Chrysanthemum stunt viroid (CSVd) ws identified in chrysanthemum cv. Chunkwang showing symptoms of stunt with leaf distortion (K1) and stunt with chlorosis of leaves (K2) collected from the main cultivation area of Masan, Kyongnam province in Korea. The specific RNAs related with the diseased chrysanthemums were detected. Full-length 354 bp CSVd cDNAs were amplified from infected tissue by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction using a pair of primers specific for CSVd sequence. The amplified cDNA products were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis and the specific cDNAs were cloned. Nucleotide sequences of the two CSVd isolates K1 and K2 varied. Phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of CSVd isolates indicated that K1 was closely related with J2 and Am 2 isolates. K1 and K2 were transmitted by grafting to Dendranthema grandiflorum cv. Mistletoe, Gynura aurantiaca, and Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Rutgers. This is the first report of CSVd in D. grandiflorum in Korea.

In this study, the hydraulic breaker system was analyzed and the analysis tool using GUI was developed. The analysis on the system with the accumulator was included. from the parametric analysis, the effects of each factor were revealed. Through the simulation with varying parameters, the method to improve the performance of the hydraulic breaker system was presented. The analysis tool will help a man without special knowledge about programming analyzse the hydraulic breaker system. The result of this study will help improve the hydraulic breaker system in sight of "Blow energy" and "Blows per minute".ws per minute".uot;.

Nowadays, the web service was based on composing the e-business and distributed computing environment. But existing workflow management systems have many problems with the interoperability between companies because they are made before most web services. For these problems, the workflow based composition language such as the Business Process Execute Language for Web Services (BPEL4WS or BPEL) appeared in expressing the web service composition. In this paper, we present an event based rule management system architecture that executes automatically the BPEL using the Event-Condition-Action (ECA) rules. The event based rule management system consists of the event manager, rule manager, and Jess. The Jess is the part of executing and deciding the condition.

BPEL4WS와 같은 웹 서비스 프로세스 설계 언어의 사용은 기업으로 하여금 자동 실행되는 비즈니스 프로세스를 설계, 실행할 수 있게 하였으나, 종전의 워크플로우와 자동 실행 프로세스를 동시에 지원하지 못하는 한계를 가진다. 또한 B2B 협업에 있어서 각 기업에서 제공하는 웹 서비스들의 입력과 출력, 행동 단위가 다를 수밖에 없기 때문에 동일한 목적을 지닌 프로세스라 하더라도 파트너에 따라 상이하게 설계될 수밖에 없는 문제를 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 문제들을 해결하기 위해, 비즈니스 프로세스를 기업내 워크플로우 프로세스와 자동 실행가능한 프로세스, 기업간 협업 프로세스의 세 가지로 분류하고, 이들을 통합적으로 설계하는 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 방법론을 제안한다. 본 연구를 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 설계자는 기업내 워크플로우와 자동 실행 가능한 프로세스를 통합적으로 설계할 수 있으며, 각 파트너에 대해 동일하게 사용되는 협업 프로세스를 설계할 수 있게 될것으로 기대된다.

A thermostrable ${\beta}-galactosidase$ (${\beta}-galactoside$ galactohydorlase, EC 3.2.1.23) was inducible in Bacillus coagulans by lactose and D-glactose. The enzyme was purified 87 fold, and the optimum temeprature and pH for actiivity were determined to be $60^{\circ}C$ and pH 7.5, respectively. Kinetic determinations at $55^{\circ}C$ established a Km of 3.3mM for the chromogenic substrate onitorphenyl ${\beta}-D-galactopyranoside$ (ONPG). Galactose and lactose were competitive inhibitors with Ki of 6.1mM and 4.9mM, respectively. The enzyme ws relatively thermostable. The crude enzyme was inactivated about 20% after 20 min of exposure at $60^{\circ}C$ and the purified was about 50%. Maximal enzyme activity required $Mn^{++}$, and for the thermal stabilization $Fe^{++}\;and\;Ca^{++}$ were necessary.

The purpose of this study was to apply the etched metal ceramometal retainer using a composite resin and acid-etch procedure with minimal tooth reduction of abutments for the replacement of one missing anterior or posterior tooth. Author obtained the following conclusions. 1. conservation of tooth structure and minimal chair time and patient expense were the primary advantages of etched metal retainer. 2. This fixed partial denture permitted good esthetic results. 3. This retainer was successfully applied for the replacement of one missing anterior or posterior tooth. 4. Proper retainer etching ws an important procedure. 5. Etched castings could be applied to periodontal splinting and post orthodontic fixation.

The purpose of this research ws to study nutritional knowledge, attitudes, and dietary patterns of housewives in Seoul. Four hundred and seventy housewives were examined from September 27 to October 4, 1989. The results obtained were as follows; 51.8% of housewives ranked guidance of parents as their first choice of factors which influence food habits. 30.9% of housewives ranked TV and radio as their primary sources of nutritional information. Nutritional knowledge had positive correlation with their nutritional attitude (＋0.11) and their food habits(＋0.24). Nutrition attitude had some correlation with food habits(＋0.09). The clinical symptoms of nutritional deficiency had negative correlation with variables such as nutritional knowledge(-0.05), nutrition attitude(-0.06) and food habits(-0.17).

In this paper, we present a systematic approach to translating BPML(Business Process Modeling Language) into the ${\pi}-Calculus$. BPML is an executable business process modeling language, like BPEL4WS(Business Process Execution Language for Web Services). It is difficult to find a systematic approach to formalizing these languages; but, by formalizing them, the behavior of the processes can be analyzed and compared so that optimal processes can be designed. For this formalization, we analyzed the activity types and contexts of BPML and suggested the definitions of semantics for each type and context by using the ${\pi}-Calculus$. In addition, we have shown the usefulness of our formalization scheme in that a typical order fulfillment process represented in BPML can be translated into the ${\pi}-Calculus$.

Two yaw motion control systems that improve a vehicle lateral stability are proposed in this study: a rear wheel steering yaw motion controller (SESP) and an enhanced rear wheel steering yaw motion controller (ESESP). A SESP controls the rear wheels, while an ESESP steers the rear wheels and front outer wheel to allow the yaw rate to track the reference yaw rate. A 15 degree-of-freedom vehicle model, simplified steering system model, and driver model are used to evaluate the proposed SESP and ESESP. A robust anti-lock braking system (ABS) controller is also designed and developed. The performance of the SESP and ESESP are evaluated under various road conditions and driving inputs. They reduce the slip angle when braking and steering inputs are applied simultaneously, thereby increasing the controllability and stability of the vehicle on slippery roads.

본 논문은 지능형 로봇을 통하여 사용자가 원하는 서비스를 제공 받기 위해 외부의 웹 리소스를 이용하여 최적의 서비스 컴포지션 과정을 거쳐 실행 가능한 형태의 언어로 생성하는 방법을 제시한다. 온톨로지 형태로 정의된 템플릿을 서비스 컴포지션을 통해 플랜 인스턴스를 생성하고, 구축된 웹 서비스와 온톨로지를 이용하여 서비스 플랜에 맞게 실행 가능한 형태의 언어인 BPEL4WS 를 생성 한다. 이를 통하여 기존에 제공되었던 제한적이고 수동적인 서비스를 외부의 웹 서비스를 이용하여 보다 많은 정보를 지능형 로봇을 통해 제공 할 수 있다.
