된장의 혈전용해효소 활성과 미생물 분포와의 상관관계 (A Correlation Between Fibrinolytic Activity and Microflora in Korean Fermented Soybean Products)

  • 전통된장과 공장산 된장 제품, 메주와 Koji, 그리고 된장발효공정에서의 혈전용해효소 활성과 microflora의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 전통된장의 혈전용해 활성은 평균 2.42 unit/g으로 공장산 된장의 평균 1.58 unit/g보다 1 unit 이상 높은 분포를 나타내었으며 전통된장에서는 Bacillus의 밀도가 높았고 acid producing bacteria, 곰팡이, 효모는 모두 공장산 된장에서 높은 밀도를 나타내었다. 된장의 Bacillus group 분포와 혈전용해효소활성은 양의 상관관계를 나타내었으며 fungal group 분포와 혈전용해효소활성은 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 메주의 혈전용해 활성은 평균 6.54 unit/g수준으로 Koji의 1.46 unit/g보다 5 unit 이상 높은 분포를 나타내었으며 Bacillus의 서식밀도와 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 된장 발효과정 중 Bacillus와 곰팡이는 휴지 상태를 유지하였으며 혈전용해효소 활성도 담금 초기의 수준을 유지하였다. 결과적으로 된장의 혈전용해활성은 된장 담금 이전의 원료구성에 따라 결정되며, 메주나 Koji에서 유래된 혈전용해 효소는 된장의 발효과정에서도 계속 활성을 유지하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 실험 결과, 혈전용해효소 활성이 높은 된장을 제조하기 위해서는 메주나 Koji의 제조공정에서 효소활성을 유도하여 된장 담금 시 첨가하는 공정의 설정이 유효할 것으로 제안하였다.

초경량 폴리머 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 (Engineering Properties of Surlightweight Polymer Concrete)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the engineering properties of surlightweight polymer concrete using synthetic lightweight aggregate. The following conclusions were drawn; 1. The unit weight was in the range of 0.849~0.969t/$m^3$, the unit weights of those concrete were decreased by 58 ~ 63% than that of the normal cement concrete. 2. The highest strength was achieved by $P_1$, and compressive strength was increased by 93% and bending strength by 364% than that of the normal cement concrete, respectively. 3. The ultrasonic pulse velocity was in the range of 2, 346~2, 702m/s, which was low compared to that of the normal cement concrete. 4. The dynamic modulus of elasticity was in the range of $1.561{\times} 10{^5}~1.916{\times} 10{^5}kgf/cm^2$, which was approximately 52~98% of that of the normal cement concrete. 5. The compressive and bending strength were increased with the increase of unit weight. But, the dynamic modulus of elasticity and ultrasonic pulse velocity were decreased with the increase of unit weight.

미하마 원전경험에 대한 SGTR 사고해석 (Analyses of SGTR Accident With Mihama Unit Experience)

  • 1991년 2월 미하마원전에서 발생한 증기발생기 세관 파열사고에 대한 경험을 바탕으로, 본 사고에 대한 고리 1호기의 대처능력을 평가하기 위하여 해석을 수행하였다. 고리 1호기의 계통설계 및 운전조건은 미하마 2호기와 아주 유사하기 때문에 고리 1호기에서 발생한 가상의 증기발생기 세관 파열사고시의 사고경위 및 전개에 대한 평가가 필요하였다. 해석은 고리 1호기 EOP를 근거로 현실적으로 가능하게 수행되었다. 해석결과, 파열된 세관을 통한 누출은 사고후 약 40분 후에 정지되었으며, 고리 1호기는 유사한 증기발생기 세관 파열사고의 경우 충분한 대처능력이 있음을 보였다. 그러나, SI 신호작동후 소외전원으로 부터의 비안전등급 AC전원으로 단절되는 설계에 대한 재고가 필요하며, EOP의 운전절차가 운전원의 적절한 판단을 요구하기에는 다소 충분치 못함을 보였다. 또한 미하마 원전의 사고를 실험적으로 모사한 LSTF의 실험결과를 이용 해석코드인 RELAP5/MOD3의 평가능력에 대하여 해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과 코드는 사고 초기의 누설량 예측을 제외하고는 일반적으로 실험결과와 잘 일치하고 있음을 보였다.

  • Unit price of meal provision in industrial foodservice differs with each business. It is believed that menu management work, contents of menu, and nutrition supply performed by dietitian are different with unit price of meal provision. In this sense, purposes of this study are to examine meal management work and contents of menu, by food cost, at industrial foodservice in Taegu, Kyungbuk area and to evaluate variety of menu and nutrition supply. Results of the study are as follows: 1. Average number of side dishes provided at meal, including Kimchi, was 2 at low unit price, 3.0 at middle unit price and 3.1 at high unit price. 2. Possession ratio of account books using for menu management was low. 3. With regard to kind of menu, high unit price was most various and showed more various, compared to low unit price, especially in cooking oil-used cook methods such as broil, pan-fried food, fry, and roast. 4. High unit price was found as the highest in kind of used food and supply volume. 5. Sugar, Mineral, Vitamine, and Protein were satisfied with standard food content, but fat and calcium were not. 6. Supply volume of food was positively correlated to supply volume of nutrient, but kinds of cook methods and food type were not correlated to that of nutrient.

Hole 구조 상변화 메모리의 전기 및 열 특성 (Electro-Thermal Characteristics of Hole-type Phase Change Memory)

  • In this paper, we have manufactured hole type PRAM unit cell using phase change material $Ge_2Sb_2Te_5$. The phase change material $Ge_2Sb_2Te_5$ was deposited on hole of 500 nm size using sputtering method. Reset current of PRAM unit cell was confirmed by measuring R-V characteristic curve. Reset current of manufactured hole type PRAM unit cell is 15 mA, 100 ns. And electro and thermal characteristics of hole type PRAM unit cell were analyzed by 3-D finite element analysis. From simulation temperature of PRAM unit cell was $705^{\circ}C$.

외과계 중환자실 수술 후 환자의 섬망 예방 중재가 섬망 발생에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Delirium Prevention Intervention on the Delirium Incidence among Postoperative Patients in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to develop the multicomponent intervention for preventing delirium among postoperative patients in a surgical intensive care unit (SICU). Methods: Using a quasi-experimental pre & post-test design with a non-equivalent control group, a total of 88 hospitalized patients in a SICU participated in this study. The 44 patients were allocated in each experimental and control group. The experimental group received the multicomponent intervention for delirium prevention including a delirium assessment and nursing intervention using a checklist, whereas the control group was provided with a standard care. The primary outcome of this study was the delirium incidence during the course of hospitalization. Results: There were no significant differences in the demographic and clinical characteristics between the two groups. The delirium occurred in 19.2% in the experimental group, whereas 38.6% in the control group ($x^2=4.526$, p<.05). Conclusion: The findings of the study demonstrated an effect of the multicomponent delirium prevention intervention in decreasing the delirium incidence rate over the standard care among the patients in SICU.

경안천지역의 도로 및 주차장에 대한 강우유출수의 특성분석과 원단위 산정 (Characterization of Stormwater Pollutants and Estimation of Unit Loads for Road and Parking Lot in Gyeongan Stream Watershed)

  • Unit load approach has been used to estimate the non-point pollutant load in Total Water Pollution Load Management System (TWPLMS). In this study, locally applicable unit loads for road and parking lot were developed based on the measurements of 9 rainfall events from 2007 to 2008 in Yongin city of Gyeongan stream watershed. Observations showed that stormwater runoff began at low precipitation (>1 mm) and peak pollutant concentration occurred at the beginning of the runoff because of impervious nature of the sites. Averaged event mean concentrations (EMCs) of road (parking lot) were estimated as COD 105.36(62.69) mg/L, BOD 15.94(13.20) mg/L, TSS 183.45(66.52) mg/L, T-N 4.63(3.28) mg/L, T-P 0.45(0.39) mg/L. Higher EMCs at the road than parking lot may reflect heavier traffic. Unit loads Estimated from the EMCs and 10 year average rainfall data were COD $331.17kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, BOD $50.20kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, TSS $580.13kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, T-N $14.68kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, T-P $1.43kg/km^2{\cdot}day$ in the road and COD $186.59kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, BOD $39.22kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, TSS $199.15kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, T-N $9.70kg/km^2{\cdot}day$, T-P $1.16kg/km^2{\cdot}day$ in the parking lot. The estimated unit loads are not so comparable to the ones listed in TWPLMS technical guideline and published data that locally developed unit loads should be used to estimate non-point pollutant loads.

부화소 움직임 추정을 위한 고속 탐색 기법 (A Fast Search Algorithm for Sub-Pixel Motion Estimation)

  • The motion estimation is the most important technique in the image compression of the video standards. In the case of next generation standards in the video codec as H.264, a high compression-efficiency can be also obtained by using a motion compensation. To obtain the accurate motion search, a motion estimation should be achieved up to 1/2 pixel and 1/4 pixel uiuts. To do this, the computational complexity is increased although the image compression rate is increased. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the advanced sub-pixel block matching algorithm to reduce the computational complexity by using a statistical characteristics of SAD(Sum of Absolute Difference). Generally, the probability of the minimum SAD values is high when searching point is in the distance 1 from the reference point. Thus, we reduced the searching area and then we can overcome the computational complexity problem. The main concept of proposed algorithm, which based on TSS(Three Step Search) method, first we find three minimum SAD points which is in integer distance unit, and then, in second step, the optimal point is in 1/2 pixel unit either between the most minimum SAD value point and the second minimum SAD point or between the most minimum SAD value point and the third minimum SAD point In third step, after finding the smallest SAD value between two SAD values on 1/2 pixel unit, the final optimized point is between the most minimum SAD value and the result value of the third step, in 1/2 pixel unit i.e., 1/4 pixel unit in totally. The conventional TSS method needs an eight.. search points in the sub-pixel steps in 1/2 pixel unit and also an eight search points in 1/4 pixel, to detect the optimal point. However, in proposed algorithm, only total five search points are needed. In the result. 23 % improvement of processing speed is obtained.

  • In this paper we derive an integral formula on an (n + 1)-dimensional, compact, minimal contact CR-submanifold M of (n - 1) contact CR-dimension immersed in a unit (2m+1)-sphere $S^{2m+1}$. Using this integral formula, we give a sufficient condition concerning with the scalar curvature of M in order that such a submanifold M is to be a generalized Clifford torus.
