노즐시험법을 이용한 면/폴리에스터 직물의 촉감 방정식 (Equation for handle assessment of cotton and polyester fabrics using nozzle extraction testing method)

  • 노즐시험기로 측정되는 직물의 당김 힘은 직물이 갖는 포괄적인 촉감을 나타낸다. 노즐시험기는 기존 KES 시스템보다 저가이며, 측정에 있어서 절차가 간단하고 빠르다. 본 연구에서는 노즐시험기로 측정되는 직물의 촉감을 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 마찰법칙을 기초로 하여 반 실험적 촉감 방정식을 개발하였다. 모델 식에서 고려된 변수들은 직물의 마찰계수, 그리고 직물의 굽힘 길이와 전단 신도에 의해 결정되는 직물의 3차원적 변형 특성을 나타내는 드레이프 계수이다. 12 종류의 서로 다른 물성의 면과 폴리에스터 직물들을 사용하여 실험 측정한 촉감 값과 모델 방정식으로부터 예측한 촉감 값들을 비교 분석하였다. 높은 마찰계수, 높은 굽힘 길이, 그리고 낮은 전단 신도를 갖는 직물일수록 높은 촉감 마찰력, 즉 낮은 촉감 성능을 보여주었다. 실험 측정한 촉감 값과 모델 식으로부터 계산한 값들 사이 잘 일치하였으며, 이와 같은 결과는 모델 식을 사용하여 직물의 고유 물성들로써 촉감의 객관적인 예측이 가능함과 더불어 촉감 성능의 향상을 위한 직물설계에 있어서도 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있음을 보여준다.

양모의 태에 따른 최적 재킷스타일과 감성 (Sensibility Analysis on Jacket Styles with the Handle and Sensibility of Wool Fabrics)

  • Subjective sensorial experiment was executed with 43 subjects to find the relationships between the sensibility of jacket styles and the handle of wool fabrics. The handle and sensibility of wool fabrics were significantly different according to the wool types, and the handle was defined as two axis of Wild/Exquisite vs. Thin/Thick. The sensibility of jacket styles was different by the types of jacket styles, and the jackets were displayed in the 2D of Masculine/Feminine vs. Country/urban according to the factor analysis using 8 sensibility words. The best-appropriate jacket styles for each wool fabrics were converged into several jacket styles, and it was found that the wool fabrics were divided as for all-purpose or for specific-end usage. For the results of correspondence analysis of the matrix for the best-appropriate jacket style for each wool fabric, the jacket styles and wool fabrics together were grouped as 4: Striking and Yang, Striking and Yin, Plain and Yang, Plain and Yin.

방향가공시 유연제 전처리에 의한 면편성물의 태변화 (Effect of Pretreatment by Softener on the Cotton Knit Handle in Fragrant Finishing)

  • The fragrant fabrics are prepared by the attaching microcapsules using acrylic binder. To improve the handle of fragrant fabrics, pretreatment by softener is suggested. The durability of fragrant fabrics and the change of their handle are investigated. It is carried out One-way ANOVA and Duncan test to determine bending properties, shear properties, surface properties of untreated, SO-MC and BI-MC by Kawabata system. BI-MC shows significant differences in B and 2HB. SO-MC shows significant differences in G and 2HG. It turned out the pretreatment by softener mitigated the effect of binder and makes fabrics softer than untreated fabrics.

외륜 수레 손잡이 설계 변수의 변화에 따른 밀기, 들기, 회전 힘 평가 (Evaluation of the Pushing, Lifting and Twisting Forces According to the Handle Design Variables of the Single-Wheel Barrows)

  • This study evaluated three forces (lifting, pushing and twisting) required to maneuver the single-wheel barrows according to handle height, width, horizontal angle and vertical angle. The four independent variables were varied in two levels. Handle height was varies in two levels : 'knuckle height (KH)' and 'KH + 0.1 ${\times}$ stature'. The two handle widths were '1.5 ${\times}$ shoulder width (SW)' and '1.75 ${\times}$ SW'. Two angles of $0^{\circ}$ and $15^{\circ}$ were used for horizontal and vertical angles. The 24 factorial design was used in the experiment. Twelve healthy male students (undergraduate and graduate) participated in the experiment. Subjects exerted three forces (pushing, lifting, and twisting clockwise) in each experimental condition. The order of 16 treatment conditions was determined randomly. Results showed that the effects of the four factors were different according to three forces. While lifting and twisting forces were higher in 'knuckle height', the pushing force was higher in 'KH + 0.1 ${\times}$ stature' (p < 0.05). Lifting and pushing forces showed higher values in the horizontal angle $0^{\circ}$ than in $15^{\circ}$. Handle width and vertical angle showed no statistically significant main effects on three forces (p > 0.05). Results of this study could be used as basic data for the ergonomic design of handle variables of one- or two-wheel barrows.

개인사물함 손잡이 디자인개발 연구 (A Study on Developing the Designs of Handle for Personal Locker)

  • The aim of this study is to develop and suggest the handle for lockers according to the design process which are used for keeping of student's personal stuffs such as books, writing implements and gym uniform in elementary, middle and high school and university as well. This includes the design development for ILGUMTUR which is specialized for office furniture, but does not own the intellectual property right yet. The design concept based on the domestic locker market survey is recessed handle at low- to intermediate price and it's material should be plastic what is solid and light. The lock system should be constructed by molding process and the name plate can be exchanged every time the owner of locker changes. Contrary to the right angle of it's external appearance, the handle of the locker is designed to be softly round and the simplicity is pursued for an easy production. On the basis of this design concept the sketch has been drawn and upgraded in full by 3D-rendering. Then the mock-up has been completed by 3D printer and ILGUMTUR has obtained a patent for the locking system based on the rotation of 2 circles.

보행보조차 손잡이 높이에 따른 노인들의 건강생활의 변화 : 상태불안과 심박수, 낙상효능감을 중심으로 (Changes in the Health Life of the Elderly Through the Handle Height of Walking Assistant Vehicle Article : Emphasizing on State Anxiety, Heart Rate and Fall Efficacy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보행보조차 손잡이 높이에 따른 노인들의 상태불안과 심박수, 낙상효능감의 변화를 분석하는 데 있다. 연구대상은 정상노인 32명이다. 보행보조차는 유모차 형태로 손잡이 높이를 대상자들의 신장의 48%를 기준으로 설정하였으며, 손잡이 높이를 5%씩 감소시켜, 48, 43, 38 %로 구성하였다. 상태불안 평가는 한국판 상태불안 척도를 활용하였으며, 심박수 평가는 Fitbit Charge 2 손목형 심박수 측정기를 활용하였다. 낙삭효능감 평가는 한국판 낙상효능감 척도를 활용하였다. 그 결과, 보행보조차 손잡이 높이에 따라 상태불안과 심박수는 통계적으로 유의미한 증가가 나타났으며, 낙상효능감은 통계적으로 유의미한 감소가 나타났다. 사후검정 결과에서도 상태불안과 낙상효능감의 분석결과 각각의 보행보조차 손잡이 높이에 따라 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났으며, 심박수의 분석결과 48, 43%의 손잡이 높이와 38%의 손잡이 높이 간의 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 따라서, 노인들의 보행보조차 사용시 상태불안과 심박수를 감소시키고 낙상효능감을 향상시키기 위해서, 보행손잡이 높이를 적절하게 위치하여야 할 것이며, 보행보조차 사용자 전체 신장의 48%의 위치로 조정하여야 할 것이다.

효소정련 견직물의 태에 관한 연구 - 비누-소다정련견직물태와의 비교 - (A Study on the Handle of the Silk Fabric Degummed with Enzyme - Comparison with the Handle of the Silk Fabric Degummed with Soap-soda -)

  • 견직물에 효소에 의한 정련처리를 비누-소다정련과 함께 실시한 후 이들 정련견포에 대하여 KES-F System을 적용하여 역학적 특성 즉 인장, 굽힘, 전단, 압축 및 표면특성을 측정하고 태값을 산출하여 효소정련과 비누-소다정련견포의 태값을 비교한 결과 1. 능하부다이 견직물의 경우 효소정련을 하면 포의 Stiffness가 비누-소다정련을 한 것에 비하여 감소되었고 Smoothness와 Soft feeling은 증가하였다. 2. 크\ulcorner데신 견직물의 경우 효소정련을 하면 비누-소다 정련에 비하여 Stiffness와 Anti-Drape Stiffness는 감소되었으며 Fullness와 종합 태값인 Flexibility with soft feeling은 향상되었다.

수공구 손잡이 형태에 따른 청.노년층의 악력과 손가락 힘 및 편안함 분석 (Grip Force, Finger Force, and Comfort analyses of Young and Old People by Hand Tool Handle Shapes)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate aging (young and old), gender (male and female), and handle shape effects on grip force, finger force, and subjective comfort. Four handle shapes of A, D, I, and V were implemented by a multi-finger force measurement (MFFM) system which was developed to measure every finger force with different grip spans. Forty young (20 males and 20 females) and forty old (20 males and 20 females) subjects participated in twelve gripping tasks and rated their comfort for all handles using a 5-point scale. Grip forces were calculating by summation of all four forces of the index, middle, ring and little fingers. Results showed that young males (283.2N) had larger gripping force than old males (235.6N), while young females (151.4N) had lower force than old females (153.6N). Young subjects exerted the largest gripping force with D-shape due to large contribution of the index and middle fingers and the smallest with A-shape; however, old subjects exerted the largest with I-shape and the smallest with V-shape due to small contribution of the ring and little fingers. As expected, the middle finger had the largest finger force and the little finger had the smallest. The fraction of contribution of index and ring fingers to grip force differed among age groups. Interestingly, young subjects provided larger index finger force than ring finger force, whereas old subjects showed that larger ring finger forces than index finger force in the griping tasks. In the relationship between performance and subjective comfort, I-shape exerting the largest grip force had less comfort than D-shape producing the second largest grip force. The findings of this study can provide guidelines on designing hand tool handle to obtain better performance as well as users' comfort.

차량 정보를 이용한 멀티뷰 영상 주차 보조 시스템 (Multi-View Image Parking Assistant System using Vehicle Data)

  • 본 논문에서는 차량 정보를 이용한 멀티뷰 주차 보조 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 운전자에게 차량 주변의 세 방향의 영상을 제공한다. 평행주차나 주차장에서 주차를 할 때 사각지역을 줄이고, 편안하고 안전한 주행을 위해 핸들 조정에 따라 와이드 앵글의 CCD 카메라 영상을 출력한다. 핸들 조향각과 기어 위치는 차량의 ABS ECU에서 OBD-II 포트를 통해 획득한다. 제안한 시스템은 차량 실험을 통해 성능을 확인하였다.
