Thermal Efficiency Analysis of the Conical Solar Concentrator According to the Black Coating of Absorber (흡수기 도색 여부에 따른 원추형 집광기 집열효율 분석)

  • 본 연구에서 원추형 태양열 집광기의 흡수관 표면의 흑색 도색 여부에 따른 효율분석을 수행하였다. 원추형 집광기 시스템은 열 손실 최소화 및 집광비가 우수한 $45^{\circ}$의 원추각을 갖는 원추형 집광기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 원추형 태양열 집광시스템은 열매체 축열을 위한 온도센서가 내장된 축열조와 태양에너지를 집열시키는 원추형 집광기, 유량측정을 위한 유량계, 열매체의 강제순환을 위한 펌프로 구성되어있다. 또한 지속적인 태양추적을 위해 2축 태양 추적 장치를 설치하였다. 흡수관은 원추형 집광기의 중심부에 설비되었으며, 열매체의 순환을 위해 이중 열교환기 구조로 제작되었다. 흡수관의 길이는 열 손실을 최소화하기 위하여 집광기의 높이와 동일하게 설계하였다. 원추형 집광시스템의 작동유체인 물은 펌프에 의해 흡수관과 축열조를 강제순환 하게되고, 용량이 70L인 축열조에 흡수관으로부터 흡수된 태양 복사열이 저장된다. 원추형 집광시스템의 성능실험은 청명한 날 유량 2L/min, 4L/min, 6L/min에 대해 수행되었으며, 집열효율을 계산하여 비교 및 분석하였다. 흑색으로 도색된 흡수기를 부착한 원추형 집광시스템의 집열효율은 82.25%로 나타났으며, 무 도색 흡수관을 갖는 원추형 집광시스템은 73.26%의 집열효율을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 흡수관 표면의 흑색 도색이 원추형 집광시스템의 집열효율에 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • The most important thing for driver's safety on the road is equipment of crash cushion as a vehicle protection safety facility. But development of crash cushion is defective because there's no rational and reality way of design. And also without an alternative plan, it rely on crash test hereby it suffers a great economic loss and wastes time. This study that uses data of cash test proves the suitability of single degree of freedom which considers the safety of passengers about three-dimensional complicated Crash Analysis. As the study analyzes the conduct of crash cushion, it want to develop the effective method of design on Single Degree of Freedom Crash Cushion. And it presents the way of crash cushion design through making a crash analysis model with single degree of freedom. To verify the validness of the crash cushion plan, with single degree of freedom plan, we make the level CC2 crash cushion and execute the crash test. A performance test brings satisfied result and a plan of single degree of freedom crash cushion is proven as an one of the way to be a good system which can design crash cushion.

The Effect of Absorbing Hot Write References on FTLs for Flash Storage Supporting High Data Integrity (데이터 무결성을 보장하는 플래시 저장 장치에서 잦은 쓰기 참조 흡수가 플래시 변환 계층에 미치는 영향)

  • Flash storages are prevalent as portable storage in computing systems. When we consider the detachability of Flash storage devices, data integrity becomes an important issue. To assure extreme data integrity, file systems synchronously write all file data to storage accompanying hot write references. In this study, we concentrate on the effect of hot write references on Flash storage, and we consider the effect of absorbing the hot write references via nonvolatile write cache on the performance of the FTL schemes in Flash storage. In 80 doing, we quantify the performance of typical FTL schemes for workloads that contain hot write references through a wide range of experiments on a real system environment. Through the results, we conclude that the impact of the underlying FTL schemes on the performance of Flash storage is dramatically reduced by absorbing the hot write references via nonvolatile write cache.

  • A variety of retrofit material such as CFRP, GFRP, and PolyUrea have been developed for strengthening RC structures and infrastructures. From previously reported research results, the capacity of strengthened concrete structures was dictated by the behavior of the interface between retrofit material and concrete. In this study, bond-shear test was carried out to estimate the bond behavior between retrofit material and concrete using a newly developed test grip. The test results of load and slip relation and energy absorption capacity of each retrofit material were obtained. These test results will provide basic information for retrofit material selection to achieve target retrofit performance.

  • This research intends to understand the impact of super-absorbent polymer (SAP) as an internal curing agent in Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC). Two different types of SAPs of acrylic acid (SAP_AA) and acrylic acid-co-acrylamide (SAP_AM) were examined with UHPC formulation. Isothermal calorimetry and x-ray diffraction experiments revealed the impact of polymers with the different chemical bonds on cement hydration. To test its feasibility as a shrinkage reducing admixture for UHPC, a series of experiments including flowability, compressive strength, rapid chloride permeability and autogenous shrinkage profile was performed. While both SAPs showed a reduction in autogenous shrinkage, it has been concluded that the SAP size and chemical form significantly affect the performance as an internal curing agent in UHPC by controlling cement hydration and porosity modification. Between the tested SAPs, SAP_AM which absorbs more water in UHPC than SAP_AA, shows better mechanical and durability performance.

  • Separation of $SO_2$ from the flue gases of fossil fuel power plants are important issue because of its strong environmental impact. Industrially, $SO_2$ is being removed with a slurry of limestone, lime or aqueous caustic soda. However, these scrubbing processes possess several drawbacks such as the generation of huge amount of wastewater and the production of metal salts. Recently, ionic liquids have gained increasing interest as an absorbent for acid gas, $CO_2$ and $SO_2$. In this review, we have introduced the recent progress of ionic liquids as a $SO_2$ absorbent.

  • The present study attempted to impregnate alkali metals to amino acid in order to improve $CO_2$ absorption capacity. A used amino acid was glycine, of which pH increased up to about 11 with the addition of alkalies. $CO_2$ absorption capacity of amino acid salts was evaluated in a batch and a continuous process. The absorption capacity appeared in turns as; Sodium Glycinate ${\geq}$ Lithium Glycinate > Potassium Glycinate. Amino acid salts showed lower absolute capacity of $CO_2$ absorption than primary amine (Monoethanolamine) at $20^{\circ}C$. In a continuous absorption with 10% $CO_2$ flow, the increasing the reaction temperature, the increasing rate of absorption for amino and was higher that of than amino absorbent.

  • The influences of Ca and Fe based oxides as dechlorination sorbents on the product distribution, boiling point distribution of liquid product, concentration of Cl of the products from the pyrolysis of PVC containing combustible wastes were investigated. With Fe based oxides as the sorbents, the yield of liquid product remarkably decreased whereas the decrease of the boiling point distribution of the liquid product was not noticeable. This phenomenon indicated that Fe based oxides worked as catalysts with weak catalytic activity. With Ca based oxides as the sorbents, the yield of liquid product did not decrease and the boiling point distribution of liquid product did not change significantly, but the dechlorination performance of these was much better than that with Fe based oxides.

유기박막 태양전지 소재 및 프린팅 기술

  • 2000년대 들어 소재기술의 진보와 함께 혁신적인 성능개선이 이뤄지고 있는 유기박막 태양전지는 가장 신형의 3세대 태양전지로서, 유기 재료의 손쉬운 가공성과 다양성, 낮은 재료비, 그리고 프린팅, 코팅 공정과 같은 값싼 소자 제작공정으로 인해 차세대 저가 태양전지로서 큰 기대를 모으고 있다. 현재 유기박막 태양전지는 단위소자 기준으로 7%대의 광전변환 효율을 달성하고 있는데, 다양한 반도체성 고분자나 단분자 도너 물질에 특히 전자 수용성이 좋은 fullerene(C60)계 억셉터 물질을 채택함으로써 급격히 성능 개선이 이뤄지고 있다. 그러나 상용화를 위해서는 궁극적으로 대면적에서 10% 이상의 성능 수준이 요구되는 바, 유기재료의 낮은 전하 이동도와 짧은 수명을 극복하고 성능을 극대화하기 위해서는 고성능 신규소재의 개발이 필수이다. 태양광 스펙트럼의 장파장 까지 빛흡수가 가능하면서도 광흡수계수가 높은 저밴드갭 도너 물질, 전하 이동도가 획기적으로 개선되고 광 안정성도 높은 신규 소재 개발이 일차적으로 요구되며, 박막 특성 개선과 소자구조의 최적화 등에서도 보다 광범위한 연구개발이 요구되고 있다. 특히 저가의 용액공정에 의한 소자 제작시 박막의 나노-모폴로지 제어는 소자의 성능에 지대한 영향을 미치므로 공정별 한계와 최적조건을 구축하는 것도 매우 긴요하다. 본 발표에서는 당 연구팀을 포함한 국내외 연구그룹들의 최근 유기박막 태양전지 신소재 개발 및 용액공정 기술 현황에 대하여 간략히 살펴보고자 한다.

Effects of Water-Repellent on the Physical Properties of Water Paint (발수제가 수성페인트의 물리적 성능에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is to analyze durability of water-repellent paints mixed with water-repellents as outer surface finishing materials, and evaluate its feasibility. General functions and water-repelling effects were tested, and the feasibility was evaluated based on the test results. The experimental results of heat conduction durability, air permeability, absorption, and bond strength suggested that water-repellent paints mixed with water-repellents were suitable for finishing materials. Considering overall general durability performances, stable mixing ratios were 2, 5, and 8%.
