The objectives of this study were to evaluate the gap between perceived importance and performance of foreign Chinese students' off-campus restaurants selection attributes and to analyze the factors affecting their satisfaction with off-campus restaurants. All statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS package program (ver. 20.0). In summary, Importance-Performance Analysis results indicated that 'price propriety', 'ventilation of dining room' and 'friendliness of employees' were key aspects that should be reinforced by off-campus restaurant managers. Additionally, exploratory factor analysis on the validity of the 23 attributes of off-campus restaurant selection resulted in the identification of 5 factors including 'food quality and price', 'physical environment and value', 'service environment', 'service quality', and 'convenience and cleanness'. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, 'service quality', 'service environment', 'food quality and price', and 'physical environment and value' had significantly positive effects on overall satisfaction. In conclusion, in order to increase customer satisfaction among Chinese students, off-campus restaurant managers should improve not only the quality of service and food, but also the physical and service environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the perception of RDA by university library librarians and the level of perception of emotions, familiarity, understanding, introduction, obstacles, and education, and to secure basic data to improve awareness. The data needed for the study were obtained through a survey of 76 librarians in 4-year university libraries. As a result of the survey, 67.1% of librarians had listened to RDA, and school classes were the highest at 51.0% of cognitive means. Second, librarians perceived that they were more positive emotions than negative emotions about RDA, and that they were not familiar with RDA-related principles or concepts. In particular, it was recognized that the RDA itself and FRAD were not more familiar. The librarian recognized that they understood RDA-related principles or concepts at a normal level, and in particular, recognized that they did not further understand the authority and encoding. Third, librarians recognized the introduction of RDA at a slightly higher level than usual, but among the questions, 'RDA replaces AACR2' was recognized at a normal level. The librarian recognized the obstacles to the introduction of RDA at a higher level than usual, and in particular, the lack of education related to RDA was highly recognized. Fourth, librarians recognized the need for RDA-related education at a high level, especially the use of RDA Toolkit, changes in RDA records, differences between RDA and AACR2, and the need for RDA and MARC21-related education. In this study, based on the research results, a plan to improve librarian awareness of RDA was proposed.

This study aims to examine the correlations between undergraduates' major-interest congruence and stress coping behaviors and major adjustment. And in order to find there is any group violating Holland's congruence hypothesis, this paper divides them into four groups according to the degree of major-interest congruence and major adjustment. Also, it examines the difference of stress coping behaviors among the four groups. The followings are the chief results of this paper. First, according to the result of analyzing the effects of major-interest congruence and stress coping behaviors on major adjustment, congruence did not affect major adjustment significantly. Second, according to the result of dividing them into four groups by the degree of major-interest congruence and major adjustment, there is one group with high congruence but low major adjustment and also a group with low congruence but high major adjustment. Third, according to the result of examining the difference of stress coping behaviors among the four groups by the degree of major-interest congruence and major adjustment, there is significant difference among the four groups. Above results imply that in major adjustment, we should consider factors other than major-interest congruence, and stress coping behaviors are particularly important for it. Therefore, it is necessary to train their stress coping behaviors and also develop programs to facilitate major adjustment. Also, it implies that in the use of Holland's theory, it is crucial to use it based on the client's various information and uniqueness rather than to apply it in a conventional or unconditional way.

To analyze materials, confirmatory factor analysis, logistic regression analysis and multiple regression analysis were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are below. Based upon the result of the study, the following conclusions appear warranted: First, significant others influence on the ski participation experience of the undergraduate. Second, significant others influence on the ski participation frequencies of the undergraduate. Third, significant others influence on the ski participation period of the undergraduate.
