  • We designed a single polyethylene bonner sphere with several thermo-luminescence dosimeters (TLD), for measurement of neutron energy spectrum. For the separation of the neutron dosage in the neutron-gamma mixed field, we used 21 ea TLD-600s and TLD-700s, respectively. Because, TLD-600 is sensitive to neutron and gamma rays, and, TLD-700 is sensitive only to gamma-rays, we could determine the each dose by neutron and gamma rays. The neutron response function of the bonner sphere with TLDs was calculated by MCNPX (ver. 2.5.0) Monte Carlo simulation in the energy range from $10^{-1}$ to 20 MeV. For the Cf-252 standard neutron source in KRISS, we could estimate the neutron energy spectrum by unfolding method using the response function.

  • 1) Objective External treatments have various curative effects. So it had been used to cure various patients. But, it has a limited sphere of application in the present South Korea. Therefore we would like to bring out its sphere of application and detailed method in the oriental medicine classics. 2) Conclusions From long time ago people have used external treatment to cure various disease. According to the ${\lceil}Nei-Jing{\rfloor}$, hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy and bathing therapy had been used to cure blockage syndrome, muscle disease, carbuncle and cellulitis. Thereafter, a sphere of external treatment had gradually enlarged. (1) After all its sphere had included dermatologic, psychologic, internal, ophthalmic, otolaryngologic, obstetrics, gynecologic, pediatric and surgical diseases. (2) External treatment methods have contained hot compress therapy, fumigation therapy, bathing therapy, application therapy, medication bag therapy, medication plug therapy, medication massotherapy, aroma therapy and so on. (3) Medication types of external treatment have contained ointment, juice, infusion, powder, suppository and so on.

  • We observed the spatial distributions of atom in a magneto-optical trap. These distributions include sphere, stick, ring, ring with core, sphere-sphere, sphere-ring etc. Coordinate-dependent asymmetry radiation force (CDARF) that arises due to laser beams misalignment and transverse profile of the laser beams is exerted on atoms, and the shape of trapped cloud is changed with the misalignment parameter. We use equations of motion that takes into account the Zeeman sublevels of the 87Rb atom, magnitude and direction of magnetic field, polarization of trapping lasers, and transverse profile of the laser beams. A theoretical analysis of the equation of motion for the trapped atom explained all the experimental observations.

  • ZSphere of ZBrush can be added to the canvas, and most of all, added to the existing ZSphere as mobile geometrical objects. For example, arms can be produced out of the globoid in the progress of an intermediate step. characters with multiple limbs can be produced easily in this way. With Zsphere, several Child Spheres can be produced out of single Sphere, then these can be parents spheres, and can connect other Child Spheres. In this paper, by making each form through these processes, 3D characters were modeled to shape easily and rapidly. Since 3D objects can be added, rotated, and moved, they can interact smoothly with Z-depth of campus. To place these objects on the screen, paint, build fixed perspective image, smerge pixols and transform 3D objects, diverse transforming tools and sculpturing tools were used. The characters were designed in the way that first, the finished 3D characters were transformed into poly, then each side was restructured rapidly with Topology.

  • In this study, we investigate the explicit characterization of spherical curves using the Flc (Frenet like curve) frame in Euclidean 3-space. Firstly, the axis of curvature and the osculating sphere of a polynomial space curve are calculated using Flc frame invariants. It is then shown that the axis of curvature is on a straight line. The position vector of a spherical curve is expressed with curvatures connected to the Flc frame. Finally, a differential equation is obtained from the third order, which characterizes a spherical curve.

  • In this study, a new method that automatically segments trabecular bone for its morphological analysis using micro-computed tomography imaging was proposed. In the proposed method, the bone region was extracted using a threshold value, and the outer boundary of the bone was detected. The sphere of maximum size with the corresponding voxel as the center was obtained by applying the sphere-fitting method to each voxel of the bone region. If this sphere includes the outer boundary of the bone, the voxels included in the sphere are classified as cortical bone; otherwise, they are classified as trabecular bone. The proposed method was applied to images of the distal femurs of 15 mice, and comparative experiments, with results manually divided by a person, were performed. Four morphological parameters-BV/TV, Tb.Th, Tb.Sp, and Tb.N-for the segmented trabecular bone were measured. The results were compared by regression analysis and the Bland-Altman method; BV/TV, Tb.Th, Tb.Sp, and Tb.N were all in the credible range. In addition, not only can the sphere-fitting method be simply implemented, but trabecular bone can also be divided precisely by using the three-dimensional information.

  • The purpose of this paper is to assign a movable frame to an arbitrary point of a rational Bézier curve on the 2-sphere S2 in Euclidean 3-space R3 to provide a better understanding of the geometry of the curve. Especially, we obtain the formula of geodesic curvature for a quadratic rational Bézier curve that allows a curve to be characterized on the surface. Moreover, we give some important results and relations for the Darboux frame and geodesic curvature of a such curve. Then, in specific case, given characterizations for the quadratic rational Bézier curve are illustrated on a unit 2-sphere.

  • Gompf proposed a conjecture on Cappell-Shaneson matrices whose affirmative answer implies that all Cappell-Shaneson homotopy 4-spheres are diffeomorphic to the standard 4-sphere. We study Gompf conjecture on Cappell-Shaneson matrices using various algebraic number theoretic techniques. We find a hidden symmetry between trace n Cappell-Shaneson matrices and trace 5 - n Cappell-Shaneson matrices which was suggested by Gompf experimentally. Using this symmetry, we prove that Gompf conjecture for the trace n case is equivalent to the trace 5 - n case. We confirm Gompf conjecture for the special cases that -64 ≤ trace ≤ 69 and corresponding Cappell-Shaneson homotopy 4-spheres are diffeomorphic to the standard 4-sphere. We also give a new infinite family of Cappell-Shaneson spheres which are diffeomorphic to the standard 4-sphere.

  • In this paper, we proposed a technique in which subtitles are followed according to changes in the user's viewpoint in 360 VR. Create a Sphere object in Unity's Scene and insert a 360-degree image on the surface of the Sphere object. At this time, the ReverseNormals script is used to convert the viewpoint to the inside. The SightOrbitproved script is used to modify the camera view. Use this script to set the environment in which subtitles can move depending on the viewpoint. Next, add the 3D text (subtitle) that the user wants to the lower layer of the main camera and build a 360 VR object. The 3D text subtitles implemented through this study were compared according to the change of the user's viewpoint. As a result, as the viewpoint changes, normal subtitles flow out of line of sight according to the user's point of view, but 3D Text subtitles move according to the user's point of view, and it can be seen that the user can always view the subtitles.
