(주)싸이펨은 지난 12월 14일 금요일 서울 양재동에 위치한 엘타워 7층 그랜드홀에서 한국광학기기산업협회, 한국광기술원, 프랑스 LightTec 후원으로 2018년도 유저 컨퍼런스를 개최했다. 이날 행사는 엘타워 8층의 엘하우스에서 진행되기로 하였으나 참가자가 200명이 훌쩍 넘어 행사 이틀 전 행사 장소가 변경되었다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the architectural space of Chimjeon (寢殿), the King's Bedroom, and Backyard, in the early Joseon Dynasty. The Royal palace can be divided into three parts, political space for King, living space for King and his family and government office. So first, we should to understand the characteristics of each space in the Royal Palace. Up to now we have looked at the architectural space of the King's Bedroom in the central area and Backyard in Gyeongbokgung (景福宮), one of the Royal Palace, the result of this study is as followings. Cheonchujeon (千秋殿) and Manchunjeon (萬春殿) were not both sides of Sajeongjeon (思政殿), were on the north side of Gangnyeongjeon (康寧殿) Gangnyeongjeon was not a bedroom for the King and Queen, only for King. Bedroom for Queen was located another space in the Royal palace. There was Hamwonjeon on the west side of Koytaejeon. Jamidang and Cheongyeonroo were on the right side of Koytaejeon The Backyard on the north side of Gyeongbokgung had a wide area for horseback archery and the practice of battle formation The arrangement of the King's bedroom in the central area was assumed like as the Fig 7. and Fig 8.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment and career commitment of nurses. Method: The subjects of this study were 336 nurses who were working in the 6 hospitals. The data were collected by structured questionnaire from Oct. 9 to Nov. 7 of 2006. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score of POS was 2.87, organizational commitment was 3.30 and career commitment was 3.08. The POS was positively correlated with organizational commitment and career commitment. The POS and marital status explained 21.3% of the variance for affective commitment, 12.1% of the variance of continuous commitment. The POS and career explained 14.8% of the variance for career commitment. Conclusion: The findings showed that POS was important factor for enhancing organizational commitment and career commitment of clinical nurses. Therefore, the nurse manager must establish the strategies to improve the POS of the nurses in order to promote the organizational commitment and career commitment.

We empirically examined the effect of sponsorship on firms' performance. Among many indices measuring a firm's performance, we focused on its revenue and revealed that the performance of players sponsored by the firm has a significant and positive impact on the firm's revenue. In light of transaction data on sports equipments from its importer, our paper makes the following primary contribution by empirically examining the short run effect of sports sponsorship. We believe our findings based on the field data provide strong implications for firms faced with similar decisions.

A 33-year-old Korean woman, para 2, visited an obstetrics and gynecology clinic, Kumi-shi, Kyongsangbuk-do, due to postcoital spotting and flank pain. She had a tubal ligation 7 years before and demonstrated back pain during menstruation. She revealed a foul smelling discharge without complaint of itching. Enterobiw vermicularis eggs were demonstrated during microscopic examination of a smear taken from the posterior fornix of the vagina. On endoscopic examination of her vagina, a live worm was found in the posterior fornix. The worm was removed and identified as a female E. uemiculcris based on morphology. This is the first case report of vaginal enterobiasis in Korea.

키르기즈스탄은 옛 실크로드의 한 가운데에 위치한 중앙아시아 국가로서 소련연방이 해체된 뒤 1991년에 독립한 신독립국(Newly Independent States, NIS)의 일원이다. 대한민국과의 공식적인 수교가 1992년에 이루어진 이후 18년이 지났지만 키르기즈스탄 거주 한국인의 숫자는 약 900명에 불과하며 특히 이들 중 대부분은 수도인 비쉬켁(Bishkek)에 살고 있다. 남 키르기즈스탄 제 1의 도시이자 옛 실크로드의 중심지로 유명했던 오쉬(Osh)시에는 2009년 말 기준 약 50여명의 한국인이 살고 있다. 한국얼굴기형환자후원회의 후원으로 구순구개열 자선수술팀은 2002년~2009년까지 11개국, 19회의 자선수술 활동을 다녀왔으나 중앙아시아 국가로의 방문은 키르기즈스탄이 최초였다. 많은 봉사활동국에서 지역적, 문화적 그리고 의료환경적인 어려움이 있었지만 2008년 12월, 2009년 7월 두 번의 키르기즈스탄 오쉬시로의 활동도 예외는 아니었다. 본 논문에서는 최초의 중앙아시아 키르기즈스탄 구순구개열 자선봉사활동에 대한 자세한 보고를, 준비과정에서부터 활동 완료시점까지 서술하고자 한다.

The public broadcasting in Korea are currently financed primarily through license fees paid by anyone who holds a TV set. This paper aimed for other options; How can we have a stable cash flow for public broadcasting account for right incentives, lack of sufficient government intervention, efficiency and quality? As this paper shows, bringing taxes more efficient and fairer, while a solid foundation for the public broadcasting finance; combined with an incentive based payment system this may be a sensible alternative to the forthcoming poll tax.

Purpose: This descriptive study was done to identify effects of perceived organizational support (POS) on job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from Oct. 1 to Nov. 15, 2011. Participants in this study were 324 nurses working in 6 general hospitals in S, K, and C cities. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheff$\acute{e}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: POS was positively correlated with job involvement, and OCB (altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, sportsmanship and civic virtue). Factors influencing job involvement were POS and marital status, which accounted for 15.7% of the variance, marital status influenced altruism, which accounted for 4% of the variance, POS influenced conscientiousness, which accounted for 10% of the variance, religion and marital status influenced courtesy, which accounted for 6.5% of the variance, age influenced sportsmanship, which accounted for 7.9% of the variance, and POS and clinical career influenced civic virtue, which accounted for 23.1% of the variance. Job involvement mediated on the relation between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that hospital administrators should explore ways of improve POS for better job involvement, conscientiousness, and civic virtue.

This study aims to investigate the physical characteristics and architectural ornaments of the walls (DamJang) and their bordering area that defines the Rear Garden of Changdeok-gung, one of the Royal Palaces in Seoul. This area, centered on Buyong-ji(부용지) and Aeryeon-ji(애련지), features the morphological diversity of buildings, walls, gates and stone bases in the palace. The findings are summarized as follows: First, DamJang, as a basic architectural element for the space organization, takes a set of various forms featuring different construction materials while responding positively to the physiographic nature of the surroundings; Second, DamJang along with their gates, also features different types of ornamental expressions which also suggest the hierarchy of its building and space; Third, typical of the traditional garden design in Korea are a group of DamJang standing as independent structures mostly around Buyong-ji and Aeryeon-ji whose finishing conditions also differ based on the nature of the space; Fourth, among commonly observed examples of DamJang in the Rear Garden and Changdeok-gung palace-wide, is a 'T' shaped wall whose heights and materials function as a design element for the garden.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of donation campaigns ambassador model in non-profit organizations. To analyze the research hypothesis, the independent variables (high awareness-high expertise, high awareness-low expertise, low awareness-expertise, low awareness-low expertise) and the dependent variables (source credibility, message credibility, attitude toward the organization, and donation intention) were measured. Interaction effect was found on the source credibility, message credibility, and donation intention. The interaction effect showed that public perceived positively if the ambassador has high cognition level on the condition of low expertise. However, the attitude toward the organization according to the PR ambassador type was not significant. The study suggested that the non profit organization would better use the ambassador of high cognition rather than expertise.
