성인 여성의 신체만족도 및 스트레스에 따른 미니스타일 선호에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Preference of Mini-Style according to Body Cathexis and the Stress Recognition level for a Group of Adult Women)

  • As a society is becoming more and more complicated people living in modern times are experiencing more stresses for various reasons. Some past research results proved the role of clothing in reducing the stresses. The purpose of this study is to investigate how the preference of the mini-style which is recently most fashionable styles is related to the psychological factors such as stress and body satisfaction. Measure Instrument were Nolmes and Masuda(1973)'s SRRS(Social Readjustment Rating Scal) Secord and Jourard(1953)' Body Cathexis Scale and mini-style preference scale by author Survey questionnaires were distributed to two hundred seventy adult women living in Seoul area during may 25 1992. through June 8. 1992. The age range of the subjects was from 30 to 49 The final number of subjects in-cluded in the statistical analysis was 244. The result and conclusions are as follows: 1. Significant difference was existed in mini-style preference between high and low body satisfaction groups. Mini-style was pre-ferred by high body satisfaction group than low body satisfaction group. 2, Significant difference was existed in mini-style preference between high and low stress groups. Mini-style was preferred by low stress group than high stress group. 3. Regarding demographic characteristics unmarried 2 year college graduates with low family income in their early 30's pref. mini-style. 4. There was a marginal interaction effect of demographic characteristics on the relation-ship between mini-style preference and body satisfaction. The higher preference and body satisfaction. The higher preference for mini-style was found for the higher body satis-faction group mostly with the age range of 35 to 39 married 4 year college graduates as drop-puts and mid less income group. 5. There was a marginal interaction effect of demographic variables on the relatonship be-tween mini style preference and stress level The higher preference for mini-style was re-lated to the low stress level group mostly with age group of 35 to 44 high school graduates or lower and highest income group regardless of their marital status. In sum mini-style seems to be preferred by women who feel relatively less stress and are more satisfied with their bodies thus psycho-logically stable.

유아교사의 교직적응에 영향을 미치는 제 변인에 대한 연구: 배경변인, 발달단계, 책무성 인식을 중심으로 (A Study on Variables Affecting Kindergarten Teachers' Adaptation to the Teaching Profession : Focused on Background Variables, Development Stage, and Perception of Accountability)

  • 본 연구는 교사의 배경변인 및 발달단계, 교사에 대한 책무성 인식이 교직 적응에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 224명의 공 사립 유치원 교사를 대상으로 조사 연구를 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령 면에서 교사들은 연령이 많아짐에 따라 교직적응 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 경력 면에서 교사들은 경력이 늘어남에 따라 교직 적응정도가 높게 나타났으나 경력이 6-10년인 교사와 11년 이상인 교사 간에는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 학력 면에서 4년제 대학 졸업 또는 대학원 이상 교사들이 전문대를 졸업한 교사보다 교직적응을 잘하는 것으로 인식하였다. 둘째, 교사들은 입문수용 단계에서 벗어나 능력구축 단계와 열중성장 단계에 있을 때 교직 적응 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사들의 책무성 인식이 높을수록 교직 적응정도가 높게 나타났다. 교사들의 교직 책무성 하위영역 중에서는 전문적 책무성이 교사의 교직 적응에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Most of the Medical Junior Colleges faced new environmental changes: School years of some Health-related departments were extended from two-year program to three-year ones; The total high school graduates willing to apply to the colleges will fall short of the legal number limits of this country; Govorment's educational opening policies enables competitive foreign schools to land in our country more easily. In order to survive under these turbulant circumstances, any junior college has to cultivate it's own competitiveness establishing strategies and utilizing resources very efficiently. Some of the major points extracted from three-year junior college professors' opinions against the environmental changes are as follows, 1. Environmental changes should be fully appreciated. And junior colleges have to make haste to establish strategies placing priorities on specific fields which are their own strengths compared to others. 2. The crieria of provisions of miminstry of Education on the facilities and equipments should be enhanced. 3. The practical way to use available resources effectively is to make the best of human resources. 4. It is time to consider consolidating akin departments to one. 5. The school year of the health-related departments should be extended to four years to meet the contemporary needs in the medical fields.

일부 치위생학과 졸업예정자의 치과위생사 직무에 대한 인식 (Dental Hygienist's Job Perception of Some Prospective Graduates)

  • Introduction: The legal duties of Korean dental hygienists are different from the actual tasks. These factors cause dental hygienists to experience work stress. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate what tasks the dental hygienist expects to perform. Methods: This study examined the perception of dental hygienists' work on 158 prospective graduates of the 3rd-year and 4th-year course of dental hygiene. The questionnaire about the dental hygienist's duties was prepared based on the job description of dental hygienists by the Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute. Results: More than 84% said that all of the work in the second job description was possible as dental hygienists. subjects responded that the following items were not dental hygienists' duties: treatment plan based on medical history and dental history, treatment plan based on an intraoral and extraoral examination, treatment plan based on the results of teeth and periodontal examination, analysis of oral health data in community, planning of oral health promotion in community, planing of water fluoridation, reading of radiography, root planing, physical treatment on head and neck, using an ultrasonic device on head and neck, dealing with laser devices, making a temporary crown, suture and stitch-out, and intramuscular injection. Conclusions: Most graduates of dental hygiene departments have recognized that the tasks described in the second job description are dental hygienists' work; therefore, it is necessary to improve the gap between expected work and legal work.

대학 졸업생의 직업선택과 임금 수준 (An Analysis of Job Selection, Major-Job Match and Wage Level of College Graduates)

  • 본 논문은 대학 졸업생의 숙련 불일치 문제에 대한 분석의 일환으로 임금으로 대표되는 노동시장성과에 대해 전공-직업 일치의 시각에서 접근한 것이다. 실증 분석에 있어서는 선행연구들에서 자주 제기되었던 표본선택편의 문제를 명시적으로 분석 과정에 반영하였고, 분석의 편의상 이항변수로 취급되었던 전공직업일치 변수도 설문조사가 제공한 다항선택변수로 설정하여 분석하였다. 특히 1982년, 1992년, 2002년 세 코호트에 대한 조사 결과를 활용하여 비교적 장기간에 걸친 노동시장의 구조적 변화도 고려하고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 전공일치 직업선택에 따른 표본선택편의와 전공직업일치의 임금효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또 전공직업일치 정도와 비례해 임금프리미엄도 체증하고, 특히 전공계열별 분석을 통해 사회 계열, 공학 계열, 자연 계열에서 전공과 직업이 일치한 경우 상대적으로 높은 임금을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 전공 계열별로 선택편의의 영향에 차이가 있음도 볼 수 있었다. 또 1982년, 1992년, 2002년을 비교하면 1992년에 전공직업일치 경향은 급격히 낮아졌고 1992년과 2002년의 차이는 오히려 크지 않아 이 같은 숙련 불일치 현상이 상당히 오래 전부터 진행되어 온 현상임을 확인할 수 있었다.

방사선학과(放射線學科)의 4년제(年制) 대학(大學) 교육과정(敎育課程)에 대한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Four-year College Curriculum for the Education of Radiological Technology in Korea)

  • The education of radiologic technology began in the regular institute of higher education in Korea in 1963. Up to now from then, our education to bring up the radiologic technologists has developed greatly in quality and quantity, and now departments of radio-technology are founded in the 16 junior colleges in March, 1995. This study was done to verify the necessity and propriety to reform the education system of radiologic technology which was run as two or three year system of college curriculum for 32 years since 1963, and to search for the method to reform in the future. We got the following results from this research. 1. In the survey, on the desirable education year for radiologic technologists, 63.9 % of professors of department of radio-technology and 63.0 % of radiologic technologists chose the 4 year system, 27.9 % of professors and 34.6 % of radiologic technologists chose the 4 year system added to graduate school. 2. In the survey, on the future development of radiologic equipments and technique, 67.2 % of professors of department of radiologic technology and 86.4 % of radiologic technologists have a view of "revolutional development". Also, on the future tasks or roles of radiologic technologists 95.1% of professors and 94.9% of radiologic technologists have a view that "They will increase". 3. On the necessity of extension of education year to 4 years from 3 years, the factor is that development of medical technique and machinery and tools, advance of qualification of radiologic technologists, enlargement and specialization of the business of the radiologic technologists, ballance of education year with other medical sciences, international competitive power and cooperation of radiologic technology, and education continuation of the graduates of department of radiologic technology. 4. They suggested that in the 4 year curriculum of department of radiologic technology, clinical medicine, quality control of radiation and radiologic equipment, related subjects to the radiologic application and computer application should be enforced and clinical practice should be extended more. 5. On the device to found the 4 year college curriculum of radiologic technology, they suggested that first, 4 year curriculum should be founded through the variety of educational year, secondly, department of radiologic technology should be founded in the 4 year health sciences college, thirdly, educational continuation of the radiologic technologists should be systematized on the basis of life-long education.

신생아 집중치료실 퇴원아의 청성뇌간반응(ABR) 결과에 미치는 위험인자 및 경과 (Auditory brainstem response (ABR) results in NICU graduates)

  • 목 적 : 신생아기의 청력 소실은 그 빈도가 높으며 조기 발견 및 조기 치료가 예후를 결정하는데 중요하다. 신생아 집중치료실에 입원했던 신생아들은 일반 신생아에 비해 청력 소실의 빈도가 더 높은 것으로 알려지고 있다. 이에 저자들은 신생아 집중치료실에 입원했던 신생아를 대상으로 청력 소실의 발생 빈도와 위험 인자 및 청력 소실의 양상을 조사하기 위해 이 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 2002년 7월부터 2005년 6월까지 3년간 경북대학교병원 신생아 집중치료실에 입원한 환아를 대상으로 ABR 검사를 시행하여 이들의 청력 소실 정도와 이와 관련된 임상 소견을 조사하고 추적 관찰을 시행하였다. 결 과 : 연구 기간 동안 ABR 검사를 받은 환아는 474명으로 총 입원아의 54.0%였고, 검사를 받은 신생아의 13.5%인 64명이 ABR 검사에 이상 소견을 보였다. 이들 64명의 귀 128례의 청력 소실의 양상은 편측 정상이 37례(28.9%)이고 경증, 중등도, 중증 및 초중증 청력 소실이 각각 43례(33.6%), 36례(28.1%), 2례(1.6%) 및 10례(7.8%)로 중증 이상의 청력 소실 빈도는 9.5%였다. 미숙아, 저출생 체중아 및 극소 저출생 체중아, 신생아 가사, 두부 안면 기형 및 amikacin의 15일 이상 사용이 ABR 비정상군에서 유의하게 많았다(P<0.05). 고빌리루빈혈증 환아에서 최고 빌리루빈 수치, 광선치료의 기간과 교환수혈의 시행 여부 모두 ABR 정상군과 비정상군 사이에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. ABR 비정상군 중 15명에서 생후 $8.8{\pm}4.4$개월에 시행한 추적 ABR 검사는 80.0%에서 호전 혹은 정상화되었다. 결 론 : 신생아 집중치료실에 입원했던 신생아는 청력 소실의 위험이 높으므로 이에 대한 체계적이고 효과적인 청력 평가와 관리가 필요하다.

대전지역 유아대상 영양플러스 사업 효과 - 유아 영양개선과 보호자 영양지식 및 태도에 미친 영향 - (The Effect of NutriPlus Program among 1-5 Year Children in Daejeon Area - The Improvement in Nutritional Status of Children and Nutrition Knowledge and Attitude of Parents -)

  • This study investigated the effect of nutritional improvement of 1-5 year children participated in NutriPlus program. The program was carried out at Public health Center, Daedeok-gu, Daejeon from March 2009 to April 2011. The subjects were selected among applicants for low-income family financing of the government and included 90 children and their parents. they were divided into 2 groups (less than 6 months and more than 6 months of participation in the study). We analyzed the effects of NutriPlus program and nutrition education in both study groups. The results of this study were summarized as follows: The number of children with less than 10th percentile in height and weight and weight for height was decreased. The anemia prevalence rate was reduced from 64.4% to 8.9%. NAR value of subjects increased for energy, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin C. The education program improved knowledge and attitude of the parents. In nutrition knowledge according to the income level, there were greater changes in the group of less than 100% compared to the subsistence. In nutrition attitude according to the education level, there were greater changes in the group of middle school graduates than in high school graduates or college graduates. There were no difference between less than 6 months group and more than 6 months group in improvement of hemoglobin level, anthropometric data and nutrients intakes. Based on these results, we conclude that providing supplementary food to children and nutrition education brought positive effects on growth of the children.

전문대여성졸업생의 대학생활과 직장만족도의 관계 연구 (Women College Graduates and Job Satisfaction -Interacting Effects of Job Readiness-)

  • 본 연구는 교육고용패널자료를 활용하여 여성전문대생의 대학생활과 구직활동이 이들의 직장생활에 기여하는 지 검증해 보았다. 여성전문대생의 대학생활에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 직장에 대한 만족도가 높아졌다. 여성전문대생들이 취업 및 창업과 관련된 교육훈련을 이수하게 된다면 직장과 업무에 대한 만족도는 높아지고 있다. 취업준비활동은 또한 여성전문대생의 대학생활만족도 및 대학성적과 유의미하게 상호작용하여 이들의 직장만족도에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 대학생활만족도가 높은 전문대학여학생들이 영어교육을 이수하면 괜찮은 일자리에 취직하여 직장에 대한 만족도가 높아진다. 전문대학여학생들의 대학성적이 우수하면서 취업 및 창업과 관련된 교육과정을 이수하면 취업 후 기술/교육수준을 고려한 직장만족도가 높아지게 된다. 전문대학교의 현장 중심의 실무교육이 구직활동과 병행되어야 전문대여학생들이 양질의 일자리에 취직되어 높은 직장만족도를 느낄 수 있다. 현 연구는 전문대학여학생의 대학생활에 대한 만족도와 취업준비활동은 이들이 졸업 후 직장생활을 하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다고 입증하였다. 앞으로 한국사회는 전문대학의 교육과정이 현장중심의 실무형으로 구성되어 구직자의 능력을 향상시켜 취직에 도움이 될 수 있도록 보다 많은 노력을 기울어야겠다.

물리치료(학)과 졸업생의 취업준비 노력과 성과 (Effects of Pre-Employment Effort of the Physical Therapy Graduates)

  • Background : This study aims to examine actual conditions of college students' life, behaviors to prepare for employment, and employment performance, thereby providing basic materials to create efficient measures for college students' employment strategies. Method : The subjects of this study were 207 graduates from the Department of Physical Therapy employed in medical and health institutions in Gyeongsangnam-do and Busan. Aquestionnaire devised by Yu Yeon-wha and Lim Gyeong-ae(2012, 2011) was revised and complemented into a self-reporting questionnaire composed of 29 questions. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS Win 18.00 program. Results : 1) The biggest reason for the respondents' selecting physical therapy as a major was bright prospect for employment, and the largest percent of the respondents answered that they started to prepare for employment in the second semester of junior year. 2)Regarding behaviors to prepare for employment, those who largely provided information on employment were the respondents' seniors and friends. 62.3% of the respondents owned certificates and diplomas. 59.9% took part in programs related to employment in order to prepare for employment. Their weakest area was English and what they wanted to know most was annual salaries provided by companies. They put self-development and growth potential before everything as what should be considered in priority when getting a job. 3)The most frequently asked question in their interviews for employment was the motive for application. The biggest reason for their employment at their current institution was their good personality and manner. 4)As for employment performance, they were unsatisfied with their current average annual salary. Conclusion : School should provide consciousness education and employment coaching so that students can early prepare for employment with an active attitude. In particular, educational environment where many students can gain easy access to information about employment in diverse areas should be provided and student coaching should be actively conducted.
