In this paper, using third-order system of the PLL we'll analyze the aspect of flicker noise appearing troubles in the low frequency band. Since it is difficult to analyze mathematically flicker noise in the third-order system of the PLL, introducing the concept of pseudo-damping factor using the optimized second-filter has made an ease of the access of the flicker-noise variance. we'll show a numerical formula of flicker variance in the third-order system of the PLL which is compared with that of 1/f noise variance in the second-order system of the PLL.

유비쿼터스 환경에서 여러 종류의 센서들은 우리에게 많은 이점들을 주며 우리 생활에 보다 친숙한 생활 형태로 발달하고 있다. 이러한 센서노드들의 활용범위는 너무 범위가 넓기 때문에 지금 까지도 여러분야가 계발 중에 있다. 이러한 분야들 중 자동화 관리 시스템 분야는 대부분이 공업과 관련된 분야의 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 그 주류로서의 분야는 대부분 제조 공정의 자동화가 대부분을 차지하고 있었으며 일부분의 타 관리 시스템이 존재 하는 형태로 진행되어 왔다. 이러한 동향은 최근들어 유비쿼터스에 관한 많은 관심속에 우리와 밀접한 관련이 있는 실생활에 점점 도입되고 있다. 하지만 1차산업과 관련한 자동화 관리 시스템의 개발은 아직도 미비한 수준에 있으며, 이 또한 외국에서 개발된 상품을 수입하여 적용시키는 단계에 머물러 있는 것이 현재의 1차 산업의 관리 시스템의 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 우리의 1차 산업과 관련된 분야에 적용 가능한 센서를 이용한 관리 시스템을 설계하고 이를 평가하고자 관리 시스템을 설계하였으며, 이에 따른 효용성을 평가 하였다.

Since the IMF crisis, the competition among banks in Korea has fiercely intensified. To survive in the severe competition, several leading banks including Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) have recently developed their own proprietary systems called 'the Next-Generation Systems(NGS).' This case study was to answer several important issues as follows; 1); the reason why a bank make huge investment in the IT infrastructure; 2) the development methodology of the NGS; 3) the new architecture of the NGS; 4) the governance structure of the NGS investment; and 5) the effects of the NGS on the development of new products. To achieve such goals, a systematic tandem interview method and many archival reports from IBK were utilized. The conclusions are summarized as follows: First, the NGS has contributed to the integration and simplification of business processes. Second, new products as demanded in the market can be developed much faster through the NGS. Third, the change management of IT infrastructure is critically important. Fourth, the systems architecture can be different according to the IT governance. Fifth, the alignment of the NGS and business processes is most important to obtain the organizational goals.

EIS는 최고 경영자의 정보 욕구를 중촉키 위해 급격히 부상하고 있는 MIs의 한 서브시스템이다. 기업의 정보화추세와 정보기술활용의 저변확대로 말미암아 컴퓨터이 직접적인 혜택과는 그간 거리가 멀었던 기업의 중역들도 단말기 앞에 앉을 수 밖에 없게 되었다. 본 사례연구는 H사의 EIS구축 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 현재, 1차 개발이 완료되어 시험가동을 하고 있다. 그 성과를 자체 분석한 결과는 다소 실망적인 것이어서 2차 개발계획을 수립하여 추진 중에 있다. 1차 개발의 실패는 추후 보다 나은 EIS의 구축을 위해서 많은 교훈을 던져주고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 1차적으로 개발된 시스템이 특성과 그것의 문제점을 찾는데 초점을 맞추었으며, 2차 개발의 방향도 아울러 소개하고자한다.

본 논문에서는 전자메일을 사용자 적합도(선호도)를 기준으로 분류하기 위한 구조를 제안한다. 분류는 1차 분류와 2차 분류로 나눠지는데, 1차 분류에서는 사용자 적합도를 판단하기 위해 사용자 관련 정보로부터 동적 시소러스를 구축하고, 구축된 시소러스와의 비교를 통해 사용자에게 유용한 메일인지 아닌지를 결정하고, 2차 분류에서는 사용자가 지정한 폴더키워드를 중심으로 사용자 시소러스로부터 유전자 알고리즘을 이용해 추출한 키워드들과의 적합도 비교를 통해서 특정 폴더로의 분류가 이뤄지게 된다 테스트에는 메일 정보값(Mail Information Word)을 추출하기 위해 HAM(Hangup Analysys Module)을 포함하는 메일정보추줄 에이전트를 사용하였고, mail의 subject와 본문(body)로부터 추출된 16개의 word정보와 시소러스 적합도 정보, 분류 적합도 정보를 하나의 데이터구조로 사용하였다. 이러한 통할된 시스템 구조와 data structure를 이용해 mail을 사용자의 선호도에 따라. 1차와 2차에 걸친 분류시 분류가 사용자 선호도에 근접하게 이루어 질 수 있음을 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 스트리밍 미디어의 효율적인 캐슁과 재전송을 목적으로 범용 화일 시스템에 기반찬 사용자 수준의 스트리밍 미디어 캐쉬 화일 시스템(umcFS)을 설계하고 구현하였다. umcFS 구조는 큰 캐쉬 블럭 구조와 제어블럭의 정적 할당을 기본 정책으로 유닉스 화일 시스템과 비교되는 확장된 1차 간접 블럭 참조를 통해서 캐쉬 블럭을 관리한다. 제안된 캐쉬 화일 시스템은 기존 파일 블럭 캐슁 시스템에 비해 512KB, 1MB 블럭의 임의 입출력에서 약 7~13%의 성능향상을 보였다.

본 논문에서는 ANC 시스템의 빠른 수렴을 위하여 2차 경로 필터를 초기화하는 방법을 제안한다. 대부분의 ANC 시스템에서는 2차 경로 필터를 설계하기 위하여 LMS 알고리즘을 사용한다. 그러나 기존의 방법들은 2차 경로 필터의 초기 계수 값을 0으로 설정하기 때문에 필터의 수렴 시간이 길어진다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 미리 구한 계수 값을 2차 경로 필터의 초기값으로 설정하여 필터의 수렴 시간을 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 사용하면 2차 경로 필터의 초기 단계부터 에러가 작게 나타내며, 이에 따라 ANC 시스템의 수렴이 빨라진다. 상용 헤드셋을 이용하여 제안하는 방법을 실험하였으며, 기존 방법보다 빠르게 ANC 시스템이 수렴하는 것을 확인하였다.

This is a study on operation system's application method for leading-in public bike operation system through researching on case study at home and abroad, and situation research in Naju city. In the 1st research, studied about the main problems showed at application cases of public bike system at domestic and overseas, such as using time, danger for be stolen and damaged. 2nd research focuses on necessarily of leading-in operation system to be used easily by city residents and travelers of Naju City which is the scheduled city for leading-in public bike system. 3rd research is on the basis of the result showed in 1st and 2nd research, supplied some problems' solving method for France Veblib System, such as lending and rental process using mobile, system operation process, communication process. Also, supplied the application method for problems showed at 1st and 2nd research and civil service proposal. The leading-in method study on public bike operation system was done through above research, also case study at home and abroad, situation study, and rental program module development, and this operation system is worked as an model operation system in Naju City. The future study of leading-in operation system will be more effective by means of summing up test running result.

There are ATC (Automatic Train Control), ATP (Automatic Train Protection), ATS (Automatic Train Stop) and ATO (Automatic Train Operation) etc. in train control systems. As various train control systems are installed according to sections, on-board signaling systems are installed to apply to the section. Hence, operation flexibility of trains is decreased. In other words, when trains are operated in the section where other train control systems are used, the on-board signaling systems are changed. Recently, a study on the combined on-board signaling system has been researched to solve this problem. The combined on-board signaling system consists of ATC, ATP and ATS device. Because the train control systems are vital, it needs to design the combined on-board signaling system by using k out of n system. In this paper, when k out of n system is applied in the combined on-board signaling system, the reliability and loss cost are analyzed by using failure rate in each device. Hence, the ideal number of systems is presented according to the number of outputs.

우리나라의 IT 산업과 기술의 발전은 전 세계가 부러워할 정도로 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추고 있으나 다른 산업과의 융합, 특히 1차 산업과의 융합이 매우 저조한 상황이다. IT 기술을 1차 산업에 적용 하면 생산 정보 모니터링, 유통지원 시스템, 이력관리 시스템 등 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있어 1차 산업의 글로벌 경쟁력을 키울 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT 기술의 1차 산업에의 적용 방안 및 그 효과에 대해 기존의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 체계적으로 분석해 보도록 하겠다.
