Eight cation or anion-responsive polymer membranes were prepared by a casting procedure employing polyvinyl chloride, Bis (2-ethylhexyl)sebacate and each electroactive material in the ratio of 66 : 33 : 1. The resulting membranes were separately installed onto the sensitive area of the ionic electrodes to produce an 8-channel taste sensor array. The taste sensors of the array were connected to a high-input impedance amplifier and the amplified sensor signals were interfaced to a PC via an A/D converter. The taste evaluation system was applied to a discriminant analysis on six groups of marketed beverages like sikhye, sujunggwa, tangerine juice, ume juice, ionic drink and green tea. When the signal data from the sensor array were analyzed by principal component analysis after normalization, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd principal component explained most of the total data variance. The six groups of the analyzed beverages were discriminated well in the three dimensional principal component space. The half of the five groups of the analyzed beverages was also discriminated in the two dimensional principal component plane.

The existent UCC sites display only finalized contents by publisher. It dose not provide any platform for resources of UCC that public users could reorganize. This paper has developed a platform to be able to produce reusable content using the scenes of the contents and produced a 3D animation with multiple story. It is necessary for user to search the provided contents for easy reorganization of the contents. The scene is classified by the description and information of the scene for handy search. It is obscure for a movie clip to be represent with only one word. Therefore, the proposed platform provides the search technique with a overlapping choice for the specific categories that include most of elements for the scene. Then the user can choose a specific range of the selected movie clip, make a new story with reorganizing the order, and put a caption or BGM on the movie clip. The complete movie clip has the search preferences as a category, new clips, and top favorites. With the Multi-Story line concept, we made a 3D animation about episodes of thermal dolls in the Doll World. This attempt will come to the new marketing way for a field of the visual media like as Music Video, Drama, Feature Film, Commercial Film.

To control degradation rate of biodegradable poly(lactide)s (PLA), the stereochemical PLAs with different ratios of $d$-lactide and $l$-lactide units were synthesized by the ring open polymerization and a degradation behavior was measured by a Langmuir film balance. Degradation rates of mixture monolayers on alkaline subphase were investigated as a function of optical purity of mixture component, 100, 99, 97 and 95%. As increasing their optical purity, melting temperatures of mixtures from stereocomplexation increased. The degradation rate of mixture monolayer with 100% optical purity was much slower than that of each homopolymer one and the others showed 2 step degradation behaviors. In the first step, the degradation which is faster than that of each homopolymer occurs in the uncomplexed region, and secondly, the degradation occurred in the complexed region which showed similar degradation rate to that of 100% optical purity. These results indicate that the alkaline degradation of stereochemical PLAs could be controlled by stereochemistry and stereocomplexation between enantiomer PLAs.

This study investigated the effects of an Augmented Reality(AR) implemented book on flow of reading, interest in history, and acquisition of history knowledge. Perceptions of AR infused books were investigated as well. Researchers provided a history book implementing AR and the same book without any AR content respectively to an experiment group(n=15) and a control group(n=15) composed of $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$ grade elementary school children. Results indicate that AR implemented reading had a positive effect on the flow of reading and interest in history, but not on acquisition of history knowledge. Also, AR-based contents were attractive to learners due to its amusing characters, sound, realistic visual motions, and vivid three-dimensional effects. Lastly, students preferred amusing interesting characters, lengthier animations and subtitles, and AR that could be seen without holding smart devices for a long while.

The era of film has begun as a few media critics had anticipated already. The interestings of visual designers has asked to being with images in the processing and changing of varied image culture are different from the era of print media. It is reason to being with images that are generalizing of video culture. Now the film of images that made from popular advertisings and goods influenced by films has come. At first to being with image to visual designers need to understand films and to join making films. In films, visual designers make strengthen in part of credit titles. Credit titles are elements in films with the form of text to help understanding in the beginning and closing part of films. Credit title design has begun first by American visual designer Saul Bass as p pioneer position and have made to be varied film credit technics of computer. The advanced of technics have to think aspects of meaning of titles in the film of '007' movie series through 60s &70s. In 80s more technics have developed to being varied credits to films. And after all, in 90s there are films with almost varied titles. In Korean films ars less varied than that of Amenrican's and of French, in this study I hope to develope more varied Korean credit titles in near future.

Sporulation in the fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe has been regarded as an important model of cellular development and differentiation. S. pombe cells proliferate by mitosis and binary fission on growth medium. Deprivation of nutrients especially nitrogen sources, causes the cessation of mitosis and initiates sexual reproduction by matting between two sexually compatible cell types. Meiosis is then followed in a diploid cell in the absence of nitrogen source. DNA fragment complemented with the mutations of sporulation gene was isolated from the S. pombe gene library constructed in the vector, pDB 248' and designated as pDB(spo5)1. We futher analyzed six recombinant plasmids, pDB(spo5)2, pDB(spo5)3, pDB(spo5)4, pDB(spo5)5, pDB (spo5)6, pDB(spo5)7 and found each of these plasmids is able to rescue the spo5-2, spo5-3, spo5-4, spo5-5, spo5-6, spo5-7 mutations, respectively. Mapping of the integrated plasmid into the homologous site of the S. pombe chromosomes demonstrated that pDB(spo5)1, and pDB(spu5)Rl contained the spo5 gene. Transcripts of spo5 gene were analyzed by Northern hybridization. Two transcripts of 3.2 kb and 2.5kb were detected with 5kb Hind Ⅲ fragment containing a part of the spo5 gene as a probe. The small mRNA(2.5kb) appeared only when a wild-type strain was cultured in the absence of nitrogen source in which condition the large mRNA (3.2kb) was produced constitutively. Appearance of a 2.5kb spo5-mRNA depends upon the function of the meil, mei2 and mei3 genes.
