Locally and abroad, people's anxiety is now at a high due to CBRNE accidents. The accidents occur by various causes, and the scale of disaster could be enlarged. In this study, we focused on CBRNE education training program as a way of reducting damage of CBRNE accidents which could harm unspecified individuals and drew a parallel by a comparative analysis about CBRNE educational programs of domestic institutions.

In a study on effect of service education and training for tour conductors upon customer orientation and satisfaction it was shown that in view of insufficient service of education and training for tour conductors and increased number of population travelling by utilizing travel firms and their call for satisfying diverse demand there is need for customer oriented tour conductors to induce customer satisfaction through diverse role playing by tour conductors. It was indicated that such efforts lead to customer satisfaction and also has impact on improving image of company and on creating new customer. In view of such factors there is need for well planned, persistent education and training for service to heighten satisfaction of customer through well organized operation of service education and training program for tour conductors and through its continuous practice and experience.

To efficiently provide cloud computing services to users over the Internet, IT resources must be configured in the data center based on virtualization and distributed computing technology. This paper focuses specifically on the problem that new training data can be added at any time in a wide range of fields, and new attributes can be added to training data at any time. In such a case, rule generated by the training data with the former attribute set can not be used. Moreover, the rule can not be combined with the new data set(with the newly added attributes). This paper proposes further development of the new inference engine that can handle the above case naturally. Rule generated from former data set can be combined with the new data set to form the refined rule.

본 논문은 신경 회로망을 이용하여, 전화망 대역의 음성, 즉, narrowband 음성에서 wideband 음성을 복원하고자 했다. BP 알고리즘을 사용하는 기존의 신경 회로망의 경우에는 음성과 같이 복잡하고 크기가 큰 훈련데이터에 대해서는 훈련이 제대로 되지 않는 단점이 있다. 그러므로 븐 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 입력으로 들어온 LPC 켑스트럼 벡터를 k-means 알고리즘을 이용하여 미리 정한 개수의 cluster로 나눈 다음, 각각의 cluster에 대해 독립적인 신경 회로망을 적용했다 이로 인해 각각의 신경 회로망은 제한되고 서로 상관관계가 많은 음성들만 훈련하면 되므로, 기존의 신경 회로망에서 생기는 훈련의 정체를 개선할 수 있었다. 또 clustering 과정에서 생기는 오류를 보완하기 위해 후보신경 로망들의 출력에 fuzzy 개념을 적용해서 최종 출력을 내도록 했다 실험 결과에서, 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 codebook mapping 알고리즘보다 스펙트럼 거리척도에 의한 비교 및 주관적인 음질 평가 양쪽에서 개선된 성능을 보였다.

지금까지 사람들의 말하기 습관을 분석하는 것은 전문가나 다른 사람들의 피드백을 통해 이루어졌다. 이는 평가하는 사람에 따라 다른 결과가 나타날 수 있기 때문에 다소 객관성이 떨어지며 직접 대면이 요구되기 때문에 훈련할 수 있는 시간과 공간에 제약이 있었다. 또 지금까지의 말하기 훈련이라 함은 면접 스피치나 발표 스피치 등 특정 목적을 가지고 진행되었기 때문에 말하기에 있어서의 통합적인 훈련을 받기 어려웠다. 본 연구에서는 가장 기초적인 말하기 습관에 초점을 맞추고 말하기 능력을 '어휘력', '계속성', '발음', '속도'라는 4개의 영역으로 나누어 각 영역을 분석하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 알고리즘을 활용한다면 모두 같은 메커니즘을 통해 분석이 이루어지기 때문에 객관성을 보장할 수 있으며 어플리케이션을 활용해 시간과 공간의 제약을 받지 않고 말하기 습관 개선을 위한 훈련을 할 수 있을 것이다.

In this study, we investigated the effect of the modification of the system for vocational education and training support in 2009 has on the e-learning industry in South Korea, and diagnosed the problems associated with it. And we proposed on the direction of policy promotion that can contribute to the realization of creative economy by presenting improvement alternatives of the legal system on the vocational education and training that smart learning and creative convergence HRD are included.

The study aims to investige how Soupjin, military training has been changed in early Joseon Dynasty. The conclusions are following these. First, Jin means military marching or attacking the enemy and Jinbeop means how to make Jin or traning but now Jinbeop indicates textbook of Jinbeop rather than practing it. Second, publishing Owijinbeop is completed as a result of continuous series of Jinbeop textbook and Owi systems are built up by military construction reorganization. Third, the total number of articles is 268 from Taejo to Seonjo in early Joseon Dynasty. They are divided into different parts according to kings. Forth, Taejo, Taejong, Munjong, Sejo, Yejong and Jungjong are the kings who take the lead of Jinbeop training directly. Among them Munjong and Sejo are highly considered that they edited and revised Sinjinbeop and tried to unify military organization. Besides Jungjong discussed Jinbeop textbooks which are published by prior kings and even make them be practiced. But after Imjinwaeran, Seonjo accepted the book Gihyosinseo by Cheokgyegwang in China and transformed our Jinbeop for protecting the country. Firth, We found that Hyangmyung and Jintoigyjak had been focused from Sejo to Jungjong. Because in this period Joseon had to find the way to protect the country from north Yeojin, But after Imjinwaeran Seonjo introduced Cheokgyegwang's Jeolgangjinbeop in China because of Japanese attacks.

Hemiplegic patients who suffered from a stroke struggle with a deterioration in upper limb functions, which can both be psychologically and physically discomforting; this can also limit patients' daily tasks involving any upper limb motions. In this study, we developed an assistive device for hemiplegic patients to improve their upper limb functions. It was manufactured to train patients by using their grip strength and the range of motion of the arm. Furthermore, we produced game contents in virtual reality to induce users' immersion and interaction. It was configured as a multi-player game to help ease the mental burden of receiving the training alone, hence allowing the patient and the caregiver to join the rehabilitation training simultaneously. The assistive device and game contents developed in this study enables patients and caregivers to easily check the degree of improvements in upper limb function by viewing quantitative analysis and visualized results.

This study empirically verified whether or not employee education and information technology have impact on the enhancement of financial performance to Korean construction companies. As a result, the increasing of education & IT expenses turned out to be affected the improvement of sales performance. The influences of these increased expenses are effective at the only year just after expenditure. The positive effect of education & IT expenses increasing have an effect on operating profitability as well such as increasing of operating income. Additionally, the effect of education expenses are more positive in general construction & building construction than other subdivision of construction industry. The positive effect of IT expenses increasing in specialty construction industry overwhelm the other subdivisions. The results suggest that increased investment to the education & IT systems of Korean construction companies can lead improvement of sales and operating income.

The priority job training program is one of key training programs in Korea. This training program has some fundamental problems. The process of selecting the detailed training jobs does not reveal the true training demand of industry sectors. The contracting-out process and control mechanism of the priority job training program show several weaknesses from the points of success conditions of contracting-out public services. In this paper, I proposed development strategies of the priority job training program. The contract period should be longer than one year so that the training institutions may invest for improving quality of training in the longer perspective and reduce transaction costs. The training fee pay mechanism should be more performance-based.
