The purpose of this study was to examine relation of awareness and education requirement of the 4th industrial revolution in health care students in attempt to provide basic data of determining the principle and education plan. The subject of study were 280 students of health department of H university in Gwangju and analyzed by gender and grade. The female students were positive awareness of the 4th industrial revolution and the level of influence on the major field was highest in lower grade students. The level of negative factors such as generation gap(p<0.05), gap between rich and poor (p<0.01), personal information infringement(p<0.05), decrease in existing jobs(p<0.05), and abuse of artificial intelligence(p<0.05) was highest in male students. In prepration for the 4th industrial revolution, education on bio and medical device(22.2%) was the most desired. The higher positive awareness, the higher educational demand(p<0.001). It is necessary to develop programs and various education to increase positive factors such as the creation of new jobs and improve the quality of life in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

The study looked at the current status and satisfaction level of 224 students studying in beauty related departments at universities in Seoul, Chungcheong and Honam regions. As a result, China (77.7 percent) had the largest number of countries subject to the survey. 50.5 percent of the respondents chose to study abroad to learn the excellence of Korean beauty technology, and 40.3 percent said they would like to work in their own country after graduation. The higher the satisfaction level of education courses and working classes, the higher the use of practical equipment, the counseling rate with the academic advisor, and the higher the satisfaction level of university life was. As a result of this, for students we should develop a curriculum to improve their satisfaction in university life, support the mentor mentee program, and expand the scholarship support system.

Demands on customized educational programs for female students in college of engineering in university level make this study be launched and conducted. Literature reviews related to educational environments, psychological mechanism of female students and current status of conventional educational programs for them were provided. The related survey with 97 students in a university in Incheon was also conducted. Various statistical methods based on SPSS Window's 15.0 version were adopted and applied to analyze data which were collected through the survey. The result of data analysis addressed that female students appeared higher interests in gender recognition than male students do. This result was also proved by statistical analysis. Additional differential findings based on statistical analysis were gender roles and leaderships in classes, employment to the field of specialization and so on.

The purpose of this study is to suggest ways to improve the competence and performance of teenage creators through the behavioral comparison. With the recent growth of video streaming services, the number of teenage creators is rapidly increasing. However, research on the video production behavior of teenagers is still limited. Therefore, in this study, we examined the video production behaviors of teenagers and assessed difficulties in each step. This study was conducted with the case study and the empirical study which interviewed the enthusiasts group and the creators group. Experimental results indicated that the editing stage was the most important but the lowest in both groups. In particular, the interest group had a greater burden on the editorial stage than the creator group. Therefore, in order to encourage teenage video production activities, it will be necessary to train them in editing programs or provide easy editing functions.

The purpose of this survey was to examine the trend, purpose, and overall needs on the use of music by the baby boomer generation. On 87 participants aged from 57 to 66 living in five cities of Korea, online and offline surveys were conducted. As a result, first, the baby boomer generation mostly listened to popular music on their mobile phones when taking a rest alone, and it has been confirmed that the purpose of music use was for happiness, hobby, confidence, and fulfillment in order. Second, there was shown that the baby boomer generation hope to do singing and lyric-discussion in a club setting. Third, for the purpose of music use according to genders, there was found that female participants more significantly focused on volunteering than male. It is meaningful that this study could provide basic data to develop music programs considering characteristics of the baby boomer generation.

This study was aimed at adult students majoring in the healthcare field to hear stories about life and leisure following work and study at the same time. To this end, four adult students were asked to describe their current life and leisure, positive and negative aspects of their leisure, and future life and leisure, along with interviews, focusing on the daily content they felt during the course of work and study. Afterwards, the technical contents were mutually reinforced with the interview contents and described in the form of self-recording. The decrease in leisure time in adult students' work and study balance inevitably reduces the quality of life. However, each of them was making an effort not to lose the balance between the purpose of their studies and their leisure time. A student's work-study balance is a choice and process for balancing life and leisure, and the joys and sorrows in the process are thought to be the value and hope of life.

Individuals majoring in Library and Information Science (LIS) typically find employment in the library sector, such as working as librarians, university librarians, and in public libraries. Recent advancements in information technology and shifts in work outlooks have broadened the professional opportunities for students majoring in LIS in several sectors. Research on career exploration varies based on the university major or occupation. This paper suggests a methodology for conducting surveys and analyzing data efficiently to support ongoing career exploration for students majoring in LIS. It also examines the findings of a career exploration survey conducted among LIS majors. The survey findings indicate that individuals majoring in LIS are adapting their salary expectations and priorities in alignment with societal shifts, showing a preference for diverse career opportunities outside traditional librarian roles. Effective support and ongoing research are essential for the career development of LIS majors in this environment.

This study grasped the problem by examining the consciousness of professors about the e-Learning and reached a conclusion as follows. The understanding of the e-Learning in university should be reconsidered and diffused. To activate the e-Learning in university, the education system corresponding to course of the coming education should be introduced by hold the seminar and workshop periodically and establish vision and middle-short range policy for the e-Learning. Also, university should manage by characterizing a web-based class with the major for a learner hoping to take a cyber education course and propel contents development and interchange with a foreign university by concluding a convention for taking lectures having competitive power of an advanced country to make a worldwide university.

중등 지구과학교과서와 대학 교재에서 학습하는 광물과 암석 이름은 대부분 영어, 한자, 일본어에서 도입한 용어이다. 이 용어에 대한 어원과 말뜻에 대한 분석이나 연구가 되지 않은 상태에서 바로 사용해왔기 때문에 지질학 초보자들이 학습하기에 아주 어렵다. 광물과 암석이름의 어원과 말뜻을 잘 알지 못하고 단순히 외우거나 학술적인 이름이나 의미만을 생각하고 사용하고 있으며, 한 광물이나 암석에 대하여 여러 가지 이름을 사용하기도 한다. 심지어 전혀 엉뚱한 암석 이름이 대중 사이에서 사용되고 있지만 이를 통제하지도 못하고 그 명칭이 틀렸다는 것도 모르고 있다. 예를 들면 영어로 Shale을 중등 교과서와 대학 교재에서 영어 발음을 따라 한국어로 셰일이라고 표기하지만 중국과 일본에서는 혈암(頁岩)으로 표기한다. 우리나라의 대중 매체의 인터넷 사전과 대중들이 사용하는 용어는 중국어 혈암(頁岩)을 공공연하게 '혈암'으로 표기하고 있다. '혈(頁)'을 한자 사전에서 찾아보면 '머리 혈'과 '책 면 엽'으로 정리되어 있다. 그러면 셰일의 암석학적 특징으로 볼 때 혈암이라고 해야 하나? 엽암이라고 해야 하나? 과학과의 다른 분야에서는 어려운 한자를 쉬운 한글로 표준화하는 연구와 실행을 꾸준히 진행해오고 있다. 생물의 경우 생물의 어려운 학명을 이미 쉬운 한글로 표준화했으며, 그 학명이 학생과 대중들에게 널리 알려져 있다. 지구과학의 교과서 문장에 나오는 단어와 전문용어가 한자를 한글로 표기한 경우가 많은데 이 단어들을 하루 속히 한글로 표준화하여 전문가들이 먼저 사용하는 동시에 학생과 대중들에게 알려 주어야 한다. 이렇게 되면 지구과학의 내용보다 용어가 어렵다는 인식을 바꾸어 줄 것이고 지구과학을 전공하고자 하는 학생들에게 희망과 용기를 줄 것이다. 그 일환으로 광물과 암석 이름의 어원을 조사해 보고 한글 표준화의 가능성을 타진해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze employment preparation behavior, career decision making self efficacy, and career identity by the subjects' general characteristics, and determine the relationship among them. The survey was conducted to 243 dental hygiene students in college located in South Korea, analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. There was significant difference of employment preparation behaviors between male and female. Career decision making self efficacy was higher with increasing age and their credit, but showed the opposite trend in expected salary. Career identity was related to credit and the satisfaction in major, students dissatisfied with major recorded higher sense of career identity. The result of multiple linear regression showed the career decision making self efficacy affect the employment preparation behavior, the explanatory power was about 20%. It will be necessary encourage the students social advance in many different fields, research to improve the relationship between career decision making self efficacy and satisfaction in major of dental hygiene students.
