The research is about the relationships among Subjectivity-Relatedness, I Consciousness -We Consciousness, Self-Identity and Interpersonal Relationship for college engineering students and engineering workers. The research subjects were four hundred ninety two college students and workers. Their age was between ten one to sixty years old. Assessment tools used were Subjectivity-Relatedness Scale, I Consciousness-We Consciousness Scale, Self-Identity Scale and Interpersonal Relationship Scale. The research had two questions. Question 1. Does subjectivity have a relation to I-consciousness and self-identity? Question 2. Does relatedness have a relation to we-consciousness and interpersonal relationship? The results indicate that subjectivity have a positive correlation with I-consciousness and self-identity, relatedness have a positive correlation with we-consciousness and interpersonal relationship.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of adolescent victimization on human rights consciousness and the mediating effects of depression and evaluation on their own human rights among adolescents. A total of 3,662 middle school student data from '2014 Korean Children and Youth Human Rights Survey' were used for the study. This study analysed a hypothesized research model using structural equation modeling. The main findings on structural model are as follows: First, victimization did not have a direct influence on human rights consciousness but had an indirect effect through a mediating role of evaluation on their own human rights. Secondly, victimization were related to human rights consciousness through double mediating paths of depression and evaluation on their own human right. Finally, human rights education, a control variable, had an indirect effect on human rights consciousness through self-evaluation on human rights. The results of this study suggest some implications for practical intervention and further research on the relation between adolescent victimization and human rights consciousness.

This paper introduces the IoT-based service 'RapportRapport' using arduino and mobile application that focuses on consistency and repetition to manage bedtime routine - the core part of sleep education. It is necessary for baby's better sleep outcomes, including deep sleep and long sleep duration. 'RapportRapport' provides Arduino dolls with sensors attached to provoke sleep association to baby, and to help user's bedtime routine efficiently at the same time. Arduino and mobile application exchange data by communicating via bluetooth.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between social participation and human rights awareness of the elderly. The subjects of the study were 1418 seniors aged 65 and above residing in 14 cities and counties in Jeollabuk-do. The results are as followed. First, the higher the social participation of the elderly, the higher the human rights awareness. Second, self-esteem of the elderly indirectly mediated the relationship between social participation.

With the program outcomes of 'the Accreditation of Engineering Education' in Korea, the acquisition and assessment of ethical attitudes as an engineer is emphasized these days. In this study, we surveyed and investigated the attitudes and ethical minds of college students majoring in information and communication engineering regarding their professional attitude and ethical behavior at present and in the future by assuming their hire in this industry. The average score of engineer ethics was 2.25 out of 5. Multi-variate regression found that the unethical attitudes of information and communication engineer were more distinct for students of older age, students with 'rude and insulting' attitudes, students who had not served in army, students who are not idealistic, and students who do not live with parents. The results provide educators with useful understandings related to the engineering ethics education program for college students.

This study was purposed to study on employment preference and employment perception and job value of dental hygiene department graduating students. The subjects of the study were 111 graduating students on 4-year-course K-University, dental hygiene department at W-city in Gangwon-do. The questionnaire consisted of 30 questions about general characteristics, employment characteristics and job value. The data were analyzed using the frequency analysis, Mann-Whitney U-test or Kruskal-Wallis test, and the Pearson's correlation between the level of job recognition with IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 20.0. The significance level was 0.05. There were significant difference between major satisfaction, grade, number of certificate and job value(p<0.05). Each questions of job value showed a significant correlation(p<0.01). Although there are limited sample qroups, this study identified employment characteristics and job value of dental hygiene department graduating students on 4-year-course and could be used for future career and job guidance.

This study presents the results of an empirical analysis on whether the experience of contact with North Korea and North Korean settlers affects the perceptions of unification. Specifically, the purpose of this study was to examine whether the contact experience enhances intimacy with the North Korean settlers or raises a friendly perception of North Korea.The results of this study are as follows. First, the experience of contact with North Korea and North Korean defectors had a positive effect on intimacy with North Korean settlers, friendly perception of North Korea, and perceptions of unification. Second, intimacy toward North Korean settlers and perception of North Korea played a mediating role between contact experience and unification consciousness.

식정보사회로 전환되고 있는 현대 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 기르기 위해 소프트웨어 교육이 중시되고 있고 이에 우리나라 교육부는 '2015 개정 교육과정'에 소프트웨어 교육을 포함시키고 있다. 초등학교에서는 건전한 정보윤리의식과 태도를 갖고 실생활 다양한 문제를 해결하는 절차를 이해하여 컴퓨팅 사고에 대한 기초 역량을 기르는 것을 목표로 하나 교육과정에서 확보된 17시간의 시수로는 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅 사고력 모두를 함양시키기는 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선행연구들을 통해 도덕성의 4구성요소와 컴퓨팅 사고력에 대해 알아보고 이 두 이론 모두 문제해결과정에 초점을 두고 있다는 공통점을 활용하여 초등 소프트웨어 융합교육을 통해 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅 사고력 모두 함양할 수 있는 지도의 실제를 연구해 보기로 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a global citizenship education (GCE) program nurturing responsibility and proactive attitude as a global citizen. A storytelling based GCE program was developed using stories stimulating empathy, immersion, reflection, and change of perspective regarding global issues. An 8 hour program was developed, and implemented on 11th grade students (n=40). Students either listened to stories told by the teacher, or created stories on their own. Paired t-test results indicated an overall increase in global citizenship and interest in learning it. This study demonstrates that storytelling methods can help students understand abstract content easily by presenting it in a concrete way with context, increase fun in learning, and enable the use of various instructional strategies and media sources.
