Genome mining has recently emerged as a powerful strategy to discover novel microbial secondary metabolites. However, more than 50% of biosynthetic gene clusters are not transcribed under standardized laboratory culture condition. Several methods have been applied to activate silent biosynthetic gene clusters in the microbes so far. Among the regulatory systems for production of secondary metabolites, global regulators, which affect transcription of genes through regulatory cascades, typically govern the production of small molecules. In this review, global regulators to affect production of microbial secondary metabolites were discussed.

Images taken from airplanes, satellites and drones have been used in various realms, and the kinds and specifications of images are enlarged gradually. Despite the importance of images on diverse applications, the quality information of the images is controlled by each agency or institute respectively without any principle, or even is neglected, because the application of standards to the final products of image is not easy in Korea. We aim to review necessities and strategies for applying international standards on image and to suggest potential issues and possibilities to make standards in action.

Cloud computing is rapidly increasing for achieving comfortable computing. Cloud computing has essentially security vulnerability of software and hardware. For achieving secure cloud computing, the vulnerabilities of cloud computing could be analyzed in a various and systematic approach from perspective of the service designer, service operator, the designer of cloud security and certifiers of cloud systems. The paper investigates the vulnerabilities and security controls from the perspective of administration, and systems. For achieving the secure operation of cloud computing, this paper analyzes technological security vulnerability, operational weakness and the security issues in an enterprise. Based on analysis, the paper suggests secure establishments for cloud computing.

Recent studies demonstrate that deep learning model is easily biased by trained with unbalanced datasets. For example, the deep network can be trained to make a prediction by background feature instead the real target's feature. For those problem, a measurement called leakage was introduced to digitize this tendency. In this paper, we propose augmentation strategy which are used generally in computer vision problem to remedy this bias problem and we showed a simple augmentation methods have a effect to this task with experiments.

항공/여행 상품은 타 산업보다 불확실성에 취약하며 시간의 절대적인 종속성으로 인해 정확한 수요 파악 및 예측을 하지 못할 경우 가치가 0으로 수렴한다. 이에 본 논문은 웹 크롤링을 기반으로 잠재여행 욕구를 파악하고, 향후 성장할 것으로 예상되는 항공 노선 및 취항지를 예측 및 분석하는 기법을 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문은 SNS 토픽 모델링을 통해 효율적인 브랜드 아이덴티티 전략을 제안하고자 하며, 토믹 모델링 대상은 SNS는 전 세계적으로 10억이상 사용자와 5억이상 매일 사용자를 가진 인스타그램을 크롤링하였다. 인스타그램의 사용자그룹은 59%가 18~29세, 33%가 30~49세인 것을 감안하여 세개의 최근 런칭한 젊은 세대들을 위한 패션 판매 모바일 사이트를 분석대상으로 하였으며 이들은 각각 SNS을 마케팅 채널로 활용하였다. 각 모바일 사이트들의 서비스 시작후 6개월간 각 회사의 브랜드 명이나 회사명이 태깅된 SNS 포스팅을 크롤링하였으며, 토픽 모델링을 통한 브랜드 이미지 분석을 통해 각 회사의 브랜드 아이덴터티 전략이 효과적으로 적용되었는지 검증하였다. 결과적으로 세 개의 사이트 중 한 개의 사이트가 브랜드 아이덴티티 의도와 다른 브랜드 이미지가 설정되어있음을 발견하였으며 이를 보완하기 위한 전략을 제언하였다.

귀 반사 요법은 귀가 인체의 각 계통들과 연계되어 있다. 이것을 기반으로 신체의 증상을 완화하는데 활용하고 있다. 또한 귀 반사 요법은 일반인이 자신의 건강 유지 및 건강 증진을 위하여도 활용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 귀 자극 요법 관련 data들을 데이터베이스 시스템으로 개발하여 교육에도 활용하고 시술에 따른 데이터들을 편리하게 관리 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템에 포함되는 내용으로는 기본 데이터로 귀 반사 요법에 관한 기초지식 즉 귀 반사 요법에 대한 설명, 반사 구, 건강 문제가 발생되는 신체 계통별 반사 구의 상응 위치에 대한 그림까지 포함되어 있고 시술을 할 경우에는 계속 시술을 위한 관리까지 포함되어 있다. 또한 기존 데이터에 대한 수정이 언제든지 가능하도록 하여 귀 반사 요법의 발전에 따라 업그레이드 하여 계속 활용 할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 이번 시스템은 인체 계통별 단순 반사 구의 상응 위치에 따른 data만을 활용하고 있지만 한방의 기맥과 연계하여 신체 건강의 균형과 관계된 부분도 연구하여 본 데이터베이스 시스템에 추가 한다면 지금보다 발전된 시스템으로 활용 할 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, many structural damage detection (SDD) methods have been proposed to monitor the safety of structures. As an important modal parameter, mode shape has been widely used in SDD, and the difference of vectors was adopted based on sensitivity analysis and mode shapes in the existing studies. However, amplitudes of mode shapes in different measured points are relative values. Therefore, the difference of mode shapes will be influenced by their amplitudes, and the SDD results may be inaccurate. Focus on this deficiency, a multi-strategy SDD method is proposed based on the included angle of vectors and sparse regularization in this study. Firstly, inspired by modal assurance criterion (MAC), a relationship between mode shapes and changes in damage coefficients is established based on the included angle of vectors. Then, frequencies are introduced for multi-strategy SDD by a weighted coefficient. Meanwhile, sparse regularization is applied to improve the ill-posedness of the SDD problem. As a result, a novel convex optimization problem is proposed for effective SDD. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method, numerical simulations in a planar truss and experimental studies in a six-story aluminum alloy frame in laboratory are conducted. The identified results indicate that the proposed method can effectively reduce the influence of noises, and it has good ability in locating structural damages and quantifying damage degrees.

본 연구는 직장인의 자기방어적/관계관여적 정서표현 양가성이 대인관계 스트레스에 영향을 미치는데 있어 사회적 지지와 인지적 정서조절전략의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2018년 8-9월에 걸쳐 직장인 413명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS, AMOS, Mplus 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형검증을 비롯하여 매개효과 검증 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 자기방어적 정서표현 양가성 모형에서는 부분매개효과가 유의하였고, 관계관여적 정서표현 양가성 모형에서는 완전매개효과가 유의하였다. 자기방어적 정서표현 양가성 모형과 관계관여적 정서표현 양가성 모형 모두에서 정서표현 양가성과 대인관계 스트레스의 관계에서 사회적 지지와 정서조절전략을 거쳐 가는 이중매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구는 직장인의 사회적지지에 대한 지각수준을 높이고, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 사용하게 함으로써 대인관계 스트레스를 낮추는 방법을 모색하였다.

기술의 발전은 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 한국의 경제성장과 더불어 국내 기업들이 과거와는 다르게 해외로의 진출이 활발해지고 있다. 최근에는 한류에 힘입어 동남아 시장을 중심으로 대기업 외에도 많은 중소 및 중견기업들이 진출하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업의 해외 진출 전략 동향을 파악하고자, 외국의 학술 데이터베이스인 scopus 활용하였다. 해외진출 전략이라는 단어를 제목으로 검색을 하고 이를 통해 총 153개의 논문의 초록을 확보하였다. 확보된 초록 논문을 전처리를 통해 분석에 가능한 데이터로 만들고 KoNLP를 활용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 중요한 키워드가 10개 도출이 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업들이 해외 진출에 대한 연구 동향을 파악하는데 목적이 있으며, 이를 통해 연구자들에게 해외 진출 전략의 동향을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 향후 해외진출 전략에 대한 연구를 위한 가이드라인을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
