It is an object of the present paper to investigate a electrochemical properties of Mg-based sacrificial anodes and the effect of calcium added from calcium chloride into magnesium on the melt protection during the melting. Electrochemical data will be correlated with processing control variables, and the microstructural change by the addition of CaCl2. Small addition of calcium into magnesium from CaCl2 imparts beneficial effect in electrochemical properties of Mg alloys, primarily, through microstructural modifications. In addition, the protection effect of the melts surface of Ca with low melting point modification is obtained by adding Ca not more than 0.6%.

The effect of cathodic protection by the sacrificial anode attached to condenser waterbox of power plant was investigated using numerical analysis. The condenser is consisted of various materials. So in case of no protection, the serious galvanic corrosion between waterbox and tubesheet was observed. If sacrificial anodes were attached to the wall of waterbox or the area corroded galvanically, the large protection effect was showed. To demonstrate the validity of numerical analysis results, model test was executed. The numerical solution was consistent with the experimental vague well.

알루미늄(Al)은 노출 환경 중 치밀한 산화 또는 수산화 보호성 피막을 생성하여 강재를 부식환경으로부터 차단하는 역할을 한다. 또한 그 피막이 열화 또는 파괴되어 모재인 철이 노출되는 경우 철을 대신하여 희생양극으로 작용함으로써, 철의 부식을 지연시키는 역할을 한다. 한편, 마그네슘(Mg)은 매우 활성인 금속으로 우수한 희생양극 역할을 수행하나, 높은 활성에 의하여 자체 소모가 크기 때문에 단독으로 사용하기는 어렵다. 따라서 강재 표면에 알루미늄과 마그네슘을 다층으로 표면처리하게 될 경우 상기에서 언급한 보호적 특성과 희생양극적 성능에 의한 내식성 향상을 기대 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서는 진공증착을 이용하여 강재에 두께 비에 따라 Al-Mg계 코팅막을 제작하여 내식성을 비교-분석하였다.

Aluminum metal process in surface micromachining enables to fabricate Al electrodes or Al structures, which improve electrical characteristics by reducing contact- and line-resistance or makes the whole process to be simple by using oxide as sacrificial layer. However, it is not possible to use conventional sacrificial layer etching process, because HF solution attacks aluminum as well as sacrificial oxide. The mixed solution of BHF and glycerine as an alternative shows the adequate properties to meet with this end. The exact etching properties, however, are sensitively depends on the geometry of the released structure, because the most etching process of sacrificial layer proceeds to the lateral direction in narrow space. Also, the surface roughness of aluminum affects to the etching characteristics. This paper reports experimental results on the effect of microstructure and surface roughness of aluminum to the etching properties. Considering these effects, we propose the optimized etching condition, which can be used practically for the fabrication of aluminum electrodes and microstructures by using standard surface micromachining process without modification or additional process.

Gut (Shaman ritual) in the west coast area is consisted to sanyang-geori (hunting), tasal-geori, gunwoong-geori those describe from hunting process to preparing animal sacrifices to a deity. The characteristic of gut in the west coast area which are represented for mock hunting and animal sacrifice ritual is practicing at the sibamasturi in Japan. This paper aims to compare a shaman ritual in west coast area in Korea and Japanese Sibamasturi from the comparative folklore point of view. Gut in the west coast area is well known for dividing sacrificial offering: vegetable for sinryeong and meat for singyeong. This division of spiritual deity shows it has different background from agriculture and hunting culture. Hwanghae-do gut has been formed under the various life environments. Therefore, each stage is conducted according to the purpose of the ritual. Sanyang-geori (hunting) represents the scene of hunting in the mountain and by catching live animals and it refers to Gunwoonsin, and will be offered. Animal sacrifice is a positive ritual which get rid of bad luck and pleased deity. Sibamasturi is practiced in mountain area where most of people involve in hunting and agriculture. Therefore, this area has both agricultural ritual and hunting ritual. Sibamasturi is practiced in January (lunar) and it also has meaning of beginning of agriculture and hunting in mountain area. Ground burnt off for cultivation way symbolizesfire ritual and mock hunting as well as animal sacrifice together. These rituals match to farmers of mountain area in the south-east Asia. The gut in the west coast area and Japanese Sibamasturi have common point that mock hunting and animal sacrifice are practiced at both rituals, however, the structure for these two ritual are different. In other word, there animal sacrifice has been formed with different cultural back ground.

This study was carried out to empirically analyze the hypothesis that the impact of the welfare status on the welfare attitudes is moderated by each individual's level of confidence in government. To do this, this study focused on the welfare status known as the significant predictors of welfare attitudes and measured the welfare status as a gap between 'welfare contribute' and 'welfare benefit' in a single dimension, which is defined as 'material sacrifice'. Also, this study examined the main effect of material sacrifice and trust in government on the welfare attitudes and moderating effect of trust in government on relationship between material sacrifice and welfare attitudes. This study was performed with secondary data from 8th year of "2013 Korea Welfare Panel Study". Hypothesis of this study were verified using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study are summarized as follow. 'Material sacrifice' was found to be negatively associated with the welfare attitudes. However, as the confidence in which social policies will be carried out competently by government increases, it was confirmed that the negative effect of material sacrifice on the welfare attitudes was moderated. It suggests that self-material interests associated with welfare could be moderated by beliefs and expectations about the government's functions, which means that expanding the reliance on the social policy is an important task in order to lead a social consensus for the welfare expansion.

본 연구의 목적은 항공사 객실승무원의 직무착근도의 세부구성요인인 적합성(fit), 희생성(sacrifice)및 연계성(links)요인이 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 한 결과, 직무착근도의 세부구성요인인 적합성, 희생성 및 연계성요인 모두가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 강한 긍정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 이직의도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다.
