The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived risk, perceived benefits and trust on the intention of continuous use of Internet primary banks in order to explore ways for stable establishment and growth of Internet primary banks. In addition, the mediating effects of trust on the relationships among perceived benefits, perceived risk and intention of continuous use were tested. Through an online survey, 457 people aged 20-59 years who had experience of using an Internet primary bank within the last 3 months were selected as the subjects for this study. First, perceived benefits, perceived risk, and trust were found to have a significant influence on the intention of continuous use of Internet primary banks. Second, the partial mediation effect of trust on the relationships of ease of use and functional risk with intention of continuous use was confirmed, and the full mediation effect of trust on the relationships of attractiveness and innovativeness with intention of continuous use was verified. In order to achieve sustainable growth, Internet primary banks are required to increase major benefits of customers and lower the risk levels to build firm customer trust.

This study looked at what factors lead to continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. Trust, reciprocity and perceived security from the perspectives of community attributes and reputation motivation, information motivation, enjoyment motivation and self-monitoring from the users' perspectives were conceived as determinants that might have influences on continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. It were also empirically tested whether they affect continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. The moderating effect of self-monitoring was examined, too. In order to collect data, online questionnaires were conducted to women whose ages were 20-49 years old and joined online childrearing community. Their responses were analyzed with a regression analysis. The findings showed that trust, reciprocity and information motivation have influences on continuous participatory intention of online childrearing community. The moderating effect of self-monitoring between reciprocity and continuous participatory intention was also found.

This study is a descriptive correlation study to investigate the mediating effect of familiarity and social support in the relationship between grit and academic continuity for Mongolian students. A survey was conducted from May 1 to June 30, 2021 on 124 Mongolian students from universities across the country using Google questionnaires. As a result of the study, grit had a significant effect on the familiarity and social support of Korean culture. The intention to continue school was significantly influenced by grit, familiarity with Korean culture, and social support. Grit directly had a significant effect on academic continuity, and familiarity with Korean culture and social support had a partial mediating effect in the relationship between grit and academic continuity. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to increase grit and seek counseling and education programs to help using Korean cultural familiarity and social support systems.

Residual effect of imidacloprid on brown planthopper (BPH) and residues on rice plant were investigated in pot and field tests. Residual effect (showing 100% mortality) of imidacloprid of granule formulation on the BPH lasted for 40 days at a recommended dose (0.3 kg a.i./ha) and for 30 and 20 days at a half and a quarter of the recommended dose, respectively. In case of liquid formulation of imidacloprid, the residual effect lasted for 40 days at both recommended dose (0.032 kg a.i.1ha) and a half of it, and lasted for 30 days at a quarter of it. The next generation formation of BPH was throughly depressed by the imidacloprid application at the former generation. This result supports the residual effect of imidacloprid on BPH. Seed dressing (3 ghg) showed insecticidal activity (96.7% mortality) for 55 days after treatment. When granule formulation of imidacloprid was applied to soil at a recommended dose , imidacloprid residue in leaves of rice plant increased up to 0.46 ppd for 6 days and then decreased to 0.09 ppm on 40 days after application. Residue of imidacloprid in leaves of rice plant increased up to about 0.23 ppm and about 0.2 ppm for 6 days when applied at a half and a quarter of the recommended dose, respectively and after that they decreased.

보안 취약성이 끊임없이 보고되고 있다. 이는 보안솔루션의 초기 효과수준을 유지하기 위해서는, 새로운 취약성이 보고되면 즉시 대처하는 지속적 관리활동이 필요함을 뜻한다. 한편 기업성과 개선을 위한 IT투자성과관리가 강조되는 가운데, 정보보호 솔루션 도입 시 재무적 타당성 증명이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 여러 형태의 ROSI(Security ROI)가 제시되었으나, 지속적 보호활동에 따른 관리비용이 중요하게 다루어져야 함에도 불구하고 비용에 대한 고려가 적고 효과산정에만 치우쳐, 경영자의 의사 결정을 지원하는 실제적인 재무 성과지표로 활용될 수 없었다. 이에 본 논문은 조직수준의 비용효과 최적화를 추구하는 정보보호 관리체계에 기반을 두어 효과를 산정하고, 비용 산정은 지속적 관리활동이라는 특징을 반영하여 TCO에 기반을 둔 개선된 ROSI를 제안한다. 또한, 제안한 ROSI를 활용한 보안솔루션 평가사례를 제시한다. 증명이 어려운 정보보호 분야 투자타당성 증명은 물론 보안솔루션 선택 시 실제적인 의사결정 판단근거로서 활용될 수 있다.

The concept of attachment between users and Information Systems; specifically on mobile devices was examined in this study. Furthermore, the moderating effect of users' past experience also was investigated. The empirical study was done involving 240 university students; to investigate the participants' perceived value, perceived enjoyment, attachment and also continuous usage of mobile devices. Additionally, participants' past experience was also enquired to examine its moderating effects. The results show that attachment is mediating both perceived value and perceived enjoyment with continuous usage. Meanwhile, past experience negatively moderates perceived enjoyment with attachment and also negatively moderates attachment with continuous usage.

This study aims to analyze the economic impact of IT industries to the Korean economy using IO tables from 1980 to 2003. As a result for the comparison with the economic impacts subject to 9 major industries, an importance of IT industries in Korean economy is likely to have increased very rapidly since 1980. And we also found that the production effect and spillover effect of Korean IT industry has steadily reduced whereas its price effect is still large.

This study sought to identify the interactive relationship between the individual cognitive characteristics of perceived consumer effectiveness and the impact of the message framing type of a fashion brand's sustainable marketing on consumers' brand trust. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the fashion brand's message framing type increased consumers' perceived consumer effectiveness, and that the recipient's perceived consumer effectiveness each influenced the formation of consumers' trust in the brand. It was confirmed that the fashion brand's message frame directly had a positive effect in forming consumers' brand trust.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of goal commitment and the moderating effect of entrepreneurial orientation in the relationship with relationship continuity about the win-win strategy with a foreign company. For this study, a total of 427 work-level employees who participated in trade shows were surveyed by on-line. First, most of the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company were found to be of a significant impact on goal commitment. Second, most of the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company had a positively significant impact upon relationship continuity. Third, the goal commitment with a foreign company had a significant impact on relationship continuity. Fourth, the analysis of the mediating effect of goal commitment in the relationship between the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company and relationship continuity showed that some elements of win-win strategy played a mediating role. Fifth, in the relationship between the elements of the win-win strategy in cooperation with a foreign company and relationship continuity, entrepreneurial orientation had a significant moderating effect on some of the elements of the win-win strategy with a foreign company.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among the degree to provide emotional labor, personal relationship and the intent to stay of female care service workers. Specifically, this study focuses on the mediating effect of the personal relationship (client and agency relation). The path analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS18.0. and AMOS 8.0. And Sobel test conducted for examine the mediating effect. The results are the followings. First, the result of the analysis showed that agency relationship was an indirect factor as the partial mediating effect on relationship between the degree to provide emotional labor and the intent to stay for the care women workers. The result suggests that education utilizing various techniques and strategies to overcome the difficulty accompanied by emotional labor such as communication education and the government try to effort managing and controlling the agency which impact on the labor condition of care workers. Second, the government also tries to provide the trust and collaboration network system which construct a good relationship between the care worker and the agency.
