1963년부터 1977년까지 팔당산 호밀의 B 염색체의 출현빈도를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 2%(1963), 8%(1964), 8%(1965), 15%(1966), 11.5%(1968), 11.7%(1969), 20%(1975), 19.6%(1976), 12.8%(1977). $x^2$검정의 결과는 각 년도에 있어서의 B'의 출현빈도 사이에 유의차가 없음을 나타내고 있다. 1976년과 1977년에는 호밀 밭을 10개 구로 나누어 재료를 수집하여 B'의 분포와 표본채취의 결과를 분석하였다. 호밀의 B'는 집단내에서 비교적 균일하게 분포되고 있으며 최소 50개체를 관찰하면 호밀 집단의 B'의 출현빈도를 대략 알 수가 있었다. 팔당산 호밀 집단에서 1966년부터 1977년까지 계속하여 전좌이형접합체(T.H)에 의한 사가염색체를 가진 개체가 1~7%의 빈도로 관찰되었다.

The 2-amino-l-phenylpropanols 4∼7 were reacted with isothiocyanates to afford the 20 thioureido MAPP derivatives 8a∼11e, which were tested their cytotoxic activity by MTT assay. The cytotoxicity of alkylthioureido compounds were increased and decreased by alkyl chain length from $C_{8}$ to $C_{14}$ and of phenylthioureido compounds showed poor activity. The compounds (8b, 8c, 9b, 9c, l0b, 10c, 11b, 11c) with $C_{10}$ and $C_{12}$ alkyl chains gave stronger activity than reference compound B13. The $IC_{50}$/ of compound 8c was 1.05$\mu$M and 3 times stronger activity than B13. The stereochemistry of synthesized compounds affected very little to cytotoxic activity.

Gimpo International Airport is only available for alternate airport for code F aircraft and it is difficult to operate larger aircraft capable of transporting more passengers than B747-400. This study has conducted to review the compatibility based on risk assessment to introduce the B747-8 operation procedures, excluding the A380 for practical reasons. Risk factors for main gear deviation when driving on curved sections of the taxiway was identified. The risk was analyzed as "high" level. As a risk reduction measure, the proceduralization of specific taxiing method "judgemental oversteer" was reviewed, and the result of the risk re-evaluation was lowered to a "low" level. As a result, the B747-8 was analyzed to be compatible. Additionally, It is suggested that review of pavement strength, de/anti-icing facilities, and passenger boarding bridge is necessary for actual operations.

Mechanical milling technique is considered to be a useful way of processing the fine Nd-Fe-B-type powder with high coercivity. In the present study, phase evolution of the $Nd_{15}(Fe_{1-x}Co_{x})_{77}B_{8}$ (x=0-0.6) alloys during the high energy mechanical milling and annealing was investigated. The effect of Co-substitution on the crystallization of the mechanically milled $Nd_{15}(Fe_{1-x}Co_{x})_{77}B_{8}$ amorphous material was examined. The Nd-Fe-B-type alloys can be amorphized completely by a high-energy mechanical milling. On annealing of the amorphous material, fine $\alpha$-Fe crystallites form first from the amorphous. These fine $\alpha$-Fe crystallites reacts with the remaining amorphous afterwards, leading to crystallization to $Nd_2Fe_{14}$B phase. The Co-substitution for Fe in $Nd_{15}(Fe_{1-x}Co_{x})_{77}B_{8}$ ($\mu$x=0∼0.6) alloys lower significantly the crystallization temperature of the amorphous phase to the $Nd_2Fe_{14}$B phase. The mechanically milled and annealed $Nd_{15}Fe_{77}B_8$ alloy without Co-substitution exhibits consistently better magnetic properties with respect to the alloys with Co-substitution.

희토류원소 Pr의 첨가가 Fe-B계 비정질합금의 자왜에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 비정질 $Fe_{86-x}B_{14}Pr_{x}(2{\leq}x{\leq}8\;at.%)$ 합금을 급속응고법을 이용하여 제조하였다. 급 속응고상태 비정질 $Fe_{86-x}B_{14}Pr_{x}$ 합금의 포화자왜는 Pr이 증가할 수록 증가하여 x=8에 서 약 50 ppm이 얻어졌다. 특히 $300^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 열처리된 비정질 $Fe_{84}B_{14}Pr_{2}$ 합금의 포화자왜는 70 ppm으로 증가하였다. $300^{\circ}C$에서 2시간 열처리된 비정질 $Fe_{84}B_{14}Pr_{2}$ 합금의 교류 자기이력손실 및 교류투자율$(f=50\;kHz,\;B_{m}=0.1\;T)$은 각각 15 W/kg, $5.5{\times}10^{3}$이었다.

선행연구인 큰느타리버섯의 자실체 특성연구에 기초하여 속성형질과 품질이 우수한 계통을 선발하여 품질이 우수하면서 조기에 수확할 수 있는 품종을 육성하고자 하였다. 수확소요일수가 우수한 KNR2503과 품질이 우수한 KNR2322를 육종모본으로 정하고 이들 계통으로부터 유래한 단포자의 특징을 조사하고 KNR2322는 자식, KNR2322와 KNR2503은 혼합하여 교배를 실시하였다. $KNR2322-4{\times}37$은 품질과 갓형태에 있어서 육종학적 가치가 우수하였고, 여기에서 유래한 자식계통 $KNR2322-4{\times}37-6{\times}12(B)$는 수확소요일이 20일 정도로 길었지만, 무게가 68.5g 품질이 6.5로 우수하여 육종모본으로 선발하였다. $KNR2322-30{\times}KNR2503-60(A)$은 수확소요일이 13.5일로 육종모본으로서의 가치가 있었다. 육종모본 A와 B 교배결과 A8B8과 A8B10이 수확소요일, 무게, 품질이 각각 14.0일, 88.8g, 92.7g, 7.0, 7.1로 우수하였다. 고유성 검사의 일환으로 기존품종(큰느타리3호)를 대조구로 핵산지문법과 대치배양을 실시하였는데, 다형성과 대치선이 존재하여 유전적으로 차별성이 있는 것으로 사료되었다. 선발된 두 계통중 A8B8은 "새송이1호"라고 명명하고 국립종자원에 품종보호등록을 하였다.

The $MgB_2$ tapes with several metal powder addition were fabricated by PIT method with or without heat treatment. The $J_c$ value of $5.600A/cm^2$ and $16.000A/cm^2$ at 4.2 K and 5 T were obtained for the $MgB_2$ tape and 10 vol % of Cu added $MgB_2$ tape without heat treatment respectively. The $J_c$ value of $8.000A/cm^2$ and $35,000A/cm^2$ at 4.2 K and 5 T were obtained for the $MgB_2$ tape and 10 vol. % of Al added $MgB_2$ tape with heat treatment, respectively. The $J_c-B$ curve shows enhancement in $J_c$ under magnetic field. which suggests enhancement in workability and grain connectivity with several metal powder addition.

본 논문에서 하이브리드 기법을 이용한 $7.7\sim8.5GHz$에서 동작하는 10 W 반도체 전력증폭기 개발에 대해 기술하였다. 본 증폭기의 제작과 측정은 위험부담을 최소화하고 제작의 용이성을 증가시키기 위하여 고이득을 위한 전단부, 구동용 중단부, 그리고 고전력부의 3증폭부로 나누어 수행하였으며, 최종 증폭기는 위에서 언급된 3 증폭부, 직류 바이어스 회로, 그리고 온도보상회로를 포함하여 하나의 하우징안에서 구현하였다. 측정된 소신호 이득은 $46\pm1dB$, 입출력 반사손실은 각각 25dB와 27dB 이상이며, 7.7, 8.1, 그리고 8.5 GHz의 3주파수에 대해 1dB 압축점에서의 출력전력은 $39.8\sim40.4dBm$으로서 최대출력전력 10 W를 만족한다. 10 MHz 차이가 있는 두 입력신호에서의 2톤 테스트에서는 출력전력 37.5 dBm에서 13.34 dBc 정도로서 설계시 요구된 사양과 잘 일치함을 알 수 있으며, 제작된 SSPA는 통신용 마이크로파중계기의 하부시스템으로서 부합되는 좋은 성능을 나타냄을 보여준다.

This study was performed to elucidated the inhibitory effects of 6,8-diprenylorobol on melanin synthesis by measuring the levels of cell viability, mRNA expression, tyrosinase activity, and melanin production in the B16F10 cell line. The effects of 6,8-diprenylorobol on tyrosinase-related protein 1 (TYRP1), TYRP2, tyrosinase (TYR), and microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF) mRNA expression levels and melanin content were determined. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR shows that 6,8-diprenylorobol decreases the mRNA expression levels of TYRP1, TYRP2, TYR, and MITF in B16F10 cell line, resulting in lower levels of melanin production compared to α-MSH-treated B16F10 cells. Tyrosinase activity assays reveal that 6,8-diprenylorobol decreases melanin production in B16F10 cells. These results demonstrate the whitening effects of 6,8-diprenylorobol on B16F10 cells; thus, 6,8-diprenylorobol is a potent ingredient for skin whitening. Further research is needed on the mechanism of action of 6,8-diprenylorobol. Such research will benefit not only cosmetics, but also the health food and medical industries.

본 논문에서는 8.2MHz 대역의 국내 미약 전계 강도 무선기기의 출력 제한치를 다른 외국의 기준치와 비교하였다. 이를 통해 국내의 규정이 미국이나 유럽에 비해 낮음을 대략 10-20dB 정도 낮음을 확인하였고, 이를 검증하기 위해 8.2MHz EAS 시스템의 출력을 측정하였다. 측정 결과, 전계 강도값이 각각 $70.6dB{\mu}V/m$와 $68.3dB{\mu}V/m$로 측정되었는데, 이러한 값은 국내의 현재기준인 $59.8dB{\mu}V/m$를 초과하는 값임을 확인하였다. 따라서 8.2MHz 대역의 국내기준의 사향 검토가 필요하다 사료된다.
