슬리트형 레이저 투광기를 이용한 고정밀 3차원 물체계측 (High precision 3-dimensional object measurement using slit type of laser projector)

  • In this paper, we designed a line CCD camera for a flying image, which is composed of a line CCD sensor(2048 cells) and a rotating mirror, and investigated its optical properties. We also made the 3-D image from the flying image which is made of 2-D image being juxtaposed to 1-D images obtained by the camera, and performed the calibration to acquire high precision 3-D data. As a result, we obtained the 3-D measurement system using the slit type of laser projector is available to measure the high precision shape of objects.

  • 355nm UV pulse laser is irradiated on the surface of polyimide (PI) by LDW (Laser Direct Writing) method to produce a high sensitivity flexible humidity sensor using a simple one-step process. The LDW method continuously investigates 2-D CAD data using a galvano scanner and an F-lens. This method is non-contact, so it minimizes physical strain on the PI. Laser-induced graphene (LIG) produced by lasers has a high surface area due to its high flexibility and numerous pores and oxidizers compared to conductors. For this reason, it is highly useful as a flexible humidity sensor. The humidity sensor produced in this study was attached to the inside of a mask filter, which has become a hot topic recently, and its applicability was confirmed.The measurement of humidity measured the sensitivity, reactivity, stability and recovery behavior of the sensor by measuring changes in capacitance and resistance.

3.0 kW 고출력 발진 단일 모드 Yb 광섬유 레이저 (High-power Yb Fiber Laser with 3.0-kW Output)

  • 본 논문에서는 최고 출력 3.0 kW 발진 단일 모드 이터븀(ytterbium, Yb) 첨가 광섬유 레이저에 대해 보고한다. 고출력 광섬유 레이저의 출력을 제한하는 주된 요소인 유도 라만 산란 문턱 값과 광섬유 내 온도 분포를 계산하고 이를 바탕으로 양방향 펌핑 구조의 단일 공진기 Yb 광섬유 레이저 시스템을 제작하였다. 그 결과 4.1 kW의 펌프 출력에서 최고 출력 3.0 kW의 레이저 빔을 얻을 수 있었고, 그때의 기울기 효율은 81.5%로 계산되었다. 최고 출력에서 측정된 출력 빔의 빔질(M2)은 1.26으로 단일 공간 모드 빔 출력 특성을 가지고 있음을 확인하였고, 유도 라만 산란 및 횡모드 불안정 현상은 관측되지 않았다. 본 연구에서 얻은 광섬유 레이저 출력 결과는 지금까지 국내에서 보고된 다이오드 레이저로 펌핑한 광섬유 레이저 출력 중 가장 높은 출력이며, 향후 더 높은 출력을 얻기 위한 방법에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

Low Cost Omnidirectional 2D Distance Sensor for Indoor Floor Mapping Applications

  • Modern distance sensing methods employ various measurement principles, including triangulation, time-of-flight, confocal, interferometric and frequency comb. Among them, the triangulation method, with a laser light source and an image sensor, is widely used in low-cost applications. We developed an omnidirectional two-dimensional (2D) distance sensor based on the triangulation principle for indoor floor mapping applications. The sensor has a range of 150-1500 mm with a relative resolution better than 4% over the range and 1% at 1 meter distance. It rotationally scans a compact one-dimensional (1D) distance sensor, composed of a near infrared (NIR) laser diode, a folding mirror, an imaging lens, and an image detector. We designed the sensor layout and configuration to satisfy the required measurement range and resolution, selecting easily available components in a special effort to reduce cost. We built a prototype and tested it with seven representative indoor wall specimens (white wallpaper, gray wallpaper, black wallpaper, furniture wood, black leather, brown leather, and white plastic) in a typical indoor illuminated condition, 200 lux, on a floor under ceiling mounted fluorescent lamps. We confirmed the proposed sensor provided reliable distance reading of all the specimens over the required measurement range (150-1500 mm) with a measurement resolution of 4% overall and 1% at 1 meter, regardless of illumination conditions.

2D 레이저 스캐너 흔듦을 이용한 패턴인식 (Pattern Recognition Using 2D Laser Scanner Shaking)

  • Now, Autonomous unmanned vehicle has become an issue in next generation technology. 2D Laser scanner as the distance measurement sensor is used. 2D Laser scanner detects the distance of 80m, measured angle is -5 to 185 degree. Laser scanner detects only the plane, but using motor swings. As a result, traffic signs detect and analyze patterns. Traffic signs when driving at low speed, shape of the detected pattern is very similar. By shaking the laser scanner, traffic signs and other obstacles became clear distinction.

  • 노면 모니터링은 노면의 함몰 정도 및 크랙 감지와 같은 위험 요소 관리를 통해 도로 환경의 안전성을 유지하는 필수적인 과정이다. 고성능 2D 레이저 센서를 탑재한 자율주행 기반 UGV를 활용한 정밀 측정이 가능하지만, 고성능 센서의 에너지 소모량 증가로 인해 배터리 용량에 대한 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 UGV에서 효율적인 노면 모니터링을 위한 퓨전 센서 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 퓨전 센서 시스템은 카메라를 통한 칼라 정보와 선레이저 센서를 통한 깊이 정보를 결합하여 노면 모니터링의 정밀한 변위 탐지를 가능하게 한다. 또한 카메라 센서를 이용해 모니터링 대상의 탐지 여부에 따라 선레이저 센서 스캔 주파수를 동적으로 제어하는 동적 샘플링 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 불필요한 에너지 소모를 절감한다. 제안된 퓨전 센서 시스템에서의 평균 소비전력 모델을 제시하고 다양한 미션 환경의 크랙 분포 및 센서 특성을 고려하여 에너지 효율성을 분석한다. 성능 분석 결과, 선레이저 센서의 Active 상태 소비 전력이 Saving 상태의 2배이고, λ=10, µ=10인 환경에서 고정 샘플링 기법에 비해 전력 소비 효율이 13.3% 향상됨을 확인하였다.

레이저 구조광을 이용한 3차원 컴퓨터 시각 형상정보 연속 측정 시스템 개발 (Development of the Computer Vision based Continuous 3-D Feature Extraction System via Laser Structured Lighting)

  • A system to extract continuously the real 3-D geometric fearture information from 2-D image of an object, which is fed randomly via conveyor has been developed. Two sets of structured laser lightings were utilized. And the laser structured light projection image was acquired using the camera from the signal of the photo-sensor mounted on the conveyor. Camera coordinate calibration matrix was obtained, which transforms 2-D image coordinate information into 3-D world space coordinate using known 6 points. The maximum error after calibration showed 1.5 mm within the height range of 103mm. The correlation equation between the shift amount of the laser light and the height was generated. Height information estimated after correlation showed the maximum error of 0.4mm within the height range of 103mm. An interactive 3-D geometric feature extracting software was developed using Microsoft Visual C++ 4.0 under Windows system environment. Extracted 3-D geometric feature information was reconstructed into 3-D surface using MATLAB.

레이저 스케너 센서기반 보행패턴 인식 및 경로추적 (Tracking of Person Walking Pattern and Trajectory Following with 2D Laser Scanner)

  • We propose laser scanner sensor system based walking pattern and tracking method of multiple human. This system uses laser scanners sensors and is applicable to wide and crowded area such as hospital and medical care center. The primary objective of this research is to promote the development of robust, repeatable and transferable software for security system that can automatically detect, track and follow people in public area. We developed the method of human identification for this system. Our method is following: 1. Best-walking pattern data are obtained by the help of human position and direction data obtained by laser scanners. 2. Human identification is conducted by calculating the correlation between the step length of walking human. It becomes possible to conduct human identification even in crowded scenes by estimating the movements of waling human' feet are periodic. In the experiment in the station, some effectiveness of this method became clear.
