3단 윌킨슨 전력분배기와 Slot-Coupled 방향성 결합기를 활용한 잡음 파라미터 측정용 광대역 6-포트 회로망의 설계 (Design of Wide-Band 6-Port Network for Noise Parameter Measurement Using 3-Section Wilkinson Power Divider and Slot-Coupled Directional Coupler)

  • 본 논문에서는 6-포트 회로망을 이용한 잡음파라미터 측정방법의 측정 주파수 대역을 확장하기 위한 2~18 GHz 광대역 6-포트 회로망을 설계 및 제작하였다. 광대역 6-포트 회로망을 설계하기 위해서 광대역 특성을 가지는 윌킨슨 전력분배기와 방향성 결합기를 설계하였다. 윌킨슨 전력분배기는 3단 구조로 설계하여 광대역 특성을 구현하였다. 방향성 결합기는 3단 구조 및 다층기판을 활용한 slot-coupled 구조로 설계하여 광대역 특성을 구현하였다. 설계된 광대역 전력분배기와 결합기를 이용하여 광대역 6-포트 회로망을 설계 및 제작하였다. 2~18 GHz 대역에서 제작된 6-포트 회로망의 측정결과는 잡음 파라미터 측정방법에 적용 가능한 특성을 보였다.

집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기 설계와 집중 소자형 직접변환 수신 성능 (Design of lumped six-port phase correlator and performance of lumped direct conversion receiver)

  • 본 논문에서는 집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기 구조를 설계 제작하고, 이를 바탕으로 집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기를 이용한 L-대역 직접변환 수신 성능을 분석하였다. 제작된 L-대역 집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기 소자는 저항형 전력 분배기와 twist-wire 동축케이블을 사용하였으며, 낮은 대역에서 소형화 구조가 가능하고, 광역 특성을 갖는다. 집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기를 사용한 L-대역 직접변환 수신 성능은 집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기의 LO 단자와 RF 입력 단자에 각각 중심 주파수가 1.69 GHz이고 전력이 -20 dBm인 LO 신호와 QPSK 신호를 입력하여 측정하였다. 집중 소자형 6단자 위상 상관기를 사용한 직접변환 구조는 양호한 I/Q 디지털 신호를 복원할 수 있었다.

  • Many countries of the world is driving forward development of large-scale hub port. They are now pushing ahead with setting up of effective marketing strategies to survive in keen competitions of the 21st century port industry. The port is of ever increasing importance for the bridge connecting sea and road transportation in handling international cargoes. The port, differently from general working places, is a closed area required for security, customs, and quarantine procedures. The loading and unloading is being done differently by ports, cargoes, and ships. To do loading and unloading, a lot of equipment and different types of labor are required, which flow is complicated and safe management is essential. As above mentioned the port is very unique and very deteriorated working place in its working environment. The purpose of this study is to propose ways to reduce and prevent from port accidents. As first step to do this, we have collected 923 accidents happened at Incheon Port during the period of 1994 to 2003. We have thoroughly analyzed characteristics, harmfulness, and risk of the loading/unloading they have done, as well as the accident frequency and relationship between the accidents. As second step to further analyze, We have employed DMAIC technology, an advanced process of 6 sigma presently in spotlight as the best program for management innovation. This analysis results in recognition of important accident characteristics, causes and effects analysis, critical causes of accident, and suggestions to decrease accidents.

Reduced Port Surgery for Prostate Cancer is Feasible: Comparative Study of 2-port Laparoendoscopic and Conventional 5-port Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

  • Background: While 5-port laparoendoscopic radical prostatectomy is standard practice, efforts have been focused in developing a single port surgery for cosmetic reasons. However, this is still in the pioneering stage considering the challenging nature of the surgical procedures. We have therefore focused on reduced port surgery, using only 2-ports. In this study, we compared 2-port laparoendoscopic radical prostatectomy (2-port RP) and conventional 5-port laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LRP) for clinically localized prostate carcinoma and evaluated the potential advantages of each. Materials and Methods: From January 2010 to December 2010, all 23 patients with clinically localized prostate cancer underwent LRP. Starting November, 2010, when we introduced the reduced port approach, we performed this procedure for 22 consecutive patients diagnosed with early-stage prostate cancer (cT1c, cT2N0). The patients were matched 1:1 to 2-port RP or LRP for age, preoperative serum PSA level, clinical stage, biopsy and pathological Gleason grade, surgical margin status, pad-free rates and post-operative pain. Results: There was a significant difference in operative time between the 2-port RP and LRP groups ($286.5{\pm}63.3$ and $351.8{\pm}72.4$ min: p=0.0019, without any variation in blood loss (including urine) ($945.1{\pm}479.6$ vs $1271.1{\pm}871.8ml$: p=0.13). The Foley catheter indwelling period was shorter in the 2 port RP group, but without significance ($5.6{\pm}1.8$ vs $8.0{\pm}5.6$ days: p=0.057) and the total perioperative complication rates for 2 port RP and LRP were comparable at 4.5% and 8.7% (p=0.58). There was an improvement in pad-free rates up to 6 months follow-up (p=0.090), and significantly improvement at 1 year (p=0.040). PSA recurrence was 1 (4.5%) in 2-port RP and 2 (8.7%) in LRP. Continuous epidural anesthesia was used in most of LRP patients (95.7%) and in early 2-port RP patients (40.9%). In these patients, average total amount of Diclofenac sodium was 27.8mg/patient in 2-port RP and 50.0mg/patient in LRP. Conclusions: Thus the reduced port approach is as efficacious as LRP in terms of many outcome measures, with significant cosmetic advantages and reduction in post surgical pain. This method can be readily performed safely and therefore can be recommended as a standard laparoscopic surgery for prostate cancer in the future.

  • 본 연구에서는 부산 북항 재개발지역을 대상으로 하여 항만 재개발지역의 경관계획 특성을 알아보고 해외 항만재개발지역에서 경관계획사례를 살펴본 다음 북항 재개발지역의 경관현황을 분석하여 경관계획을 위해 선결해야 할 과제를 도출하고 마지막으로 경관계획을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 3중 모드를 형성하는 $2{\times}2$배열 피드혼 안테나용 모노 펄스 피드를 설계 제작하고 복사 특성을 고찰하였다. 단일 피드의 경우 이득은 8.25dB의 값을 가지며,. 변환부에서 공기 중으로 연결되는 부위에 전계면으로 확장되는 구조를 갖게 함으로써 이득은 증가하고 구형 도파관과 공기 중의 반사는 저하시켰다. 급전 피드 port1과 port2는 수직으로 위치하여 개구부 혼의 두께를 얇게 함으로써 격리도는 -25dB이하의 특성을 만족하며 높은 주파수일수록 격리도는 향상됨을 확인하였다. port1과 port3은 수평으로 위치하여 전기장의 분포가 병렬로 연결되기 때문에 전기장의 결합은 적게 일어나지만 자기장의 결합이 나타나기 때문에 port1과 port2와의 격리도 보다는 최저 2dB에서 최대 6dB 향상된다. port1과 port4는 구조적으로 직접 결합은 아주 적은 양만 발생하지만, port2와 port3의 영향으로 -35dB이하가 됨을 확인 할 수 있었다.

청도 보세항구의 발전방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Qingdao Bonded Port in China)

  • With the rapid development of global economy and trade, international logistics has made great progress in the past few years. As an irreplaceable part in China's foreign trade industry, ocean shipping, especially. ports management has played a crucial role in the development of China. In 2008, The Qingdao Qianwan bonded port was built in China, and has developed in to a door to connect China to the world. This paper introduced and compared the similarities and differences among the Yangshan Bonded Port, Dalian Dayawan Bonded Port, Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port and Qingdao Bonded Port. According to SWOT analysis, a further discussion was then made on the potential problems of Qingdao Bonded Port. At last, some development strategies are given accordingly.

부산항의 마케팅 지향 항만경영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Marketing-oriented Management of Pusan Port)

  • This paper deals with the problem of port administration and management of the port of Pusan. As the port of Pusan has been administrated by central government, several problems on port administration and management have occurred. These include the time-lagged port development, the inconsistent port planning with city planning, the insufficient long-term port development planning the various operation authorities the low productivity of port and the lack of port sales activities etc. In addition to solving the above mentioned problems to diversify the function of port the following measures are to be taken for the port of Pusan ; the transfer from port administration system to port management system, the introduction of Port Authority with a board, and the conversion of the management system from production-oriented to marketing-oriented.

천진보세항구의 발전방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development Strategy of Tianjin Bonded Port in China)

  • In the 21th century, with the development of the economic global progress, the competition is more stiff. During the fierce competition, 85% of the world's trade volume is root from the sea transportation, that means the harbor trade is becoming an important part in the world's trade. With the strong support of the Chinese national ministries, Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area had made a series of encouraging results and now becoming a positive mode of the chinese harbor trade port. In the meanwhile, the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area is also searching for the change and a better development. From this year, the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area is apply for the experimental unit to change from the Bonded Port Area to the Free Trade Zone. This paper focus on the Tianjin Dongjiang Bonded Port Area which is the largest port area in the northern part of China. The development progress of the Dongjiang Bonded Port Area is concerned and studied in the paper. This paper expected to research on the transformation progress from the Bonded Port Area to the Free Trade Zone, to find out appropriate ways for the blossom of the harbor trade and the bonded area.

포항영일만항 활성화를 위한 정책 평가와 사업 여건 분석 (A policy evaluation and empirical analysis on the business environments for facilitation of the Pohang Youngilman Port)

  • The Pohang Youngilman Port is the only international trade port in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, but its cargo throughput has been stagnated since its opening. Finding out ways to revitalize the port has been a big issue in the region, taking its potential business effects on the surrounding areas into consideration. This study, therefore, aimed to critically evaluate the government policies and empirically analyze business environments of the Pohang Youngilman Port as a fundamental to reach solutions for its revitalization. The policy evaluation showed that there are discrepancies in viewing contexts, implementations and mechanisms of the port at each government level, which resulted in implementing various but inconsistent solutions. Also, the interview results were analyzed to point out the fundamental problems, such as limited cargo volume due to weak hinterland development, lack of shuttle shipping between Busan New Port and Pohang Youngilman Port, and lack of large shippers to diverse the shipping network. This study has academic and managerial implications in suggesting measures for facilitation of the Pohang Youngilman Port by amalgamating various viewpoints of governments and stakeholders, which can be used for policy development as well as practical solutions for the port.
