Since the Industrial Revolution has caused global change by using of a fossil fuel, a reckless and growth-oriented development. A global mean temperature since 19th century has climbed up 0.4~$0.8^{\circ}C$. Our country, afterwards, global warming has increased the temperature every season. After The Kyoto Protocol regarding a greenhouse gas reduction goal took effect, be situations that decrease of greenhouse gas was acutely required. Therefore, interest of utilization of the new & renewable energy is increasing everyday. In advanced research, we shows that at first divided a country to nine range by natural geography, and second executed Meteorological data analysis of recent 30 years considering level of significance by nine range. The results of advanced research are that the similarities are low because there are the regions that temperature deviation of the similar climate regions is large in winter season, and there are not characteristics of clear discrimination of temperature. This study shows that at first divided a country to six range by temperature range, and second executed Meteorological data analysis of recent 30 years considering level of significance by six range. The results of this study are that in heating load calculation of building, periodic temperature data management is required because facility capacity and cost are affected greatly by outdoor temperature, and temperature by climate range needs consideration of pertinent area. Ground temperature was assumed of the weather in region, the ground and soil. Lastly, we were able to know that establishment of climate region by temperature range can be useful policy making and plans of design of the horticultural facilities and architectures.
Purpose - Semiconductors are a significant export item for Korea that is expected to continue to contribute significantly to the Korean economy in the future. Thus, the semiconductor industry is a critical component in the 4th Industrial Revolution and is expected to continue growing as the non-face-to-face economy expands as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, this paper aims to empirically investigate how semiconductors are imported and exported in Korea from a global supply chain perspective by analysing import and export data at the micro-level. Design/methodology - This study conducts a multifaceted analysis of the global supply chain for semiconductors and related equipment in Korea by examining semiconductor imports and exports by semiconductor type, year, target country, mode of transportation, airport/port, and domestic region, using import/export micro-data. The visualisation, flow analysis, and Bayesian Network methodologies were used to compensate for the limitations of each method. Findings - Korea is a major exporter of semiconductor memory and has the world's highest competitiveness but is relatively weak in the field of system semiconductors. The trade deficit in 'semiconductor equipment and parts' is clearly growing. As a result, continued investment in 'system semiconductors' and 'semiconductor equipment and parts' technology development is necessary to boost exports and ensure a stable supply chain. Originality/value - Few papers on semiconductor trade in Korea have been published from the perspective of the global supply chain or value chain. This study contributes to the literature in this area by focusing on import and export data for the global supply chain of the Korean semiconductor industry using a variety of approaches. It is our hope that the insights gained from this study will aid in the advancement of SCM research.
Since the recent COVID-19 pandemic, countries have been strengthening trade protection for their security, and the importance of securing strategic materials, such as food, is drawing attention. In addition to the cultural aspects, the global preference for food produced in Korea is increasing because of the Korean Wave. Thus, the Korean food industry can be developed into a high-value-added export food industry. Currently, Korea has a low self-sufficiency rate for foodstuffs apart from rice. Korea also suffers from problems arising from population decline, aging, rapid climate change, and various animal and plant diseases. It is necessary to develop technologies that can overcome the production structures highly dependent on the outside world of food and foster them into export-type system industries. The global agricultural industry-related technologies are actively being modified via data accumulation, e.g., environmental data, production information, and distribution and consumption information in climate and production facilities, and by actively expanding the introduction of the latest information and communication technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence. However, long-term research and investment should precede the field of living organisms. Compared to other industries, it is necessary to overcome poor production and labor environment investment efficiency in the food industry with respect to the production cost, equipment postmanagement, development tailored to the eye level of field workers, and service models suitable for production facilities of various sizes. This paper discusses the flow of domestic and international technologies that form the core issues of the site centered on the 4th Industrial Revolution in the field of agriculture, livestock, and fisheries. It also explains the environmental awareness production technologies centered on sustainable intelligence platforms that link climate change responses, optimization of energy costs, and mass production for unmanned production, distribution, and consumption using the unstructured data obtained based on detection and growth measurement data.

After COVID-19, the number of people with sleep disorders around the world is increasing. In particular, in the flow of the 4th industrial revolution, the differentiation of types and characteristics of the sleep industry is accelerating. Therefore, in this study, the characteristics of each type of sleep-related industry were reclassified from an industrial point of view, and based on this, an attempt was made to review the classification system that can help companies develop sleep products and improve related national systems. Based on the 10th standard industry classification, we compared input cost, value, and usability and analyzed common characteristics, treatments, and preventive effects based on this. A comprehensive taxonomy using matrix analysis was reviewed. As a result, in terms of cost (A), the most common sleeping products are general mattresses and general bedding. It is an IOT device (auxiliary device), and the value aspect (B, B/D) included sleep cafe, bedding rental and management service, and sleep consulting. In terms of utility (A/B), a total of 6 product groups including sleep aids (health functional foods) belong to this category, and in terms of treatment (A/C), a total of 3 product groups including sleep clinics (medical services) belong to this category. As for the product group (A/D) with both properties, it was found that non-insurance sleep treatment medical devices, sleep-related over-the-counter drugs, and some sleep monitoring applications belong to this category. Ultimately, it was found that the sleep industry classification enables the most active product development and composition according to the relative relationship between cost and utility, and treatment and utility. appeared to be necessary.

The work environment that produces and preserves records is changing in the digital transformation era, going beyond the new technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The electronic records management strategy in the archives must be prepared according to the technology, policy, and environmental changes related to overall records management of the era. Based on this, the basic environment in which the public can access records can be created by preserving the value of records. This study analyzes the direction of changes and strategies of records management in the digital environment and the direction of electronic records management strategies of the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) in the United States, the National Archives of Australia (NAA), and the National Archives of Korea (NAK). Based on the analysis, the study suggests policies, facilities, and personnel elements as the core of the national electronic records management strategy and direction in the digital era.

Recently, Korea's defense industry has advanced highly, and defense R&D budget is gradually increasing in defense budget. However, without objective analysis of defense industry technology, effective defense R&D activities are limited and defense budgets can be used inefficiently. Therefore, in addition to analyzing the defense industry technology quantitatively reflecting the opinions of the experts, this paper aims to analyze the defense industry technology objectively by quantitative methods, and to make efficient use of the defense budget. In addition, we propose a patent analysis method to grasp the characteristics of the defense industry technology and the vacant technology objectively and systematically by applying the big data analysis method, which is one of the keywords of the 4th industrial revolution, to the defense industry technology. The proposed method is applied to the technology of the firepower industry among several defense industrial technologies and the case analysis is conducted. In the process, the patents of 10 domestic companies related to firepower were collected through the Kipris in the defense industry companies' classification of the Korea Defense Industry Association(KDIA), and the data matrix was preprocessed to utilize IPC codes among them. And then, we Implemented association rule mining which can grasp the relation between each item in data mining technique using R program. The results of this study are suggested through interpretation of support, confidence lift index which were resulted from suggested approach. Therefore, this paper suggests that it can help the efficient use of massive national defense budget and enhance the competitiveness of defense industry technology.

The purpose of this study was to assess the implications for Daejeon's business management by analyzing the impact on the management performance of human solidarity among CEOs of small and medium venture companies in Daejeon. From 20th March to 20th May 2018, 212 questionnaires were collected from CEOs of small and medium-sized venture companies in Daejeon for this study and verified using the SPSS statistics Analysis Program. As a result, the study confirmed that the "work" and "school" connection factors have positive effects on securing government projects, improving business management, acquiring the necessary information for business growth, and securing competitiveness in 4th industrial revolution era. On the other hand, the "Region or Kin-group" connection factor does not affect the management performance. The following implications were derived fromthese studies on sustainable growth and development of business in Daejeon. First, it requires a higher level of the CEO solidarity. Second, efforts aimed at building mutual trust among CEOs in Daejeon are needed to develop close relationships and strong connections. Third, each operating association established in Daejeon needs to develop various programs for building relationships among CEOs and operate programs to increase the chances of contact.

This paper is on the implementation of a system for automatically monitoring window farm hydroponics based on Arduino (utilizing Arduino's open source code) emerging as the icon of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. A window farm, which means window-type hydroponics, is offered as an alternative to fulfill the desires of people who want to grow plants aside from the busy daily life in the city. The system proposed in this paper was developed to automatically monitor a window farm hydroponics cultivation environment using the Arduino UNO board, a four-charmel motor shield, temperature and humidity sensors, illumination sensors, and a real-time clock module. Modules for hydroponics have been developed in various forms, but power consumption is high because most of them use general power and motors. Since it is not a system that is monitored automatically, there is a disadvantage in that an administrator always has to manage its operational state. The system is equipped with a water supply that is most suitable for a plant growth environment by utilizing temperature, humidity, and light sensors, which function as Internet of Things sensors. In addition, the real-time clock module can be used to provide a more appropriate water supply. The system was implemented with sketch code in a Linux environment using Raspberry Pi 3 and Arduino UNO.

In this paper, we propose a case that drone (unmanned aerial vehicle), one of the representative technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, threatens airport safety and privacy infringement, and describes a drone control system proposal to solve the problem. Unmanned aerial vehicle (Drone) is creating a serious problem recently, In Korea, on May 21, 19, according to the Jeju Regional Aviation Administration, drones flew over Jeju Jeongseok Airfield twice in the same month, causing problems in aircraft operation. In overseas cases, two drones near the runway of Gatwick International Airport in the UK There has been a disturbance in which the takeoff and landing of the aircraft flies for a while, and various problems have occurred, such as voyeuring the private life of an individual using a drone. This paper is equipped with an Acess Point transponder mounted on a drone (unmanned aerial vehicle), and unspecified many who want to receive flight information (coordinates, altitude, and obstacles) of the drone access the drone AP, receive and receive the flight information of the drone, and receive unspecified multiple Drone AP flight information is collected and collected to provide the information of the drone currently floating on one user interface screen. In addition, an AP transponder is proposed to operate a safe drone (unmanned aerial vehicle) and the drone's flight information is transmitted., To receive and collect and collect data.
As the Great Reset is discussed at the World Economic Forum due to the COVID-19 pandemic, artificial intelligence, the driving force of the 4th industrial revolution, is also in the spotlight. However, corporate research in the field of artificial intelligence is still scarce. Since 2000, related research has focused on how to create value by applying artificial intelligence to existing companies, and research on how startups seize opportunities and enter among existing businesses to create new value can hardly be found. Therefore, this study analyzed the cases of startups using the comprehensive framework of the multi-level perspective with the research question of how artificial intelligence based startups, a sub-industry of software, have different innovation patterns from the existing software industry. The target firms are gazelle firms that have been certified as venture firms in South Korea, as start-ups within 7 years of age, specializing in machine learning modeling purposively sampled in the medical, finance, marketing/advertising, e-commerce, and manufacturing fields. As a result of the analysis, existing software companies have achieved process innovation from an enterprise-wide integration perspective, in contrast machine learning technology based startups identified unit processes that were difficult to automate or create value by dismantling existing processes, and automate and optimize those processes based on data. The contribution of this study is to analyse the birth of artificial intelligence-based startups and their innovation patterns while validating the framework of an integrated multi-level perspective. In addition, since innovation is driven based on data, the ability to respond to data-related regulations is emphasized even for start-ups, and the government needs to eliminate the uncertainty in related systems to create a predictable and flexible business environment.
