학교 컴퓨터교육 교육 과정에 관한 연구 - 제7차 국민 공통 기본 교육 과정을 중심으로 - (A Study on Computer Education Curriculum at School - Focused on the Seventh Common Basic National Curriculum -)

  • 지식기반사회로의 전환에 따라 교육정보화종합사업이 이루어졌다. 이에 따라 7차 교육과정에서는 컴퓨터 교육을 보다 넓은 의미의 정보통신교육이라는 용어를 사용한다. 아울러, 컴퓨터교육을 2001년부터 초등학교 1,2학년부터 주당 1시간씩 의무화하고 연차적으로 늘려갈 계획이다. 주당 1시간의 컴퓨터 의무교육과 별도로, 모든 학년 국민공통기본교육과정 10개 교과를 중심으로 교수학습과정에 10%이상 컴퓨터 활용 수업을 하도록 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 국민공통기본교육과정(1∼10학년)에 나타난 학교 컴퓨터 교육과정과 정보통신기술교육에 대해서 알아보고, 그것들이 학년에 따라 계열성 있게 구성되어있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이와 함께, 설문조사를 통해서 아동의 컴퓨터 능력 수준을 알아보고, 교사의 의견을 들어보는 등 현장의 실태를 살펴보았다.

교육과정 시기에 따른 중학교 가정교과서 가정관리분야 단원의 내용 변천 (Analysis of Changes in Contents of Home Management Part in Home Economics Textbooks for Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes in contents of home management part in the home economics textbooks fur middle school from the 1st to the 7th curriculum period. The contents in the all of home economics textbooks published in every curriculum period are analyzed. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. The part of home management is divided into seven specific areas including 'definition and process of home management', 'utilization of family resource and environment management', 'time management', 'household labor/work nanagement', 'family financial management', 'purchasing', and 'consumer protection'. 2. From the 6th curriculum period, the area of 'definition and process of home management' begun to be explained using system's approach and the area of 'household labor/work management' changed its' focus from household to self management. 3. The areas emphasized in the beginning of curriculum period were 'family financial management' and 'household labor/work management'. The 'consumer protection' ' and 'utilization of family resource and environment management' were the areas emphasized in the later curriculum period. 4. The contents of 'family financial management' area have changed very little, however, the contents of 'purchasing' area have changed a lot during the all curriculum periods. 5. The contents of illustrations, tables, pictures, and activities have changed according to changes of the contents of the textbooks.

초등학교 수학 교과서에 나타난 약수와 배수지도 방법 분석 (An Analysis of Teaching Divisor and Multiple in Elementary School Mathematics Textbooks)

  • 1차부터 7차까지의 초등학교 수학 교과서에 나타난 약수와 배수의 지도 방법을 교수학적 변환론의 관점에서 비교-분석하였다. 1, 2차 교과서에서는 약수와 배수를 별도의 단원으로 구성하지 않고, 분수의 덧셈과 뺄셈, 곱셈을 주요 내용으로 하는 단원에서 분수의 통분과 약분 지도 내용 속에 포함시켜 약수와 배수를 지도하고 있다. 3, 4차 교과서에서는 새 수학 운동의 영향을 받아 약수와 배수가 분수의 내용과 독립되어 하나의 단원으로 설정되었고, 수 영역에 집합의 개념을 도입하여 수체제를 확립하면서 집합의 내용과 함께 다루어졌다. 5, 6, 7차 교과서에서는 약수와 배수가 분수 내용뿐만 아니라 집합의 내용과도 분리되어 지도되기 시작하였고, 특히, 7차 교과서에서는 학습자의 활동 자체를 통한 이해가 매우 강조되고 있다. 약수와 배수에 대한 지도 방법은 교과서 개편을 거듭하는 동안 수학적 체계를 갖추 기 위해 학습 요소의 정돈이 이루어졌고, 교수학적 변환 역시 교과서가 개편됨에 따라 점차 체계적인 형태를 갖추게 되었다.

제7차 초등학교 교육과정의 보건교육 관련내용 분석 (Analysis of the contents related to health education of the 7th education course for elementary schools)

  • This study was attempted to offer the basic data required for composing a systemic education contents for health by analyzing the contents related to health education shown in the guidebook for teachers and the schoolbook for students of all grades in the current 7th education course for elementary school. The objectives and data were totally 162 copies which were 90 copies of national schoolbook for 1~6 grades and 72 copies of guidebook for teachers used in elementary schools in the 7th educational course. The standards of selection for the contents related to health education including in each schoolbook were divided into 11 themes using the health care model suggested by Kim, Hwa Joong(1995) in the guidebook for health curriculum for elementary middle high schools. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the total hours of health education suggested in the 7th educational course for elementary school were 274 hours and it was 6.2% of the total class of 4,442 hours. Secondly, the contents about health education were distributed into 9 subjects of The right livelihood, The wise livelihood, The cheerful livelihood, Korean, Morals, Society, Science, Physical education, and Practical course etc. Physical education had the most contents about health education and there was nothing in Mathematics, Music and Arts. Thirdly, contents about health of regional society and environmental health were the most of 53 hours(19.3%), and contents about understanding of health were the least of 4 hours(1.4%). Fourthly, contents included equally in every grades were those about safety and emergency response, health of home and society, health of regional society and environmental health.

교육과정 변천에 따른 초등학교 과학과 날씨에 관한 내용 분석 (An Analysis of the Atmosphere and Weather Contents with Regard to Changes in the Elementary Science Curriculum)

  • This study investigated the characteristics of contents of the Atmosphere and Weather in the elementary science curriculum. For this study, elementary science textbooks reflecting the elementary science curriculum from 1st to 7th were analyzed with a number of tools. The results were as follows: Several parts of the contents about Atmosphere and Weather were dealt continuously through the all of science curriculum. Atmospheric Pressure, Humidity and Atmospheric Pressure and Weather were applied at the fifth grade above continuously. And Cloud$\cdot$Fog$\cdot$Dew was applied at the third and fifth grade. Quantity of learning about Atmosphere was more than it's of Weather always. Especially, Movement of Atmosphere and Temperature Change were maintained continuously above $10\%$ of the contents about Atmosphere and Weather. Some of the detailed learning themes related Atmosphere and Weather were dealt commonly through the all of the elementary science curriculum. Finally, the results showed that the contents of Physical Nature of Atmosphere, Atmospheric Pressure, Movement of Atmosphere, Temperature and it's Change and Cloud$\cdot$Fog$\cdot$Dew had been learned always with the experiments and practical training.

기초 탐구 활동 중심 환경 수업이 초등학생들의 환경적 태도에 미치는 효과 - 초등학교 2학년 슬기로운 생활을 중심으로 - (An Effect of Inquiry Activity-based Environmental Education Class on Elementary School Students' Environmental Attitudes - Focusing on the Intelligent Life of the Second Grade -)

  • This article extracted feasible elements for an environmental education program from the 'Intelligent Life', an integrated subject of the 7th elementary school curriculum, and designed a program for second graders in the elementary school and applied it to them in order to examine how the students' environmental altitudes changed. In the controlled class, the instruction followed the lessons specified in the 7th national curriculum faithfully while for the experimental class 1, only the inquiry activity-based environmental education program was applied. Moreover, in experimental class 2, the inquiry activity-based environmental education program was implemented and wrap-up activity was performed as well with the products. To verify the program, questionnaires on the change of environmental altitudes were distributed and analyzed total three times in the pretest, posttest 1(right after the program), and posttest 2(30 days after the program). T-test was carried out with the SPSS 12 program to verify the effect of the applied program. To make up for the quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis was also conducted. The followings show the results gained after the program was implemented. First, This program showed a significant difference(p<.05) in the students' formation of environmental altitudes. Second, it was verified that the inquiry activity-based environmental education class that reorganized the second grade elementary students' 'Intelligent Life' subject had a more positive effect in the cultivation of environmental altitude than the class that followed the present curriculum as it was. It will be necessary to perform follow-up researches on the relativity between curricula for kindergarteners and lower grade elementary school students.

중·고등학교 성교육 관련 교과의 교육내용 분석 -제7차 교육과정을 중심으로- (An Analysis of the Contents of Sex Education for Middle and High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to offer basic data on sex education for middle and high school students through content analysis of sex education subjects. The objects of this study were sex related subjects in the 7th grade curriculum and sex education guide books. The results were as follows: According to the results of analyzing sex education topics classified by grade, the 7th grade accounted for 35.2% of total topics, the 8th grade 2.9%, the 9th grade 2.9%, and the 10th grade 32.3%, the result of analyzing sex education topics classified by subject, showed 76.4% of total topics in sex education guide book, 29.4% were technique and domestic subjects, 20.5% were physical subjects, 17.6% were moral subjects, 8.8% were science subjects, 2.9% were society subjects. The domains which were chiefly concerned in sex education curricula for middle school students were "Human Development", "Relationship", and "Sexual Health". On the other hand, the domains which were mainly concerned with sex education curricula for high school students were "Relationship", "Sexual Behavior" and "Sexual Health". Most sex education subjects provided less instruction concerning "Personal Skills" and "Sexual Behavior" than other domains. The suggestion according to the results were as follows: It is desirable to teach sex education as an integrated subject. Especially, sex education should be a part of a comprehensive school health education program. Because this study focused on analyzing materials for teachers, further research is recommended to analyze sex education materials for students.

화학 I 교과에 대한 화학 교사들의 인식과 학습 지도 방식에 대한 조사 (Survey of Chemistry Teachers' Perceptions and Teaching Style on Chemistry I Course)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 제7차 교육과정에 의한 화학I 교과의 목표와 성격에 대한 화학 교사들의 인식을 조사하고, 학습 지도 시 화학 교사들의 학습 내용 선택도와 학습 지도 방식에 대해 조사하여, 화학I 교과가 교육 현장에서 어떻게 운영되고 있는지 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구를 위하여 40개 고등학교 화학 교사 44명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 화학 교사들은 제7차 교육과정의 화학I 교과의 목표가 화학적 소양을 갖춘 민주 시민의 양성이라고 인식하고 있었으며, 화학I 교과의 목표에 적합한 수업 방식은 실험·실습 수업 혹은 조사 및 토의 수업과 같은 탐구 중심의 수업 방식이라고 인식하고 있었다. 그러나 실제 수업에서는 개념 중심의 수업이 이루어지고 있었으며, 화학 교사에 따라 학습 내용 선택도에 차이가 많았다. 그리고 화학 교사들은 화학I 교과가 화학 학습에 흥미와 호기심을 갖게 하는데 적합하다고 생각하지만 화학 개념을 체계적으로 이해시키기엔 부적당하기 때문에, 화학I 교과의 학습 내용을 개선할 필요가 있다고 생각하고 있었다. 제7차 교육과정에 의한 화학I 교과의 목표에서 탐구 학습을 강조하고 있으므로 탐구 중심의 수업이 이루어질 수 있도록 충분한 교사 연수와 교수-학습 자료의 개발이 필요하며, 교육과정 개정 시에 화학 교사들의 경험이 충분히 반영되어야 한다고 생각된다.
