DNN error is small compared to the conventional speech recognition system, DNN is difficult to parallel training, often the amount of calculations, and requires a large amount of data obtained. In this paper, we generate a phoneme unit to estimate the GMM parameters with each phoneme model parameters from the GMM to solve the problem efficiently. And it suggests ways to improve performance through clustering for a specific vocabulary to effectively apply them. To this end, using three types of word speech database was to have a DB build vocabulary model, the noise processing to extract feature with Warner filters were used in the speech recognition experiments. Results using the proposed method showed a 97.9% recognition rate in speech recognition. In this paper, additional studies are needed to improve the problems of improved over fitting.

This study is purposed to analyze how the utilization of rehabilitation services and the desire for service utilization changes with time, to explain the factors affecting service needs and to suggest direction of policy improvement for injured workers. Using the Workers' Compensation Insurance Panel Data ver.1~3, this study analyzed 5,004 observations. Panel regression analysis was performed using STATA to examine changes over time. Two key findings were made: first, the factors influencing the degree of need for rehabilitation services were age, educational period, ability on job performance, community service experience, re-employment and unemployment; second, the significant factors influencing the degree of need for rehabilitation services according to time were age, education period, unemployment, ability on job performance, and experience in using community services. That results were different from the previous cross-section analysis. These findings indicate that it is necessary to check and adjust the initial intervention contents after the end of the period of care on a timely base.

In most countries, the national archives and universities operate educational programs and training courses for present and future records managers and archivists. In Korea, records management and archival training has been provided by the National Archives of Korea(NAK) and multiple graduate programs in archival studies. Records management and archival training programs in the NAK affect directly on the quality of the records and archives management in the public agencies and further on the records and archives management in general. In this paper, I presented a general overview of the records management and archival training programs in the NAK which focus on continuing professional education for the records managers in the public agencies. While presenting some key issues in the training programs, I also suggested some solutions and alternatives for the improvement and expansion of the training programs of the NAK. I suggested an expansion and diversification of the scope and contents of the training programs which would include training of records creators in the public sector and records managers and archivists in the private sector.

According to the development of information technology, the paradigm of the archives is shifting from preservation management of past records to use-oriented services. In this regard, this study is conducted an empirical study on the effect of internal marketing factors of university archives on the customer orientation of employees in order to improve organizational satisfaction for users of records information service. Based on the previous research, the delegation of authority, internal communication, management support, and training are established as factors of internal marketing, and the parameters for this are job satisfaction, organizational commitment, customer orientation as dependent variables, and We set up hypothesis between research variables and attempted an analysis through statistical system. In summary, each element of internal marketing showed significant results on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and management support was most closely related to job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and customer orientation of university archive staff.

In line with the transformation of the shipping industry, the number of mixed-manning ships is on the rise - bringing foreign sailors aboard with their local sailors. During on-board work, a culture is formed according to mixed-manning, which leads to changes in on-board living environment. This causes various problems such as communication problems, and lack of education and training. In order to identify and solve problems caused by mixed-manning, this study presented a plan for systematic education of foreign seafarers. The officials in charge of the affairs of foreign sailors conducted questionnaire surveys at various shipping lines. The questionnaire survey results were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 program. Three improvement measures were proposed to solve the problems after identification of the types of education, education methods, and problems of foreign employees. This study revealed that it is imperative to systematize related education of foreign seafarers based on the results of the survey.

FsGr model, which has been proposed recently, is an approach of accelerometer-based gesture recognition by applying DTW algorithm in two steps, which improved recognition success rate. In FsGr model, sets of similar gestures will be produced through training phase, in order to define the notion of a set of similar gestures. At the 1st attempt of gesture recognition, if the result turns out to belong to a set of similar gestures, it makes the 2nd recognition attempt to feature-strengthened parts extracted from the set of similar gestures. However, since a same gesture show drastically different characteristics according to physical traits such as body size, age, and sex, FsGr model may not be good enough to apply to multi-user environments. In this paper, we propose FsGrM model that extends FsGr model for multi-user environment and present a program which controls channel and volume of smart TV using FsGrM model.

This thesis grasped problems by examining the current status of disaster response system repeated during the disaster according to the changes of social environment and suggested current status of disaster response system and developmental measures through the investigation of the awareness of fire-fighting officer. On disaster site, close cooperation system of disaster safety measure headquarter and urgent rescue controlling association must be formed and range and time of the action must be accurately improved so as not to cause duplication of rights for orders. Also, systematic education and training system must be established so as to strengthen disaster site reaction capability and manpower and equipment for it must be increased. Finally, detailed measures for improving initial reaction capability during the disaster, such as tactic development, reaction plan establishment, etc, are requested.

In this study, the perceptions were surveyed fire risk and flash flames concerning the firefighters. The results were statistically evaluated according to age, experience and rank. More than 70% of the respondents answered that there is a possibility of unexpected flame exposure in the field of fire, but there was no recognition difference according to age, experience and rank. However, if there is an emergency situation in the field of fire, the survey on the ability to cope with crises showed that there is a difference in perception depending on the age, career, and rank of respondents. From these results, it is expected that strengthening simulation training of unexpected situation will be more urgently required in the future, and measures should be taken to minimize human accidents through improvement of standard operation procedures or supplement of fire suppression education according to unexpected situation.

Detection and classification of underwater targets is an important issue for both military and non-military purposes. Recently, many performance improvements are being reported in the field of pattern recognition with the development of deep learning technology. Among the results, DBN showed good performance when used for pre-training of DNN. In this paper, DBN was used for the classification of underwater targets using active sonar, and the results are compared with that of the conventional BPNN. We synthesized active sonar target signals using 3-dimensional highlight model. Then, features were extracted based on FrFT. In the single aspect based experiment, the classification result using DBN was improved about 3.83% compared with the BPNN. In the case of multi-aspect based experiment, a performance of 95% or more is obtained when the number of observation sequence exceeds three.

In injection molding process, the appearance quality issue occurs in most injection molded article. One of thermal designs for the mold was performed by increasing the cavity wall temperature with being as uniform as possible in any position. On the basis of the practical evaluation, the cavity wall temperature and finishing machined cavity surface under the optimum processing conditions are the most significant factors to avoid the appearance issue on the plastic part for a good cosmetic quality. Also, the wrong choice of gate type and location can have a considerable effect on the quality of a molded part and it's so important to keep the correct runner balance from each cavity. We've proposed the education training model of the practical tool technology course for the field oriented education to improve practical tool technology ability and optimized tooling design for injection molding quality which can be performed at the workplace substantially.
