An Experimental Study on the Effect of Burden on the Blast-vibration (최소저항선이 발파진동의 크기에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험 연구)

  • 주변 보안물건에 직전각인 피해를 유발시킬 수 있는 발파진동은 암반의 파쇄를 위해 화약의 폭박력을 이용하는 발파작업에서 발생하는 대표적인 발파공해로 이러한 발파진동을 저감시키기 위한 많은 연구들이 수행된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 2자유면 발파시 최소저항선과 대구경 무장약공을 자유면으로 활용하는 터널 심발발파시 무장약공과 첫 번째 심발발파공의 중심사이 거리가 발파진동에 영향을 정량적으로 평가하기 위해 균질한 모르타르 시험체에 대한 소규모 단일공 시험발파를 수행하였다. 11g의 화약을 장약한 2자유면 단일공 시험발파시 발파진동의 크기는 최소저항선을 표준장약의 경우인 150mm에서 2/3 수준인 100mm로 줄인 경우 삼승근 환산거리 $10~40{\;}m/kg^{1/3}$인 범위에서 약 13~38% 작아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직경이 180mm인 무장약공을 자유면으로 활용하는 첫 번째 심발 시험발파공에 22g의 화약을 장약하여 수행한 단일공 시험발파시 무장 약공 중심으로부터 발파공 중심까지의 공간격이 짧아질수록 발파진동이 더 작아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • This study focuses on“Intellectual Freedom”based on the fundamental principles of library user services in Western countries. Particularly, this paper pursues to the philosophical foundations of“the freedom of expression”. It also studies how“the freedom of expression”was restrained by pursuing the definitions of“pornography”and “obscenity”in terms of the court's opinions of The Supreme Court of the United States. Also, PICS and the Communication Decency Acts were discussed.

강체거동을 하는 플로팅구조물의 진동제어

  • 본 연구에서는 플로팅 구조물과 제진장치가 연계된 시스템에 대한 진동제어를 위하여 제어알고리듬에 의한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 플로팅 구조물모형 2자유도, AMD 제진장치 2자유도가 연계된 4자유도 시스템에 대한 수학적 해석모형을 모델링하였으며, 모델링을 통하여 모형과 제진장치의 계측변수, 그에 따른 시스템의 입축력 관계에 따른 상태방정식을 제어 프로세서 과정에서 모듈화 하였으며 수치시뮬레이션을 통한 제어효과를 검증하였다. 향후 플로팅 모형 실험체를 제작하여 수조실험을 통한 실험적 검증을 수행할 예정이다.

  • Several Solid Freeform Fabrication Systems(SFFS) are commercialized in a few companies for rapid prototyping. However, they have many technical problems including the limitation of applicable materials. A new method of agile prototyping is required for the recent manufacturing environments of multi-item and small quantity production. The objectives of this paper include the development of a novel method of SFFS, the CAFL/sup VM/(Computer Aided Fabrication of Lamination for Various Material), and the manufacture of the various material samples for the certification of the proposed system and the creation of new application areas. For these objectives, the technologies for a highly accurate robot path control, the optimization of support structure, CAD modeling, adaptive slicing was implemented. However, there is an important problem with the conventional 2D lamination method. That is the inaccuracy of 3D model surface, which is caused by the stair-type surface generated in virtue of vertical 2D cutting. In this paper, We design the new control algorithm that guarantees the constant speed, precise positioning and tangential cutting on the 5DOF SFFS. We develop the tangential cutting algorithm to be controlled with constant speed and successfully implemented in the 5DOF CAFL/sup VM/ system developed in this paper. Finally, this paper confirms its high-performance through the experimental results from the application into CAFL/sup VM/ system.

Investigation on the Difficulties during Elementary Pre-service Teachers' Open-inquiry Activities (초등 예비교사들이 자유 탐구 활동 중에 겪은 어려움 조사)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the difficulties in engaging in open-inquiry activities of elementary pre-service teachers. Data were collected from in-depth interviews with 22 pre-service teachers and their open-inquiry products. The 22 pre-service teachers who participated in this study were enrolled in college openinquiry course and performed open-inquiry activities for fifteen weeks. The results of this study show that pre-service teachers struggled with several difficulties; selection of the subject, the lack of understanding about the science process skills and content knowledge, background knowledge, environment matters and self confidence about open inquiry. However, they thought open-inquiry is interesting in spite of much difficulties, and is necessary for science education.

Design of 6 DOF Mechanism with Flexure Joints for telecommunication mirror and Experimental Stiffness Modeling (탄성힌지를 이용한 초정밀 통신용 미러 구동 6축 메커니즘 구현과 실험적 강성 모델링)

  • Flexure joints are recently used in the ultra-precision mechanism for a telecommunication mirror stage. Flexure joints have several advantages coming from their monolithic characteristics. They can be used to reduce the size of manipulators or to increase the precision of motion. In our research, 6 dof(degree of freedom) mechanism is suggested for micrometer repeatability using a flexure mechanism. To design the 6-dof motion, the 2-dof planar mechanism are designed and assembled to make the 6-dof motion. To achieve a certain performance, it is necessary to define the performance of mechanism that quantifies the characteristics of flexure joints. This paper addresses the analysis and design of the 6-dof parallel manipulator with a flexure joint using a finite element analysis tool. To obtain experimental result, CCD laser displacement sensor is used for the total displacement and the stiffness for the 6-dof flexure mechanism.

A Numerical Study of Nonlinear Free-surface Flows Generated by Motions of Two Dimensional Cylinders (2차원 실린더의 운동에 기인한 비선형 자유표면 유동의 수치해석)

  • 본 논문의 수치해법은 경계치문제를 풀기 위하여 코시이론(Cauchy's theorem)을 사용하였다. 경계치문제는 완전한 물체표면조건과 자유표면조건을 만족시키는 초기치문제로 귀결된다. 현 수치해법에서 무한영역은 수치계산 영역인 비선형 영역과 선형 자유표면조건을 만족하는 선형영역으로 나누어진다. 선형영역의 해는 과도 그린(Green)함수를 사용하여 정합조건을 부과함으로써, 수치계산은 비선형 영역에서만 수행된다. 본 논문에서 저자는 수치계산 영역에서 코시이론을 사용하여 적분방정식을 도출하였고, 무한영역의 해는 정합면에서 과도 그린함수를 사용하여 표현하였다. 본 수치계산에서 자유표면에 요소 재분배법을 적용함으로써 쇄파현상에 대해서도 안정적인 수치해석을 할 수 있었다. 본 논문에서 개발된 수치방법을 적용한 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째는 자유표면에서 실린더가 강제동요하는 경우에 자유표면형상과 힘을 계산하여 이전의 실험치 및 계산치와 비교하였다. 두번째로는 실린더가 자유수면하에서 일정한 속도로 항주하는 경우에는 조파저항과 양력을 계산하여 고차 스펙트럴법과 비교하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the contents of open inquiry activities of the newly revised 2007 National curriculum for each grade level and to teach open inquiry activities and selection of rational inquiry activities. For this study, 470 elementary students in Seoul, ranging from 3rd to 6th grades were surveyed. The experiment plans written by students were analyzed based on the analysis criteria. These criteria consisted of the reason for the selection, type, and suitability of open inquiry activities. The reason for selecting open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the reason why they want to conduct the activity, degree of getting help and the object of getting help. The types of the open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the field of inquiry, the inquiry method and the period of inquiry. Suitability of the open inquiry activities were analyzed according to the reason of suitability or unsuitability.

Development of the 6-DOF Electrical Motion Platform System for Helicopter Simulator (헬리콥터 시뮬레이터용 6자유도 전기식 운동구현장치의 개발)

  • In this paper, the 6-dof electric motion platform system designed for the helicopter simulator satisfying the class of the CASA(Civil Aviation Safety Authority) level 2 is presented. From the kinematic, dynamic and structural analyses for motion base and electrical actuator systems, we show the feasibility of the developed motion platform system by producing the acceptable results of the test and evaluation according to the requirements specified in the CASA level 2. Furthermore through this development we suggest newly the adaptability of the electrical actuator system up to 10 ton class motion platform system, whose usage will be broaden rapidly, substituting with the advantage over the conventional hydraulic system.

Kinematic Based Walking Pattern of Biped robot (기구학을 이용한 이족보행 로봇의 보행패턴)

  • In this paper, kinematic based walking pattern generation of biped walking robot is reviewed. Biped walking robot should be consisted of 6 Degree of Freedom(DOF) for each leg to walk properly in 3 dimensional circumstance. In this paper, simple structure of biped robot is depicted for walking pattern firstly. After fixing path of ankle of the robot, angle joints are coming from kinematic equatioins. Coordination of joints of a robot was set for dynamic analysis also. So walking pattern of a robot will be designed using dynamic equations of coordination of joint angles. Finally, setting of ankle of robot and pattern generation are key procedures of the robot walking.
