The smart jammer launches jamming attacks which degrade the transmission reliability. In this paper, smart jamming attacks based on the communication probability over different channels is considered, and an anti-jamming Q learning algorithm (AQLA) is developed to obtain anti-jamming knowledge for the local region. To accelerate the learning process across multiple regions, a multi-regional intelligent anti-jamming learning algorithm (MIALA) which utilizes transferred knowledge from neighboring regions is proposed. The MIALA algorithm is evaluated through simulations, and the results show that the it is capable of learning the jamming rules and effectively speed up the learning rate of the whole communication region when the jamming rules are similar in the neighboring regions.

Reinforcement learning is an area of machine learning that studies how an intelligent agent takes actions in a given environment to maximize the cumulative reward. In this paper, we propose a new MAC protocol based on the Q-learning technique of reinforcement learning to improve the performance of the IEEE 802.11 wireless LAN CSMA/CA MAC protocol. Furthermore, the operation of each access point (AP) and station is proposed. The AP adjusts the value of the contention window (CW), which is the range for determining the backoff number of the station, according to the wireless traffic load. The station improves the performance by selecting an optimal backoff number with the lowest packet collision rate and the highest transmission success rate through Q-learning within the CW value transmitted from the AP. The result of the performance evaluation through computer simulations showed that the proposed scheme has a higher throughput than that of the existing CSMA/CA scheme.
This study presents a physical habitat modeling of adult Zacco platypus in a reach of the Dalcheon Stream located downstream of the Goesaan Dam. CASiMiR model is used to estimate habitat suitability index based on the fuzzy logic. Results are compared with those from River2D model, which uses habitat preference curve for habitat suitability index. Hydraulic data simulated by River2D are used as input data for CASiMiR model after verification against field measurements. The result shows that the habitat suitability of the adult Zacco platypus is maximum around the riffle area located upstream of the bend. CASiMiR and River2D estimate the maximum weighted usable areas at the discharge rates of 7.23 $m^3/s$ and 9.0 $m^3/s$, respectively. Overall comparison of the two models employed in this study indicates that CASiMiR model overestimates the weighted usable area by 0.3~25.3% compared with River2D model in condition of drought flow (Q355), low flow (Q275), normal flow (Q185), and average-wet flow (Q95).

Quercus mongolica is an important deciduous tree species in the Republic of Korea; it covers most of the total natural deciduous forest area in the country. In this study, the site characteristics and stand structure of Q. mongolica forests were investigated at sites where Q. mongolica occupied >50% of the total basal area during the 7th National Forest Inventory period (2016-2020). The total number of circular sample plots (400 m2) of Q. mongolica forests was 1,421. These forests were mainly dominant at >800 m above sea level (a.s.l). However, they were also distributed on north-facing slopes at <600 m a.s.l. and gradually on southern slopes with ascending altitudes. Quercus mongolica forests were distributed in silt loam, loam, or sandy loam soils with relatively high fertility. Dominant species distributed with Q. mongolica included Pinus densiflora, Quercus variabilis, Acer pseudosieboldianum, Fraxinus rhynchophylla, and Quercus serrata. Pinus densiflora and Q. variabilis grew in large DBH classes, Q. serrata grew in middle DBH classes, and A. pseudosieboldianum and F. rhynchophylla grew in small DBH classes. The dominant species distributed at the lower layer of Q. mongolica forests were Sasa borealis, Lindera obtusiloba, Rhododendron mucronulatum, Rhododendron schlippenbachii, Q. mongolica, and Fraxinus sieboldiana.

This in vitro study compared the remineralization of incipient interproximal caries in the presence of three glass ionomer cements(highly-filled glass ionomer cement, resin-modified glass ionomer cement, compomer) and a resin composite(control). Thirty-two extracted premolars were selected based upon the lack of any visible demineralization. The teeth were coated in a transparent acid resistant nail varnish leaving $3{\times}3$ mm square. The teeth were subjected to the demineralizing buffer for 3 days and quantitative light-induced fluorescence(QLF) images of the subjects were taken. Proximal restoration was simulated by placing tooth specimens and the various glass ionomer cements in closed containers with artificial saliva at $37^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.0 with constant circulation. Further QLF images were subsequently taken at 30, 60, and 90 days. The changes of mineral loss(${\Delta}Q$) were evaluated by QLF and the change of ${\Delta}Q$(${\Delta}{\Delta}Q$) were compared between groups in order to evaluate the effects of remineralization. All data were analyzed using ANOVA and the post-HOC Dunnett C multiple comparison test at p<0.05. While ${\Delta}Q$(changes of mineral loss) increased for all treatments, the increases for three glass ionomer groups were significantly higher than that for the resin group at first month period. As time went on, the amount of ${\Delta}{\Delta}Q$ decreased.
This study was conducted to classify the vegetation structure of the Geumsan in Namhae-gun. Using the phytosociological method and DCCA ordination, the vegetation was classified into 10 communities of natural forests (Quercus serrata, Carpinus tschonoskii, Q.mongolica, Pinus densiflora, P.thunbergii, C. turczaninowii, Q. variablis, Zelkova serrata, C.laxifora and Corylopsis gotoana var. coreana) and 2 communities of plantation forests (Chamaecyparis obtusa and Cryptomeria japonica). Among the communities other than the plantation forests, the importance value of Q. serrata (45.7) was found to be the highest. According to the results of DBH analysis among the species with high importance values, Q. serrata, Q. mongolica and C. tschonoskii showed normal patterns in the size-frequency distribution, suggesting that these species will continue to hold their current dominance. The average soil pH in the communities ranged from 4.28 to 4.76. The results of DCCA ordination analysis showed that Q. serrata was evenly distributed in the high and low elevation habitats. P. thunbergii and P. densiflora communities were mainly distributed in the lowest elevation habitats on the southern slope.
Purpose: This study was conducted to examine understanding of the meaning of well-dying and types of such views held by medical practitioners and nursing students. Methods: The Q-methodology was used to analyze the subjectivity of each item. The P-sample was made up of 22 medical practitioners or nursing students. The P-sample was instructed to rate 33 statements using a 7-point scale to obtain forced normal distribution. They were asked to make extra comments on the statements that were placed on both ends of the distribution curve. The PC-QUANL Program was used for the factor analysis of the collected data. Results: The participants had three types of meaning of well-dying. Total variance explained by these types was 57.97%" where type 1 was "reality-oriented", type 2 "relationship-oriented" and type 3 "obeying-the-nature". Conclusion: The participants' subjective views on well-dying influences their medical practice on patients who are facing death. Therefore, medical practitioners should have profound insights concerning life and death. To that end, a training program is needed to help medical practitioners develop a proper view on well-dying by subjectivity type.

This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties of concrete mixtures in which fine(S) and coarse(G) aggregate was fully replaced with fly ash(FA). And flowability reduction problem in a large amount of fly ash concrete settled addition water($W_f$) in concrete mixture. In the test, water-cement ratio($W_c/C$) was 0.35, 0.45, and water-fly ash ratio($W_f/FA$) was 0.35, 0.45. The fly ash replacement is two different method of P and Q. The P method is mix property that the fly ash and addition water($W_f$) weight is equal to the aggregate weight [ $FA+W_f$ = G (or S)]. The Q method is mix property that fly ash is equal to aggregate weight, and added addition water($W_f$) [$FA+W_f$ > G (or S)]. Test were performed for properties of fresh concrete and compressive strength were determined at 3, 7, 28 and 91 days. The result, compressive strength was improvement that $W_c/C=0.35$, $W_f/FA=0.35$ and fine aggregate replacement in P method series than others. The flowability at Q method was improvement result than P method, but compressive strength was not. Test results indicate significant improvement in the strength properties and flowability of plain concrete by the inclusion of fly ash as fully replacement of fine and coarse aggregate, and can be effectively the fly ash replacement method.
A study has been made to estimate biomass and NPP based on equation form of $Wt=aD^bH^c$ for Quercus variabilis and Quercus mongolica natural stands(Mean age; 67, 62yrs old) in Chungju. Equation form of $Wt=aD^bH^c$ was more adequate than $Wt=a(D^2H)^b$ and $Wt=aD^b$ for the estimation of the biomass and NPP. Individual biomass was compared using a paired t-test by tree component which showed no significant differences. Total aboveground biomass of Quercus mongolica was 130.6 t/ha and that of Quercus variabilis was 137.4 t/ha. Biomass of Q. mongolica was composed of foliage 5.1 t/ha(3.9%), dead branch 3.5 t/ha(2.7%), live branch 29.7 t/ha(23.0%), bolebark 16.2 t/ha(12.5%), and bolewood 74.9 t/ha(58.0%), and that of Q. variabilis was composed of foliage 3.8 t/ha(2.9%), dead branch 2.9 t/ha(2.2%), live branch 24.3 t/ha(18.4%), bolebark 20.4 t/ha(15.5%), and bolewood 80.4 t/ha(61.0%). Net primary production was 10.0 t/ha/yr in the Q. mongolica stand and 8.6 t/ha/yr in the Q. variabilis stand, respectively. Net primary production of Quercus forest in Chungju was very close to the mean NPP of the broadleaved forest of temperate zone.

This study was carried out to examine the relationships between seasonal variations of soil $CO_2$ efflux rates and soil environmental factors in matured Pinus densiflora and Quercus variabilis stands in the Wola national experimental forests, southern Korea. Soil $CO_2$ efflux rates were measured monthly from March 2015 to February 2016. Mean soil $CO_2$ efflux rates during the study period were significantly higher in the Q. variabilis ($mean{\pm}standard$ error; $2.27{\pm}0.22{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$) than in the P. densiflora ($1.63{\pm}0.12{\mu}mol\;m^{-2}s^{-1}$) stands. Mean soil water content and pH were also significantly higher in the Q. variabilis ($26.96{\pm}0.93%$, pH 5.19) than in the P. densiflora ($21.32{\pm}0.89%$, pH 4.87) stands, while soil temperature was not significantly different between the P. densiflora ($13.92{\pm}0.67^{\circ}C$) and in the Q. variabilis ($13.52{\pm}0.70^{\circ}C$) stands. $Q_{10}$ values were higher in the Q. variabilis (3.35) than in the P. densiflora (2.72) stands. The results indicate that soil $CO_2$ efflux rates in Q. variabilis stand could be more sensitive by the change of soil temperature compared with P. densiflora stand under a similar site environmental condition.
