In order to prepare high-solid coatings, first acrylic resins (HSAs) which contain 80% solid were synthesized, and then the prepared resins were cured with isocyanate at room temperature. In the synthesis of HSAs, viscosity, number average molecular weight $(M_n)$ and conversion were $1372{\sim}2700$ cps, $1520{\sim}1650$ and $83{\sim}87%$, respectively. Among the four kinds of initiators used, tert-amylperoxy-2-ethyl hexanoate was the most proper one in the synthesis of HSAs. With increasing $T_g$ values, viscosity increased rapidly and molecular weight increased slowly. As a result of the examination of coated films, it was found that $60^{\circ}$ specular gloss, impact resistance, heat resistance and cross-hatch adhesion were good, and pencil hardness, drying time and pot life were poor.

Acrylic resins (HSCs : EA/EMA/2-HEMA/CLA) which contain 80% solid content were synthesized by the copolymerization of monomers (ethyl acrylate, ethyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) and functional monomer (caprolactone acrylate : CLA) which improves the crosslinking density and physical properties of films. The physical properties of the prepared acrylic resins (HSCs) containing CLA, are as follows: viscosity 1440$^{\sim}$2630 cps ; $M_n$ 1590$^{\sim}$1660 ; and conversions, 81$^{\sim}$86%, respectively. From the correlation of $T_g$ values, viscosities, and $M_n$ of the HSCs, it was found thst viscosity and $M_n$ increased with $T_g$ value.

The high-solid coatings were prepared by blending the synthesized acrylic resin in the previous paper, and hexamethylene diisocyanate-trimer and curing it at room temperature. The characterization of the films of the prepared coatings was performed. The $60^{\circ}$ specular gloss, impact resistance, cross-hatch adhesion, and heat resistance of the films proved to be good, and the pencil hardness, drying time, and pot-life proved to be slightly poor. From a viscoelastic measurement using a rigid-body pendulum, curing was accelerated with the Tg value.

Copolymers (HSA-98-20, HSA-98-0, HSA-98+20) which are acrylic resin containing 80% solid content were synthesized by the reaction of monomers, including methyl methacrylate, n-butyl acrylate, and 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate with a functional monomer, such as acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate (AAEM), which may improve in cross-linking density and physical properties of films. The physical properties of prepared acrylic resins, containing AAEM, are as follows : viscosity, $1420{\sim}5760cps$ ; number average molecular weight, $2080{\sim}2300$ ; polydispersity index, $2.07{\sim}2.19$ ; conversions, $88{\sim}93%$, respectively. To prepare acryl resins, four kinds of initiators including ${\alpha},{\alpha}'-azobisisobutyronitirile$ (AIBN), di-tert-butyl peroxide (DTBP), t-amylperoxy-2-ethyl hexanoate (APEH), benzoyl peroxide (BPO) were used. The viscosity of the acrylic resins prepared with these initiators was increased in the order of DTBP>APEH>AIBN>BPO. APEH was proved as a suitable initiator in this study. Shear rates of acrylic resins were constant in respect to viscosity. From these results, it would appear that the resins have Newtonian flow characteristics and good workability.

Fracture toughness was considered as one of the good estimates of the paper break tendency of paper web in the press room. Paper break on the paper machine is caused by many factors such as paper machine irregular vibrations, impurities in the fiber furnish, shives, and so on. On the paper machine, the solid content of paper web is changing very rapidly from less than 1% to over 95%. We tried to measure the fracture toughness of paper web at different solid contents for providing the fundamental knowledge of paper break. Stretches of wet web were also measured and compared to the fracture toughness changes. Four different fiber furnishes (SwBKP, HwBKP, ONP, and OCC) were refined to different degrees, and at different solid contents (40%, 60%, 80%, and 95%), their fracture toughnesses were measured. Two fracture toughness measurement methods (essential work of fracture and Tryding's load-widening method) were used, and we found they gave identical results. The stretch curves of the wet webs against the axis of solid contents were very similar to the fracture toughness curves of those.

The specimens which were prepared from $\alpha$-Si3N4 with additions of YAG(3Y2O3.5Al2O3)-10 wt% and various AlN contents were sintered in N2 atmosphere at 1$700^{\circ}C$ The effect of $\alpha$,$\beta$-solid solution contents and sintering time on mechanical properties were investigated. As the content of $\beta$-solid solution and sintering time increased the hardness is reduced but the hardness of specimen sintered over 10 hours is constant irrespective of sintering time. While the fracture toughness increased with increasing of $\beta$-solid solution and sintering time. The fracture toughness of specimen with 80% $\beta$-solid solution content increased from 3.89 to 6.66 MPam1/2 with sintering sintering up to 20 hours/ But the amount of increased fracture toughness of specimen with below 20% $\beta$-solid solution content is not significant.
This study was conducted to investigate the physicochemical properties of the ethanol extracts and soluble dietary fiber from Cassia tora L. seed. The proximate composition of Cassia tora, soluble solid contents, color intensity and contents of emodin and rhein of Cassia tora extract, molecular mass distribution, sugar contents and viscosity of soluble fiber from Cassia tora were analyzed. Cassia tora contains 12.6% of moisture, 5.2% of ash, 13.4% of crude protein, 7.2% of crude fat, 8.8% of insoluble fiber and 48.3% of soluble fiber. The effects of extract condition on soluble solid contents, color intensity and contents of emodin and rhein of Cassia tora extract were investigated. The soluble solid contents were higher in 70% or 50% ethanol extracts than those in 100% ethanol extracts and showed highest value in grind sample extracts. In Hunter's color value, 100% ethanol extracts and whole Cassia tora sample extracts were higher in L and b value, but on the contrary, were lower in a value, than those of the other. The highest emodin and rhein contents were observed in 70% and 50% ethanol extracts, respectively, and showed higher value in room temperature extracts than in heating extracts. The molecular mass of soluble fiber from Cassia tora seed was estimated by gel filtration chromatography. Most soluble fiber(80%) exhibited a molecular mass range of between 50~2000 kDa. The major sugars of soluble fiber from Cassia tora seed were identified as xylose, mannose and galactose. The apparent viscosity of 0.5% soluble fiber from Cassia tora seed was 33 mPas showing a higher value than pectin or xanthan gum.

In this study, a spray dryer is used to make granules of Y2O3 and YF3, and then Y5O4F7 is synthesized following heat treatment of them under Ar gas atmosphere at 600 ℃. Single and binary monomer mixtures are compared and analyzed to optimize photocurable monomer system for DLP 3D printing. The mixture of HEA and TMPTA at 8:2 ratio exhibits the highest photocuring properties and low viscosity with shear thinning behavior. The optimized photocurable monomer and synthesized Y5O4F7 are therefore mixed and applied to printing process at variable solid contents (60, 70, 80, & 85 wt.%) and light exposure times. Under optimal light exposure conditions (initial exposure time: 1.2 s, basic exposure time: 5 s), YOF composites at 60, 70 & 80 wt.% solid contents are successfully printed. As a result of measuring the size of the printed samples compared to the dimensions of the designed bar type specimen, the deviation is found to increase as the YOF solid content increases. This shows that it is necessary to maximize the photocuring activity of the monomer system and to optimize the exposure time when printing using a high-solids ceramic slurry.
Xinjiang province is the main camel feeding area in China with a large square, and camel milk from different areas have different qualities. By now, there are few reports about the quality of camel milk from different areas of Xinjiang province in China. In this study, seven batches of camel milk and one batch of cow milk were collected, and the contents of fat, protein, lactose, total solid, and nonfat milk solid of these milk samples were determined, as well as the contents of lysozyme and vitamin C. All samples were scored and compared by principal component analysis score and comprehensive weighted multi-index score. As the results, camel milk from different areas showed different contents of fat (4.62%-7.02%), protein (3.34%-3.95%), lactose (3.85%-4.79%), total solid (13.59%-17.00%), nonfat milk solid (8.55%-9.73%), vitamin C (12.10-41.25 ㎍/mL), and lysozyme (8.70-22.80 ㎍/mL), as well as different qualities. This variation would help people to know more about quanlity of camel milk in Xinjiang province. Camel milk from Jeminay showed the best quality, and then followed by camel milk from Fukang, Changji, and Fuhai, while cow milk showed the lowest score. Therefore, Jeminay is the most suitable place for grazing camels. Our findings show the different qualities of camel milk in different distribution areas of Xinjiang province, and provide an insight for the evaluation of camel milk. In the present study, only seven components in camel milk were determined, many other factors, such as cfu, mineral, and other vitamins, have not been considered.
