A Study on Effectiveness of Employee Training Program for HRD in Small and Medium Company (중소기업의 HRD를 위한 종업원 훈련프로그램의 유효성에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines empirically whether appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors enhance the effectiveness of training program for HRD in small and medium companies. The major findings are as follows: The appropriateness of training program, learning organization, and demographic factors of employee has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. The learning organization has a strong positive effect on the effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise. Also effectiveness of training program for human resource development and intent to participate in the training program in small and medium enterprise is different according to demographic factors such as job type(blue collar job, office job, sales job), rank of job position, and the length of service in organization. The significant results of this study is that appropriate design of training program to make employees understand the purpose of education and trying to activate the learning organization can increase the effectiveness of traing program in small and medium enterprise.

  • With the spread of various digital devices, devices have become commonplace in modern society. Moreover, due to the increase in device usage and online learning while staying indoors during the COVID-19 pandemic, symptoms such as an increase in myopia in children due to eye fatigue, an increase in young presbyopia, and dry eye syndrome are increasing, and now people are paying attention to eye health. This is different from before. There are various prescriptions for eye health, but in this paper, we would like to propose a training method for enhancing visual function using VR contents. The analog methods of the existing teaching aids for visual function reinforcement training were planned and produced as digital contents, and VR-based training contents were selected from among the various methods carried out with teaching aids at the visual function training center, which can be made into contents. was developed with In the training process for each content, it was proposed to apply eye tracking to the VR device in order to give the user feedback on their participation in the training so that the management and concentration of the training process could be analyzed.

  • Vertigo refers to a state in which awareness related to the location, posture, movement, etc. of a helicopter is insufficient in space. It is easy to fall into flight illusion when flying in dense fog or night flight, and even if it has a wide field of view, it can be caused by visual causes such as cloud shapes, wind conditions, conditions of ground objects, and sensory causes such as changes in air posture or gravitational acceleration. The design and program of the motion system are studied that applied a six-axis motion system to a conventional commercial flight simulator program for pilot training, depending on the specificity of helicopter flight training that requires perception and sensitivity. Using the motion-based helicopter simulator produced in this study to train pilots, it is expected to have a positive effect in prevent of vertigo, where high performance could not be confirmed in the previously used visual-based simulation training device.

  • This research presented development contents for application of realistic content approach study that can experience T-ball sports used in regular physical education classes at indoor space with screen. The scope of application can be used for ball sports training in virtual reality sports room of elementary and junior high schools. The approach process presents an appropriate approach system for sustainable training education which is to improve T-ball sports training to target users through consultation-based collaboration with sports experts and T-ball leaders, focusing on basic training content of T-ball textbooks. In other words, the training mode was designed to induce immersion in T-ball sports classes and provide natural basic training for students at elementary schools rather than simply experience-based realistic content. The developed training content provided basic attack training according to weekly differentiated curriculum, and the approach process of training mode by difficulty level was presented to allow the user to improve the training by the degree of difficulty. In addition, the match mode approach process that reflects the game rules of T-ball sports was presented. This study can be presented as a reference production case that can be used to improve basic training and physical exercise of ball sports for industries related to development of realistic content.

  • 본 연구에서는 노동력수요동향조사를 위한 새로운 표본설계를 제시하였다. 새로운 표본설계에서는 전국 통계를 산출하기 위한 전국표본과 지역 특성에 맞는 고용정책 및 직업 훈련 계획 수립 등을 위한 지역통계의 수요에 따라 16개 시·도별, 규모별, 산업대분류별로 오차를 관리할 수 있는 지역표본으로 이원화하여 설계하였으며, 규모별, 산업대분류별로 오차를 관리하는 현행 표본조사의 상대표준오차를 검토하여 규모별, 산업중분류별로 합리적인 오차 관리가 가능하도록 설계하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 산업제어시스템 보안을 위한 네트워크 설계 및 구조에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 산업제어시스템을 위한 네트워크 구조 설계에서, 통상적으로 제어 네트워크를 사내 망과 분리하는 것이 권고된다. 그러나 산업제어시스템과 사내망의 연결이 필요한 실제 상황이 발생할 수 있다. 만약 이런 연결이 이루어진다면, 심각한 보안 위험을 유발하기 때문에 설계 및 구현에서 주의가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 산업제어시스템 보안을 위한 네트워크 설계 원칙 및 네트워크 구조와 방화벽의 사용, DMZ의 생성, 효과적인 보안 정책을 갖춘 침입탐지 능력, 훈련 프로그램과 사고 대응 메커니즘을 포함하는 심층-방어 보안 구조에 대하여 소개하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 발성장애아동을 대상으로 시각적 효과를 이용하여 발성치료 및 교육을 위한 도구 개발을 목적으로 한다. 따라서 특수아동의 발성장애에 대한 특성을 고려하여 그에 적합한 반복학습이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한 GUI와 게임적 요소를 가미하여 발성에 대한 아동의 흥미유발과 자발적 학습이 가능하도록 하였다.

  • This report summarized the static test of the rudder system for the KTX-1 basic trainer. The test loads are applied up to the limit and ultimate loads in a stepping sequence. Test loads and test results matt the strength and stiffness requirements of the rudder control system.. Using #004 full scale structure test airframe.

  • Cyber defense exercise should require training on the latest cyber attacks and have a similar process to defense cyber attacks. In addition, it is also important to train on cyber resilience that can perform normal tasks or support equivalent tasks regardless of cyber attacks. In this paper, we proposed and developed a cyber range that can strengthen the elements of cyber resilience by performing cyber defense exercise in real time based on the cyber crisis alert issued when a cyber attack occurs in Korea. When BLUE, YELLOW, ORANGE, and RED warnings are issued according to the cyber crisis, our system performs proactive response, real time response, and post response according to the alarm. It can improve trainee's capability to respond to cyber threats by performing cyber defense exercise in a cyber crisis environment similar to the actual situation of Korea.

  • 시뮬레이션을 이용한 위게임 체계는 실 기동훈련체계를 효과적으로 보완할 수 있는 육군의 부대훈련체계로서 정착되어 있으며, 이를 위하여 실시간에 전장상황을 처리하고 필요시 진행시간 조정, 상황 재현 등의 임의 통제가 가능한 워게임 모델 개발에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다기능, 다제대 동시훈련이 가능한 분산형 워게임 시뮬레이션 모델 개발을 수행한 내용으로, 연대전투모델에서 분산 처리가 가능한 분야를 도출하고, 이를 실시간 처리 기준에 맞도록 모델링에서 분산 처리가 가능한 분야를 도출하고, 이를 실시간 처리 기준에 맞도록 모델링에 반영하였다. 분산 워게임 모델 구현을 위하여 실시간 분산객체 기술의 한 분야인 TMO(Time Triggered Message Triggered Object) 모델을 기반으로 nstks처리 모델을 설계하였고, 논문에서는 현재까지 분산형 워게임 모델 개발에 대한 연구 결과와 향후 연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
