2007년 우리 경제는 세계경제 둔화에 따른 수출증가세 하락과 내수둔화로 인해 4%대의 성장률을 기록할 전망이다. 거시경제정책은 부동산 시장 불안, 북한 핵사태, 대통령 선거 등 리스크 요인에 대비하면서 장기적인 성장잠재력 확충에 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 국제표준 도서관 성과지표 2007(ISO/DIS l1620 : 2007)의 구성 및 개요, 적용된 BSC 개념 등을 검토하고, 디지털도서관 성격의 성과지표 10개를 B대학 도서관에 직접 적용하여 그 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. ISO 11620은 TC46/SC8/WG4에서 다루어지고 있으며, ISO/DIS 11620:2007은 균형성과표(BSC: balanced scorecard) 구조를 이용하여 44개의 성과지표를 관점별로 제시하고 있다. BSC 구조에 의해 4개의 관점별로 구분된 44개의 성과지표를 전통적, 하이브리드, 디지털도서관 성격의 지표로 재 구분하였고, 그 중 디지털도서관 성격으로 구분된 10개의 지표에 대하여 그 실용성을 검증하였다.

유럽연합(EU)은 EU의 조화로운 발전을 진흥시킨다는 목적하에, 경제 사회적 결속을 강화시키고자하며, 특히 지역격차를 축소시키고 저발전 지역을 개발하기 위해, 1994년부터 구조기금을 집행해 왔다. 2000년 7월 EU의 최고의결기구인 EU 정상회의는 EU 집행위원회의 발의와 유럽의회의 동의를 거쳐 2007년-2013년의 기간에 적용될 구조기금의 규정을 확정하였다. 이에 본고는 2007년-2013년 구조기금의 특징을 기금이 설정하고 있는 목표, 그러한 목표가 적용되는 국가 및 지역, 구조기금의 회원국 간 할당 및 재정수단에 초점을 맞춰 살펴보았다.

This study investigated not only the existence of differently functioned item due to gender but also domain. In this study, the randomly selected data of TIMSS 2007, which consist of 681 male and 646 women, were analyzed. To detect differently functioned items, this study employed Raju method. For Raju method, three-parameter logistic model was selected. Signed and unsigned area between two item characteristic curve were measured within the real ability range. An item which was detected commonly SA and UA area in Raju method was defined as a differently functioned item. As a result of this study, six items among twenty seven items of mathematics in the TIMSS 2007 were differently functioned item. Five items among those six items, were in favor of boys and one item was in favor of girls. Number, Geometric Shapes and Measures, and Applying were in favor of boys. but Data Display, Reasoning were in favor of girls. The conclusion of this study was summarized as existing differently functioned items in TIMSS 2007 and difference between favorable domain based gender. Finally, it is desirable to consider the differently functioned items by relating those item content for improving the test reliability of TIMSS 2007.

본 연구의 목적은 AASL의 '21세기 학습자 기준(2007)'과 ACRL의 '고등교육에서의 정보리터러시 프레임웍(2015)'에서 제시된 정의적 성향(情意的 性向)의 파악을 통해 정보리터러시 교육에서의 시사점을 모색해보는데 있다. AASL(2007)에서는 총 18개, ACRL(2015)에서는 총 38개의 정의적 성향이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정의적 성향의 교육을 위한 제언으로 정의적 목표의 계열화 방안과 평가 수단이 논의되었다. 분석된 AASL(2007)과 ACRL(2015) 기준에서의 정의적 성향들은 초 중 고 및 대학생들의 정의적 능력 향상을 위한 초석이 될 것으로 기대된다.

We investigated yearly fluctuation of the fish species composition of beam trawls off Maemuldo in the east southern sea of Korea, from March 2007 to November 2009. A total of 75 fish species were collected during the period. The number of fish species accumulated amounted to 54, 64 and 75 species in 2007, 2008 and 2009, respectively. The number of newly occurring species increased with time. The number of expected resident species in Maemuldo was estimated as 9 species including Conger myrister, Okamejei kenojei and Pholis nebulosa, each of which appeared more than 14 out of a total 27 times. Cluster analysis showed that the years 2007 and 2008 were closely clustered, while the year 2009 was distantly clustered with 2007 and 2008. This may be due to the high catch ratio of Clidoderma asperrimum in 2009 alone, when a low water temperature phenomenon was observed unlike the situation in 2007 and 2008.
