3차원 계측장치를 이용한 길 원형의 여유량 분석 (Analysis of the Ease in Basic Bodice Pattern Using 3-D Measuring Instrument)

  • The purpose of this study was for analysis of ease about basic bodice pattern, as the first step of the research process for the drawing method of basic bodice for women in their twenties. The five selected basic bodice were made and they were worn by FRP body The garment space of each bodice was measured by analysis of the garment space of each section in figure of polymerization of cross section by a 3-D measuring instrument. The research suggests that this compared analysis is an objective reference. This analysis not only of the area of cross section of garment space and ease but also of the girth of the body shape and wearing shape, using the PAD system and 3-D measuring instrument, can be helpful in making garment patterns.

반사판 부착 반구형 르네베르그렌즈 안테나 (Hemisphere Type Lunegerg Lens Antenna with a Reflector)

  • 1차 방사기 이동만으로 전 방향에 대해 빔포인팅이 용이한 르네베르그렌즈 안테나를 절반의 르제베르그렌즈 단면에 반사판 부착으로 소형화, 경량화한 반구형 르네베르그렌즈 안테나(주파수 9.375GHz, -3dB 빔 폭 6$^{\circ}$, 렌즈 직경 30.3cm(약 10λ))를 설계 제작하였다. 특성측정결과 -3dB 빔 폭 E면 6.1$^{\circ}$, H면 5.5$^{\circ}$로 설계치대로 양호한 빔 특성이 얻어졌으며, 이득은 약 26dBi(균일분포에 대한 개구효율 $\pi$=44.97%)로 1차 방사깅니 구형마이크로스트립 안테나보다 20.4dB 증가되었다. 또한, 1차 방사기의 근사패턴을 형성시켜 이를 2차 개구면 소스로 한 원방계패턴 계산결과 설계치와 일치함을 확인하였다. 한편, 우선.좌선원편파 특성을 갖도록 1차 방사기를 설계하여 원편과 반구형 르네베르그렌즈 안테나를 구성하였다. 특성 측정결과 -3dB 빔 폭 5.8$^{\circ}$, 사이드로브 -15.3dB, 편파분리도 25dB, 축비 0.74dB, 축비 2dB 이하의 주파수범위 약 1.4GHz(14.9%)로 비교적 광대역의 양호한 원편파특성이 얻어졌다.

3차원 스캔 데이터를 활용한 스타일별 여성 팬츠 패턴 연구 (Women's Pant Pattern Design According to the Style Using 3D Body Scan Data)

  • This study develops pant patterns using body shape, measurement and shell mesh data to decide optimal women's pants according to styles with excellent size, fit and shape for different individuals and silhouettes. Standard landmarks, lines, triangles and structures were set on a 3D scanned lower body shell to represent women in their twenties and flattened as a 2D pattern. Patterns were created and analyzed according to culotte, formal, slacks and tight type considering crotch shape, location of the crotch point, and adjusting waist darts. Flattened patterns were rotated to compare existing methods. The crease lines were then set through the hip protrusion point and compared. The main factor of the pant pattern were extracted, total rise, crotch depth, crotch width, angle of center line, shape of the center line curve, the thigh width, the amount of waist dart, and crease line position. With going tight style from the culotte, the fits are closer to the figure with minimized thigh circumference, the dart amount decreases, the crotch depth increases, the crotch extensions were shorter, and the angle of the center back increased. The total rise is U shape for culotte and is closer to V shape as the silhouette tightens. T-test of appearance evaluation of the developed pant pattern were conducted after analyzing measurements and shapes of each styles. The results of the developed patterns were superior to existing patterns in accordance to hip line between body and pants as well as appearance evaluation. We found systematic mechanisms among pattern factors that create various pant silhouettes. Evidence on classification of the silhouettes of traditional types of pants were explained objectively through the process of playing out 3D forms.

3D Body Scanning Data를 활용한 중년 남성용 슬림 핏(Slim-fit) 드레스 셔츠 바디스 패턴개발연구 (Bodice Pattern Development of the Slim-fit Dress Shirt for Middle-aged Males Using 3D Body Scanning Data)

  • The study performed a comparison analysis of market brand patterns for slim-fit dress shirts and analyzed the body surface development figure of men in their 40s using 3D body scan data and developed slim-fit dress shirt patterns suitable for middle-aged men. The sizes of slim-fit dress shirt patterns showed a slight difference depending on brand. The overlap map of slim-fit dress shirt patterns for brands demonstrates how difference of one-dimensional sizes reflect on two-dimensional patterns. This map provides useful information for pattern design and allows and easy recognition of pattern size differences. A try-on system evaluation through 3D-Simulation allows a grasp of the fitness of neckline and size tolerance of under the arms in front, the silhouette of side lines, and overall fitness in front that also allows analysis of the front/back balance of a shirt in side, the size tolerance proportion in front/back, and the fitness of the arm-hole line. Thus, we obtained try-on results that were equivalent to wearing actual clothing. According to the drafting size suggested in the developed final pattern, the total width was 'C/2+5.5cm', and the front was set at 1cm bigger in the size difference of the front and back. The width of the front neck and the back neck was set identically at 'C/12', while the width of the front neck was set to 'C/12+1.5cm'. For the armhole depth, we added 'C/4+2cm', and '0.5cm and 1.5cm' for the width of the front and back to anthropometry. The results of the try-on evaluation through 3D-Simulation indicated that the fitness of the final slim-fit dress shirt pattern was superior to available slim-fit dress shirt patterns on the market and evaluated as superior to the types for middle-aged men.

패턴 투영법을 이용한 3차원 물체의 거리 정보 계측 (The Measurement of 3-D Object Depth Information Using Pattern Projection Method)

  • The algorithm to reconstruct an original 3-D object from a curved object is proposed in this paper. The reconstruction is performed by transforming the recorded image perspectively which is obtained from projecting arbitrary pattern on a curved object. In this paper we make use of the sequence of points, the set of points as a projection pattern of a projected image. The experimental result reveals that this algorithm makes it possible to acquisite 3-D information as well as depth information over the whole 3-D range of the object by measuring the data while convolving the experimental object.

3차원 가상착의 시뮬레이션을 이용한 20~50대 연령별 남성 작업복 점퍼 패턴 설계 및 외관평가 (Men's Work Clothes Jumper Pattern-making and Its Appearance Evaluation through 3-D Clothing Simulation)

  • The study aimed to evaluate the appearance of the men's work clothes jumpers developed to suggest the prototype work clothes jumper patterns by using the 3-D clothing simulation technology. The 3-D simulated clothing images considered the upper body features of men in the age range between 20 and 59 in South Korea. A questionnaire survey conducted previously suggested a basic jumper style with shirt collar and snap opening cuffs for the heavy industry workers; and discomforting parts of the work clothes jumper of the subject workers have been referred to for the experimental jumper appearance test. Besides, defining the measurements of men's upper bodies enabled to generate the men's 3-D virtual models representing each age group's average body feature. The significant body measurement factors for men's 3-D body modeling and jumper pattern-making were stature for the height factor; chest, waist and hip circumferences for the circumference factor; waist back, hip and arm lengths and interscye front/back for the length factor; and back neck breadth for the breadth factor and armscye and scye depths for the depth factor. The men's body measurements of 30's were implemented to three experimental jumper pattern-making methods, i.e. the 1st method using the relations based on stature and chest circumference; the 2nd method using the direct body measurements; and the 3rd method adopting the maximum ease amount of given body measurements whether relations or direct measurements except the direct measurement of scye depth. A comparison among the three experimental jumpers' simulated images highlighted that the appropriate ease amount of the jumper gained higher scores in terms of the jumpers' front, side, back and sleeve parts and the total silhouettes. Therefore the 3rd experimental jumper was finally selected for the heavy industry workers.

Polyjet방식 3D 프린터를 이용한 스트레이트 베벨기어의 제작 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Production Characteristics of Straight Bevel Gear using a Polyjet Method 3D Printer)

  • Recently, 3D printer technologies have been used in many research efforts for high precision manufacturing. In particular, the rapid prototyping technology has been developing rapidly, because it can be manufactured in a short time with a 3D designed shape. This paper relates to the production characteristics of the straight bevel gear designed using a 3D print using the PolyJet method. The characteristics of a 3D printed straight bevel gear were compared with a machined straight bevel gear. The accuracy of the produced straight bevel gear was evaluated by backlash, meshing pattern, face angle, root angle, and surface roughness.

  • 본 논문에서 우리는 기존의 2차원 비전검사 시스템에 적용시킬 수 있는 1대의 카메라를 이용한 3차원 비전검사 알고리즘을 제안한다. 부품의 패턴 데이터베이스를 보유하여 이를 토대로 회전되어진 물체의 형태를 예측 가능하다면 충분히 하나의 이미지로 3차원 비전검사가 가능하다. 우리는 제안된 알고리즘에 3차원 데이터베이스, 2차원 기하학적 패턴매칭 그리고 회전변환 이론을 사용하였으며, 그 결과 물체의 회전각도를 예측함으로써, 각도가 틀어진 물체의 검사 가능성이나 전반적인 물체의 인식 등을 해결하였다. 또한 우리는 알고리즘을 전형적인 IC와 커패시터에 적용시켰으며 기존의 2차원 비전검사 및 3차원비전 알고리즘인 특징공간궤적 방법과 비교하였다.

3차원 탄성파 자료분석을 위한 3차원 시각화 시스템 (A 3 dimensional Visualization System for 3-D Seismic Data Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원 탄성파 자료를 데이터베이스화하고 이를 3차원적으로 분석하는데 필요한 도구인 모델링 및 시각화 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 본 소프트웨어는 3차원 공간을 수직 및 수평 폴리곤으로 분할하고 이 폴리곤에 탄성파의 모든 속성정보와 기타 공간정보를 저장하도록 하였다. 탄성파 해석과정과 그 결과의 분석을 용이하게 하기 위하여 임의단면에서 특이 패턴의 반자동 디지타이징과 그 결과의 DB화를 가능하게 하였다. 정의된 패턴은 3차원으로 모델링하고 시각화할 수 있다.
