한국건설자원협회는 지난 2005년 1월 17일 건설폐기물 관련 정책현황 및 동향 등을 회원사에게 제공하고, 대외적으로 업계의 요구사항이 반영된 정책개선 등 건설폐기물 처리 업계의 위상정립을 도모코자 '협회일보'의 발간을 시작했다. 2007년 4월 24일 현재 제131호가 발간된 협회일보는 회원사의 많은 지지와 사랑을 받으며 업계 대표 소식지로 역할을 다하고 있다.

지금 부터 10년 전 1995년, 한신대지진이 일어났던 일본은 너무나도 갑작스런 큰 지진의 큰 비극을 잊지 못하고 있다. 그 때 전국 각지에서 모여든 자원봉사자들의 많은 활동과 의료복지 분야의 원조, 그리고 일반 회사원들도 장기휴가로 자원봉사 활동에 참가했던 풍경이 아직도 잊혀 지지가 않는다. 지진의 재해에서 피할 수 없는 일보 열도, 지금도 여기저기에서는 작은 지진이 일어나고 있다.

도서관문화 2004년 4월호를 시작으로 '도서관이 알아야 할 출판과 책 이야기' 코너를 집필해오던 한미화 출판칼럼니스트의 글은 이번호로 끝마칩니다. 5월호부터는 이 코너를 최성일(출판평론가) 씨와 김준목(인문학 교양잡지 <안띠꾸스> 주간) 씨가 꾸려가게 됩니다. 두 분의 글은 2006년 12월까지 게재되는데, 김준목씨의 글은 분기별(3,6,9,12월)로 1회씩 총 8회가 실리게 됩니다.

Objectives: This study was performed to investigate the changes in the prevalence and its related factors of the Clonorchis sinensis(C.S.) in the inhabitants at Goksung-Gun along Sum-Jin river after C.S. control intervention. Methods: The subjects were 416 among 699 in the 8 same villages selected by stratified cluster sampling in 1999. The formalin-esther sedimentaion technic was used for the C.S. egg detection and the questionnare for the related factors. The study was carried on from February, 2005 to March, 2005. Results: The prevalence of C.S. decreased significantly from 19.0% in 1999 to 11.3% in 2005. The signicicant factors in 1999 such as sex, age, area, raw fish eating habit and drink habit were not significant statistically. On the other hand factors such as the awareness of C.S. and the health behavior were changed significantly(p=0.034, p=0.021). Conclusions: These results suggest that C.S. prevalence became lower than previous study five years ago. But its control intervention should be extened to the general population regardless of sex, age, area, raw fish eating habits, drink habit and we need to make an effort to improve the awareness and the health behavior of C.S..

Aiming to reveal the employment evolution around interstate highway corridors, an extended shift-share analysis is conducted for metropolitan areas in two interstate highway corridors on the U.S. east coast: I-95 and I-85. Our focus is on knowledge service sectors, specifically finance, insurance, business services and health services for two time periods, 1977-1990 and 1990-2005. In the first period, the two corridors' metropolitan areas have outperformed their regions in terms of both output and labor productivity. But this picture turned negative in later period with some variation by industries. Also variation in performance over time was found even in metropolitan areas in the same corridor or in geographically adjacent areas.

The purpose of this study was to understand the change of demands in young patients and to suggest a directional shift for the pediatric dental practitioners who are facing these changes. This study collected data on new patients who had visited Chonnam National University Dental Hospital, Department of Pediatric Dentistry from 2003 to 2010 and the researchers were able to find out the following information. Total number of dental visits has been increasing since 2009 and 2010, which includes an increase of male patients in the 13~15 years age group showed significant increase and that in the 3~4 years age group showed a significant decrease. December showed the largest number of total dental visits, of which 69.6% of newly visit patients were living in Gwang-ju. Patients who had systemic diseases were 10.7% of total newly visit patients and 19.1% of patients received sedative treatment. Considering the chief complaints of new patients, 36% of patients visited because of dental caries. Regarding the dental treatment of patients, 38.4% had restoration treatment in 2003 and 30.4% had restoration treatment in 2010.

8 Exclusive Median Bus Lanes(EMBL) are operated in Seoul metropolitan city after the opening of Chon-ho section in 1996. But the changes in the road traffic demand on the direct and indirect influence area have not reported. In this paper, before and after survey and analysis of road traffic demand on 3 EMBLs opened in 2004 are conducted. In summary, the traffic demand of 3 EMBL road section decreased dramatically to 24.7% after the opening and then increased 1.4% after a year. The traffic demand of detour road decreased to 2.9% after the opening and then increased 0.3% after a year. Considering measurement error as ${\pm}5%$, Road traffic demands on the influence area of EMBL section are a stable state after one year. So it is presumed that the trip demand on EMBL section using vehicle does not make a detour around the influence area but divert into another transport modal.

This study analysed the published papers dealing with traffic behaviors since 2004 in south Korea. The following information was coded for each papers; year of publication, source, authors, main topic, and subtopic. The annual numbers of publication in 2004 and 2005 showed 6 articles and 7 articles. Since 2006, The annual numbers were increasing more than 10 papers. It means that the researches on traffic behavior were rich. The driver was main topic of 73.2% of articles. Cognition & Perception, Fatigue and Stress, and Alcohol were the main interest sub-topics dealing with main topic driver. Elderly driver was 10.4%, the interest in elderly drivers grew with population aging. And the dominant publications were Journal of traffic safety research, Journal of Korean Psychology Association, and Journal of the Koean Data Analysis Society with 60% of all articles for last 10 years.
