방선균 분리주 No. 1882-5로부터 Phorbol Ester에 의해 유도되는 K562 Cell의 소포형성을 억제하는 물질의 분리와 동정 (Purification and Chemical Identification of the Inhibitor on Bleb Formation of K562 Cell Induced by Phorbol Ester from Actinornycetes Isolate No. 1882-5)

  • Phorbol ester에 의해 유도되는 K562 cell의 소포 형성을 저해하는 물질을 생산하는 방선균 분리주 No.1882-5를 토양으로부터 분리하였다. 분리주 No. 1882-5로부터 용매추출, Amberlite XAD-4, silica, Lobar low pressure LC를 거쳐 항진균 활성물질 MT-1882-I과 K562 cell의 소포형성을 억제하는 활성물질 MT 1882-II를 분리하였다. 이 물질들에 대한 이화학적 성질의 조사와 UV, $^1H-NMR$, $^13C-NMR$, mass spectrum의 분석에 의하여 MT 1882-II은 piericidin $A_{1}$($C_{25}H_{37}0_4N$, MW 415), MT 1882-II는 glucopiericidin A($C_{31}H_{47}0_9N$, MW 577)로 동정하였다.

  • This study is to develop a automatic design program of mechanical elements as the integrated system which can create automatically 3-dimensional solid and surface model using visualLISP. By the applying developed system to CAE system, the following objects are realized. At first, constructing the library of automatic design program for unexperienced design engineer, the 3-dimensional modeling of mechanical elements can be obtained easily. at second, the 3-dimensional model for ratchet wheel design is created by finete element model of CAE system and the optimal design condition of key way.

전기신호를 이용한 전동기 온라인 고장진단 (Online Fault Diagnosis of Motor Using Electric Signatures)

  • It is widely known that ESA(Electric Signature Analysis) method is very useful one for fault diagnosis of an induction motor. Online fault diagnosis system of induction motors using LabVIEW is proposed to detect the fault of broken rotor bars and shorted turns in stator. This system is not model-based system of induction motor but LabVIEW-based fault diagnosis system using FFT spectrum of stator current in faulty motor without estimating of motor parameters. FFT of stator current in faulty induction motor is measured and compared with various reference fault data in data base to diagnose the fault. This paper is focused on to predict and diagnose of the health state of induction motors in steady state. Also, it can be given to motor operator and maintenance team in order to enhance an availability and maintainability of induction motors. Experimental results are demonstrated that the proposed system is very useful to diagnose the fault and to implement the predictive maintenance of induction motors.

미국문학작품의 한국어 번역본 출판상황 (A Bibliographic Study on Korean Translations of American Literature)

  • Translation has attained an important role in transmission and maintenance of human culture. As the world gets closer translation is regarded as one of the most useful means to carry knowledge and information through the language barrier. Translations of literary works in particular have been regarded as one of the most valuable means of helping people to understand and cooperate with one another in the interest of world peace. Korea has maintained a very close relationship with the United States of America since she first opened her door to the States in 1882. No one can deny that American has had a strong influence on Korean culture, politics, economics and education through the long close relationship between two countries. This study has been carried to find out how many and what American literary works have been introduced into Korea through translation from 1882 to 1982.

임오(1882)년 가례 왕세자 복식연구(1) - 면복을 중심으로 - (A Study of the Ceremonial Costume of the Crown Prince in the Year 1882 - Focusing on the Myeon-Bok (Royal Robe) -)

  • A state wedding ceremony of kings and crown princes in the Chosun Dynasty was systemically formalized in a book Five National Ceremonies (1474) as one of the five major formal events of the royal auspicious ceremonies(Ga-rae). For a state wedding, Ga-rae Protocol was made by a devision for Ga-rae temporarily established for the occasion. A total number of auspicious ceremony protocols of kings and crown princes amounts to 20 in the span of 279 years. Among the proposals, the wedding of Soon-jong in the Imo Year of 1882 is described most thoroughly. Nap-bin-ui(reception of bride) comprises six rituals which are nap-chae, nap-jing, go-gyi, chaek-bin, chin-young, and dong-ryae. A grand formal costume of the crown prince is granted based on the 'Seven Parts Formal Costume' of the first year of the king Moon-jong in 1450 together with an official costume for crown prince(Gon-myeon-chil-jang) arranged in the third year of the king Young-rak. In the royal palace of the Chosun Dynasty, the granted formal costume of the crown prince is officially recorded as a code and presented in a Gwon-ji-il section of the Formalities of the Five National Ceremonies. The formal costume and its accessory set for the crown prince recorded as a code are described in Sangbang Jeong-ryae as the formal costume of the crown prince section published by the king's request at the high senate commission in the 28th year of the king Young-jo in 1752. The aim of the study is to investigate the formal costume of the crown prince as an auspicious ceremonial costume worn at the wedding in the year of Imo.

  • Kalman Filter application to model predictive control is discussed. Most of refinery and petrochemical processes contain uncertainties in their output. Simplified state estimation algorithm is merged to model predictive control to improve overall control accuracy.
