본 연구는 국내 농촌지도인력 역량모델 개발을 위한 기초 연구로서 역량의 정의, 역량모델 개발방법, 인적자원개발을 위한 역량모델 활용 현황에 대한 문헌을 고찰하였다. 역량은 사용되는 상황이나 맥락에 따라서 다양하게 정의되고 있어 사전적인정의와 다양한 연구자들의 역량의 정의에 대한 이론, 특정한 조직이나 직업군에서 사용되고 있는 역량의 정의를 비교 분석하였으며, 결과적으로 역량은 개인의 역할 수행과 직무성과와 상관관계가 있으며 훈련과 개발을 통하여 개선되어질 수 있는 관련된 지식, 기술, 태도의 집합체로 정의하였다. 역량모델을 개발하는 방법도 다양한데, 초기단계에서는 탁월한 직원과 일반직원의 특정한 업무추진사례를 인터뷰와 관찰을 통하여 분석하여 이들 간에 차이를 가져오는 특성이나 행동을 추출하는 직무역량진단법이 주로 활용되었다. 이 방법에는 많은 비용과 시간이 소모되어 이를 간소화한 여러 가지 방법이 개발되었다. 또한 기존 직원 특성 분석보다 다양한 정보원과 미래에 대한 가정을 활용하여 바람직한 직무 결과와 역량, 역할을 추출하는 방법도 개발되었으며 직업이 빠르게 변화하는 시대적인 특성상 이런 방법의 활용이 확대되고 있다. 이런 다양한 방법 중 역량 모델을 활용할 직무나 조직의 특성에 맞는 방법을 선택하여 적용하여야 한다. 역량모델을 활용한 인적자원개발을 통하여 기업뿐만 아니라 정부조직에서도 효율적인 직원 역량 개발, 개인과 조직의 성과 향상 등의 효과가 나타나고 있으며, 앞으로 농촌지도조직에서도 지도인력 역량 개발과 지도사업의 효율성을 향상을 위하여 역량모델을 개발 활용할 필요성이 있다.

This study examined the relationship between dynamic capabilities and innovation performance and the mediating effect of exploration/exploitation operational capabilities as well as the moderating effect of exploration/exploitation IT capabilities. The results are as follows: seizing capability and reconfiguration capability had positive effects on incremental and radical innovation performance. Exploration and exploitation operational capability had positive effects on incremental innovation performance. Furthermore, exploration operation capability had a positive effect on radical innovation performance. 'Exploration operational capability-exploration IT capability' had moderating effects on 'exploration operational capability-exploitation IT capability', and 'exploitation operational capability-exploitation IT capability' on incremental innovation performance. Lastly, 'exploration operational capability-exploration IT capability' had a significant mediating effect on radical innovation performance. This study is the first empirical research that divides the effects of dynamic capabilities into direct and indirect effects, and the operational/IT capabilities into exploration and exploitation.. Dynamic and operational capabilities play a complementary role in adapting and evolving companies.

Professional competencies serve to demonstrate and develop expertise. As such, the study summarized theories on the concept of competency and competency model development and utilization, proposing ways to utilize the competency system to strengthen domestic archivists' expertise through a case study of international archivist competency systems. Five competency frameworks for archivists developed by international archivist associations were analyzed. Results showed that the archival profession's competency frameworks were primarily utilized in two ways. First, they are used to verify professional definitions, which are used as verification standards for registering certified professionals at the archivist association level. Second, they are used to enhance expertise in conjunction with individual professional self-assessment and continuing professional development program design. These two applications can operate in a complementary relationship to utilize the competency framework in demonstrating and strengthening competencies.

중국 중소기업들은 기업 경영에서 아웃소싱을 광범위하게 활용하고 있다. 이에 따라 아웃소싱을 위한 정보 수집 및 활용 역량은 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 역량으로 작용할 수 있다. 특히, 글로벌 시장에서 이러한 정보 역량은 기업의 수출 경쟁력을 제고하고, 지속가능한 성과 향상의 핵심 역량으로 작용할 수 있디. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국 중소기업의 이러한 아웃소싱 전략을 개방형 혁신 전략의 프레임워크에서 논의하고, 중국 중소기업의 정보수집 및 활용 능력이 기업들이 추진하는 제품 차별화나 원가우위 전략에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 또한, 이러한 정보 역량들이 궁극적으로 기업의 최종적인 성과로서 수출성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 통해 중국 중소기업 345개사의 응답을 확보하였고, 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 중국 중소기업들의 정보수집 및 활용 역량은 각각 제품차별화 전략과 원가우위전략의 실행에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이를 통해 최종적으로 기업의 수출성과 역시 향상되는 것을 규명하였다.

2020년 상반기 코로나19 팬데믹 사태 이후 비즈니스의 세계는 매우 다른 모습으로 변화되었다. 향후 비즈니스의 키워드는 디지털로 수렴하는 비대면(Untact)이라 할 수 있다. 즉 디지털을 향해 가속페달을 밟을 것이고 디지털 커뮤니케이션 중심의 비즈니스가 주목받게 될 것이다. 코로나 사태로 인해 사람들이 온라인으로 쏠리면서 디지털 미디어 활용역량이 중요한 화두로 떠올랐다. 코로나 사태가 모든 접점에서 디지털화가 얼마나 중요한지를 일깨워 준 것이다. 본 연구는 디지털 미디어 기기 및 커뮤니케이션 활용역량이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관해 위험감수성 및 진취성의 매개효과를 반영하여 진행하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 디지털 미디어기기 및 커뮤니케이션 활용역량이 창업에 있어서도 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하고, 디지털 미디어 기기 및 커뮤니케이션 활용 역량이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 위험감수성과 진취성이 매개역할을 할 수 있는지를 규명하고자 한다.

This study aimed to analyze characteristics of banker's personality who were engaged in five commercial banks (KB Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank, Woori Bank, KEB Hana Bank and NH Nonghyup Bank) with Big5 personality traits and also, investigate the influence of personality traits on entrepreneurial intention and digital media utilization capability, especially based on preceding research. Also, it analyzed mediated effect of digital media capability between Big5 personality traits and entrepreneurial intention. First, the analysis results of the influence of Big5 personality traits on the entrepreneurial intention showed that extroversion, openness had positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention but sincerity had negative impact on the entrepreneurial intention. Second, the friendliness, sincerity, openness had positive impact on contents utilization capability while openness had positive impact on the communication utilization capability. Third, the influence of communication utilization capability on the entrepreneurial intention was positive. Fourth, the mediated effect of digital media capability between Big5 personality traits and entrepreneurial intention discovered that the communication utilization capability mediated the openness and entrepreneurial intention. It's required to look for the bankers with extroversion, openness that positively influenced entrepreneurial intention and carry out systematic, practical entrepreneurship education to help set up actual business after retirement. This study successfully derive conclusion that it's in urgent need to improve entrepreneurship education program so that the bankers could strengthen their communication utilization capability and improve their capability to gather various information through entrepreneurship education and furthermore, create new value followed by starting their own business.

In a rapidly changing environment, dynamic resources have become important factors for companies, the use of Big Data come into focus new core value of business but researches on the major resources and capabilities of companies are insufficient. In this study, the effect of dynamic capability and entrepreneurial orientation in the SMEs on the intention of Big Data utilization are explored. For the purpose of empirical analysis, the survey condusted of 364 domestic SMEs to analyze the effect of dynamic capability on the intention of Big Data utilization through entrepreneurial orientation, performed a parallel multi-parameter analysis of using SPSS Win Ver.22.0 and PROCESS macro v3.0. The results of hypothesis testing showing that dynamic resources and entrepreneurial orientation had positive influence intention of big data utilization. For the determinants of Big Data utilization related to AI it provide suggestions thereby improving the understanding of dynamic capabilities and entrepreneurial orientation and helping to improve the management of SMEs.

본 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량과 삶의 만족도 관계에서 디지털 정보화 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구 목적 달성을 위해서 "2022년 디지털정보격차 실태조사" 자료에서 결혼이민자 중 여성의 응답을 SPSS 25.0, AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 디지털 정보 활용 역량을 독립변수로 하고 삶의 만족도를 종속변수로 설정하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보 활용 역량은 디지털 정보화 자기효능감에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 결혼이주여성의 디지털 정보화 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 디지털 정보 활용 역량이 디지털 정보화 자기효능감을 매개로 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향의 부트스트랩핑을 통해 통계적 유의성을 확인한 결과, 신뢰구간에 0이 포함되지 않았고, 통계적으로도 유의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and examine the effectiveness (knowledge, attitude, skills of Evidence-Based Practice, and problem solving skills) of nursing information literacy competency enhancement program for nursing students. It is a pre-post design study carried out with a single group of 72 sophomores in a nursing college. Nursing information literacy competency enhancement program of 6 times (8 hours) was provided to nursing students. Our results have demonstrated that knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice, and problem solving skills were significantly higher in nursing students. In conclusion, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program was effective in promoting knowledge, attitude, skills of evidence-based practice and problem solving skills. Based on our results, the nursing information literacy competency enhancement program can provide a basis for enhancing evidence-based nursing practice competencies and problem solving skills of nursing students.

Due to the rapid development of technology compared to the past, it is becoming difficult for companies to survive in a fiercely competitive environment if they do not innovate. In order for a company to carry out innovative activities, it is very important to find new knowledge, digest it, and secure its own technological capabilities. In this study, the causal relationship between exploration and exploitation activities, technology innovation capacity, innovation performance(technical performance, product performance), absorptive capacity, and innovation performance was identified. As a result of the analysis, exploration and exploitation activities were found to affect technology innovation capacity, and technology innovation capacity, absorptive capacity, and innovation strength were found to affect innovation performance. In addition, it was found that absorptive capacity and innovation strength play a mediating role between technology innovation capacity and innovation performance. The results of this study are expected to be useful as guidelines when planning or carrying out innovation activities in companies.
