Enhancement of Security Monitoring & Control System in Zero Trust Security Models (제로트러스트 보안 모델에서 보안관제 시스템 강화 연구)

  • Recently, the concept of zero trust has been introduced, and it is necessary to strengthen the security elements required for the next-generation security control system. Also, the security paradigm in the era of the 4th industrial revolution is changing. Cloud computing and the cybersecurity problems caused by the dramatic changes in the work environment due to the corona 19 virus continue to occur. And at the same time, new cyber attack techniques are becoming more intelligent and advanced, so a future security control system is needed to strengthen security. Based on the core concept of doubting and trusting everything, Zero Trust Security increases security by monitoring all communications and allowing strict authentication and minimal access rights for access requesters. In this paper, we propose a security enhancement plan in the security control field through a zero trust security model that can understand the problems of the existing security control system and solve them.

Study on the Indoor-Outdoor $NO_2$ Levels and Related Factors in Urban Apartments (도시아파트의 실내외 $NO_2$ 농도와 관련요인에 관한 연구)

  • Nitrogen dioxide $(NO_2)$ has been regarded as one of the main elements among air pollutants, and we measured $NO_2$ levels of near gas range, kitchen, living room and outdoor on 489 apartments in Pusan area. $NO_2$ were sampled by using Palmes tubes (diffusion tube sampler) during August 16-25, 1995 (summer) and January 15-29, 1996 (winter), respectively. Authors wanted to know comparison of $NO_2$ levels in summer and winter, $NO_2$ levels categorized by variables, and variables affected to $NO_2$ levels. According to this study, we conducted to establish the degree of indoor-outdoor air pollution of urban apartments in Korea and methods to reduce indoor air pollution. The results of this study were summarized as follows: 1) Mean $NO_2$ levels of near gas range, kitchen, living room, and outdoor were $25.9{\pm}10.0ppb,\;23.3{\pm}8.0ppb,\;19.9{\pm}6.1ppb,\;and\;19.0{\pm}6.0ppb$ in summer, and $34.5{\pm}16.8ppb,\;28.2{\pm}13.4ppb,\;25.3{\pm}12.5ppb,\;21.8{\pm}9.8ppb$ in winter, respectively. 2) Mean $NO_2$ levels according to the floor levels were not significantly different in summer, and in winter, $NO_2$ levels were decreased as the floor levels were increasing, but those were increased above 16th floor. 3) Variables showing significant correlation(p<0.05) with $NO_2$ levels were as follows; Summer: floor level, family size, number of family during a meal, number using gas range during rice cooking per day, and natural ventilation. Winter: floor level, family size, number of person who have been respiratory disease in a house, number of family during a meal, total number of meals, and number using gas range during rice or side-dish cooking per day. 4) We suggest that the methods of reducing indoor $NO_2$ levels are ventilation during cooking, complete combustion, decreasing number and time of cooking, and substitution of fuels.

Deep Neck Abscesses in Korean Children (소아 심부 경부 농양에 대한 임상적 고찰)

  • Purpose : Retropharyngeal and parapharyngeal abscesses are often distinguishable from other head and neck abscesses on clinical grounds, but these infections can combine and the presentations are similar to one another. Because of the advances of antibiotic therapy, the frequency of the diseases decreased considerably, but recently the incidence of neck abscesses has increased. We sought to describe the clinical presentation of patients with deep neck abscess, and implications on management. Methods : For 10 year periods, 94 cases of charts were reviewed retrospectively, who were diagnosed as neck abscesses aged below 16 years old(between January 1993 to August 2003) in 4 hospitals. Deep neck abscesses were diagnosed by surgical pus drainage, neck CT (homogenous, hypodense area with ring enhancement) and neck sono findings. Results : The annual incidence of deep neck abscess has been increased since 2000. The median age of the patients was 4 years(range, 26 days~15 years); 63% of the patients were younger than 5 years. Abscesses in the submandibular space(34%) were most common, followed by peritonsillar space(29.7%), retropharyngeal space(11.7%), combined(10.8%), parotid space(7.4%) and parapharyngeal space(6.4%). Fever(73.4%), sore throat(37.2%), decreased oral intake(34%) and neck pain(27.7%) were the most common symptoms. In 6 children(6.4%), there was refusal to move neck, in 6(6.4%) headache, and in 4(4.3%) torticollis. Respiratory distress was observed in only 1 patient(2.1%) and stridor in 1 other(2.1%). The most common physical examinations were neck swelling/mass(67%), pharyngitis(46.8%), tonsillitis(36.2 %), and cervical lymphadenopathy(28.7%). Neck stiffness was observed in 4 patients(4.3%). Total 35 organisms were isolated in 33 patients. The most common organisms cultured by patients' blood or pus were S. aureus(34%) and S. pyogenes(28.6%). Most organisms were gram positive, and had sensitivities in vancomycin(96.4%), cefotaxime(88.9%), cephalothin (86.4%), trimethoprime-sulfamethoxazole(83.3%), and clindamycin(77.8%). 77 patients(81.9%) underwent surgery plus antibiotics; 17 patients(18.1%) were treated with antibiotics only. There is no significant differences between two groups. In duration of admission, fever after admission, and antibiotic treatment. Conclusion : The incidence of deep neck abscess has increased recently and the major symptoms have been changed. The incidence of respiratory distress or stridor is decreasing, while the incidence of abnormal head and neck symptoms and signs like headache, neck stiffness, refusal to move neck, or torticollis are increasing. Gram positive organisms are predominant, S. aureus is the most common followed by S. pyogenes. 1st generation cephalosporin has high sensitivity on gram positive organisms. Treatment with surgery plus antibiotics dose not significantly decrease total duration of antibiotic treatment or admission compared to treatment with antibiotics alone.

A Subjective Study on the Virtual Currency of the 20's Young Generation (20대 청년세대의 가상화폐에 대한 주관성 연구)

  • In this study, we categorized the subjective recognition of 20's young generation about virtual currency into a few meaningful types and analyzed the characteristics of each type using the Qmethodology. For the Qpopulation, we selected a total of 337 samples which were derived from the Internet search, in-depth interviews, and literature survey, chose the final 51 Qstatements, and performed the Q-classification for the 40 P samples of 20's, including university students. Then, we analyzed the results using the PC-QUANL program. From the analysis, we found meaningful differences between each recognition type, and, after classifying the recognition types into four, we named each of them as 'investment-vehicle' type, 'future-technology' type, 'kind of gambling-like plays' type, and 'foamy faddishness' type. We hope that this research result can contribute to follow-up research and social discussion as base materials.

A Comparative Study on the Social Awareness of Metaverse in Korea and China: Using Big Data Analysis (한국과 중국의 메타버스에 관한 사회적 인식의 비교연구: 빅데이터 분석의 활용 )

  • The purpose of this exploratory study is to compare the differences in public perceptual characteristics of Korean and Chinese societies regarding the metaverse using big data analysis. Due to the environmental impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, technological progress, and the expansion of new consumer bases such as generation Z and Alpha, the world's interest in the metaverse is drawing attention, and related academic studies have been also in full swing from 2021. In particular, Korea and China have emerged as major leading countries in the metaverse industry. It is a timely research question to discover the difference in social awareness using big data accumulated in both countries at a time when the amount of mentions on the metaverse has skyrocketed. The analysis technique identifies the importance of key words by analyzing word frequency, N-gram, and TF-IDF of clean data through text mining analysis, and analyzes the density and centrality of semantic networks to determine the strength of connection between words and their semantic relevance. Python 3.9 Anaconda data science platform 3 and Textom 6 versions were used, and UCINET 6.759 analysis and visualization were performed for semantic network analysis and structural CONCOR analysis. As a result, four blocks, each of which are similar word groups, were driven. These blocks represent different perspectives that reflect the types of social perceptions of the metaverse in both countries. Studies on the metaverse are increasing, but studies on comparative research approaches between countries from a cross-cultural aspect have not yet been conducted. At this point, as a preceding study, this study will be able to provide theoretical grounds and meaningful insights to future studies.

  • The advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution provides new civilized convenience, while the humanistic ecological environment is at stake. Therefore, looking at our culture and arts ecological foundations is ultimately for the preparation of a rich life for the future. Therefore, establishing a desirable cultural ecosystem begins with an enduring tradition of traditional art.This study examined the dancing characteristics of gabbigochanong-ag, which maintains the nongsapul-inong-ag performance pattern. Two field studies and image analysis studies showed that gabbigochanong-ag maintained the characteristics of traditional nong-ag, which strengthened the solidarity and cooperation of village community members and shared community identity. gabbigochanong-ag encourages the participation of the members of the village community through mechanistic dance movements based on soundness, imitative dance movements with minimal movement, repetitive dance movements, and communicative dance movements, As a result of the change, the members of the group were attracted to each other. Although gabbigochanong-ag was not sophisticated or sophisticated, it had a dancing structure that could create aesthetics and marginal aesthetics of slowness from the swiftness and convenience of civilization and bring harmony among the members of the community with warm emotion.

Studies on the development of the stone leek minor, Acrolepiopsis sapporensis Matsumura (Lepidoptera: Acrolepiidae) (파좀나방의 발육에 관한 연구)

  • Acrolepiopsis sapporensis Matsumura was reared on welsh onions in the laboratory in Taejon for observation on its bionomics; the adults were provided with 10% sugar solution. At controlled temperatures the stone leek minor female adult laid averages of about 103 at $15^{\circ}C$, 113 at $20^{\circ}C$ and 134 at $25^{\circ}C$. Adult lived for averages of about 10 days at $15^{\circ}C$, 8~9 days at $20^{\circ}C$ and $25^{\circ}C$ and 5 days at $30^{\circ}C$. The egg hatched in about 10~11 days at $15^{\circ}C$, 5~6 days at $20^{\circ}C$ and 5 days at $25^{\circ}C$. The larval stage lasted 25~26 days at $15^{\circ}C$, 11 days at $20^{\circ}C$ and 7~8 days at $25^{\circ}C$. The pupal stage lasted 13 days at $15^{\circ}C$, 9 days at $20^{\circ}C$ and 7~8 days at $25^{\circ}C$.

Effects of Loratadine, Cetirizine, and Terfenadine on Histamine-Induced Wheal and Erythema Responses in Normal Canine Skin (개 피부에서 Histamine에 의한 팽진과 발적에 대한 loratadine, cetirizine과 terfenadine의 억제효과)

  • This crossover study was performed in order to compare the effects of cetirizine, loratadine, and terfenadine in canine skin. Five healthy dogs were used. Cetirizine 0.5 mg/kg, loratadine 5 mg/kg and terfenadine 5 mg/kg were administered orally 4 hours before the experiment. Erythema indices and wheal size were assessed by Hexameter ($MX^{\circledR}$ 18, CK, Germany) and skin reaction guide, respectively. Cetirizine-induced erythema inhibition was generally higher than other drugs and was significantly different from placebo. Cetirizine was superior to placebo at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 minutes (p< 0.01). Cetirizine also was superior to placebo at 9 minutes (p< 0.05). Loratadine and terfenadine erythema inhibition were better than after placebo treatment from 4 to 9 minutes, but erythema index of terfenadine at 7 minutes was not observed probability of 95% and 99%. At 10 minutes, intradermal injection of the histamine caused a mean wheal dimension for placebo, cetirizine, loratadine and terfenadine, which were 13.25$\pm$0.75 mm,7.5$\pm$ 1.02 mm (53% reduction, p<0.007),6.2$\pm$0.58 mm(43% reduction, p <0.01), and 8.4 $\pm$0.67 mm(37% reduction, p< 0.05), respectively, comparing with placebo. Loratadine and cetirizine were good antihistamines for clinical therapy for atopic dermatitis in dog.

Morphological Characteristics and URP-PCR Analysis of Hypocrea sp., a Weed Mould of Oyster Mushroom Cultivation (느타리버섯 유해균 Hypocrea sp.의 형태 및 URP-PCR 분석)

  • Recently a serious outbreak of weed mould caused by a species of Hypocrea occurred in oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) substrates in Korea. The disease was characterized by a rapid infestation of the oyster mushroom substrates by Hypocrea sp. and subsequent inhibition of fructification of the mushroom. In spite of it's serious losses to the oyster mushroom industry in Korea, etiology and ecology of the disease have not been studied. Morphological characteristics of the fungus were examined and molecular characteristics of the fungus were compared with those of the green moulds (Trichoderma spp.) isolated from oyster mushroom bed. Stromata formed superficially on suface of the substrates were pulvinate to effuse or irreguler, initially white but becoming yellowish brown, measuring $6.0{\sim}13.0{\times}3.0{\sim}11.0mm$. Perithecia were globose to subglobose, immersed in stroma, $223{\sim}263\;(Ave.239.9){\times}167.3{\sim}231\;(Ave.204.1){\mu}m$ in size. Asci were unitunicate, cylindrical, nonamyloid, $82.7{\sim}124.8\;(Ave.103.3){\times}4.1{\sim}5.1\;(Ave.4.9){\mu}m$ in size, 16 part-spored. Ascospores were bullet-shaped or somewhat oblong, hyaline, bicellular, roughened or warted, $5.4{\sim}7.4\;(Ave.6.5){\times}3.6{\sim}5.5\;(Ave.4.7){\mu}m$ in size. This fungus readily form the stroma on PDA. Mycelia on PDA nearly invisible and without cottony aerial mycelium. Optimum temperature for mycelial growth of this fungus was $25^{\circ}C$ on PDA and its growth rate was 15 mm per day. This species did not grow at below 10 and above $35^{\circ}C$. Phialides in culture enlarged in the middle and aggregated to penicillate type. They were very variable, shorted ampulliform and occasionally curved when matured, but cylinderical when young, measuring $11.9{\sim}24.3\;(Ave.\;14.7){\times}2.9{\sim}3.9\;(Ave.\;3.4){\mu}m$ when matured and $7.2{\sim}14.0\;(Ave.\;10.8){\times}2.8{\sim}4.9\;(Ave.\;3.5){\mu}m$ when young. Phialosopres were ovoid to ellipsoid, smooth, measuring $3.5{\sim}7.2\;(Ave.\;4.5){\times}2.6{\sim}3.3\;(Ave.\;2.9){\mu}m$. Nineteen isolates of Hypocrea sp. were analyzed on the basis of molecular characteristics and classified into phenotypic groups. On the basis of RAPD, URP-PCR, the fungus was confirm to monoclonal, and was classified as a different taxon from reported species of Hypocrea and Trichoderma and supposed to be a new species not previously reported in literature.

A Study on Multi-band Antenna for Mobile using Coupling Feeding (커플링 급전을 이용한 모바일용 다중대역 안테나에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, an antenna which has quad band in LTE (0.746 ~ 0.798 GHz), GSM(0.824 ~ 0.960 GHz), DCS(1.71 ~ 1.88 GHz), WCDMA(1.91 ~ 2.17 GHz) is proposed. An antenna size is $122mm{\times}50mm{\times}0.8mm$ on FR4(${\epsilon}_r=4.4$) ground substrate. In the proposed antenna, branch line is applied to the conventional PIFA architecture to achieve multi-bandwidth. Coupling power supply is applied for a wide bandwidth. Result of the measurement is as follows. When the low frequency, the antenna presents gain of 0.93 ~ 1.92dBi, and radiation efficiency of 49.60 ~ 76.35 %, and When the high frequency, gain is 2.19 ~ 4.66dBi, and radiation efficiency is 60.40 ~ 80.01 %, and with a VSWR < 2 (${\leq}-10dB$)measurement results for standard satisfies all band. Judging from the result, proposed multiband antenna is expected to be applied. B4G mobile terminals since the antenna shows an outstanding performance.
