Smart agriculture has emerged to be a solution to the global food crisis and a new growth engine in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of this study is to reveal the spatiality of smart agriculture by analyzing smart agriculture policies in major countries and examining how major's agricultural knowledge and experience are expressed in specific agricultural environment. I selected China, Japan, the Netherlands, and the United States as representative examples. In the analysis of agricultural policy, the direction, governance and main areas and technologies were focused. As a result, it is found both standardization strategy and the localization strategy work at the same time. Standardization strategies decontextualize technologies and policies from the economic, social, cultural, and ecological contexts of region. The regionalization strategy builds a smart agricultural model for each country with reflecting geographical characteristics. This study could be for facilitating further researches on geographies of agricultural technology and agricultural knowledge production.

Korean society is facing the 2017 regime and the era of the fourth industrial revolution. University education is trying to select agendas that focuses on public interest and innovation, which are key words, for change. Unlike recent efforts, practical changes are insufficient. There is a relative lack of discussion on the essence and theory of university education in South Korea. This study looked at the current location of Korean university education and discussed the essential direction from a point of view on critical pedagogy. So far, Korean university education has operated under the control of neo-liberalism for more than 20 years since the May 31 educational reform in 1995. Democracy and deindustrialization, the direction pursued by the 2017 regime and the Fourth Industrial Revolution, differs from neo-liberalism. Therefore, it is necessary to reflect on neo-liberalism and seek a subsequent turn of direction. Henry Giroux has been critical of the neo-liberalistic policy of American education, which has been a major discourse since 1980, and has discussed proposals for various changes. In particular, it provides clear coordinates for the features of human resources as educated people. For example, they are intellectuals, border intellectuals, and public intellectuals. These intellectuals have independent, autonomous, active, self-reliant characteristics and have a duty and accountability to pursue for public interests. It is also closely related to the 2017 regime and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Along with this discussion, university education seems to need serious and rigorous discussion and consideration.

This article examines the issues around the coming age of artificial intelligence and the 4th industrial revolution. First, this articles addresses the changes we will encounter with the advance of innovative technologies. Changes in future jobs, education, travel and other lifestyle issues are discussed and responses of a few countries(governments) regarding preparations for such future changes are illustrated. To sum up, three dimensions - sustainable technology development, legal and policy-related establishments, and consensus building among the public - are identified as areas to focus on for the future. Particularly, it is advised that the Korean government apply and utilize new technologies to solve public issues and problems, particularly the newly-emerging "urban renewal" and "smart city" issues.

Recently, solving industrial and social problems and creating new values based on big data and AI is being discussed as the main policy goal. The new government also set the digital platform government as a national task in order to achieve new value creation based on big data and AI. However, studies that summarize and diagnose discussions over the past five years are insufficient. Therefore, this study diagnoses the discussions over the past 5 years using the 4th industrial revolution as a keyword. After collecting news editorials from 2017 to 2022 by applying the text mining technique, 9 major topics were discovered. In conclusion, this study provided implications for the government's task to prepare for the future society.

As the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, each university and the Korean government has opened a variety of convergence curriculum to foster human resources capable of actively adapting to the paradigm shift and raising creative capacity. It is necessary to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the new curriculum and to continuously improve the curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of factors affecting student's satisfaction about convergence curriculum composed of three sub - processes with different contents of business according to the necessity. The measuring instrument was a factor analysis using the SERVQUAL - based satisfaction survey tool. The field of regional studies has developed various programs. In the process of human fusion and human intensification, the qualities and trust of teachers are important.

In order to foster creative convergence talents in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, universities are changing from knowledge-oriented education to competency-oriented education, and the maker education program is attracting attention as a new educational method. Through maker program education, we tried to find out the level of convergence, creativity, caring, and communication competencies. A survey was conducted from May 2nd to May 13th, 2022 for 2nd and 3rd grade students in the Department of Radiology and Sports and Leisure who participated in the Maker Education Program at S University in Daegu City. Research results Convergence competency is 3.35 ± 0.78 points before maker program education, 4.37 ± 0.61 points after education, creative competency is 3.28 ± 0.78 points before maker program education, 4.07 ± 0.69 points after education, and caring competency is 3.71 ± 0.80 points before maker program education Points, 4.25 ± 0.64 points after training, and communication competency were 3.61 ± 0.70 points before maker program training and 4.16 ± 0.63 points after training. There was a statistically significant level difference in all four competencies compared with before training, and the level after training was improved (p<0.05). Through the operation of the maker education program, it was possible to see the effect of cultivating convergence, creativity, caring, and communication competencies. The maker education program can be seen as education for nurturing creative convergence talents in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, and I think that various maker education programs should be operated for more university students.

4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래함에 따라 사물인터넷(IoT)이 다양한 산업의 영역에서 활용되고 있다. 특히 IoT 기술 및 서비스를 활용하는 분야 중 하나인 스마트 의료 분야는 최근 소프트웨어 및 네트워크의 연결성이 강화되면서 사이버보안 사고가 급증하고 있다. 따라서 스마트 의료 기기·서비스 개발단계부터 보안을 고려하여 안전하게 개발하는 것이 필요하며, 서비스 제공시에도 보안을 고려하여 안전하게 관리 및 서비스를 제공하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 IoT 서비스 활용 분야 중 스마트 의료 분야에서 원격의료 서비스의 개인정보 침해 요인을 도출하고 이를 토대로 어택트리 기반의 시나리오 분석을 수행하고자 한다.

본 연구는 디지털 기업가정신과 디지털 혁신에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 디지털 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 기술 특성(디지털 기술역량), 조직 특성(디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성), 제도적 압력(강제적 압력, 모방적 압력, 규범적 압력)으로 설정하였다. 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정하였고, 국내 104개 기업의 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과, 첫째, 디지털 기술역량, 디지털 학습역량, 재무 준비성, 제도적 압력은 디지털 기업가정신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 기업가정신은 디지털 혁신에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 4차 산업혁명과 디지털 전환 시대에 디지털 기업가정신을 통해 디지털 혁신을 이룰 수 있는 기업의 전략적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

자율운항선박은 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심기술인 사물인터넷과 빅데이터, 인공지능 등이 집약된 미래 고부가가치 선박으로 주목 받고 있으며, 자율운항선박의 도입 및 상용화를 위한 국제적 제도 검토 작업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO)는 2017년부터새로운 용어 정립과 함께 기존 협약 규정식별작업(RSE)을 수행했다. 그 결과 기존 협약의 개정과 함께 자율운항선박 운항을 위한 새로운 규정 개발 필요성을 인식하고, 지난해 4월 '자율운항선박 코드(MASS Code)' 개발 로드맵 개발과 함께 세부 기준 개발 작업을 본격화했다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국제해사기구(IMO)에서 개발 중인 자율운항선박 코드를 기반으로 안전한 자율운항선박 운용을 위한 기능요건을 분석하고 세부 기준 및 방향을 제시했다.
