK1T cells expressing E6Pro were induced. A similar situation was seen for IFN-${\alpha}$ and IFN-${\beta}$. Conclusions: E6D25E of the HPV16As variant differed from the E6 prototype in its activities on epigenetic modulation and immune surveillance and this might be a key factor for the important role of this variant in cervical cancer progression.

  • This research is motivated by the concept of online banking or Internet banking where consumers aren't required to visit a bank branch to complete most of their basic banking transactions. They can do all of this at their own convenience, wherever they want. This research aims to find out the role of e-satisfaction in mediating the influence of e-service quality on the e-loyalty of the customer of a private bank in Indonesia. The method of data collection in this research is by using probability sampling with the simple purposive sampling technique. Data that is collected from 205 respondents is the data that meet the criteria, which are the respondent needs to be a bank customer and must have an Internet banking account. The analysis method that is used is regression analysis through the SEM method with the aid of SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the significance of e-satisfaction role in mediating the relationship between e-service quality and e-loyalty. The research result shows that e-service quality has a significant positive influence on e-satisfaction; e-satisfaction has a significant positive influence on e-loyalty, e-service has a significant positive influence on e-loyalty, and e-satisfaction significantly mediate the influence of e-service quality towards e-loyalty.

E-government Skills Identification and Development: Toward a Staged-Based User-Centric Approach for Developing Countries

  • One of the prominent challenges of e-government identified in developing countries is low level of ICT literacy and skills of e-government users. For those countries at the nascent stage of e-government development, it is crucial to identify and provide e-skills needed from the demand side. However, prior research has mostly focused on the supply side of e-skills, ignoring the consumption side of e-skills. In addition, no user centric approach for e-skills identification and development for e-service consumption, with respect to the stages of e-government development, have been proposed and validated. The purpose of this article is thus to: 1) Identify skills required for e-services utilization by all participants-citizens, public, and private sector employees-involved in G2C, G2B, and G2E e-government relationships respectively; assuming they are consumers of e-government and to 2) Propose and validate an user-centric approach for e-skills identification and development based on stages of e-government utilizing the Delphi method. As a result of the study, a comprehensive list of e-skills (N = 81) was generated. We found that e-skills required for e-service consumption are not merely technical; they include a wide variety of related skills that can be applied to enhancing e-skills. Therefore, the findings can serve as a standard curriculum for training and educating both citizens and government employees in developing countries. Moreover, the findings of this research may also facilitate international organizations in indentifying and measuring citizens' readiness for e-government in terms of e-skills.

Clast4의 과발현에 의한 세포 증식의 감소 (Overexpression of Clast4 Reduces Cell Proliferation)

  • eIF4E는 번역개시과정에서 중심조절자 역할을 한다. eIF4E와 eIF4G의 결합이 mRNA의 번역을 촉발하기 때문에, 여러 단백질들이 이 결합을 저해함으로써 번역과정을 조절한다. 인간 4E-T는 eIF4E 결합단백질 중의 하나로, 결합한 mRNA의 번역을 저해할 뿐 아니라, eIF4E를 processing body (P-body)로 이동시키는 기능을 가지고 있다. Clast4는 인간의 4E-T와 상동성을 가지는 생쥐 단백질로 번역 조절에 중요한 기능을 할 것으로 추측되지만, 그 특징은 아직 잘 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 Clast4의 인산화된 상태와 eIF4E와의 결합력, Clast4 과발현시 세포증식의 변화에 대한 특징을 관찰하였다. Clast4는 PKA에 의해 in vivo에서 아미노말단의 몇몇 잔기가 인산화되는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 PKA에 의해 인산화된 Clast4는 eIF4E와의 결합력이나 Clast4의 세포 내 위치에는 큰 변화가 없었다. Clast4는 eIF4E1과 CPEB와 결합하며, Clast4의 보존된 eIF4E 결합 서열인 $YXXXXL_{\phi}$가 eIF4E1A와의 결합에서는 중요하지만 eIF4E1B와의 결합에서는 큰 영향이 없는 것으로 관찰되었다. 잘 알려져 있는 eIF4E 조절자인 4E-BP의 경우와 유사하게 Clast4를 과발현하였을 때 세포의 증식이 감소되었다. 이러한 결과는 Clast4가 세포 내에서 전반적인 번역 조절에 관여하고 있다는 것을 시사한다.

A ${\Gamma}$-semigroup S is called an E-inversive ${\Gamma}$-semigroup if for each $a{\in}S$ there exist $x{\in}S$ and ${\alpha}{\in}{\Gamma}$ such that a${\alpha}$x is a ${\beta}$-idempotent for some ${\beta}{\in}{\Gamma}$. A ${\Gamma}$-semigroup is called a right E-${\Gamma}$-semigroup if for each ${\alpha}$-idempotent e and ${\beta}$-idempotent f, $e{\alpha}$ is a ${\beta}$-idempotent. In this paper we investigate different properties of E-inversive ${\Gamma}$-semigroup and right E-${\Gamma}$-semigroup.

수출중소기업의 e-Market place 활용증대전략 - 광주 소재 수출기업을 중심으로 - (How to Enhance using e-Marketplace by Korean Small & Medium Trading Companies?)

  • The main objective of this study is to examine the mediating effect of 'e-trust' on the relationship between the antecedents related to e-marketplace and the intention of using e-marketplace. Data was collected from a survey of 169 exporting firms in Gwangju, Korea. The results of the study are as follows ; First, 'e-trust' is produced a mediating effect when technology and government factors affect the intention of using e-marketplace. However, "e-trust" does not play a mediating role in the relationship between company factor and the intention of using e-marketplace. Second, technology factor, government factor and company factor have a positive impacts on the intention of using e-marketplace. Accordingly, in order to enhance the intention of using e-marketplace, small & medium exporting firms in Korea should try more to prepare for factors related to technology and company. In addition to these, government should give full support to be prepared for regulations and systems related to e-marketplace. If e-trust were properly built, the enhancement of using e-marketplace would be taken place more smoothly. So most of exporting firms can participate in e-marketplace more actively.

E-girl과 E-boy 패션 이미지에 나타난 디지털 페르소나 (Digital persona in E-girl and E-boy fashion images)

  • The aim of this study is to select MLMA and Noen Eubanks as representatives of Gen Z's unique subculture 'E-girl' and 'E-boy' to analyze fashion images and determine their meaning through the perspective of persona. To conduct this study, a literature review and case studies were combined and fashion images of E-girl and E-boy appearing on social media were analyzed to identify the personas they expressed. A case study of MLMA and Noen Eubanks' Instagram and TikTok account posts showed that grotesque, kitsch, and gender-related images stand out. The digital personae demonstrated by E-girl and E-boy fashion images were demonstrated to be a strange persona that reject perfect beauty and a playful persona escaping from reality and anxiety. Lastly persona of individual identity was shown to be formed. This study provides a basis for understanding and interpreting Gen Z's culture and aesthetics that will lead to future trends. Based on this study, I hope that various studies on E-girl and E-boy apparel will be conducted, and that by understanding the importance of E-girl and E-boy culture for Gen Z (which is paying attention to fashion trends), this can be used as a marketing strategy to consider their characteristics, with data used to inform design development.

E-business 경영환경에서 기업의 E-business 성과 분석 연구 (Analyzing for Firm E-business Performance in E-business Management Environment)

  • Many firms have used e-business systems to efficiently perform their business in an e-business management environment. Firms have applied their e-business capabilities to management activities in order to raise the performance of business execution in a global market environment. In this business environment, the analysis and management for the performance of a firm's e-business execution need to efficiently build and improve its e-business capability and competitiveness. This research presents an analysis tool for a firm e-business performance to efficiently manage and improve the e-business performance in this environment. The analysis items for a firm e-business performance are developed and extracted from the major components of a general firm performance in previous studies. The generated analysis items were verified by factor analysis and reliability analysis through a pilot test. The developed twelve items were extracted from twenty items by these analyses. This study developed a 12-item tool that can totally analyze a firm e-business performance in an e-business management environment. The developed tool consists of four analysis factors and twelve items.

  • 본 연구는 보존가치가 있는 금오도 지역의 지형 지질 경관자원에 관한 전문적인 지식을 기반으로 생태 역사 문화적 요소를 포함하여 금오도의 지역성을 경험할 수 있도록 지오싸이트(geosite)를 발굴하고 해설하는 데 초점을 맞추었다. 지형 지질 경관자원으로서 서부 해안에 위치한 '미역널방' 신선대의 해식애, 직포 사빈, '갈바람통'의 해식애와 해식동, 충산의 육계사주와 육계도, 장지 암설 역빈과 동부 해안에 위치한 여천 대유의 응회암, 연목 '검바위' 우학리의 안산암 분포지를 지오싸이트로 선정하였다. 전반적으로 중생대 퇴적층과 화산암으로 이뤄진 지형들이 발달하였다. 탐방경로는 금오도의 북서쪽 함구미 선착장에서 남동쪽 장지 마을로 이어지는 '비렁길'루트와 동부해안도로를 따라 구성하였으며, 암설지대가 나타나는 장지를 사례로 관광해설표지판을 예시해 보았다.
