A study on the Dynamic Updating with EJB Component of SOFA/DCUP using Channeling (채널링을 이용한 SOFA/DCUP의 EJB컴포넌트 동적 업데이팅 연구)

  • 현재의 소프트웨어 개발 환경과 네트워킹 기술의 발전은 엔터프라이즈 소프트웨어 개발 등에서 소프트웨어 위기론과 함께, 객체 지향식 개발 방법의 한계를 드러냈으며 , 이에 새로운 소프트웨어 개발론인 CBD(Component Based Development 컴포넌트 기반개발)기술이 전 세계적으로 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 특히 네트워크 기반의 EJB에서의 컴포넌트형 소프트웨어 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. EJB로 만들어진 소프트웨어는 뛰어난 확장성과 트랜잭션을 보장하며, 멀티유저 환경에서도 그 보안성을 인정받고 있다. 최근에는 실시간으로 이루어지는 인터넷 및 인트라넷에서 EJB의 런타임 유지의 중요성이 부각되고 있지만 런타임을 유지하는 동안 컴포넌트의 동적 업데이트, 수정, 및 삭제에 대한 지원이 미미한 상태이다 SOFA/DCUP는 SOFA(Software Appliances)형의 아키텍처를 활용한 DCUP(Dynamic Component Updating). 즉 동적업데이팅이 이루어지는 구조이다 동적업데이트를 할 수는 강력한 장점이 있지만, 이런 구조는 항상 SOFA형의 컴포넌트만 가능하기 때문에, 이종의 컴포넌트를 조립하는데 있어서 무리가 있으며, EJB구조에 직접적인 적용에 어려움이 존재한다. 이에 대해 본 논문은 채널을 이용하여, SOFA/DCUP기반의 컴포넌트 조립 방법을 EJB에서 런타임시에도 컴포넌트의 동적 업데이트, 수정 및 삭제가 가능하도록 연구하였으며. 이종의 컴포넌트 역시 좀더 용이하게 조립할 수 있게 되었다.

Brake Squeal Noise Due to Disk Run-out (디스크 런아웃에 기인한 브레이크 스퀼소음)

  • This paper deals with a cause analysis of a squeal noise in a brake system. It has been proved that the squeal noise is influenced by the angular misalignment of a disk, disk run-out, with the previously experimental study. In this study, a cause of the noise is examined by using FE analysis program(SAMCEF) and numerical analyses with a derived analytical equation of the disk based on the experimental results. The FE analyses and numerical results show that the squeal noise is due to the disk run-out as the experimental results and the frequency component of the noise equals to that of a disk's bending mode arising from the Hopf bifurcation.

  • In this study, we measured cylindricity and Runout of the air bearing spindle, and tested PCB(printed circuit boards) drilling with 0.4mm micro drill at 90,000rpm and 110,000rpm in order to obtain drilling hole error. Results are as follows; The air bearing spindle's Runout was not so high within $10\mu{m}$ from 20,000rpm to 80,000rpm but it grew after 80,000rpm. Drilling hole size error was 9% at 80,000rpm and 12% at 110,000rpm because of spindle's Run out. Drilled hole shape falsified more 110,000rpm than 90,000rpm.

  • Mold-manufacturing process consists of machining and finishing process that are strongly related in each other. But there are few studies about mold-manufacturing process to control those two processes simultaneously. Especially, runout distorts the machined surface from expected so it changes the finishing process and mold-manufacturing time. In this work, basic analyses and experiments were carried out to study RVAS variation according to runout in HSM. To perform those analyses, firstly surface generation analysis was done including runout in ball end milling and then the RVAS that could relate machining and finishing process was proposed. And the optimal finishing process in HSM according to RVAS was also proposed. Through experiment runout occurrence and above analyses were verified.

  • Brake judder of an automotive vehicle is defined as an abnormal vibration of low frequency during braking. Under the assumption that judder occurs due to disc run-out and is a resonance phenomenon with a specific parts of the automobile, computational simulations using SAMCEF software were performed in this paper. The results show that the stabilizer of the car is a possible part which makes the judder vibration due to resonance. And initial braking velocity, the magnitude of run-out, and the friction coefficient between disk and pad are the influential factors to the brake judder.

  • 본 논문은 환경의 변화에 적응하여 지속적으로 서비스들의 협업을 지원하기 위한 통합 시스템으로 커뮤니티 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 커뮤니티라는 메타포를 사용하여 추상화된 레벨로 협업 모델을 정의하고 이를 런타임에 해석하여 물리적 환경의 실질적인 서비스들간의 실행 모델로 전환한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 서비스들의 협업과 사용자의 인터랙션을 관리하는 커뮤니티 매니저(CM)와 서비스들의 협업모델을 실행 환경으로 매핑시키는 커뮤니티 프레임워크(CF) 그리고 CM 과 CF 에게 통합된 컨텍스트를 제공해 주는 시츄에이션 매니저(SM)로 구성되어 있다. 이 시스템에서 추상화된 협업 모델은 런타임에 물리적 공간으로 매핑되므로, 동적으로 실행 환경과 사용자의 특성을 인식하고 그에 맞는 협업 목표와 협업 대상을 변경시켜 실행 환경에 맞게 재구성 되는 것이 가능하다. 따라서 제안된 시스템을 통해 특정 환경에 고유하게 구축되던 시스템의 개발 비용에 대한 부담을 절감시키는 효과를 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Spindle Run-out Effects on Cutter Mark and Surface Roughness (주축 런아웃이 절삭흔과 표면거칠기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The radial error motion of a machine tool cutter/spindle system is critical to the dimensional accuracy of the parts to be machined. This paper presents an investigation into spindle run-out effects on cutting mark and surface roughness. We experimented the effects of spindle run-out on surface roughness in flat-end milling by cutting AL 7075 workpiece in various cutting conditions. In order to analyze the effects of run-out on the surface roughness, the spindle's radial error motions was measured by mounting a sphere target onto the spindle as a reference. From the experimental results, it was found that spindle un-out makes a directive effects on surface roughness in flat-end milling.

  • The quality of products is depend on the performance of machine and machining conditions. In this study the runout of spindel is selected as a parameter through which we could appreciate the workability of machine and the quality of products. Throigh the runout of high speed machining center on freeload machining, the revolution accuracy and the characteristics in connection with spindle speed are evaluated. It was experimented flat and ball end milling for estimating machine accuracy and workability by measuring spindel runout. In end, This paper shows the effects of runout on surface roughness through analysis of runout and roughness profiles.

  • In this work, the surface integrity smoothened with a ball end mill was investigated. Because surface integrity mainly affects the manual finishing process, $RV_{AM}$(Remaining Volume After Machining) was introduced, and it gives the relation between machining process and finishing process. Runout and phase shift which adversely affect surface integrity were considered in the generation of surface topography. Cutting points in ball end milling were identified with positional vectors and a set of vectors which have the minimum height in unit area was selected for the generation of surface and $RV_{AM}$. $RV_{AM}$ variation according to runout and phase shift was calculated and experimentally verified in proposed HSM conditions for mold machining. From the simulations and the experiments, a desirable High Speed Machining condition was suggested.

  • The mixing characteristics of pylon injection in a Scramjet combustor and effects of film cooling to protect pylon from air-heating. Three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations with $k-{\omega}$ SST turbulence model were used. Fuel hydrogen and air were considered as coolants. There were remarkable improvements of penetration and mixing rate with the pylon injection. There also over-heating on the front surface of pylon without film cooling. The coolant injected parallel to the front surface of the pylon protect the pylon from over-heating.
