Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) encodes small envelope protein (E) that plays a major role in viral assembly, release, pathogenesis, and host inflammation. Previous studies demonstrated that pyrazine ring containing amiloride analogs inhibit this protein in different types of coronavirus including SARS-CoV-1 small envelope protein E (SARS-CoV-1 E). SARS-CoV-1 E has 93.42% sequence identity with SARS-CoV-2 E and shared a conserved domain NS3/small envelope protein (NS3_envE). Amiloride analog hexamethylene amiloride (HMA) can inhibit SARS-CoV-1 E. Therefore, we performed molecular docking and dynamics simulations to explore whether amiloride analogs are effective in inhibiting SARS-CoV-2 E. To do so, SARS-CoV-1 E and SARS-CoV-2 E proteins were taken as receptors while HMA and 3-amino-5-(azepan-1-yl)-N-(diaminomethylidene)-6-pyrimidin-5-ylpyrazine-2-carboxamide (3A5NP2C) were selected as ligands. Molecular docking simulation showed higher binding affinity scores of HMA and 3A5NP2C for SARS-CoV-2 E than SARS-CoV-1 E. Moreover, HMA and 3A5NP2C engaged more amino acids in SARS-CoV-2 E. Molecular dynamics simulation for 1 ㎲ (1,000 ns) revealed that these ligands could alter the native structure of the proteins and their flexibility. Our study suggests that suitable amiloride analogs might yield a prospective drug against coronavirus disease 2019.

La mode d'aujourd'hui bascule entre masculin et $f{\acute{e}}minin$. Cette fusion de la mode semble le reflet d'une tendance intersexuelle et d'une fusion du genre.

A new species, Epilobium ulleungensis J. M. Chung (Onagraceae Juss), from Ulleungdo Island (South Korea) was described and illustrated. Among four taxa native to Ulleungdo Island (E. amurense Hausskn. subsp. cephalostigma (Hausskn.) C. J. Chen, Hock & P. H. Raven, E. hirsutum L., E. pyrricholophum Franch. Sav., and E. ulleungensis), E. ulleungensis has a unique tetragonal stigma, which is considered to be an intermediate form between clavate (E. pyrricholophum) or capitate (E. amurense subsp. cephalostigma) and 4-lobed stigmas (E. hirsutum). More importantly, this new species is clearly distinguished from the other three taxa distributed on Ulleungdo Island by its height (over 200 cm), decumbent stem, leaf shape, short, dense pubescent covering on the whole plant, large flower size, and a dark pink or red purple flower. According to the stigma shape and other characters, it was estimated that E. ulleungensis is a hybrid between E. hirsutum and E. pyrricholophum or E. amurense subsp. cephalostigma). The specific epithet "ulleungensis" was chosen because the new species was restricted to Ulleungdo Island.

In an effort to produce high quality Angelica gigas NAKAI in the southern area of Korea, a variety of mulching materials were used to prevent withering during the summer. The experimental results are summarized as follows. Soil water content and temperature under various mulching materials were higher than those without mulching, in all the cases studied. Among various mulching materials P. E.(polyethylene) mulching material showed the highest effect. The appearance of weeds was the lowest when using the black P. E. mulching, while growth of weeds was the greatest when using transparent mulching. Growth and development of the plant were better with P. E. mulching than straw mulching or no mulching, allowed for more and bigger leaves. The bolting rate was about 2∼5%, with a slightly larger value under P. E. mulching. Under P. E. mulching, probably due to good physical properties of the soil the number of roots was large, and the length and diameter were good. Active growth of roots under P. E. mulching resulted in a yield increase of the plant. The black P. E. mulching material showed a prominent effect on suppression of weed growth, and the black P. E. material was considered to be the most recommendable among various P. E. mulching materials when there is a lack of labor.

An element [x^*, (x₁, . . . , x_n)] ∈ Π(E) is called a numerical radius point of T ∈ 𝓛(ⁿE : E) if |x^*(T(x₁, . . . , x_n))| = v(T), where the numerical radius v(T) = sup_{[y^*,y1,...,yn]∈Π(E)}|y^*(T(y₁, . . . , y_n))|. For T ∈ 𝓛(ⁿE : E), we define Nradius(T) = {[x^*, (x₁, . . . , x_n)] ∈ Π(E) : [x^*, (x₁, . . . , x_n)] is a numerical radius point of T}. T is called a numerical radius peak n-linear mapping if there is a unique [x^*, (x₁, . . . , x_n)] ∈ Π(E) such that Nradius(T) = {±[x^*, (x₁, . . . , x_n)]}. In this paper we present explicit formulae for the numerical radius of T for every T ∈ 𝓛(ⁿE : E) for E = c₀ or l_∞. Using these formulae we show that there are no numerical radius peak mappings of 𝓛(ⁿc₀ : c₀).

Depuis l'exposition mondiale 2012, la ville de Yeosu transforme remarquablement comme la ville touristique maraine $o{\grave{u}}$ on visit beaucoup, par la haute $d^{\prime}am{\acute{e}}nagement$ l'infrastructure pour son $d{\acute{e}}veloppement$. Pour cela, Yeosu, elle a besoin de programmes touristiques divers et de la $caract{\acute{e}}ristique$ $diff{\acute{e}}renci{\acute{e}}e$ de la $r{\acute{e}}gion$. On peut visiter des vestiages de la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ des villes de Yeosu et de Suncheon comme tourisme histoirique qui contient l'invasion japonaise en 1592, la $r{\acute{e}}volution$ paysan en 1894, $l^{\prime}activit{\acute{e}}$ de $r{\acute{e}}sistance$ contre Empire du Japon et la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ des villes de Yeosu et de Suncheon. Cette ${\acute{e}}tude$ a pour but de $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ le dark tourisme de Yeosu $apr{\grave{e}}s$ examiner son $applicabilit{\acute{e}}$ sur les vestiges. Pour cela, nous avons ${\acute{e}}valu{\acute{e}}s$ la $caract{\acute{e}}ristique$ de lieu des vestiges $fond{\acute{e}}s$ sur les conditions de vestiges et de tourisme de Yeosu. Nous avons aussi $essay{\acute{e}}s$ d'appliquer le dark tourisme, qui a les fonctions $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}ducation$ et de symbole pour la $r{\acute{e}}gion$ $li{\acute{e}}e$ $\grave{a}$ l'histoire contemporaine, $\grave{a}$ des vestiges de la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ par la nouvel route touristique. Par ailleurs, nous avons besoin $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}riger$ le Parc du $M{\acute{e}}morial$ de la Paix et le musee histoirique et de faire une loi $sp{\acute{e}}ciale$ pour la $r{\acute{e}}volte$ $arm{\acute{e}}e$ des villes de Yeosu et de Suncheon et de former le $comit{\acute{e}}$ consultatif touristique pour $d{\acute{e}}velopper$ le dark tourisme de Yeosu.

La vie ${\grave{a}}$ la perspective ${\acute{e}}thique$ s'apparaît comme se diriger vers son vrai ${\hat{e}}tre$ et ceci signifie $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}tablir$ son ${\hat{e}}tre$ $int{\acute{e}}rieur$ en s'echappant la vie $esth{\acute{e}}tique$ qui est la vie sensitive et directe, et aussi faire s'identifier son ${\hat{e}}tre$ $ext{\acute{e}}rieur$ ${\grave{a}}$ son ${\hat{e}}tre$ $int{\acute{e}}rieur$. Le $p{\acute{e}}ch{\acute{e}}$ signifie la $s{\acute{e}}paration$ de son vrai ${\hat{e}}tre$, cela est la source de tout mal. L'obtention parfait de $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre-soi$ exisge ${\hat{e}}tre$ en $pr{\acute{e}}sence$ devant l'Asolu(Dieu) en tant qu'individu unique, et s'accorder avec l'Absolu. Mais du fiat $m{\hat{e}}me$ que ceci est impossible pour tous, tout le monde ne peut vivre qu'ayant un peu de $p{\acute{e}}ch{\acute{e}}$. Donc l'aspect de la vie ${\acute{e}}thique$ s'apparaît une vie dynamique qui $d{\acute{e}}passe$ $soi-m{\hat{e}}me$ sans cesse. En contradiction qu'avec l'analyse sur $l^{\prime}{\hat{e}}tre$ $pr{\acute{e}}sent$ qui est si tragique, la vertu de cette vie ${\acute{e}}thique$ est si optimiste. Elle est l'amour. Cet amour est $tr{\acute{e}}s$ excellent qui $d{\acute{e}}passe$ toute la vertu ${\acute{e}}thique$. En $v{\acute{e}}rit{\acute{e}}$ pour Kierkegaard, bien que le salut $lui-m{\hat{e}}me$ sera donner par la foi, le principe de cet amour est l'unique vertu qui ammene l'homme vers la foi et vers le salut. C'est pourquoi son ${\acute{e}}thique$ est essentiellement s'apparaît 'une ${\acute{e}}thique$ de l'amour', et la recherche sur cet amour, son principe et son aspect reste comme uneque $t{\hat{a}}che$ de $l^{\prime}{\acute{e}}thique$.

In this paper, the structure of e-local modules and classes of modules via essentially small are investigated. We show that the following conditions are equivalent for a module M: (1) M is e-local; (2) $Rad_e(M)$ is a maximal submodule of M and every proper essential submodule of M is contained in a maximal submodule; (3) M has a unique essential maximal submodule and every proper essential submodule of M is contained in a maximal submodule.

The effect of physiological factors of beet armyworm, Spodoptera exigua (Hubner), on esterase variation was analyzed by comparing electrophoretic esterase isozymes. Each esterase isozyme was also characterized by substrate and inhibitor specificities. A total of 28 esterase isozymes were separated on 10% nondenaturing polycarylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). These isozymes were denoted from El to E28 according to cathodal migration distances. There was a variation in esterase isozymes among developmental stages. Larvae and pupae had more isozymes than did adults. Eggs had only eight isozymes. The isozymes of El and E2 were specific only in the first instar larvae. Esterases also showed variation according to different tissues. More kinds of esterase isozymes were found in epidermis and gut tissues than in hemolymph and fat body. Some isozymes were specific in epidermis (from El to E6), gut (E10, El 1, E25, E26, and E27), and hemolymph (E18). Among 10 naphthyl esters, a-naphthyl propionate was the most reactive substrate to the esterase isozymes. The isozymes were classified into cholinesterases (El0 and E24), arylesterases (E4, E9, E17, E19, E21, and E23), and carboxylesterases (the others) on the basis of inhibition by the esterase inhibitors-eserine, dichlorovos, moncrotophos, and paraoxon.

Customer data and information technology(IT) tools form the foundation upon which any successful CRM strategy is built. Recently, the Internet rectifying this life, IT technology and the rapid development taking place over the Internet, customer relationship management, e-CRM has emerged. The purpose of this research is to investigate the important elements of e-CRM which in fluence the customer satisfaction and the brand loyalty in e-shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention.
