Organizational Effectiveness of Police Officers for the Maintenance of Public Order (사회질서 유지를 위한 경찰공무원의 조직효과성)

  • Modern police activity is achieved than individual achievement by police officers through member's interaction. It is police's goal which protect citizen's life and body, property and is public order maintenance and to achieve this, suitable police official's selection and public official upgrading the quality and capacity strengthening are important element. But, polices organization has characteristic that do activity by team, and therefore, mutual cooperation of police officers is important first of all for public order preservation. Therefore, this study limited as patrol police officers and investigated realization difference about organizational effectiveness for public order maintenance. Analysis result, realization of organizational effectiveness appeared difference according to sex, age, area, police departments, class, period.

청소년기업가정신교육은 청소년들에게 어떤 효과가 있을까?: 4가지 영역에 대한 교육효과성 검증

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년기업가정신교육 효과성검증에 관련한 선행 연구에서 잘 다루어지지 않았던 4가지 변인(자기주도학습, 메타인지, 진로정체성, 기업가인식)이 청소년기업가정신교육 후에 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였는지 탐색적으로 분석해 보는데 있다. 이를 위하여 2020년 및 2021년 JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육 프로그램에 참여한 고등학생 101명을 대상으로 자기주도학습능력, 메타인지, 진로정체성, 기업가인식 요소를 교육 사전-사후로 나누어 대응분석을 수행하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 2020년 및 2021년 JA Korea-삼성 청소년기업가정신교육에 참가한 학생들의 자기주도학습능력, 메타인지, 진로정체성, 기업가징신 요소는 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 상승하였다. 이는 향후 청소년기업가정신교육 연구에 있어 교육대상자의 역량 변화와 성장에 미치는 요인을 파악하고 다양한 요소 간의 관계 분석을 하는데 있어 기반이 되는 연구로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 온라인 지문 인식 기법의 속도 향상을 주목적으로 하여 기존의 지문 인식 기법과 비교하여 개선된 전처리 방법을 이용하여 적은 계산량으로 보다 높은 정확도를 확보하여 궁극적으로 지문 인식 및 대조 시스템이 적합한 특징점 추출 알고리즘 개발을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 방향성이미지에서 방향성추출에서는 4$\times$4화소를 하나의 Block으로 나눈 후, 3$\times$3의 Sobel 연산자를 이용하였고, 이 방향성 정보를 이용하여 지문영상의 품질 측정과 배경 분리를 하였으며, 또한 부분 영역간의 밝기 차이 등으로 발생하는 오류를 최소화하기 위하여 이진화 수행 과정에서 가장 애로점인 임계치(threshold value) 설정을 지문의 대상 영역의 밝기 등에 적응하여 스스로 변하도록 할 수 있게 Slit sum의 방법을 응용한 적응 이진화를 하였다. 세선화와 특징점 추출에서는 VHN(Vertical & horizontal Number)값을 이용하여 보정(Interpolation)효과를 주어 오류특징점을 배제하고, 자동 지문 인식 시스템의 인식성능을 향상시켰다.

Effect of Job Autonomy of Local Government Officials on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: Mediating Effect of Organizational Justice Perception and Moderating Effect of Self-Efficacy (지방공무원의 직무자율성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 조직공정성의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과 분석)

  • This study conducted a regression analysis on 312 local government officials in Gyeonggi-do to verify the hypothesis on the relationship between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. Path analysis was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of organizational fairness recognition and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Looking at the analysis results, first, it was confirmed that the higher the degree of job autonomy perceived by the members of the organization, the more positive (+) organizational citizenship behavior was. Second, the partial mediating effect of procedural justice was confirmed in the relationship between autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. On the other hand, the mediating effect of distributional justice was rejected in the relationship between autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, self-efficacy controlled the mediating role between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior in recognition of procedural justice. Fourth, it was analyzed that self-efficacy plays a controlling role between job autonomy and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of organizational behavior theory through preceding factors of organizational citizenship behavior to improve the organizational performance of local public officials.

TRACE : 상호작용 음성인식 Neural Network모델

  • 본 논문은 음성인식을 위한 neural network의 하나인 TRACE model에 대하여 기술한다. TRACE model은 HEARSAY 음성이해 system의 blackboard 구조와 유사한 trace 구조를 사용하여 정보처리 unit들간의 자극성 내지 억제성 연결에 의한 상호작용의 결과로서 음성을 인식한다. TRACE model은 특징층, 음소층 그리고 단어층의 3층으로 구성되며 층간의 unit들이 상호작용할 뿐 아니라 동일층의 unit들이 상호경쟁함으로써 음성인식에 있어서의 context 효과, segmentation 및 잡음 등의 문제를 해결할 수 있다.

A Program Development of Social Justice for Mathematics Education (사회정의를 위한 수학교육 프로그램 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an elementary mathematics education program for social justice. In the two years of research including literature review and development of a teaching model, forty 6th grade elementary students at two schools in Seoul participated as participants for verification of the effectiveness of the program. Parents' SES in each group is in the high and average levels, respectively. The students participated in 12 mathematical classes for social justice, and the effects of mathematics education for social justice were tested by using mixed method. As a result of the study, students' perceptions of mathematics and tendency toward mathematics were changed positively. The results of this study showed that students' perceptions on mathematics and tendency toward mathematics were influenced by individual ability, inclination, and condition rather than parents' socio-economic environments. It is necessary to develop high qualified and diverse mathematical materials for social justice in order to cultivate creative convergence ability that flexibly copes with future society. It is also necessary for teachers to look at mathematics education in a broader and deeper perspective such as seeing mathematics with humanistic imagination.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the level and effectiveness of youth entrepreneurship and to analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship level and career change perceptions, And suggested ways of mutual cooperation and cooperation for activating entrepreneurship education and career education. The research hypothesis is the effect of entrepreneurship on career recognition, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career awareness, and the difference in entrepreneurship change before and after participation in the program First, all factors such as innovativeness, risk sensitivity, entrepreneurship, autonomy, achievement desire, etc., Which are components of entrepreneurship, have positive influence on career recognition. Second, the mediating effect of program satisfaction on entrepreneurship and career recognition has positive effects on innovativeness, enthusiasm, autonomy and achievement desire. However, the risk sensitivity was not significant. Third, as a result of analyzing the difference of change before and after entrepreneurship education, all components of entrepreneurship were analyzed as positive (+). Considering these findings, it is necessary to improve the current method and content of entrepreneurship education to focus on student participation and experience. Second, it is necessary to coordinate and manage entrepreneurship education councils in government ministries with various stakeholders. Third, it is expected that future-oriented education will be possible if software education, entrepreneurship education and career education are integrated and operated in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.

  • This study aimed to understand the effectiveness of teachers' backgrounds and digital textbook training experiences on digital competency, understanding of the digital textbook, perception of the digital textbook effectiveness and attitude toward the digital textbook. A total of 101 valid elementary, middle and high school teachers participated in the survey and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. As a result, male teachers showed higher digital competency than female teachers. Also, teachers who experienced with digital textbook training understood more about the digital textbook. It was suggested that a newly structured professional development program for the digital textbook considering teachers' personal backgrounds should be developed.

  • The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between organizational cultural perception gap and organizational effectiveness. it has rarely been studied in the academia. The research of the organizational cultural perception gap provides entrepreneurs directions on how to manage a company. Since previous studies have been focused on cultural type or strength, this study aims to suggest managerial implication in detail by analyzing present-ideal gap. Furthermore, this study would discover how it is different according to a psychological mechanism. The empirical results of 134 employees showed that the organizational cultural perception gap (i.e. Clan) had a negative effect on job satisfaction and affective commitment. In order to reduce the negative effects of organizational cultural perception gap, it is necessary to reach an agreement with members on organizational culture, which is ideal for organizational level, and understanding the members' internal motivations is important for proper organizational management.

The relationship between economic perception and smoking among men in working age (성인남성의 경제인식과 흡연량과의 관련성)

  • Objective : This study explores whether and how the amount of smoking differs by economic status and perception among the men in working age. Methods : The study utilized the 4th wave of KoWEPS containing the items on perception of economic conditions. Analysis was conducted on ever-married men aged 30-54, who have capacity to work. It used 2 stage regression model methods to examine the mediation effect of perception on economic status. Results : The results shows that the negative perception on economic status has a positive effect on smoking. Disposable income affects smoking only through the perception of economic status. Employment status exerts both direct and indirect effect on smoking. Conclusions : These findings imply that less privileged economic status is related to smoking through anxiety or stress for the negative perception on it.
