The author conducted an experiment using P-A Cephalography of 242 male and female subjects of ages ranging 2-6, 7-15, and adult group. By means of Nakago's method of measurement, the standard value of Korean was obtained. The results were as follows; 1. In the group of an age, the male value was greater slightly than female value. 2. In each age group the difference between the right and left widths could be recognizable, however, it was not much great. 3. In each group, regardless of sex, the growth relation was clearly distinguishable at PO, ARI, ARE, MG, AG, and CAW. 4. When the standard value of adult Korean was compared with that of Japanese, Japanese was great with respect to the width of maxillary portion and Korean was great with respect to the width of mandibular portion. 5. Maximum head width of white man was almost similar to that of Korean, however, maxillary alveolar base width of white man was considerably small or the dental arch was narrow.

Through the Standard of MCCB, the Adjustable Type Instant Trip Unit should NO trip at -20% of each current from $5{\times}In$ to $10{\times}In$ and trip +20% of those. In this paper, we obtain the attraction force between Fixing Magnet and Moving Armature. So we first made some samples. do experiments of weight, and simulated the modelling by 3D Maxwell S/W. With values of experiment and simulated values, we do design instant trip springs by using the ADAMS S/W of kinematic simulation. Finally we product the 250A Adjustable Instant Trip Unit, and it is very useful to our customers.

Sambyun(三變) is standard classification for nine palace. Through sambyun you can define new meaning of 'self' in three perspective ways. First 'self' could mean desire, emotion and memory which are ontological values. second, 'self' could mean id, ego, and superego which are practical values. Third 'self' could mean unconscious, preconscious and conscious which are epistemological values. Samjae(三才) is method that analyze things base on common features. Sa sang is method that analyze things base on difference. They both are device that searching for reason. If you put one's mind in center to observe the universe creativity of great absolute and symmetry distinction of yingyang produces jeung(情), supreme intelligence(神), and soul(魂魄). With these facts identity of the heaven(天), earth(地) and man(人) which is named samjae(三才) generates symbols of independent sasang(四象). And also, sasang generates relations between five element(五行), six energy(六氣). From ten shen(十神) relation comes seven feelings(七情) of man which creates a category of the eight trigrams(八卦) for divination and unification of nine palace(九宮). All these process are united.

구기자의 이용 및 활용을 확대 증진시키기 위해서 구기자 및 기호성을 향상시키기 위해 바른 생약류가 소량 혼합된 혼합구기자 열수 추출 농축액의 리올로지적 특성을 조사 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 각각의 농축액들은 power law model에 잘 적용되어 해석할 수 있었으며, 모두 비뉴톤 유체로서 의가소성 유체의 흐름특성을 보여주었다. 전단속도 1,500 l/s, $20^{\circ}C$ 에서의 겉보기 점도는 혼합구기자 $50^{\circ}Bx(0.1940\;Pa{\cdot}s)$, 구기자 $50^{\circ}Bx(0.0988\;Pa{\cdot}s),$ 혼합구기자 $40^{\circ}Bx(0.0720\;Pa{\cdot}s)$. 구기자 $40^{\circ}Bx(0.0431\;Pa{\cdot}s)$, 혼합구기자 $30^{\circ}Bx(0.0328\;Pa{\cdot}s)$, 구기자 $30^{\circ}Bx(0.0175\;Pa{\cdot}s)$, 혼합구기자 $20^{\circ}Bx(0.0099\;Pa{\cdot}s)$, 설탕용액 $50^{\circ}Bx(0.0078\;Pa{\cdot}s)$, 구기자 $20^{\circ}Bx(0.0074\;Pa{\cdot}s)$ 농축액 순이었다. 농축액들의 항복력은 구기자 열수 추출 농축액이 $0.1286{\sim}6.2532\;Pa{\cdot}s$, 혼합구기자 열수 추출농축액 $0.074{\sim}8.891\;Pa{\cdot}s$이었다. Arrhenius식에 의해 구한 유동 활성화에너지는 $20^{\circ}Bx$에서 $50^{\circ}Bx$로 농도가 증가할 때 구기자 열수 추출 농축액은 $1.6182{\sim}2.0543$, 혼합구기자 열수 추출 농축액은 $1.7057{\sim}2.1462{\times}10^7\;J/kg{\cdot}mol$로 증가하였다. 이와 같이 구기자 열수 추출 농축액과 혼합구기자 열수 추출 농축액의 리올리지적 특성에 큰 차이를 나타내지는 않았다.

Bertolotti's syndrome (BS) refers to chronic low back pain (LBP) associated with lumbosacral transitional vertebrae (LSTV). Many studies suggest that the anomalous articulation alters biomechanics, resulting in discomfort on the ipsilateral side. Herein, we present an unusual case of BS presenting pain on the non-articulated side. A 46-year-old man visited our clinic with history of chronic LBP, refractory to treatment of analgesics, modalities and manual therapies. Electrodiagnostic studies showed no evidence of lumbosacral radiculopathy. Radiographies noted unilateral pseudoarticulation of L5~S1 vertebrae, on the contralateral side of his pain. The pain improved dramatically after sacroiliac joint block and facet joint block with iliolumbar ligament infiltration on the non-articulated side. Clinicians should be cautious that the unaffected joint in BS may serve an important role in altered lumbopelvic biomechanism, since it might eventually lead to intractable chronic LBP when overlooked.

Ile-269 in horse liver alcohol dehydrogenase isoenzyme S(HLADH-S) was mutated to serine by phosphorothioate-based site-directed mutagenesis in order to study the role of the residue in coenzyme binding. The specific activity of the mutant(1269S) enzyme to ethanol was increased 49-fold. All turnover numbers of 1269S enzyme toward 9 primary alcohols were increased. The mutant enzyme showed 3.6, 4.6, 11.6-fold higher catalytic efficiency for $5{\beta}$-androstane-3, 17-dione, $5{\beta}$-cholanic acid-3-one and retinal than wild-type, respectively. The reaction mechanism of 1269S enzyme was ordered bi bi as wild-type's. These results indicate that the hydrophobic interaction of Ile-269 residue with coenzyme plays an important role in dissociation of coenzyme from enzyme-coenzyme complex, which has been known as the rate limiting step of ADH reaction.

The purpose of this paper is to deeply understand the transitional concept of gender expressed in the later 20th century fashion through analyzing of various literature. Gender is constructed in the context of social and culture different than sex which is inherent difference between man and women. Thus the concept of gender can be changed according to change of social and culture. There are imposing changes in gender since 60's owing to various factors; namely, feminism, subculture, deconstruction, development of technology, market economy, changing sex roles, etc. Especially in the 60's to 70's, as radical changes were took place, gender became vague more and more. Finally these days there is no fixed gender. In terms of meaning, there may be a number of genders-since there are as many meanings of sex as there are people who have thought about it. That is, sex is, gender means. Sex exists in itself, and is sublimely indifferent to what humans think of it, However gender is all the meanings we assign to sex. In accordance with this phenomena, people don't mind their sexes with appearance. There is only different disposition and taste.

An interspecific fusant strain, Streptomyces MS1 was obtained by protoplast fusion between S. peucetius subsp. caesius and S. platensis. We studied on the fermentation characteristics of the fusant strain. The fermentation products of the fusant MS1 was identical with S. peucetius, but its production of anthracycline was more stable than S. peucetius under various fermentation conditions in regard to acidogenesis of fermentation broth. The optimal medium composition for anthracycline production by fusant MS1 as follows: sucrose 2.0%, glucose 1.0%, soytone 0.7%, $CaCO_3$ 0.2%, $KH_2PO_4$ 0.013%, casamino acids 0.01%, $K_2SO_4$ 0.025%, $MaCl_2\;6H_2O$ 1.024%, 5M $CaCl_2\;5H_2O$ 0.4%, 1N NaOH 0.7%, 20% L-proline 1.5%. In this condition, the productivity of anthracycline was $80{\sim}100\;{\mu}g/ml$.

This research is a study to develop basic block patterns for adult males. The subjects were 20 men in their 20s, and we tested 6 basic bodice blocks that are used in academia and industry. First, a comparative analysis of the patterns of the bodice blocks was conducted and the test garments were made, and then their appearances were evaluated during wearing tests. Based on the test results, we intended to select a bodice block that is a good fit when it is put on and to use it as basic data in order to design a man's bodice block for the future. The research results are as follows: First, a comparison of the 6 bodice block drafts showed that they used differently calculated ease allowances at chest circumference and width, waist circumference, shoulder length, etc. for which the upper chest circumference is used as a reference. Second, when the appearances of the test garments were tested, the average scores were high in the order of B> H> P> K> M> L. Pattern B was superior in the areas of the neck circumference and shape, ease allowance at the back of the neck, circumference of the front of the neck, location of side width, ease allowance at sides, armhole width and depth. But in the other test items, there were cases where other patterns were superior.

A new processed ginseng with fortified activity is developed. The process comprise with the heat treatment of fresh or white ginseng at higher temperature and pressure than those used for the preparation of red ginseng. This new processed ginseng showed 7 times higher antioxidant activity and more than 30 times stronger vasodilating activity than those shown in raw ginseng. Other activities found in the new processed ginseng include cancer chemoprevention, antinephrotoxic, and antineurotoxic activities. Less polar ginsenosides isolated from processed ginseng exhibited anti-platelet aggregation activity and anti-cancer activity. Many ginsenosides were isolated from this new processed ginseng, namely 20(S)-$Rg_3$,20(R)-$Rg_3$, $Rg_5$, $Rg_6$, $F_4$, $Rh_4$,20(S)-$Rg_3$,20(R)-$Rg_3$ and $Rg_4$. In addition to these known compounds, seven new ginsenosides, named as gisenoside $Rk_1$, $Rk_2$, $Rk_3$, $Rs_4$, $Rs_5$, $Rs_6$, and $Rs_7$ were isolated. The major constituents of new processed ginseng were 20(S)-$Rg_3$,20(R)-$Rg_3$, $Rk_1$ and $Rg_5$ which are minors in red ginseng. Since the chemical constituents and biological activities of this new processed ginseng are quite different from those of white or red ginseng, we designated it as $'$sun ginseng (仙蔘)$'$.s;$.
