수입화장품의 마케팅전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on Marketing Strategy of Domestic Cosmetics)

  • 본 논문은 국내화장품 산업의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고, 국내에 진출한 수입화장품의 마케팅전략을 마케팅 믹스전략의 구성요소인 4P를 중심으로 분석하고, 그에 따른 소비자 구매행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아봄으로써 21세기 국내 경제를 이끌어갈 산업의 하나로 발전하기 위한 방향과 전략을 연구 분석하였다 연구의 결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 국내화장품 산업의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 결과 화장품 산업은 전형적인 브랜드 산업으로 국내화장품은 브랜드력의 부족이 문제점으로 대두되고 있었다. 마케팅의 구성요소인 4P를 중심으로 국내 진출한 수입화장품의 마케팅전략에 관한 분석은 국내화장품 기술개발 수준이 선진국 대열에 진출할 만큼 발전함에 파라 소비자의 요구를 살펴보면 점차 다양한 심층화가 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 즉 브랜드는 제품에 대한 수많은 정보 속에서 유일하게 신뢰할 수 있는 판단 기준이 되는 만큼 소비자의 요구 변화를 인지한 브랜드 마케팅 수립과 브랜드 마케팅전략을 효과적으로 전개할 수 있는 다양한 유통망 형성이 시급함을 알 수 있었다.

Development of drought Tolerant Temperate Rice Variety by Pyramiding QTLs, Pup1 and DTY4.1

  • Sustainable agriculture is a potential strategy to enable agricultural cultivation systems to feed the growing population under climate change. Sustainable agriculture consists of environment-friendly farming methods that allow the production of crops with minimal harm to the ecosystem. Early establishment in rice might be helpful to adopt sustainable agriculture with less inputs, such as water and phosphorus fertilizer. Two QTLs conferring tolerance to abiotic stress and low nutrition condition, DTY4.1 and Pup1, respectively, are effective for good establishment in the early growth stage under low water and phosphorus fertilizer application. We developed 'Sechanmi' and 'MSI 1-DTY' harboring Pup1 and DTY4.1 into MS11, a japonica rice variety adaptable to tropical regions, using Marker-Assisted Backcrossing (MABC). MS 11-PD lines were developed to meet the demand for less water and P fertilizer application throughout the growth stage of rice. In the F5 generation, water-saving or rainfed cultivation was performed in different P (phosphorus) content. Irrigation was applied only when severe drought was observed one month after transplanting. There was no significant difference observed between the parents and MS11-PD lines in low P conditions. However, MS11-PD lines had more tillers in P-supplied conditions compared to that of the parents 40 and 50 days after transplanting. Under the same amount of P, MS11-PD lines might have higher phosphorus uptake capacity than the parents, increasing the number of tillers and showing better early establishment. The better vegetative growth stage is one of the factors that can potentially increase production by way of higher number of panicles. Through this breeding strategy, it is possible to attain sustainable agriculture by applying less P and water to address the need of a growing population.

P-type Skutterudite 열전소재의 열전도도 제어 연구 (Research for Controlled Thermal Conductivity of p-Type Skutterudite Materials)

  • Skutterudite materials show PGEC (phonon glass electron crystal) characteristics which is an optimal strategy for designing high performance thermoelectric materials. Now two methods are in parallel to control thermal conductivity of skutterudites, a rattler-atoms doping method and a process for nanostructured bulk materials. Amount of rattler atoms in p-type skutterudite are depends on a Fe/Co ratio of matrix, and the optimal Fe/Co ratio has been reported about from 3:1 to 3.5:0.5 in $R(Fe,Co)_4Sb_{12}$ structure. In this paper, our discussion for rattler doping research was concentrated on double-rattler systems and DD-doped systems in p-type skutterudites. A melt spinning precess combined with high energy ball milling were suggested as a strategy for nanostructured bulk materials with PGEC (phonon glass electron crystal) characteristics in p-type skutterudites.

초등예비교사들의 지구분야 수업동기 유발 전략에 대한 연구 (The Research on the Preliminary Elementary School Teacher's Instructional Motivation Strategy on Earth Sector)

  • This study was carried out to P University of Education 111 students who participated in science materials study course 1 in spring semester 2011. Students have taken the course pre-service teachers of elementary school classes to target elementary school earth science field, they selected one of the sections to create a class and the students have fulfilled 15-minute classes in respectively from the first week of May 2011 to until end of that course. In this class, colleagues evaluated the classes and we used evaluated scores to determine level of instructional motivation strategy. The obtained results from this study are as follows; First, motivational strategies used by preliminary elementary school teacher were questions, presentation of pictures and photographs, storytelling, presentation of contradictory concepts and phenomena, pilot experiments Second, among preliminary elementary teachers' motivational strategies for teaching in the field of the earth storytelling, presenting contradictory phenomena and concepts, pilot experiment, presentation of contradictory concepts, questions got higher scores in the order. Third, storytelling received the highest scores by the evaluators. So we can consider storytelling as a good strategy for the next class. In particular, storytelling used by animism were more effective. Fourth, preliminary elementary school teachers used life knowledges and dairy experiences as instructional motivation.

스타트업 기업의 국제마케팅역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Global Marketing Capabilities on Export Outcomes of Korean Startup Firms)

  • This study is to explore the ways to increase the export performance of start-up companies, as opportunities are rising along with more companies entering the global market. Thus the study analyzed the factors affecting export performance of the start-up company by mainly looking at the international marketing capabilities of enterprises type of marketing strategy and internal environmental capabilities. The following were derived as factors for marketing 4P strategy: innovation of product, flexibility of export price, differentiation of distribution channels, diversity of promotional activities, and positive-ness of promotion. For internal capabilities of enterprises, innovation of CEO, initiative of CEO, risk susceptibility of CEO, information power of export market, and information power of competitor were derived as factors. Two types of performances were considered for export performance, financial and non-financial. Among innovation of product and risk susceptibility of CEO the non-financial performance of export performance, and only differentiation of distribution channels of marketing 4p strategy the financial performance. It showed that since performance was different depending on the entrepreneurship of the CEO, only innovative products differentiated from small and medium enterprises. risk susceptibility of CEO increased export outlook by corporate acknowledgment and image, creation of potential customers, and financial performance affected only differentiation in distribution channel rather than entrepreneurial spirit, information power, or organizational flexibility because of short business career and insufficient period enough to gain trust. Therefore, start-up companies need to improve their non-financial export performance by increasing innovation of product and risk susceptibility of the CEO. The companies need to widen the differentiation of distribution channels in the financial export performance.

기억전략 프로그램이 정상 노인의 기억력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Memorial Strategy Program on Memory in the Elderly)

  • 목적 : 본 연구는 일반적으로 노인에게 저하되어 있는 기억력을 회복하거나 유지하기 위한 인지재활의 필요성을 인식하고 기억전략 프로그램이 정상 노인의 기억력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 부산광역시에 위치한 노인복지관을 이용하는 60세 이상의 노인 20명 중 무작위로 실험군과 대조군을 나누어 대조군은 기존 노인복지관 프로그램을 이용하였고, 실험군은 기억전략 프로그램을 주 2회, 4주간, 총 8회기 동안 실시하였다. 평가 전 후의 비교는 상황기억검사(Contextural Memory Test; CMT)를 시행하였다. 결과 : 두 집단의 프로그램 전과 후를 비교한 결과 두 집단 모두 순간기억과 지연기억에서 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>.05). 그러나 프로그램 후 실험군의 순간기억과 지연기억에서 모두 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<.05). 결론 : 연구결과 기억전략 프로그램은 정상 노인에게 기억력을 증진시킬 수 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 앞으로 정상 노인을 위한 기억 증진 목적의 프로그램이 많이 개발되고 발전된다면 이후 발생하게 될 치매 혹은 경도인지장애의 발병을 예방해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Enhancing yield and nutritive value of forage through corn soybean intercropping strategy at seventeen different places in Republic of Korea

  • Corn is basal forage for livestock species in Republic of Korea but it lacks protein and needs nitrogenous fertilizer. This study was designed with main objective to achieve optimum growth, yield & nutritive value of forage for livestock through implementing corn-soybean intercropping strategy at 17 different places under Korean condition. Two treatments; corn as monocrop (control treatment) and corn-soybean intercrop were compared under Randomized Block Design from $28^{th}$ May to $8^{th}$ October, 2015. Each treatment had three replicates in each block, whereas seventeen different places were considered as blocks. Data were analyzed through SAS-9.1.3 software. Difference between two treatment means was tested through T-test. Findings depicted that intercropping pattern could not influence (P>0.05) corn plant & ear height, corn lodged stalk No. and corn stalks number. However, corn-soybean intercropping enhanced (P<0.05) forage productivity in terms of total fresh yield ($16.4{\pm}0.7^b$ vs. $19.9{\pm}0.7^atons\;ha^{-1}$), total dry matter yield ($5.38{\pm}0.25^b$ vs. $6.41{\pm}0.31^atons\;ha^{-1}$) and total digestible nutrients yield ($3.94{\pm}0.17^b$ vs. $4.59{\pm}0.21^atons\;ha^{-1}$). Dry matter percentage in corn stalks and corn ears was not different (P>0.05) between two treatments. It was concluded that corn-soybean intercropping strategy was promising technique in enhancing forage productivity though positive symbiotic relation between two crops.

COVID-19 환자를 간호하는 간호사의 피로와 역할과부담이 우울에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Fatigue and Role-Overload on Depression in Nurses Caring for COVID-19 Patients)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 COVID-19 환자를 간호하는 간호사의 우울과 피로, 역할과부담의 수준을 파악하고, 피로와 역할과부담이 우울에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. COVID-19 환자 치료 지정 4개의 병원에서 COVID-19 환자를 직접 간호하는 142명의 간호사로부터 자기기입식 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 9월 8일부터 17일까지였다. 연구대상자의 우울 수준은 14.51±9.54였고, 피로 수준은 3.19±0.64였고, 역할과부담 수준은 3.03±0.64였다. 우울은 피로(r=.40, p<.001), 역할과부담(r=.30, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 피로는 역할과부담(r=.54, p<.001)과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 간호사의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은 피로(β=.23, p=.014)와 주관적 건강상태(보통, β=.28, p=.001; 건강하지 않음, β=.26, p=.002), 근무기관(대학병원)(β=.18, p=.024)이었고, 모형의 설명력(R2)은 28.1%이었다. 간호사의 우울 수준을 관리하기 위해서는 피로 수준을 낮추기 위한 전략과 함께 간호사의 건강수준 향상 전략이 필요하다.

슈퍼바이저의 지식 및 기술 역량 연구 -IPA분석을 통한 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 비교- (Knowledge and Skill Competence of Supervisor)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 슈퍼바이저 스스로가 인식하는 슈퍼바이저의 역량에 대한 중요도와 실행도를 사회복지관, 장애인복지관, 노인복지관 유형에 따라 비교 분석하고 이에 따라 슈퍼바이저의 역량을 향상시키기 위한 실행전략을 제안하는 것이다. 367부의 설문에 대한 t검증 결과, 슈퍼바이저에게 요구되는 14개 지식역량(t=30.545, p<.001)과 15개 기술역량(t=27.335, p<.001)에 대한 중요도와 실행도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 또한 IPA(중요도-실행도)분석 결과, 4개 영역(지속유지, 집중개선, 점차개선, 과잉)의 분포에 있어서 기관유형별로 차이가 나타남에 따라 이에 대한 실행전략을 제시하고 논의하였다.

우리옷 CRM의 성과에 영향을 미치는 마케팅 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Marketing Factors Influencing on the CRM Performance in Korean Clothes)

  • The purpose of this study is to seek for a plan of marketing strategy in the businesses of Korean clothes, by examining the causality among marketing factors, which have influenced CRM(Customer Relationship Management) performance in Korean clothes. As for the research method, a research model was designed to include routes form 4P's(products, price, promotion, place) through endogenous variables to performance variables, and a questionnaire was developed on the basis of theoretical background. The research participants were male and female adults at their age from 20 to 60. The survey was conducted in March of 2003, and 672 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. In terms of data analysis, we carried out reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling by using SPSSWIN 10.0 and AMOS 4.0. As a result 4P's were indicated to have influence upon confidence, satisfaction and commitment of customers. Especially, sales promotion factor was found to have the biggest impact on them. also, the quality of relationship affected CRM performance. as sales promotion factor was identified as one of the integral elements of marketing strategies, a strategy that utilizes a role of salespeople and enhances the quality of service is needed.
