Ba-Ti-Si 세라믹 방전관의 오존 발생 특성 연구 (A Study on Ozone Generation Characteristic using Ba-Ti-Si Ceramic Tube)

  • This paper is to be researched into ozone generation character of Bi-Ti-Si type high dielectric yield ceramic catalyst discharge tube. And conditions of basic experiment are the outside diameter of discharge tube : 52 mm, the length of discharge tube : 350 mm, the frequence : 900 Hz, the temperature of cooling water : 25 $^{\circ}C$, quantity of flow : 5, 10, 20 l/min, pressure : 1.2, 1.4, 1.6 atm, and distance of discharge gap : 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm. Ozone generation characteristics were measured to consumption power. At quantity of flow : 20 l/min, discharge gap : 0.6 mm, pressure : 1.6, and consumption power : 150 W, Maximum ozone generation efficiency of 175 g/kWh was obtained. Maximum ozone generation efficiency was measured below the flow quantity of 20 l/min at below pressure of 1.6 atm. However, Maximum ozone generation efficiency was measured over the flow quantity of 20 l/min at over pressure of 1.6 atm.

방사선 조사에 의한 유채 M6~M7세대 변이계통의 특성 (Characteristics of Mutant Lines through M6 to M7 Generation Induced by Radiation in Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.))

  • To develop new varieties of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.), the seeds of three varieties, 'Naehan', 'Tammi', and 'Halla' were irradiated with proton ion beams and gamma rays with 0 to 2,000 Gy. We had selected 9 lines in $M_5$ generation, and their useful characteristics were investigated by progressing from $M_6$ to $M_7$ generation for checking uniformity and stability. The 9 lines selected in $M_5$ generation were maintained their characteristics in terms of flowering date, maturing date, and plant height through $M_6$ to $M_7$ generations. Especially, 2 lines of NP600-1-1-198-2-1 and NP1000-13-2-362-4-1 selected in $M_5$ generation derived from 'Naehan' had characteristics of early maturity and shorter stem than original variety, and they also were maintained characteristic of early maturity such as 10~11 days earlier flowering date and 6~9 days earlier maturing date through $M_6$ to $M_7$ generations. For stem length, they showed characteristics of shorter stem in 2 lines of NP600-1-1-198-2-1 line and NP1000-13-2-362-4-1 line about 16%, 25% shorter stem than original variety respectively through $M_6$ to $M_7$ generations. Furthermore, some characteristics of 2 lines compared to the original variety were similar or higher in weight of 1,000 seeds, number of branches per plant, number of siliqua per panicle, number of seeds per silique, oil contents, and oleic acid contents. The line with large and plump flowers selected in $M_5$ generation also showed large and dark yellow flowers through $M_6$ to $M_7$ generations. The lines with High oleic acid and low saturated fatty acid contents selected in $M_5$ generation were maintained characteristics through $M_6$ to $M_7$ generation and these useful characteristics were expected for developing a new variety for bio diesel uses.

하절기의 에너지원별 발전설비용량 대비 발전량에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Power Generation Compared to the Capacity of Power Generation Facilities by Energy Sources in Summer Season)

  • 본 연구에서는 최근 4년간(2015년~2018년)의 하절기 기간(6월~8월)에 생산한 발전량 및 발전설비용량 데이터를 기반으로 천연가스, 석탄, 원자력, 신재생에너지 상호간의 가동률에 대해 비교 분석한 것이다. 기저발전을 담당하는 원자력 발전과 석탄 발전은 발전설비용량에 비해 실제로 생산한 발전량이 60% 정도로 높게 유지되었기 때문에 경제성을 확보한 것이다. 반면에 천연가스 발전과 신재생에너지 발전은 발전설비 투자 대비 실제 가동률이 29.5%와 27.3%로 대단히 낮아 발전원가를 낮추기 어려운 구조이다. 그러나 석탄 발전은 온실가스와 미세먼지 발생량 측면에서 구조적인 문제점을 갖고 있다. 반면에 천연가스 발전은 상대적으로 온실가스 발생량이 적고 안전해도 첨두발전 체계에 묶여 경제성을 확보하기 어려운 구조이다. 따라서 발전정책의 변화가 있어야 에너지원간의 균형발전이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

만성요통환자와 정상인의 요부신전근의 등척성 근력 평가 (Isometric evaluation of the Lumbar extensors in Choronic Low Back Pain Patients and Healthy subjects)

  • The purpose of this study were to measured peak torque of lumbar extensor at various degrees and to compare with the choronic low back pain patients and healthy subjects back extensor peak torque. Research subject are fifty choronic low back pain patients and fifty healthy subjects are Dong-a university hospital visited to 2000, January since 1999, august none lumbosacral traumal past history and neurologic disorder that is twenty generation, thirty generation, forty generation, fifty generation, sixty generation in healthy subjects and twenty generation, thirty generation, forty generation, fifty generation, sixty generation in cause choronic low back pain patients. The result were as follows. 1. There were each generation choronic low back pain patients and healthy subjects back extensor peak torque are consideration (p<.05). 2. Twenty generation was all degree of angle in lumbar extention peak torque in choronic low back pain patients back extensor are lower than healthy subjects(p<.05). 3. Thirty generation was all degree of angle in lumbar extention peak torque in choronic low back pain patients back extensor are lower than healthy subjects(p<.05). 4. Forty generation was all degree of angle in lumbar extention peak torque in choronic low back pain patients back extensor are lower than healthy subjects(p<;.05). 5. Fifty generation was all degree of angle in lumbar extention peak torque in choronic low back pain patients back extensor are lower than healthy subjects(p<.05). 6. Sixty generation was all degree of angle in lumbar extention peak torque in choronic low back pain patients back extensor are lower than healthy subjects(p<.05).

공공건물 옥상녹화와 설치태양광(PV)의 효율향상 상관관계 연구 (A Study on Correlation between Improvement in Efficiency of PV and Green roof of Public Building)

  • This study aims to investigate advantages of complex installation of green roof and PV system in a public building, to analyze the impact of green roof on the efficiency of PV power generation, and to consider the correlation between green roof and PV power generation. When the temperature and power generation of the modules installed in the green roof and non-green roof of the public building were measured for 3 days, the average temperature of the green roof was 23.6 degrees, and it was 36.1 degrees in the non-green roof which increased by nearly 53%. Overall, the module temperature in the green roof was lower. On the other hand, in relation to the PV generation depending on temperature reduction during the same period, the mono-crystalline module and the poly-crystalline module in the green roof showed an increase in generation at nearly 222.2W and 341.6W, and the efficiency rose by 5.5% and 6.2%, respectively, compared to the modules in the non-green roof. Therefore, it is analyzed that green roof has a positive influence on PV power generation. Finally shows the efficiency of the installed on the Green Roof PV system (complex Installation) higher than on the concrete roof PV system. Thus, the complex PV systems as well as the usual benefits of green roofs will provide greater synergies.

Anti-inflammatory Compounds from the Leaves of Ailanthus altissima Meihua JIN

  • In our ongoing search for biological components from the Korea endemic plants, the MeOH extract of Ailanthus altissima leaves (Simaroubaceae) showed cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) dual inhibitory activity by assessing their effects on the production of prostaglandin $D_2$ ($PGD_2$) and leukotriene $C_4$ ($LTC_4$) in mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs). In further study, eight compounds, squalene (1), ${\beta}$-sitosterol (2), scopoletin (3), quercetin (4), luteolin (5), astragalin (6), scopolin (7), and daucosterol (8) were isolated, the chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectroscopic data and by comparison with those of published literatures. Among the compounds, 2, 4, and 5 strongly inhibited both the COX-2-dependent PGD2 generation with $IC_{50}$ values of 2.6, 7.3 and 2.5 ${\mu}M$, respectively and the generation of $LTC_4$ in the 5-LOX dependent phase with $IC_{50}$ values of 2.0, 5.1 and 1.8 ${\mu}M$, respectively, which suggest that the anti-inflammatory activity of A. altissima might occur in part via the inhibition of both $PGD_2$ and $LTC_4$ generation by 2, 4 and 5.

人工飼料에 의한 蠶品種 選拔效果에 관한 硏究 (Effect of Artificial Diet on the Selection in the Silkworm, Bombyx mori)

  • 누에의 人工飼科는 物理的 또는 化學的으로 뽕잎과는 그 性質이 매우 다르기 때문에 고치 生産性에 있어서 뽕잎의 경우 보다 不良한 成績인데 이 欠點을 解決하기 위하여는 우선 人工飼科에 適合한 品種이 育成되어야 한다. 그러므로 本試驗에서는 人工飼科育에 의하여 優良系統을 選拔했을 때에 發生하는 現象을 究明코저 遂行하였으며 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 암고치의 繭層重과 繭層比率과의 相關關係는 Sa와 Y에서는 없다. 2. 숫고치에서 Sa系統의 全繭重과 繭層比率과는 相關關係가 없다. 3. 人工飼科育에 있어서 日本種系統과 中國種系統은 각각 選拔效果가 特異하게 나타났다. 4. 桑葉育에서 人工飼科育으로 전환하는 第1世代에서는 Sa와 Y系統이 모두 매우 不良한 成績을 나타냈으나 第 2, 3世代에서 急激하게 증가하여 選拔效果는 매우 컸다. 5. 第 4 世代에서는 致死率이 매우 높았기 때문에 第 5世代는 桑葉育으로 繼代 增殖하였다. 6. 第 6 世代에서 10世代까지 選拔效果는 계속 증가하였는데 繭層比率만은 例外이었다.

축분자원화물 발생 및 배출부하 원단위 특성 (Characteristics of Unit Load Generation and Discharge from Livestock Resources)

  • 돼지의 분뇨 발생량을 측정한 결과, 3계절과 생체 중량을 고려한 평균 분뇨 발생량은 분이 1.49kg/head/d, 뇨가 3.08kg/head/d로서 총 4.57kg/head/d가 발생하였다. 오염물질 항목별 발생부하 원단위는 BOD 199.5g/head/d, CODCr 413.5g/head/d, 총질소 27.8g/head/d, 총인이 5.3g/head/d로서 BOD를 제외한 기타 오염물질의 발생부하 원단위는 기존 문헌상의 값과 유사하게 나타났다. 한우의 경우 분 발생량은 10.9kg/head/day 뇨 발생량은 3.3kg/head/day 으로 조사되어 농림부(2000)의 조사결과보다 다소 적게 나타났다. 젖소의 경우 분 발생량은 24.6L/head/day 로 다른 기관과는 차이가 났지만, 환경부(2006)의 자료와는 비슷하게 나타났으며, 뇨 발생량은 10.5L/head/day 로 농림부(2000)와 축산기술연구소(2000)보다는 높았지만, 환경부(2006)와 국립환경연구원(1986)과 한국과학기술원(1990)보다는 다소 낮게 조사되었다. 닭의 오염물질 배출량 및 농도분석 원단위를 통하여 산출된 배출부하 원단위는 사육두수 및 사료의 종류, 분의 처리방법의 상이함에 의해 산란계에서 높게 나타난 것으로 판단된다. 배출부하 원단위 중 사슴의 경우 기존의 문헌보다 높게 측정된 것은 사슴의 축종별 체중과 오염물질 발생량의 차이에 의한 것으로 판단된다.

Saucerneol F, a New Lignan Isolated from Saururus chinensis, Attenuates Degranulation via Phospholipase Cγ1 Inhibition and Eicosanoid Generation by Suppressing MAP Kinases in Mast Cells

  • During our on-going studies to identify bioactive compounds in medicinal herbs, we found that saucerneol F (SF), a naturally occurring sesquilignan isolated from Saururus chinensis (S. chinensis), showed in vitro anti-inflammatory activity. In this study, we examined the effects of SF on the generation of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO) dependent leukotriene $C_4$ ($LTC_4$), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) dependent prostaglandin $D_2$ ($PGD_2$), and on phospholipase $C{\gamma}1$ ($PLC{\gamma}1$)-mediated degranulation in SCF-induced mouse bone marrow-derived mast cells (BMMCs). SF inhibited eicosanoid ($PGD_2$ and $LTC_4$) generation and degranulation dose-dependently. To identify the molecular mechanisms underlying the inhibition of eicosanoid generation and degranulation by SF, we examined the effects of SF on the phosphorylation of $PLC{\gamma}1$, intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ influx, the translocation of cytosolic phospholipase $A_2$ ($cPLA_2$) and 5-LO, and on the phosphorylation of MAP kinases (MAPKs). SF was found to reduce intracellular $Ca^{2+}$ influx by inhibiting $PLC{\gamma}1$ phosphorylation and suppressing the nuclear translocations of $cPLA_2$ and 5-LO via the phosphorylations of MAPKs, including extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase-1/2 (ERK1/2), c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), and p38. Taken together, these results suggest that SF may be useful for regulating mast cell-mediated inflammatory responses by inhibiting degranulation and eicosanoid generation.

지도학습에서 다양한 입력 모델에 의한 초단기 태양광 발전 예측 (Forecasting of Short Term Photovoltaic Generation by Various Input Model in Supervised Learning)

  • 본 연구는 기온, 강수량, 풍향, 풍속, 습도, 운량, 일조, 일사 등 시간별 기상 데이터를 이용하여, 일사 및 일조 그리고 태양광 발전예측을 하였다. 지도학습에서 입출력패턴은 예측에서 가장 중요한 요소이지만 인간이 직접 결정해야하기 때문에, 반복적인 실험에 의해 결정해야 한다. 본 연구는 일사 및 일조 예측을 위하여 4가지 모델의 입출력 패턴을 제안하였다. 또한, 예측된 일조 및 일사 데이터와 전라남도 영암 태양광 발전소의 발전량 데이터를 사용하여 태양광 발전량을 예측하였다. 실험결과 일조 및 일사 예측에서 모델 4가 가장 예측결과가 우수했으며, 모델 1에 비해 일조의 RMSE는 1.5배 정도 그리고 일사의 RMSE는 3배 정도 오차가 줄었다. 태양광 발전예측 실험결과 일조 및 일사와 마찬가지로 모델 4가 가장 예측결과가 좋았으며, 모델 1 보다 RMSE가 2.7배 정도 오차가 줄었다.
