In this paper, we designed and proposed new routing algorithm that can support a variety of vital-sign traffic characteristic and could be applicable to USN for telemedicine by using adaptive transmission power level and increase frequency of routing request message. In proposed routing algorithm, when an emergency vital-sign traffic is applied, we use large transmission power to reduce route query response time and make the priority order in route process. On the other hand, for non emergency vital-sign traffic, we use low transmission power and adaptive decrease frequency of routing request message. which is insensitive to delay. The proposed scheme should be better QoS performance in complex USN than conventional method, which is performed based on uniform transmission power level.

디지털 영상 매체들이 등장한 후부터 장면전환 검출은 영상의 편집과 검색, 요약 등 여러 작업에 적용되기 위해 활발히 연구되어 왔다. 특히 디지털 방송이 MPEG2방식으로 송신되기 시작한 이후로 이러한 연구는 더욱 활발히 진행되었다. 그 결과로 MPEG2 영상에서 장면전환을 검출하기 위해서 압축영역에서의 검출법과 비압축영역에서의 검출법이 제시되었다. 특히 압축영역에서의 장면전환 검출방법은 전체를 디코딩하지 않고 장면전환을 빠르게 검색할 수 있는 방법들이 주로 등장되었다. 하지만, 이 방법들은 정확도가 떨어지거나 속력저하가 극심한 등 여러 가지 문제를 보였다. 따라서 우리는 좀 더 빠르고 정확도가 높은 장면전환 시점 검출을 위해서 GOP의 길이와 B 프레임의 용량 변화를 이용하고자 한다. 우리의 방법은 B 프레임의 용량 변화를 이용하여 장면 전환을 보다 빠르게 검색하고 보다 높은 정확도를 위해서 GOP 길이의 변화가 심한 곳을 추가로 지정하여 정확도를 보강한다. 이러한 방법은 기존의 장면전환 검출 방법보다 빠른 해결책이 된다. 그 뿐 아니라 정확도 면에서도 만족할만한 결과를 보여주고 있다. 본 논문에서 제시한 이러한 방법은 기존의 획일적인 방법에서 벗어나 MPEG2 영상내에서 좀 더 빠르고 정확한 장면검출을 위한 새로운 아이디어를 제공한다.

Construction industry has particular properties of non-continuity of production, and non-stability of market comparing to other industries. Because of them, the practical construction cost is more difficultly recognized than in manufacturing industry, so, that is various according to many projects. Therefore, it is very hard work to standardize construction cost, and it is worthy of analyzing and measuring exactly construction cost. On this study, the trouble in producing expected construction cost with original cost calculation method is progressed by the data of cost items in complete works. On the basis of analyzing data, as expected cost of practical construction is measured, it can be referred to the method and the standard of indirect labor cost rate in construction.

This study is intended to examine the common features of costume images in science-fiction (SF) movies that deal with current socio-cultural situations by examining their themes and tones about the future it can be generally concluded that costume images of SF movies are divided into two patterns : one inheriting traditional styles constructed on linear progress and the other based on dismantiling the tradition. this analysis is made through the research of actual cinematic contexts on the common features of multiple styles shaping the two patterns of costume images. The results can be summarized as the following: The former is related with the future built up on the basis of belief in reasonal progress rooted in the Enlightenment reasonable plan for ideal social order and strong faith in uniformity. So It shows functional uniformity disregarding wasteful competitiveness in consumption and luxuriousness and clothing that has the aesthetic value of purity without emphasizing human body or sensuality are presented. On the other hand SF movies which show the uncertain costume image as the meaning of dismantling of tradition take up a rather critical view of assumption that society can move toward utopian future as it searches future images in the notion of hetero-topia by emphasizing pluralism consequently as for clothing diversity and uncertainty in post-modern style are presented destroying modernistic dichotomy and the assumption of Utopian clothing made in the notion of modern progressivism.

A lot of E-Learning system is supplying the existent item difficulty based learning information to learner. And learner is doing learning contents according to the fixed learning course. It is difficult for learner to get efficient learning effect. Because learner has to belong to fixed item difficulty and learning course even thought learner has different degree that understand studying in learning course. This research proposed the learner adaptive E-learning system that is able to control the item difficulty and learning course to analyze the understanding degree of learner in learning course. In this result, learner is able to improve learning effect to get rid of fixed learning course using bi-directed learning such as off-line learning.

Most of current shooing malls on the internet do not satisfy all customers because they present arrangements of goods and suggestions uniformly and comprehensively according to the thinking of their managers. When classifying into groups according to generations, gender, income, job, hobby, etc. the propensity of purchase is showed differently and the interest and real purchasing power of the customer is different in shopping malls. This paper describes the development of customer oriented intelligent shopping mall system that is added not only statistical analysis dynamical activity of customers but also weight and construct optimal according to group of goods automatically.

Currently, conventional fire prevention facility installation standard is based on the use and size of the domestic theaters. In the study, theaters with 1,900 seats were examined to suggest a suitable method to adapt a better fire preventing system. The proposed systems are as follow. - 100% of backup pressed-water outlet device, considering waterproof pressure for fire prevention facility at the top floor. - The supplement of the side wall type header and a large caliber outlet header for stage open sprinkler. - Subdividing a installation rule for special detector and implementing the latestdetector. - Installation of fire curtain for dividing stage area and auditorium area, and also the method of installation of fire curtain.

Public libraries and the Library & Information Sciences departments at Korean universities are increasingly interested in the application of a variety of bibliotherapy methods. Bibliotherapy serves as a therapy to understand a client and participants basic material sources and the effects of that particular treatment (necessary for program verification of psychological tools utilized). Its design is based both on literature selection and employed activities tools. Currently, bibliotherapy has been used mainly as a method to understand and diagnose a client and participants using simple and uniform questions. The development of appropriate and, possibly, additional assessment tools and report forms required for bibliotherapy evaluations in this study will be applied to actual case scenarios to determine the validity of this program and/or tools.

스마트그리드는 기존의 전력망에 정보통신 기술을 융합하여 공급자와 소비자가 양방향으로 실시간 전력 정보를 교환함으로써 에너지 효율을 최적화 하고자 하는 차세대 전력망이다. 기존의 공급자 중심의 일방향성, 폐쇄성, 획일적인 전력망에서 수요자 중심의 양방향성, 개방성을 특징으로 하며 다양한 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 스마트그리드의 운영환경에서의 비즈니스 모델에 따라 기존 서비스 플랫폼과 신규 서비스 플랫폼을 융합할 수 있는 정보통합 체계가 구축되어야 한다. 또한 이종 플랫폼을 융합할 수 있는 적응 모듈이 체계적으로 설계되어야 하며, 이종 체계간 상호운용성 확보는 필수사항이다. 한편 우리나라는 기후변화 등 범 세계적인 이슈에 대응하기 위하여 저탄소 녹색성장, 에너지 효율향상 및 신성장 동력 창출을 위하여 국가 전략 로드맵을 수립하고 국가 단위의 실증사업을 통한 선제적 대응에 총력을 다하고 있다. 실제로 국가 로드맵과 실증사업은 지능형 전력망, 지능형 소비자, 지능형 운송, 지능형 신재생, 지능형 전력서비스의 5개 분야의 응용서비스 영역 기반으로 나누어져 각각의 서비스 플랫폼 구조를 가지고 있으며, 이에 대한 스마트그리드 플랫폼 통합 체계 기술은 스마트그리드의 핵심 기술이다.
